Destiny For Two Pt 1

Foreword

Running through a forest with a Lopunny cradled in my arms bleeding to death was not something I expected to happen on this day. It was also out of character for me given my past. It started out nice and peaceful but quickly became a hell storm of epic proportions. Before all of this happened though I was in a loving family with a mother and father that wanted nothing but to be together and raise me to be a good pup and eventually a good wolf. Fate however, had different plans for me.

Beginning

I was born to a free Lucario female by the name of Luca who was deeply in love with a male Blaziken by the name of Torch. My mother met my father when her ex-trainer decided to take on the Hoenn league. Her trainer, a single man in his early twenties by the name of Steve, battled a female trainer around the same age who happened to have a male Blaziken, my father. Steve had beaten both the Sinnoh and Unova leagues and decided a change of scenery was in order. When he entered the Hoenn region he never expected to meet someone as beautiful as Paula, my father, Torch's trainer. Before the battle began he became completely enamoured with her and made a stipulation for afterward. His stipulation was, if he won the battle she had to go on a date with him but if she won he would give her his most prized possession Luca. When he offered he this proposal she was a bit skeptical at first but decided it might be worth it. Although she won the battle, she wouldn't allow him to trade her Luca and went on the date with him anyway for his bold move. After a few months of dating Steve and Paula agreed it was time to settle down and get married, they both decided to leave behind their lives of Pokamon battles and world travels and moved to Blackthorn City in the Johto region where Paula's family was originally from.

For a few years their lives were spectacular, Steve had become the Mayor of Blackthorn City and Paula opened up a trainer school for new and upcoming trainers. She used Torch and Luca as teaching aids to help with type advantages and specie differences. Meanwhile Torch and Luca had fallen in love with each other despite their obvious differences and had started mating regularly. Then one terrible night a month after I was born a group calling themselves the Enclave stormed the town looking for Pokamon they could use to further their ambitions of dominating the world and enslaving all humans and Pokamon alike. When they entered our house, my mother quickly hid me in a hidden breakaway wall that only she and my father knew about due to their many explorations throughout the house of the ex-mayor. All I remember from that time was peeking through a small peep hole, that had been made by someone who previously knew about the hiding spot, and seeing Steve my mothers trainer standing in front of Paula, my mother, and my father. One of the Enclave members shooting Steve and Paula in the heads, and battling my mother and father to try and weaken them so they could use pokaballs on them. When it became evident that the two fully evolved Pokamon couldn't be captured due to heavy resistance from both, the Enclave members decided to kill them also. Seeing this I started to scream.

This in turn woke me up from a recurring nightmare that I'd been having for the past few weeks as I lie in my cave home, soaking in a pool of sweat. It had been four; anger filled years of me ducking and dodging detection from the group calling themselves The Enclave. On a few occasions they had actually found me, the battles we had always left trainer and Pokamon dead. I had never wanted to kill a fellow Pokamon before the Enclave attacked my family, but every one they had sent after me had the same intention that their masters had as if they took on the aspect of their trainers.

This day was no different from the rest, I had changed homes many times since my parent's deaths in the hopes of living in peace, but eventually they found the little male Riolu that kept killing their members and Pokamon. I had no idea why they wanted me so badly but they just kept coming. The Enclave had found me again and sent in some Hypno to attack me.

"Jake, use hypnotize!" said one Enclave member.

"Yuri, use Psychic!" said the other.

Each Pokamon used their different techniques to no avail because when Yuri tried using psychic on me I used it back on her and used her as a shield to block the hypnotic waves from Jake's attack. Having battled Arceus know how many times I had picked up a few tricks in my travels.

I then charged at Jake and used Blaze Kick and landed a solid strike to the side of his head, and drove a wrist spike into his temple to kill him as painless as possible. Even though they had aspects of their trainers I still couldn't stand to see another Pokamon suffer.

After dealing with him I heard Yuri start to stir from her slumber and turned my sights on her. When she saw what I had done to Jake she became enraged, and I could see through her aura that he was her mate of 3 years.

"I'm sorry... I had no idea that you were both mates." I said with a sad face and an equally sad heart.

"You animal! You'll never ecape our masters!" She screamed at me as she started to charge.

Once she got close enough she tried using a pound attack on me, which I dodged with little effort. She then decided to try another psychic attack on me, combined with a hypnosis attack. I had never seen a combo of such magnitude executed with such ease, but she was effectively putting me to sleep and lifting me into the air at the same time. I don't know what happened after I fell asleep but the dread was coming back to me stronger than ever due to the psychic influence causing my sleep.

When I awoke after the gun shots in the nightmare, I found the female Hypno Yuri with her head missing and the Enclave grunt's with their insides ripped out in a most gruesome fashion. I assumed that a wild Pokamon had seen me in danger and helped me in some way, but unknown to me that wasn't even close to the truth.

I then decided it was time to move on again, due to the fact that they would eventually find their missing members dead and would decide it had been me that killed them. I traveled for a few days until I came to a forest that immediately calmed me in a way that I had not felt for months, and I passed out from exhaustion due to lack of sleep. I had traveled all three days without sleep so I could put as much distance between me and whoever may be trying to follow me. This sleep was different though I didn't have the Nightmare I usually had. Instead I had a peaceful dream where I was in a field of flowers beside a cliff that overlooked an ocean. Unlike my previous dreams I felt fully aware in this one. Every flower touching me, every crash of the waves on the shore, and ever smell came to me in full force. Then there was a faint glow of light in the sky above me and I heard a voice.

-You should not push yourself so hard young one, you have a destiny yet to fulfill and you've only just started- I heard this as if it was in my head.

-Who are you and where am I- I said, as I became enamored with the light.

-I am you, I am the Pokamon you have slain, and I am the Pokamon that are all around you-

-Arceus!?- I said in a mesmerized and amazed tone.

-Live my young one for you have much work to do in this world-

With that I awoke to find myself being carried by a male Lopunny. When I stirred he told me, "Hush child for there are humans nearby, and if you make too much noise they will try to capture us both." With that I looked into his aura and found that he was taking me to his family to care for my mal-nourishment and my fatigue. I then fell into a deep uninterrupted slumber thanks to the peace I felt from him.
