Dreamland Part 1
********** Hey everyone this is my first story I've written for this site, there's no yiff or really any sexual acts in this one, but that's because i'm still getting an idea of where I want this to go. I'm still writing this as I speak but I decided I would upload this part for now before it gets to absurdly long or i just start to make the story go nowhere. Thanks and enjoy!*********
DreamLand Part 1:
Kren took a deep breath letting the cool air rush into his lungs, it sent a shiver down his back and cleared his head. He felt something cool between his toes and looked down, "What the heck?" he wondered as he realized he was standing in the middle of an open field of grass. "Where am I?" Kren said out loud, "one minute I'm in my room listening to Mocean Worker and the next second I'm in the middle of this...." Kren's sentence trailed off as he noticed that his hands and feet were covered in dark grey fur! Kren noticed a pool of water a couple feet away and sprinted towards it falling down onto his hands and knees as he approached it and stared dumbstruck at the reflection of an anthropomorphic wolf with deep green eyes in the reflection. "This is just some crazy dream" Kren told himself, "I'll just pinch myself and wake up." He reached down and pinched his arm as hard as he could, not realizing he now had claws he accidentally cut his arms. Kren flinched as he saw the fur on his arm start to get matted from the slight flow of blood. "That won't do you any good." a voice said. Kren snapped his head upward looking across the water and saw a female anthropomorphic cat standing across from him. She had deep purple fur with yellow eyes and a petite stature with modest sized breasts. He scrambled backwards, and stared nervously at the semi nude figure who had on a some ragged clothes which looked like they were stitched together with leaves. "Who are you and what is this place?!" Kren yelled in fear, starting to panic as he felt the pain from his earlier pinch and the sweat dripping down his neck, realizing this wasn't a normal dream. "None of that is important" said the cat, "you shouldn't be here and the fact that you are is very troubling." The cat stepped towards him, walking across the water as if it were made of glass. Kren scrambled backwards even farther and tried to stand up to run, but his fear kept any of his limbs from moving properly. The cat placed a furry paw on his forehead and said to him, "Let's hope you never return here." Kren's vision started to fade and the world around him darkened leaving only an after image of the purple haired cat.
"Stay away from me!" Kren yelled, as he sat up sweat pouring down his face. He quickly realized he was sitting in front of his computer, an empty monster energy drink next to him and a bag of potato chips in front of him with chips strewn about on his desk. Kren wiped some crumbs from the side of his face as he was laying in them only a second before. "Only a dream" he sighed in relief, "I really need to lay off the monsters and potato chips every night, they're giving me some crazy dreams." He got up and walked into his bathroom and looked into his mirror scratching his shadow of a beard admiring his lean physique for a minute which was tanned from the hard months of carpentry during the summer break from school. He chuckled to himself shaking his head, "Man that was a trippy dream, I actually thought I was a wolf...have to admit though that cat girl was pretty cute." Kren got into the shower and started to lather his furless humanoid body, humming idly to himself as he always did in the morning. "Ow!" he recoiled in pain as he felt the soap sting his arm, he looked down and saw a trickle of blood leaking from a cut on his arm, where he had pinched himself in his dream. His eyes grew wide as he started to remember the dream more vividly, quickly jumping out of the shower he wiped the steam off his mirror and looked at his face realizing his eyes, which had always been blue, were now a bright green!
Kren walked out of his bathroom worried, staring at the cut on his arm. "So it wasn't just a dream..." he mumbled, glancing over at his clock he realized it was already 11 o'clock and remembered he promised to have lunch with his friends at noon. He quickly threw on a pair of shorts, pulled on a shirt and jumped into his sneakers while running out the door.
Try with all his might Kren couldn't stop thinking about last nights dream. His friends noticed his unusually silent mood and when asked about it Kren simply stated he didn't get a good nights sleep last night. "It's probably from all those nasty energy drinks you drink." said one of his friends. "Yah man I'm surprised you can actually function after a night of drinking those things and gaming." exclaimed another. Kren laughed nervously and agreed that that was what had happened even though he knew better.
After hanging out with his friends, Kren decided to hit up his local grocery store on the way home to get some drinks and a tub of ice cream to ease his nerves. "What should I get?" he said out loud to himself, "chocolate or strawberry?", deciding on strawberry he grabbed the tub and closed the glass fridge door to be greeted by the reflection of a grey furred wolf staring back at him. "Oh god!" Kren yelled as he stumbled backwards and fell into a stand of chips, shaking his head he looked back at the reflection to see only his human self staring back at him. "You ok?" said the store clerk, "Yah I just slipped I'm fine." Kren lied and quickly payed for his nightly supplies and started quickly walking back to his apartment before he could embarrass himself anymore.
