#3 of Pokemon

After waking up from his fainting spell, Brandon, Giratina, and Dragonite offered to move the bed and other such things back into the room they had used. But the owner of the hotel denied their offer saying that he owned many more hotels in the land he called home, this room would be his as well as any other Hotel he cam across bearing the man name. He thanked the man by bowing his head slightly, Dragonite beside him did as well, and making sure their was room, he released Giratina in the main lobby to allow her to thank the man for his kind offer. Once she was back in her ball, Dragonite demanding to stay out in case he was attacked, the two made their way outside, only to stop when a man Brandon really didn't wish to see right now; stood before him. His hair as black as Brandon, wearing a long grey robe with the image of the gym of the city, skin a bit tan; Brandon father who bore his name as well, stood before him with the ice bird Pokémon Articuno. Its body a light blue much likes the ice of many other ice types Pokémon, if it brought its wings up fully it looked about five foot seven, but without it, it looked a little higher then four foot. (Again going with my game here) from what Brandon knew of it from the books he read before his father was a gym leader and would bring it to show Brandon, it was one of the legendary birds Pokémon; it chills moisture in the atmosphere to create snow while flying. This caused Brandon to smile a bit without him knowing, remembering how he would fly on its back and then have a snow ball fight with it; before he got his first Pokémon, the two were the best of friends. But the moment his father did become leader, the two Brandon never did get a chance to see each other too much, the only time they did, was when his son would fight him; losing badly.

"Hello son," his father spoke as Articuno watched them. "My...you've grown so much,"

"He doesn't even know the half of it," Dragonite chuckled as Brandon groaned softly. The bird Pokémon saw this and tilted its head. Brandon didn't even know if it was a male or female.

"Yes I have," answered Brandon crossing his arms. "You tend to miss a lot when you are always battling others and never taking a break for your own son!"

"I guess I deserved that," answered the much older Brandon rubbing his stubble of hair. "But you must understand, being a Gym Leader is hard."

"Oh I can understand that part father," he glared hard. "But what I don't understand is why you didn't take at lease a break every few weeks, for even a day so I could see you!" he glared hard as his arms shook. "The last time I saw you was a year ago when I came to battle you!" his father looked down as the bird Pokémon walked up.

"Dragonite," it spoke, the voice soft as Brandon looked up; she sounded female. "You must find a way to tell him that many times his father tried to see him but couldn't, he does have me as a Pokémon." Both Brandon and Dragonite smirked lightly as Brandon looked up at her with a small smile on his face.

"You know," he answered. "You could've jut told me that, and not speak as if I was not here." Articuno did a jump back as well as her trainer as the much older Brandon looked toward his son.

"You...can understand her?" he asked as his son rolled his eyes.

"No I can just give a lucky guess," the older man rubbed the back of his head as the red eye Brandon looked back at the ice bird. "I got a Translator okay, listen, I understand that because of you being his Pokémon can be rough with all the battles and such, but you two do need a break, from what I learnt you two hadn't had a break since starting am I right?" both Pokémon and father looked to each other and nodded their heads as Brandon sighed. "All I'm saying is go see mom for a week, she misses you greatly and just talking to her over the phone isn't good enough father."

His father sighed, listening to his son words as he looked away slightly as if thinking he could find the answer from afar. While the soon to be Pokémon watched with reclosed arms a crossed his chest, both Dragonite and Articuno watched, both worried for each of them.

"Alright son," he breathed out at last turning to his son. "I will take time off the gym, you're right. I have not been a husband to you're mother and I'm glad to have someone as understanding as her." Brandon only nodded as his father nodded back. "And what I want to know...what happened to your eyes?" Brandon smiled lightly looking away.

"I'll tell you someday dad," he spoke looking back then winking. "Just not now."

"Do you think that Articuno knows about you...you know?" the dragon and human trainer slowly made their way though the forest, from what Brandon gather, even though the Rocket that said his fellow Rocket member was only a day away from the lake where he guessed the three lake Pokémon were, they were only a hour or so away. Brandon didn't answer at first; trying to think what the bird Pokémon would do if she did truly know. Then the thoughts came to the Pokémon this Rocket might have, if he remembered right, the one he won yesterday said a shiny Charizard, and he was a strong Charizard at that as well.

"I don't know," he answered. Giratina was flying above, keeping out of sight from anyone by using Shadow Force. Luckily with the large rocks that shot from the ground higher then any human tower, they made great places for her to fly freely in the void of darkness. And somehow, both he and she were able to contact each other though mind, a skill many Pokémon learned and given to all Legends.

I don't see anything at the moment. She spoke to Brandon within her mind. Brandon only nodded as he then heard a loud screech come not to far from where they were. Dragonite eyes shot up from the ground as Brandon glared.

Giratina, stay hidden until we need you! Ordered Brandon as he ran toward the scream with Dragonite flying though the trees. If they are really after the Legendary Pokémon we can't afford to lose you, plus I wouldn't forgive myself!

_ Alright Brandon._ She spoke back. Be careful for me please. He only smiled lightly as the he and Dragon ran though a brush, coming toward a lake, and seeing what was making the screams.

Three very small Pokémon, all close to one feet tall huddled together as they looked hurt beyond anything. Some blood and cuts were seen on them. The first one Brandon knew was Uxie, the Knowledge Pokémon. According to some sources that he heard of, this Pokémon provided people with the intelligence necessary to solve various problems. (Gah...never used so many big words in one go!) it body looked closed to a like blue, its long tail almost as long as it's own body spilt to two, with what looked to be fins. On its round head what teemed to Brandon as a yellow towel covered the top and full back of its head, a red ruby in the middle of its forehead. The next Pokémon who was huddled to the last was Mesprit, this Pokémon was said to have endowed the human heart with emotions, such as sorrow and joy. Its body a light purple, like the other, its tail was in two with the same fins. A ruby the same form as the other on the middle of its round head, as four parts that waved like hair where a purple pink were, two on each side of its head stood. The last was none other then Azelf, this Pokémon is said to have the endowed humans with the determination needed to face any of life's difficulties. With Brandon favorite colors our like blue and dark blue around the head. A large red ruby on the forehead as what seemed to be 'horns' one on each side of its face, and one on the back. Like its other friends, its tail was also slashed to make it look like two. They all shivered and groaned in pain as the man controlling the Pokémon who ordered the attack smiled, wearing the same suit as the Rocket of last, without the head gear, the Pokémon he was using sent shivered down Brandon spine, for it was who he knew. With a body much like a dragon, but standing as a human would, the five foot seven Pokémon with black night body and yellow stone belly stood growling lightly. The wings inside red and not blue like the other of his kind, and its red eyes small like Dragonite was when she was in control. The flames on his tail glowed stronger, making everyone know he was indeed stronger then before.

"No..." whispered Dragonite. Seeing her friend like this, made her feel a ping of sorrow, leaving Brandon in rage.

"Hurry up and whack them around some more Charizard," the man order with a sneer. "I wanna hear them suffer more before we catch them.

"Yes master..." he spoke lightly, but the man could only hear growls as Brandon understood him.

"Stop!" screamed Brandon as he and Dragonite ran toward the open field. Both the Rocket and shiny Pokémon turned to see the two as they stopped. The three lake Pokémon looked over as Mesprit groaned.

"No..." the voice to Brandon surprised was female. "Dragonite...gets out of here with your human...please..."

"We're not leaving you to be hurt Mesprit," Brandon called over to her as she and the other two looked to him with a ping of shock. He turned over for them to see his eyes and they all gasped. They knew a human with red eyes; something was not norm of him. "Just try to relax alright? We'll get you some help soon."

The Rocket glared to him as Brandon looked back toward him as Charizard only backed away toward the man he called master.

"So you can understand Pokémon ay?" he asked. "Must be a rich kid to have a translator, no matter!" he swung he hand away as he laughed. "Run along kid, this has nothing to do with a red eye freak who no doubt stuffs his muscles with drugs with daddy's money!" he laughed loudly as Brandon growled, he was shocked at it, he growled before in anger, but this one...sounded almost like a Pokémon growl. He shook himself from the thought as he moved in front of the wounded Pokémon, Dragonite beside him the whole way.

"Let me tell you something prick," he sneered toward the man in black. "I will not allow you to capture the Pokémon of legends, and also; you have my friend under your control!" the man looked him up and down with a snort.

"He lost to you, pathetic, and from what I heard you have a Legend Pokémon as well...Giratina am I right?" Brandon heard three gasp behind him.

"Right now that doesn't matter," he answered as Dragonite got ready. She knew that they were going to have to fight in order to save themselves, the ones behind them; and Charizard. "Charizard listen to me," pleaded Brandon. "It's me, Brandon; don't you remember?"

"B...Brandon?" he asked seeming to think on it until he shook his head. "I know no Brandon, only my master beside me as I fight for only him!"

"Charizard..." he whispered as Dragonite spoke up.

"Think you bastard!" she screeched loudly causing the dragon to look at her in anger for daring raising a voice to him at that sort of matter. "Think of it hard, remember the times Brandon helped you though the pain when you lost both your offspring and mate because the breeder didn't care, how you wept and he stayed up the whole night trying to make you feel better!" The Dragon looked away as she shook with rage. "Break free from this man spell he has over you, you must!"

"I..." he held his head groaning as the Rocket looked to him in surprised.

"Enough of this!" he cried pointing to them. "If they won't move, go though them rip that human apart!" Charizard body shook but did not follow the command as the man growled. "I said attack him now!" this time Charizard did move, roaring as he flew toward Brandon, as Dragonite slammed head on, snarls and growls heard as the two fought for the upper hand. Seeing his chance, the man took out three Shadow Balls, but Brandon saw this as well. Running up he dropped kick the man as he howled in pain, dropping the balls as Brandon kicked them somewhere far off. He was tackled to the ground as the man punched and kicked him, but at the last kick, Brandon grabbed his leg and threw him down as well.

With two dragons fighting and two humans as well, the three Pokémon who were wounded slowly tried to move, but couldn't.

"What stall we do sisters?" asked the Uxie as she too sounded female as she tried to float.

"I...I don't know," gasped Azelf as she saw Brandon get kicked in the head, causing blood to pour from his mouth. But he just wiped it off and ran hard throwing the man into a tree. "That human is helping us, risking his life as well as his Pokémon!"

"I know..." Mesprit spoke lightly. "There has to be something we can do to help..."

"You can help by hiding," the all looked down to see a small portal, the eyes of Giratina looking to them as they gasped. "Hurry I'll explain everything later about Brandon, but right now you are wounded!" they looked to each other, and with no other idea of what to do, went in after her as the portal closed.

"Agh!" the man was kicked down again as Brandon picked him up and head butted him hard, sending him back to the ground. He was now knocked out, leaving Brandon the winner, he heard a scream causing him to look back to see Dragonite in worse shape then he, Charizard with claws up to attack. He didn't know how, but Brandon was in front of him, hands out as he grabbed both of the Pokémon claw, holding him back as Dragonite and Charizard gasped.

"Brandon?!" she screamed as Brandon grunted holding Charizard back.

"Charizard...listen to me..." he was using his strength, he could feel the darkness start to cover over him, but held on strong. "I know you, I saw how you hesitated back there...part of you is still there within you...you just have to find it!"

"Move human!" he screamed, and then Brandon saw it, tear in his eyes as his body shook. "Or I swear by the Pokémon god I'll kill you where you stand then kill the female!"

"Then do it!" he screamed right back causing him to flinch a bit. "Kill me, burn me and her with your flamethrower!" the man was now recovering as he stood, cursing as he saw the three he was after was gone, he glared at Brandon with hard eyes.

"Kill that brat Charizard!" he screeched. "He made us fail our mission, so make him pay with his life!" Charizard growled, but his eyes still ran tears, Brandon knew, he was hearing him, his friend was and it was killing him inside.

"Charizard..." Brandon whispered as he let his claws go causing him to back up. Head down he closed his eyes. "I trust you to make the right choice."

"I said kill him!" screamed Rocket as he moved forward. "You hear me you idiot of a lizard, kill him now!" Charizard breathing started to quicken, his mouth opened wider until he screamed turning around and blowing a large black flame at the Rocket who screamed once hit with the blast. Brandon eyes looked up as he watched the man slowly burn, screaming was now gone as his body laid still. A small blast of light was seen from his body as the flame on Charizard tail slowly died down a bit, to the one Brandon remembered. Turning back to Brandon, red eyes back to the way they were, and outstretched arms as they caught Brandon falling over.

Brandon was laying still, eyes opened as he was looking around what seemed to be a colorful room. He couldn't understand where he was, or how he got here. He just knew he was knocked out.

"Well hello there," Brandon sat up and looked around, the voice came from the body of one that looked like Giratina, but it held a male voice, not female. "So nice to meet you at last."

"Who the hell are you?" asked Brandon as the Pokémon laughed leaning down slightly to his eye level.

"Why, I'm you," Brandon blinked as the Pokémon claiming to be him laughed. "Don't believe me?" Brandon shook his head. "Well let me put it in this way alright? It may sound weird, but I'm sure you'll understand." (Just to tell you all, this is just me being drunk because I got a job now lol so please excused this part of the story for me.) Once Brandon blinked he was gone from his front, but behind him as the Pokémon spoke. "Like a coin, humans have two sides; many say that the other side is ether good or bad, depending on what you are. Now I bet your wondering, 'oh is this guy who just popped before me bad, or good?' lets say I'm a bit of both." He smiled as Brandon only blinked again. "As you know, hundreds of years ago the Pokémon Legendaries wanted to change you humans back to Pokémon, thinking you learned your lesion right? Well, since our mate clearly didn't want that and needing the power of all blah blah blah, anyway!" he laughed and slighter around Brandon. "Long story short, I'm your Pokémon self."

"Couldn't you just say that to began with?' asked the human as he laughed.

"Sorry, being cooped in this head of yours and then talking to you at last got me going into overdrive!" Brandon rolled his eyes as he shook his head.

"So...am I stuck here now?"

"Nah, I'll let you out, but I need to tell you something first." Brandon raised a brow as his Pokémon self leaned closer. "You are not the only one to be changed, fate has something in store for us my alter half."

"What do you mean?" asked the human as the Pokémon rolled his eyes.

"If I told you it wouldn't be much of a quest would it? Like hello?" he knocked on Brandon head with his tail. "What the point of growing if you know what will happen?" Brandon brushed his tail off as he only laughed.

"Well...you're weird as hell, though I guess so because I am as well."

"Yeah I know! I still can't believe you got lucky with that girl! You of all people, someone who use to spend his days playing video games and whacking off in front of computers!" Brandon just gave him the finger looking away as he laughed. "Look, I'm just playing, just know I'll be talking to you really soon okay?"

"Do I have a choice?" he asked.

"Nope not really, by the way," he held his tail to Brandon. "Call me Brendon from now on, I know, only a later from you name, but I like it." Brandon rolled his eyes as he shook Brendon tail, and soon, he was blinking; looking toward a cave roof.

He blinked a few times, rubbing his eyes as he groaned and sat up on his rear, looking around. He was alone in a small almost bedroom size cave, a hole large enough for even Giratina to freely come and go in.

"You think he'll be fine?" asked a voice as Brandon knew was Giratina.

"I sure he will," answered Dragonite as he stood up to walk to see what was going on. Giratina laying on her side on the far right side of the cave watched the other Pokémon as they sat around a fire Charizard made. The three sisters huddled together as they watched Charizard at times, who had his back to them, looking at the wall; tail wrapped around him.

"What about him?" asked Mesprit looking back at the fire Pokémon. "I mean is he okay?"

"Charizard was like this when he hurt Brandon when he was still a Charmander," she answered. "They were playing fighting and he tackled Brandon breaking his arm, he had to go to the ER and he stood by a wall beating himself in his mind."

"Says the one who broke his leg falling on him when she evolved into what you are now..." he muttered as a few snickers were heard.

"Now, now you two," chuckled Brandon as he slowly made his way out. "No need to start fighting."

"Brandon!" Giratina was up at once and went over to him leaning down and nuzzled his chest and face lightly. "Are you alright?" he rubbed the side of her face lightly and nodded with a smile.

"I'm fine my mate," he answered calling her that for the first time since he knew that he was her mate. "Just a little dizzy is all..." he looked over to Charizard as he waked over; the others watching him as he stopped just behind him. "Hey there," he said as the Pokémon moved his head.

"Hey," he answered back without looking. "You okay?"

"Yeah, you?" he shrugged lightly.

"I just need to think alright?" Brandon only nodded, but when he turned to leave, Charizard pulled him into a tight hug. "I...I'm so sorry Brandon!" he cried. "I...I could've killed you, or hurt you again!" Brandon patted his friend back as the Pokémon who looked to be strong started to cry on his shoulder.

"It's alright buddy," he answered lightly. "I'm just glad you're safe alright?" the dragon nodded as he looked over behind him seeing everyone looking at him before leaning down to whisper.

"The girls have something planed for you, and by girls I mean the new ones." Brandon blinked looking back seeing the three lake Pokémon were gone, causing him to tilt his head.

"Brandon," answered Dragonite. "You should get some rest alright?" Giratina nodded her head.

"Yes, we still need to find the next group, we have no leads as of right now and the lake Pokémon said the next town is two day flight from here." Brandon nodded. He was about to go lay by her, but she pushed him into the room he came from. "No, not tonight, you need space to fully rest alright?" she gave him a smile. "Tomorrow you can sleep with me," Brandon sighed and shook his head with a smile as he went back to his room. Not even knowing what was to happen.

Once in the cave room, a large boulder found its way blocking him of the exit," he looked back to see the three girl lake Pokémon float around him laughing and giggling softly until the floated before him.

"We like to thank you for saving us kind human," Mesprit spoke as Uxie then nodded.

"Yes, without you and Giratina who knows what might've happen to us!" Brandon smiled rubbing his head.

"Ah, it was no big deal," he smiled as he let his hand dropped. "My mom always said I was a sucker for helping pretty girls." All three seemed to blush at his comment as two of them grabbed his hands, the other on his back pushing him toward what seemed to be a small inside lake he didn't see before. "Hey, what are you three doing?"

"Thanking you of course." Azelf sated. "This spring can do wonder to the body, came join us!"

"Uh..." it was one thing to be naked in front of Giratina and Dragonite, but now three females he barely knew? "Okay...just don't look okay?" they only giggled and turned away from him as he dropped his clothing slowly. He was shocked when he found no hair on his body beside his head and neck. Even his groan was clean shaved! He quickly got into the water, it was slightly warm, and when up to his neck, was like a hot tub as it bubbled slightly. "Whoa..." he breathed, he sat up, only in the step of the spring, but still deep enough that his member couldn't be seen as the girls floated around him; one holding onto his neck which was Mesprit as she wrapped her arms around his neck, looking deeply into his eyes as he blushed a deep red.

"Dragonite was right," she smiled lightly. "You have pretty red eyes, a pity you no longer have green eyes; I always like green."

"So you know you will be changing into a Pokémon right Brandon?" Asked Uxie as Brandon nodded. "Mind telling us how you and Giratina met?" he didn't see any wrong in it and started to tell the story where he was beat up and left for dead, allowing her to save him and to do what was one of the best nights of his life.

"Yes, she told us you were rather good for one so small to her." Azelf chuckled seeing him blush. "And you know, if she was small, say...one foot tall, can you think of how tight she would be?" Brandon eyes grew wide at what she was saying as she grinned as well as Mesprit who was still on his neck.
