I walk into the pub across the street and order another steak. But once the steak gets here its thrown in my face and I remember what happened not too long ago.
"Hey ass hole."
"Oh my god! What do you have against me?!"

I take off my shirt and throw it at her.

She walks away and I stare down at the uncooked meat.
"Again they didn't cook it.", I frowned,"I think I'm'll just torch it."
I spit out a spark onto the steak and it caught fire in that spot. Using alchemy I spread the fire over it and cooked it within seconds. This entire time Suzy was watching what I was doing.
"How come when we had sex you didn't shock me to death?"
"Its an at will thing."
"Oh. Well do you want a piece of this?"
"Sure. I'm hungry."
I took a knife out of the box next me and cut the large foot and a half wide steak in half, giving Suzy half and eating the other half myself. Though I couldn't help but notice that she ate it as if she hadn't eaten in days. Once we were done she put her hood back over her head as if she were hiding something.
"Hey Veron."
"Whats wrong?"
"Can we do that thing we did earlier again?"
"I'm sorry but twice a day is pushin it for me."
"Oh...Ok then."
"Well If you are really wanting to do it then I'm sorry but I have my limits. Ask me tomorrow and I will."
"Thank you.", she smiled.
I got up and went up stairs to the room I bought and Sally was inside sitting on the bed naked.
"Ok. I-"
"You'll have sex with me?!"
"No. I've already had sex twice today and one of those times being very unpleasantly forced on me. So it's not gonna happen."

She got her clothes out from under the bed and left.

I lay down and as soon as I hit the bed I fall asleep. Suzy woke me up a few hours later when she crawled in the bed with me. I moved my head up to the pillow and fell back asleep. Then I woke up in the morning. The morning air still cold from the night before. It gets cold in the desert. Plus being cold blooded helps with the nights anyways. No heat means no activity which also means no crime or anything else.So everyone is either in bed or passed out in the streets. I gather up my clothes and put them in my pack lazily.
"Veron. Where are you going?"
"I'm leaving town. I have always skipped town."
"You have to stay here with me though."
"Why? You can come with me."
"No I mean you really can't. Only if Larea leaves to another colony."
"Wait. She's keeping me here?"

"For the sex. Of course."
I throw my pack on the bed and walk out. As I pass by the last door in the hall I am pulled in by its owner. Once I get off the floor I turn to face Sally who, once again, is naked in front of me.
*sigh* "So You want to get it before Larea even has the chance to huh?"
"Yes and you will not leave until you have sex with me."
"Well You don't need to worry about me leaving. In fact I was going to ask the bar keep where I might find you."

I got out of the bed and went downstairs to find Veron and noticed someone moaning in Sally's room. I frowned at this knowing who might be in there and continued downstairs. I went up to the bar tender and pulled out a few coins.
"I'll take a snake liver breakfast please."
He gave me a big smile and nodded.
"Well see your friend has finally given Sally what she wanted."
"What do you mean?"
He points behind me and Sally is walking to the table. The way she walked she could barely stand and had to catch herself from falling multiple times.
"I take it he was a little rough."
"Oh. He fucked me so hard I don't think I'll be able to work for a while."

"I didn't know that he could do that."
"Well she may be my third to have sex with but I know that if you ram a girl as hard as you can she can't even walk straight.", Veron said.

We all laughed for a few seconds.
"Well anyways. Are you going to get me that liver or not?"
"Oh. Sorry miss.", the bar tender apologized.
He went through the kitchen door and after a few minutes came out with a large pice of smoking liver. I took the plate and a fork from a small box near me and began eating.

I sat down next to Suzy and watched with much amusement how Sally walked. Though I thought that since she is a whore she would have already been like this atleast once or twice. But apparently not. She could barely stand in one spot. This went on for about half an hour and by that time Suzy was done eating.
"Now that your done, what do we do now?"
"Well. You gotta get your rank set up. So we gotta go find Larea."
"Well I'm not having sex with her again. I don't want to be a man who has sex twice a day every day."
"Don't worry. She isn't in the mood for that anymore."
"Good. Lets go then."
We both got up and left the pub. Sally waving goodbye at me from the second I got up. Suzy lead me to Larea who was sitting in the middle of the colony surrounded by three Grim Dragons. No other Grim dragon was in sight and the normal people were walking around them as if they weren't dangerous. This meant that either I killed almost all of them or they are in hiding.
"Hey veron.", Larea said seductively.
"Hey Larea. I was told that I needed to get my rank set up. So is it a choice or no?"
"Yes it is."
"Then I wish to be a hunter. Black jacket."
"Fine then. Go into the alley three bocks down the road and there will be someone there. He will ask you what you want. Tell him your name and he will do the rest."
"Thank you."
"After you are done report back to me. I will decide what class you will be."
"Sounds good to me."
I leave and follow her directions. The alley had been unused for years by the way it looked except for further down where a small dragon stood.
"What is your business here stranger?"
It was a kid by the sound of his voice.
"I am Veron."
"Yes. I got a message from mother about you needing a black jacket."
"Your Larea's son?"
"Yeah. What about it?"
"Nothing. I just didn't know she had a son."
He threw me a box and inside was the jacket. I put it on and it loosely fit me like Suzy's fit her. We returned to Larea who was sitting on the lap of a lage male dragon.
"Let me guess. He's your husband.", I said
"Yes I am and I'm not too happy about you sleeping with her."
"Well it wasn't my choice."
"Well I'm not mad at you. I'm mad at her."
"Your rank shall be determined by a test. You must hunt down a skidget.", Larea said.
"Uh excuse me but did you just say a skidget?"
"Yes."
"But those things are impossible to catch."
"Then you better start now."
"Veron. My record was ten days. To make a class A you have to do it in less than five.", Suzy said
"Got it. Well I'm off."
"Good luck Veron."
I dashed off to the gates and disappeared behind them as the guards slowly closed them. A skidget. They are like a rabbit with wings. But much harder to catch. I have only heard of stories about one but never actually seen one so I am going blind right now. As I stalk through the desert I saw a glimpse of rabbit ears. This could both be my first chance to catch a skidget and see what it looks like. As I get close to it I silent my breathing and start to move even slower. I caught a glimpse of it as it poked its head out to look at me. It had wings. So what I have before me is a skidget. It dashed off before I could even move and went into flight. I drew out my revolver and shot at it wildly hoping to hit it. I Smiled in approval and ran after my target which fell not but a few hundred feet from where I stood. But when I got there it was gone. I looked around and noticed a hole in a rock formation the size of the skidget. Thinking it must be in there I reloaded my revolver and Stuck my hand in. I felt something soft like fur at the tip of my fingers but my arm couldn't reach in any further. Thinking I took out my longsword and drove it in. I pulled back out and the sword had gone through a wing. I grabbed the struggling skidget before it ripped the wing off and tied it up using some string. I wrapped the wing and started back to the colony. It took me only a day to get this. It seems I am very lucky. Though getting back to the colony will be a hassle. The sun is setting. Soon it will get to cold for me to go any further and the blood from the skidget is enough to draw out a few hundred sand lurkers if I continue. I put the skidget down next to me and clapped my hands together. I touched the sand below me and shapped it into a dome with a small chimney at the top and a grate at the base. I also hardened the floor so that the sand lurkers can't get in. I made a small cage for the skidget and untied it. I put it in the cage and it layed down without moving. The cage was large enough for it to get around and move. But it didn't budge. I layed down on a sand bed and shut my eyes. I woke up to the sun warming the sand of the makeshift housing. The skidget was across the cage and pawing at the door. I got up and grabbed the skidget. Without hestation I tied it back up and collapsed the dome. It turned back into sand and the afternoon sun was high above me. In the distance I could see the colony. I began running towards it. Three hours later I finally made it back to the gate and leaned against the wall panting heavilly. The gates opened and I entered it. There were people there and it was the same as the day before. How The Grim Dragons just came and went is something that I will have to learn. Larea was laying down on a chair with her legs hanging over the side.
"Holy shit. You got back quick."
"Well I had a stroke of luck. I almost had him before he saw me. My hand was literally three inches away from his ears."
"Well then how did you catch it?"
"Shot its right wing and then skewered the same wing to get it out of its little hole. Patched it up and came back here."
"Then you got very lucky."
"I did indeed. Found it not long after leaving."
"Well then since it was a stroke of luck another test is in order."
"What do you have in mind?"
"How about your accuracy."
"You got a rifle?"
"Why yes I do. give him a rifle."
A male dragon about my size walks up and hands me a rifle that had scratches and cracks all along it.
"This won't fire correctly. Give me an accurate rifle."
The male catches a rifle that was thrown by someone in the crowd and hands it to me. It was shined but had a few scratches here and there.
"Now put the skidget down outside the gates and untie it. Once done I want you to shoot it."
"Ok then."
I did as told and the skidget sprinted away from the gates. I waited a full minute before even looking at it. I aimed at the tiny dot and fired. It stopped moving. Larea clapped her hands.
"Congratulations. You killed it with a single shot."
"Didn't kill it. Shot its leg."
"You don't know that."
"Yes I do. What you do not know is that my ability to use alchemy allows me to guide the bullet with my mind. I said it hit its leg because it did. But I did not alter its course. I watched it hit my target which was the back right leg."
I ran out and retrieved the rabbit. When I brought it back Suzy gasped at the sight.
"You thought I was faking, but no. Every word was the truth."
"Well then. I might have to use you as an example for the other class A hunters."
"So I guess that I am better than class A."
"No. You are class A"
"Then why use me as an example for the other swhen I am clarly better than them in every way possible?"
"Class A is the highest."
"Oh."
"You did it Veron.", Suzy said.
"As for you you little bitch I'm going to kill you for lieing to me."
Larea grabbed Suzy's neck and threw her into the wall. I pull out my revolver and point it at Larea.
"Are you sure you want to do that?"
"What? you're going to kill me?"
"Yes actually. I don't care if I die. But if she is killed then all of you die."
"You wouldn't."
"Christopher is screaming at me to let you kill her so that I will let him out."
"...Damn. Fine. I'll leave your lover alone."
"Though I do not understand why you didn't deal with it a few days ago."
"Forgot about it till she spoke."
"Well then back away from the unconscious dragoness and you won't die."
Larea drops Suzy's body and walks into a dark alley. I pick up Suzy and sit her on a bitch then slap her. She wake up then punches me in the jaw.
"Well I deservd that. As for the reason why I slapped you it was so that you would be awake for me to pop the question."
"What Question? You want me to be your sex guard or something?"
"No. I want to know if you would like to be my mate."
Suzy screamed at the top of her lungs.

"Jeez. Freak out much?"

43 days later...
Over a month had passed since then. We have not had sex since then but Larea forces me to every now and then. I do some what enjoy it. Though every now and then I'll fuck Sally till walks funny. Now that I enjoy. Though I can't help think that Szy keeps avoiding me. She has gained a few pounds and it worries me that something might be wrong. Her slender hour glass figure has disappeared. I stroked Suzy's head gently. She shot up and rushed to the bathroom. I peaked in there and she had her face in the toilet puking her guts up. Once she was done she came back and layed down with her head on my lap.
"I think its time to go see Jerrey."
"Who?"
"The doctor."
"Oh no. Not him."
"Well then lets see if there is a nurse somewheres if your not comfortable with him."
"There is. In the pub is a traveling nurse. She has medicine that works wonders for everything."
"Well then lets go see her."
We got up and entered the pub. Everyone was noisy and the pub seemed to be filled to its limit. Suzy lead me upstairs. A female anthro bunny was reading a back in the hall on a bench. A black male dragon went up to her and grabbed one of her breasts and she stabbed him in the hand with what seemed to be a needle. He backed off and pulled out a knife. He grabbs her arm and puts the knife to her throat. I put my pistol to his head and he stops.
"Leave her alone or I splatter you brain all over the hall."
He took his hands away from her and backed up. I took the knife and broke off the blade before giving it back. He growled then left.
"Thank you sir. Could you please remove your hood so I may see your face?"
"Oh sorry. It's become a habit."
I remove my hood and she smiles.
"So your the one that Larea keeps talking about."
"Larea? Talking about me?"
"Yes. She keeps trying to get pregnant so that she can get rid of her husband who, might I add, is infertile."
"Well that solves so much confusion."
"So what can I do for you kind sir?"
"Actually its what you can do for Suzy."
"Ok then. Miss Suzy would you please step into my room?"
suzy steps into the room and the nurse closes the door.

"So, miss Suzy. What problems have you been having lately?"
"Vomitting, nausea, and frequent bathroom visits."
"Bathroom visits for vomitting or something else?"
"To use the bathroom."
"Ok. By what I have gathered I need to run a check up."
"I haven't gotten your name yet."
"Oh I'm sorry. Where are my manners? My name is Doctor Lucille."
Lucille takes out a cup and hands it to me.
"Please go fill this up."
I shifted in place.
"O-okay."
"There is nothing to be affraid of."

I hand Lucille the cup and she smiles.
"Thank you. Now sit down on that table please."
Sat down on the table and she puts the cup into a small machine. She walks over to me and hands me a pillow off her bed.
"Please lay down for a sec."
I lay down and put the pillow under my head. Lucille takes a watch out of her pocket and puts an ear on my chest. After a few seconds she writes something down on a small notepad she had in her pocket. She turns to the cup and takes the slip of paper out. It was a light green.
"No drugs. Just one more thing I must check."
Lucille lifts my shirt and probes my belly with her fingers. She pokes a few spots and smiles.
"Well this might be a little shocking to you."
"What?"
"You're pregnant!"
I freeze right there and look at her.
"I-I'm pregnant. This...This is just...Wow...Uhm...It makes you wonder though."
"Oh yes it does. How many times have you had sex and at what time?"
"We had sex only once."
"Ooh. Got it on the first time."
"And it was...Forty five days ago."
"Lets see. You have about two and a half months left to go before the baby comes. Lucky for you I'm not leavin for a while."

"Thats wonderful! I was going to tell you that its ok for us to start trying but now we don't have to."
"Thank you Veron."
I hug him and he kisses me.
