..........

When both Latias and Latios return, they were greeted by their waiting companions.

"You two finish talking?" David asked, looking towards the two Eon siblings. Latias looking content while Latios looked distraught for some apparent reason. Seeing his lover looking troublesome made the trainer feel worry from him again. (How many times has David been worry about Latios? xD)

"Yup we're done!" Latias answered cheerfully. Latios on the other hand just looked away and nodded.

"Something bugging you Latios? You're looking a little strange." The trainer asked, getting closer to his lover.

"What, strange? I d-don't know what you're talking about love." The blue Eon Pokemon stutter with his words, and to add more appeal to Latios' strangeness, he displays a nervous smile. This made everyone gave confused looks to him again as they seem to suspect something. 'Oh Arceus what now?' He thought as he sweat dropped, trying to change to subject. "Uhhh, hey love... why is Treecko on the ground where he should be on your shoulder?" He asked quickly, pointing his head towards the sleeping Treecko on the ground near the trainer's feet.

It wasn't the best subject to turn to, but it was the best thing Latios could think of once he saw the gecko Pokemon sleeping on the grass. He didn't want to explain his reasons about talking to his red Eon sister.

Now David was the one who feels like he's in Latios' place as he wanted to change the subject too. He didn't want to explain that the reason the gecko Pokemon was sleeping on the ground was because he was making out with Lucario. Or rather Lucario was the one making out with him, not the other way around.

"Uhh... I was... um because my shoulder got sore, and I'm a little tired. So I placed him on the ground." The trainer explained; relieved that he made an excuse quickly enough for anyone, especially Latios, to not suspect anything. He hates lying to his mate; he really does, but he guessed it was better than having another fight.

The trainer went down, and picked up the gecko Pokemon and was about to put him on his shoulders again when Latias cut in.

"Hey David let me take Treecko off your hands." She suggested while grabbing the gecko Pokemon out of the trainer's grasps without him giving him a chance to answer. "Since you're tired , I'll hold Treecko for you."

"Uh, okay?" Was all the trainer could say before turning his attention to the rest of his companions. "Alright everyone let's go... Latias you lead to way." He said while stepping aside for the red Eon Pokemon to go through.

"Will do David!" The happy Latias declared as she place the gecko Pokemon on her back for him to rest on. When Treecko made contact with Latias' feathery back, he unconsciously rubbed his face into the soft red and white feathers of the female Eon Pokemon. "Ha-ha! Stop it that tickles! He-He!" She giggled out while the gecko Pokemon kept continuing to snuggle his soft and fluffy pillow, and curled up for more warmth.

While Latias was still giggling from Treecko's unconscious snuggling, she nonetheless moved forward into the dark tunnel. But not before that her eyes started to glow a pinkish hue; indicating that she's using her physic ability in order for her see better in the darkness.

Once the red Eon Pokemon went in, everyone else immediately followed her.

It actually helps that Latias was leading the group. With her glowing eyes illuminating their surroundings, it was better for them to see where they're going instead of hoping to not fall on their face in the darkness.

While Latias and her brother were at the front, David and Lucario stayed at the back, much to the trainer's nervousness. During their walk, Lucario snaked her paw into David's as they were now holding hand to paw with each other.

The trainer thought of letting go, but the canine Pokemon only tighten her grip on his hand.

"Relax, Latios isn't looking." Lucario whispers to the nervous trainer, having a content smile on her face.

David didn't say a word as he looked at Latios' back with worried eyes. The trainer felt bad that he's secretly giving Lucario more attention than his first lover. Just holding the canine Pokemon's paw made him feel guilt inside his stomach, but what can he do? He can't just let go of Lucario's paw and hope for her to stop her actions.

Besides, Lucario is his mate too... somewhat. So the trainer guessed it would be okay to hold the aura Pokemon's paw. There's no harm in that, right? It's not like Lucario was going to do anything else; at least David hoped she wouldn't.

So what if they're just holding hands; it's not that big of a deal. It just shows that they're more than, 'just companions', and since they are it should be all good.

The trainer kept thinking that concept over and over; hoping it would make him feel better, which it did. He began to relax in Lucario's grasp, griping the canine's paw a little tighter.

This made the aura Pokemon feels such glee inside of her. She could literally skip like a Riolu pup if she wanted to; although, it would probably look ridiculous. Just experiencing that the trainer isn't rejecting her actions this time made her quite happy, and felt proud of herself that she didn't do anything else to the trainer.

'Hmm... Maybe I could- NO! Don't think such things Lucario! You don't want to get yourself into another fight with Latios. Holding hands with David is just fine.' The aura Pokemon thought to herself.

In the trainer's perspective; it looked like Lucairo has her mind on something once he glanced at the aura Pokemon. She had his head slightly down, looking at the ground while furrowing her brow.

"Something on your mind Lucario?" David finally asked, immediately getting the aura Pokemon to snap back to reality.

"Oh no, I'm fine." Lucario said towards the trainer with a soft smile before she turned back and looked straight ahead, still grasping the trainer's hand.

David had a look of concern for a split-second, but shrugged it off; thinking it was nothing to be worried about.

.......... (With Latias and Latios)

"So brother, do you have any idea on what to say to Lucario?" Latias asked while still gazing straight ahead with her eyes remain glowing.

The blue Eon Pokemon shook his head, "Not yet... by the time I get the chance to talk to her I'll probably have a good general idea on what to say." At least that's what he hoped he would.

Latias couldn't help but sigh at her Eon brother, "I don't see why you have such problems with her brother. I mean, she doesn't seem that bad. All I've seen from her is that she's getting more attention from David and you don't."

"That's not true." Latios mumbled. He didn't exactly get less attention during his time alone when he was with his lovable trainer back in the forest. He still remembered David's sweet taste of his white and creamy juices. Thinking of the wonderful moment with his mate made him blush. He was relieved that the cave was dark enough for anyone to not see his flushed face.

"From the way I see it, you're just jealous." Latias said, looking at her brother with a slight grin.

"What?! Don't be ridiculous sister." The blue Eon Pokemon exclaimed while glaring towards his Eon sibling. "I would never be jealous of that Pokemon." He said while crossing his arms. Due to Latios' small outburst, it accidently woke up a specific gecko Pokemon from his slumber. But he didn't let anyone aware of this and only peeked open an eye as he listens to Latias and Latios' conversation.

Latias only just gave him a look; a look that says, 'I don't believe you'. At this, Latios uncrossed his arms and sagged a little; knowing he can't beat an argument with his sister. It's like females always have the ability to make males unable to fight back against arguments. (Not sure if that's really true, so please don't flame. ^^;)

"Alright fine... I guess I am a little jealous of Lucario." He admits, but Latias still gives him that look. "Okay I'm mostly jealous." He adds in, but was still given that stare. "Don't push me Latias."

"All I'm trying to say brother is that even though you're primarily David's mate, Lucario is his mate too. Just give her a chance; so far she hasn't pulled anything bad, so at least you can trust her."

.......... (Latios' POV)

'Again sister, you have no idea what Lucario has done to David back then.' I said mentally. But even though that was in the past, it still bothers me. I'm mean, who wouldn't get bothered by their lover getting almost raped? But then again, sister does have a good point.

Ever since me and Lucario had our talk after our little fight, she hasn't done anything drastic other than whoring herself up to my trainer. Which was irritating to watch and had to restrain myself from killing her, but so far Lucario hasn't raped my loving trainer.... yet.

I wish I could believe that Lucario won't do anything to take advantage of David sexually. But in my perspective, you never know if she could do it again, and that's why I'm mostly sceptical about that damn aura Pokemon around my David. You can't just rape someone once, and then just leave it at that and move on. I sometimes wonder at the thought of Lucario attempting to rape David again and be successful; it's been lingering in my mind for a while now. All because of that one shocking truth back at Lake Verity I've discovered that made me not trust Lucario. But I keep coming back to what Latias had said; maybe Lucario doesn't have that desire to do something like that again from the waterfall anymore.

Heck I even can't deny that when me and David came back from our wonderful 'private moment' last night, I remembered Lucario showing some compassion when she wanted to have a truce with me. Though it's always that 'what if' thoughts that lingers into the back of my mind. 'What if she's not telling the truth?' That's what keeps bugging me if Lucario is trustworthy.

My mind keeps on going back and forth on whether or not I should just give Lucario a chance of gaining my trust. For Arceus' sake this is so frustrating and confusing!

.......... (Normal POV)

All Latios did was sigh and shook his head from Latias' words, "I don't know sister, you don't know Lucario better than I do. You haven't seen on what Lucario has been doing in my eyes." He said as he growled before speaking again, "All I'm going to say is that she's done something that made me not trust her."

Latias looked puzzled for a moment and then spoke, "C'mon brother just-"

"Just trust Lucario, Latios." Suddenly said a voice; both Eon Pokemon gasped in surprise as they look around for the source of the voice. "Over here you two." Said the voice as the Eon duo look and saw that it was Treecko; sitting up on Latias' back, wide awake.

The gecko Pokemon giggled softly from Latios' shock expression as he then wave to the blue Eon Pokemon.

"How long have you've been awake?" Was all Latios said.

"Long enough to know what you and your sister are talking about." Treecko replied while stretching from his small nap.

"Okay then... why do you think we should or I should trust Lucario?" Latios then asked calmly, fixing his full attention on the small Pokemon, along with Latias turning her head back to look at Treecko.

"Well I've talked to Lucario a while ago and she's not trying to take David away from you. She was actually having trouble on what to do on how to get along with you. So she is trying to make things work between you two." Treecko explained, seeing Latios astonishment; which the gecko Pokemon giggled at. "You see, she's having just as much trouble as you are Latios."

All the blue Eon Pokemon did was nod, trying to comprehend on what Treecko had just told him.

"So do you know what Lucario is going to do?" Latias asked curiously, but the gecko Pokemon shook his head lightly.

"I don't know when or what Lucario is going to do, all I know is that she's trying." Treecko said while showing some sympathetic over the aura Pokemon and Latios. 'They're both trying and it seems like it's getting them nowhere.' He thought while giving the blue Eon Pokemon an empathy expression. "Just give her a chance."

Latios looks down as his mind was deep in thought for a moment, 'For Arceus sake why do I still dwell on the past? What Lucario did was just... was just- ahh!!! It still bothers me; every time I even want to try to trust or get along with that damn Pokemon the past event at Lake Verity always comes up.'

Latias watched her brother as he seemed troublesome as she then spoke, "Brother... whatever happened in the past between you two, it's in the past... you can't stay mad at her forever because of that." She said with reassurance. "You gotta let things go so you can move on... or else this won't be solved and things won't go well if you keep on living in the past."

It was then that both Latios and Treecko looked at the red Eon Pokemon with shock, surprise from the wisdom that came out of her mouth.

"What? I may be the type that would not know this kind of stuff often, but I have my moments." Latias said as she giggled at the two Pokemon, who were still looking dumbfounded.

'She's probably right about that Latios, you can't let the past remain the problem.' Latios thought as he began to argue with himself. 'But what Lucario did was unforgiveable, what makes you think she won't do it again?' The blue Eon Pokemon then furrow his brow in frustration as the little argument in his mind was starting to go back and forth. 'Although after that, she hasn't done anything that drastic since. So maybe she is trying and make this work between us... or maybe he's just planning on what she's doing next to my David.' He let out a groan as his argument with himself was getting him not where. Whenever he brings up a good point about Lucario, his other half comes back with another reason to not trust him.

Latias and Treecko looked at each other after they saw that the blue Eon Pokemon was in deep in thought; both wondering what he was thinking about.

"Do you think those two can get along?" Latias whispered while her eyes were still glowing that pinkish hue as the gecko Pokemon had to squint his eyes slightly in order to not let his eyes burn from the illuminating light coming from the red Eon Pokemon's eyes.

"I'm not sure... if they want to make this work they're going to have to trust each other so that whatever they're having problems with... they can put that behind them and make this work." Treecko whispered back as he looked at Latios again before whispering to the red Eon Pokemon again. "But... if they can't... who knows what might happen... and it not going to end in a good way either."

Latias only nodded to the gecko Pokemon while she then glanced at her brother, "Brother... we're all family here and we help each other out... even with all of our problems, we'll get through them as a family." She said with a soft smile, which her brother smiled back weakly.

"Thanks for that sister... but..." He pauses as he soon frowns, "I just have no clue on how to trust or even get along with Lucario... I'm trying you guys, I really am... But you two have no idea on how hard this is for me." He told while then letting out a sigh. "Even though I'm trying to supress my thoughts about the past... some part of me still can't trust her."

Both Latias and Treecko nods in understanding.

"Well I'm sure either you or Lucario would think up of something to make this work... stuff like this needs to take it's time." The red Eon Pokemon said while Treecko nods in agreement.

"I just hope that either me or her can think of something soon, so we can get this out of the way and not have to fight over David." Latios told them, feeling somewhat remorseful that David is affected by this as well whenever the aura Pokemon and himself argue or fight over the trainer.

At the mention of his trainer, the blue Eon Pokemon noticed that he and Lucario were at the back. So he decided to look back over his shoulder, only to see that the blue canine Pokemon was holding hands with his David.

"Oh relax brother they're just holding hands... it's nothing big compared to what you do when you walk with David." Latias said while smirking to his brother, having the gecko Pokemon giggle.

Latios looked back with a blush as Latias continues, "We've seen how cuddly you can be when you go around with David; holding him so close, having your head leaning against his neck, oh and that one time when-"

"Okay sister I get it!" The blue Eon Pokemon said quickly, no wanting to let his sister finish on what she was about to say.

"Hehe, okay brother." She giggles and gave her brother a playful wink, making him blush more.

.......... (Back with David and Lucario)

'C'mon just stay calm and you'll be fine.' Lucario thought while trying to restrain herself from not doing anything that would cause her to be more... lustful towards the trainer. Her minds tells her not to do anything and just hold hands with David, but her body tells her to do more... way more.

David at the time was starting to feel comfortable with holding the aura Pokemon's paw. Her fur felt smooth and soft, at the same time very warm. The trainer feels so comfortable that he's starting to enjoy holding her paw. But the sudden thought of Latios reminded him that his feather felt more softer and silkier that Lucario's; however, regardless of that, holding her paw felt nice as well.

'Hm... I wonder if Latios feels okay with me holding Lucario's paw.' The trainer thought as he wonders what the blue Eon mate would react to this. His mind thinks that Latios would be okay with it, but had some doubts since he might get jealous over him and Lucario holding hands. But, despite of that possibility, they're just holding hands. Letting himself being reminded of that made him relaxed again. "So Lucario... how are you and Latios doing?" He suddenly asked, wanting to get a conversation going between them.

Lucario looked at the trainer while feeling hesitant to answer his question, "Um... we're doing okay, I guess." She told David, pretty much lying to him. 'Oh yeah we're doing okay alright, except the fact that we still can't get along with each other!' The aura exclaimed in her thoughts.

The trainer nods, "Well that's good; I'm glad that you and Latios are starting to get along." He said while giving a soft smile to the aura Pokemon.

Lucario gave a nervous chuckle, "Hehe yeah." She then looks to the side for a moment as the feeling of guilt starts washing over her, but she quickly recover composure to not let the trainer suspect anything as she looked back at David.

"So what have you and Latios been talking about?"

"Um, just stuff." The aura Pokemon replied, wanting to change the subject since she's got nothing to talk about her and Latios.

"What kind of stuff?" The trainer said, getting more interested.

"Um..." She stalled while having her ears lowered in discomfort while thinking up something to back up her words, but her mind turn blank. "Um... well." The aura Pokemon began sweat dropping as she couldn't say anything.

"Hey guys I see light and there's an opening up ahead!" Treecko shouted so everyone can hear him.

David then turned his attention up head as he notices the exit of Oreburgh Gate. "Hey we're finally arrive." He said while quickening his pace to catch up with his other companions, making the aura Pokemon quickening her pace as well in order to not slip out of the trainer's hand.

'Oh Arceus that was a close one.' Lucario thought as she followed David closely, feeling relieved.

Once everyone exit out the tunnel of Oreburgh Gate and now into Oreburgh City. They very overwhelmed of seeing vents throughout the city, seeing minds here and there, and smell the how fresh the air is in the city.

"Okay according to my Pokedex, Oreburgh City a vibrant and energetic mining city that is blessed with a precious natural resource. Prominent vents throughout the city exchange the stale air from the mines below with fresh, above-ground air... So that would explain the vents." David said as he reads through the description of the city in his Pokedex.

The trainer was deciding on what to do next when a sudden shout interrupted his thoughts, "Hey a Lucario!" Someone shouted as everyone started to hear running footsteps coming towards them.
