Movie Night

By Sorin

T-Minus 20 and counting!

Avery looked around the apartment and couldn't help his tail twitching with excitement. Deciding that everything was in order for movie night, the young Swift fox had nothing to do but wait, impatiently, for his friends to arrive. It wasn't just movie night that had his tail wagging; it's that Reed would be there. Avery mused as he thought about the events that had led up to tonight.

Avery had met Reed at a party the week before that he had attended reluctantly at Ian's insistence. The first hour had passed rather awkwardly as he stood around, drink in his paw, waiting for an opportunity to talk to one of Ian's friends and at least pretend he was comfortable at the event.

Avery had almost jumped out of his shoes when Reed had walked up behind him in the doorway. "What are you drinking? It looks enticing." The Arctic fox's tone was teasingly sultry, hinting at his consumption of at least a few similar drinks before approaching Avery. The Swift fox couldn't help but stare at the handsome Arctic. He was perfect from his cute stubby ears, his shining blue eyes and his well-groomed white fur.

"I...I mean...it's..." Avery had honestly never been tongue tied before, but just looking into those pretty blues had rendered him speechless. The effect was only compounded when the Arctic leaned in and took a rather seductive sip, through the little cocktail straw, of the drink in Avery's paw.

"One of Ian's Concoctions I bet," he added with an air of confidence that had Avery nodding a bit dumbly. For the rest of the night, Avery followed Reed around the party, thankful that the Arctic didn't seem to mind. Throughout the night, the discussion drifted between lots of topics: Reed, movies, Reed, food, Reed, and Reed. It was, in fact, Avery that kept steering the conversation back to the Arctic, hoping he wouldn't take notice. It was during this conversation that Avery told Reed about the Movie nights he attended along with Ian and a few of his other friends. The Swift still couldn't believe his nerve when he asked Reed if he wanted to come sometime. The Arctic had given a pretty noncommittal answer that night at the party.

"You have a thing for Reed?" It was the first thing out of the red fox's mouth when Avery had quickly stammered his request for Ian to follow up with Reed about the invitation almost a week later. Silence was probably the worst response he could have given since Ian took it for confirmation. "Fine, Avery, I'll invite him. Just don't get your hopes up, ok?" The red sounded hesitant, perhaps a little concerned, but Avery didn't hear any of that. All he had heard was that Ian was going to ask Reed to come.

The sound of the doorbell snapped Avery from his thoughts and brought him abruptly back to the present. Leaping from the couch, the Swift bolted for the door as fast as his bare paws could carry him, his claws hitting the carpet with enough force he could feel the fibers snag and tug. Pulling the door open, tail wagging, he had to fight to keep his ears from drooping when he saw it was only Ian.

"Hi Ian!" He tried to put a bit more light back in his voice, "Come on in." He stepped to the side, both letting the red fox slip by him and simultaneously taking the shopping bag from Ian's hand, before kicking the door shut.

"Am I the first one here?" came the red's voice from the other room as Avery carried the bag of two liters into the kitchen.

"Yeah, Bahir and Sakura will be here in a few minutes. When is Reed coming?" He set the soda out next to the chips and plastic cups he had picked up earlier that day. Stepping out of the kitchen and rounding the corner, Avery found himself nose to chest with Ian. The red fox looked serious, his tail twitching gently as he looked down at the shorter Swift fox.

"Avery, I need to talk to you about Reed." Avery glanced at the door, his silent prayers answered as he heard the doorbell. Cutting off the red as he opened his mouth to continue, Avery ducked under and past him towards the door.

"Gotta get the door Ian, hold that thought," He said quickly, almost prancing to the door, before opening it for Bahir and Sakura. Taking snacks from the pair, the four foxes were soon lost in conversation. Ian seemed to have put off his pending talk about Reed in the presence of their other friends.

Hearing a light knock on his door, Avery felt his heart rate quicken slightly as he made his way from the group to the door. The Swift opened the door, almost holding his breath as his muzzle broke into a wide smile at the sight of the handsome white fox in the hall. Reed was dressed in a t-shirt that showed off some of the definition in his chest and arms; a pair of knee length shorts completing the picture. Avery could feel his tail twitching with excitement.

"Reed, come on in, everyone else is here and were just getting ready to start." Avery hesitated, watching Reed, breath baited until the Arctic smiled.

"Ya, thanks for inviting me Avery." The Arctic's voice was a bit dry, like he wasn't sure about the whole idea, but Avery pushed it from his mind, his tail wagging happily.

"Ya, umm, do you want a drink?" Reed followed Avery into the kitchen helping himself to a cup of diet coke. The foxes gathered in the living room as Sakura loaded the first movie that they had decided on. Avery settled into the love seat next to Reed as the opening music began to play. He could feel Ian looking over at him, and staunchly ignored him.

Avery found himself drawn into the movie the tension and excitement of the pending evening draining away from him slowly as he as he lost him self in the drama playing out on screen. Lost that is, until he felt a soft hand come to rest subtly on his hip and felt Reed press lightly up against his side the Arctic fox cuddling up next to him.

It was the moment he had been imagining since he convinced Ian to invite Reed to movie night. It also was a moment Avery had convinced himself wouldn't happen, so he held still in case his imagination was simply playing tricks on him. The light from the TV flickered on the walls, even as Reed's fingers flickered light along the inside of his thigh.

Avery found himself shifting, moving to snuggle back against Reed the Arctic's arms slipping around his waist. Fingers caressed his hip, trailing over his thigh and along his sheath, teasing through his trousers. The Swift fox felt his arousal growing under the soft, teasing fingers. The fact that they went no further, just teasing, devilish teasing all through the movie was almost to hard to bare.

The movie ended with much shifting around as the engrossed foxes began to settle back into the reality of the moment. Avery found he was shifting as well, but in his case, it was to hide the rather straining arousal that had been cultivated during the film.

"Good movie." Bahir commented stretching and standing. "Are we going to start the next one right away?" the Fennec picked up his empty cup as Avery felt Reed shifting behind him sitting up.

"I could use at least a bathroom break." Came Reed's soft voice from next to Avery and Sakura nodded. "And maybe food?" All the foxes nodded, and pizza was quickly decided on. Avery excused himself to his room to use the computer to order and everyone went about stretching and refilling drinks for the next movie.

Arms falling lightly around his shoulders as he finished the order surprised him. Avery's room was dark except for the light from the computer, and sounds from the living room were muffled, he hadn't even heard the intruder come in. He knew immediately from the scent though who it was.

"Get the food ordered?" Came Reed's voice, soft in his ear. Avery's ear flickered under the warm breath, and he nodded feeling Reed's paws sliding down his chest. "They are gonna start the movie soon..." the Arctic's fingers slid back down over his crotch. Avery's breath caught in his chest. He watched in a daze like he was outside of his body as Reed turned his chair and sank to his knees in front of the Swift fox.

The feel of the Arctic's muzzle sliding hot, and slick over his length shocked him back into the moment. The soft silkiness of Reeds mouth was all he ever imagined. Avery leaned back in his chair with a soft moan, lost into the blackness of the room. Reeds muzzle caressed him, the snowy white fur illuminated by the monitor light behind him. His fingers found the cute rounded ears on the soft bobbing white head.

He was breathing heavily, his musk strong in his nose feeling a warm tension building in his groin when there was a knock at the door.

"Avery, did you get the Pizza ordered? Everyone is ready to start the next movie." Ian's voice was muffled through the door. He fought to hold back a soft moan when Reed drew his muzzle off of his drooling erection.

"Y...ya, I'll be right out Ian." He heard Ian's footsteps moving away from the door and looked down expecting Reed to start again. But the fox just grinned tucking him back into his pants. Now Avery did whimper, softly, but he knew the moment had passed as Reed stood up.

Avery hesitated about to ask, however uncouth, for Reed to continue. He thought better of it just as the words were about to leave his muzzle, so he closed his mouth with a soft little sigh. He saw Reed smile just slightly, more of a smirk in the dim light of the monitor.

"Come on, Ian will get suspicious." Reed added over his shoulder as he walked to the door, white tail flicking behind him. Avery took another moment to compose himself, adjusting his pants a few times. He hesitated a bit self-consciously before finally getting up and making his way into the living room.

Reed was sitting on the couch chatting with Sakura and Bahir smiling as the small Fennec wove a grand tale with lots of emphatic gestures that had Sakura covering his muzzle to keep from laughing. Avery slipped into the kitchen to get a soda. In hind sight, he realized he really should have been all that surprised to find Ian standing in the doorway.

"Reed is no good for you Avery." The red fox crossed his arms, a fed-up no nonsense expression on his muzzle. "I know you, and you're gonna get hurt if you hook up with him." Ian met Avery's eyes and nodded a little when the Swift fox looked away. "I know he's hot, and he's a nice friend, but he thinks with his dick, and when he's done with it, he's going to shuffle you to the side to make room for more, and after Mikial, I don't want to see you hurt again."

Avery flinched at the mention of his Ex's name. He hadn't even thought of Mikial for almost a month. No, that not true, he had forced himself to ignore his thoughts of Mikial. He took a drink of his coke glaring at Ian over the top of the cup.

"Ya fine, ok" he almost growled setting the cup down a little hard, coke sloshing over his paw.

"I'm serious Avery." Added Ian with a frown, concern written all over his muzzle. Avery opened his muzzle for an angry retort when the doorbell rang. The little Swift fox pushed past Ian and made his way to the door still fuming, tail twitching in frustrated anger. He knew Ian was right, but Ian didn't have to bring up Mikial.

Tugging open the door, he tried to compose himself and even managed a little smile at the pizza delivery boy. Taking the pair of pies he paid the ocelot throwing in a good tip and pushed the door closed with his foot. He made his way back down the hall setting the pizza's down in the kitchen. Maybe Ian was right; he should probably slow things down with Reed. With a resigned sigh, he leaned out the kitchen door.

"Pizza guys."

Avery was thankful that the scent of pizza hid the scents on the couch. He was quite certain with all the teasing that had gone on with the first movie the scents would have set him off again, so he was just glad to sit and watch the movie.

As the credits began to roll every one began to shift again, slower than before a few yawns slipped from vulpine muzzles. Avery got slowly to his feet with a stretch and began gathering up the trash from pizza. He wandered into the kitchen starting to clean up and he heard people getting shoes and coats. A course of good nights from Sakura and Bahir followed a moment later by Ian. Avery called back to the foxes and turned to put a couple of plates in the sink.

He turned and found himself almost face to face with Reed. It struck him as a bit ironic that Reed took almost the same pose, leaning against the door frame, that Ian had taken to scold him only hours before. The thought was very fleeting indeed, because before he could register the movement across the floor he found himself locked in a kiss with the other fox.

His mind whirled; he wasn't going to do this he thought, which of them had moved first, would it be rude to pull back? Soft fingers closed on his arousal through his pants, and he stopped caring. Both of their breaths came in ragged little gasps as Reed's fingers pulled down Avery's zipper, fingers slipping into the tight confines and wrapping around his erection through the soft silk of his boxers.

"Silk mmmm?" Reeds voice was sultry, hot on Avery's lips. The Swift fox just nodded the wisps of any sort of protest lost in his moan as Reeds hand began to work with short, firm little motions along his dick. His hips arched, meeting the skilled hand that seemed intent on relieving the tension he had been under all night.

A whimpering whine, pitiful even to his ears escaped his muzzle when Reeds wonderful paw left him. Even harder than before he felt his hips twitch, seeking contact with anything just to feel a touch on him again.

"Not quite yet Avery..." again the warm breath on his neck, a feel of teeth on his ear making him whimper again. He felt his pants slide to the floor pooling around his ankles. There was his own scent now, stronger than the pizza smell in the kitchen. Than he could smell Reed to, his lust addled brain registering that the Arctic must have undone his pants for the scent to suddenly be so strong over the kitchen smells.

"Turn around." Reeds voice was soft still, but growling now, and insistent. He found his front pressed against the edge of the counter before even registering he was going to turn. He felt a sudden coolness on his tail hole. His boxers were pulled down, just enough to expose him to the warm, wet press of Reeds excitement. He pressed back, feeling the slickness against him, than with a gasp from both vulpine throats Reed was inside him, and he felt himself clench down as the Arctic's length slid deep.

Warm arms slipped around him as Reed began to move inside him the Arctic's stubby muzzle close to his ear panting hotly as the length inside him moved with the throbbing, insistence of a man as worked up as he was. Voices rose in soft crys with the pace of the thrusts, Avery's fingers gripping the counter.

A shuddering yelping moan escaped his throat as he came throbbing inside his boxers feeling the warm serge of his orgasm run down his legs and soaking the silk, he didn't care. It took a moment through the blissful haze to realize Reed was still thrusting hard, only to feel him push firmly against his rump with a soft groaning yip and a shudder that left no doubt even in Avery's muddled brain that Reed has just climaxed inside him, the gentle nudge of the throbbing knot the last little piece of evidence.

Together they panted, slumped against the counter. Avery registered fingers petting his hip softly and up over his tummy in an idle soft gesture. After what seemed like hours he felt Reed slip out of him, and received a lick on his ear. He turned on shaky legs leaning back against the counter now aware of the mess down the fur on the front and back of his legs. Reed was doing up his pants and grins at Avery.

"Thanks, I needed that." He murmured glancing down at the Swift fox's crotch and the matted fur of his legs. "Looks like you did to." Avery blushed as Reed zipped up and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek "Night."

Avery followed the Arctic with a smile. Ian had been wrong, he was sure of it; sure he saw that glimmer of connection in Reeds face as he left the kitchen. There had been intimacy there he was sure, more than just a quick, urgent fuck against the counter.

"Reed, Call me ok?" He called out with excited hopefulness.

The sound of the closing door answered him.
