Hey there,

My real name is Maser Rose Ayell, and luckily very few people know that. My stage name, London Aspire, is the complete opposite. Let me fill you in...

I'm a 18 year old, blue eyed, white furred husky standing at 5'4" and weighing a huge 43Kg. I had a normal life, I went to a normal school and I had some normal friends. But then I was "discovered". I was just walking downtown with my friends and as usual I had my head in the clouds, softly singing and gently dancing along to the rhythm when we happened across the path of Mr. Shane Harrington, one of the world's biggest record executives. I was signed to Heritage Records within a week and my mother pulled me out of school to record my debut album. The self-titled album was a hit. I churned out the singles and extravagant videos with elaborate costumes and complex choreography. I made millions upon millions but I wasn't viewed like another teen idol, I had already built my reputation as an established, serious artist.

I released the platinum edition with a further ten tracks to great critical acclaim... but then I hit a block, writers block to be precise. I had just finished my world tour and all I could think was 'Oh dear, my brain has stopped churning out lyrics.... shit.'

So Mr. Harrington, being a kind old badger formulated a plan. I was going back to school.

So now I'm standing in front of a room of furs my age wearing a neatly pressed, black and white uniform and thick framed, yet stylish, black square-framed glasses. I didn't look like myself and I didn't feel anything like myself. I had never been nervous in front of a group until now. I stood there with wide eyes, ears flat, tail drooped and a bewildered expression playing across my face. Thankfully the teacher, Ms. Winters, a stern looking grey-furred fox wearing a navy blue below the knee skirt and blazer set over a frilly, white button up blouse. Broke the tension with a strong voice.

"Good morning class. Today we have a new student, his name is Maser. Please make him feel welcome, Mr. Ayell please take the vacant seat in the far corner."

That was more than good enough for me, eyes down I quickly shuffled to my seat and got as comfortable as possible.

This was going to be a long day.

I suffered through the first two periods in silence. Not daring to look up let alone make eye contact. I was terrified that I would be recognised. The bell for recess rang and I made sure I was the last one out of the room. Big mistake.

"Mr. Ayell, may I speak to you for a moment?" Ms. Winters asked.

I cringed, "yes, miss." I slowly turned and approached the seated fox like she had a gun pointed at my chest. But for all my apprehension she just looked up at me and smiled. I was taken aback.

"You wanted to speak with me?" I asked politely.

"Ahh, yes." She remembered, "how are you finding your first time here?" she asked

"Honestly I don't know yet, but I am pretty nervous and I can't wait to get home." I replied with the slightest hint of a whine.

"If you need anything please feel free to ask me, or any other member of the faculty for that matter." She said. "Oh, and if you are interested we have a talented glee club here. You move as if you are a natural born dancer or performer."

My heart caught in my throat. *She knows*

"Go and see Mr. Rivers if you are interested. Just look for the big loin with dreadlocks in his mane. He is astoundingly easy to spot in a crowd. You may be excused."

I scurried out as quickly as my paws would let me.

I walked into the bright sunlight of the grassy central courtyard. I immediately shaded my eyes with my paw. *Damn that's some bright sunlight* I thought and as I made my way across the yard to sit under a nice tree I just happened to spot the football team. *Oh yes please*. But before I could draw any attention to myself I sat in the shade of the knurled, leafy branches and laid my head back against the rough bark of the trunk, closing my eyes.

The rest of the school day passed slowly, but thankfully without incident. I had spotted Mr. Rivers in the corridors a couple of times and Ms. Winters was right. He was hard to miss. Tall, athletic and heavily muscled... and those dark auburn dreadlocks were distinctive, tied back into a ponytail of sorts and interwoven with colourful beads and tiny metal chains. He was young for a teacher, pushing 24 at most and he strutted around in black slacks and a white linen, button up shirt that hung half open, revealing some well defined pecs.

*Maybe I should join this glee club*

The final bell rang and I left the building faster than I thought was possible. I almost turned right back around. This happened to be a wealthy area and It was more common than not for mommy or daddy to drive a Mercedes or BMW. My Mother had turned up in my custom Rolls Royce Phantom. The 24 inch chrome rims and candy apple red and gold pinstriped paintjob shone like a beacon of my life in the spotlight. there goes my day of being a nobody.

*Oh shit*
