The heavy side doors to the mall eased open as four teenagers spilled in, the barely audible upbeat pop soundtrack floating down from the ceiling. The four boys' dark and loud clothes contrasted with the cream colored tiles beneath their feet and the white walls rising up to skylights where the sun was diffused, scattering the light across the promenade between shops... but as with most teenagers, they hadn't come for the décor or even the shopping. They were there to socialize.

The pack of boys was led by Sam, an eighteen year old just shy of six feet tall. Shaggy brown hair hid his ears and hazel eyes complimented the smile he almost always had. A black and white handkerchief hung around his neck, contrasting with his forest green retro Linkin Park shirt and his black jeans, sandals hugging his toes. Flanking Sam's sides were his best friends Gabe and Owen. Gabe's blond hair was just long enough to work into spikes and he wore olive green sunglasses and shorts, a white shirt showing off his muscles. Owen was a bit sturdier, his shoulders broad and his copper red hair a credit to his Irish-Scottish heritage.

Behind the three was Austin, a bit of a loose cannon but he was hilarious to keep around. The teenager strutted his hips one way and then another, spinning around as he danced inappropriately, his neon green hair hanging over his face, large headphones cradled around his neck. Austin sported a black leather jacket and blue jeans, his hiking boots gripping the tile floors with ease. They had been friends for many years and had gotten into all sorts of trouble but they'd come through it all with ease.

"Aww, the pet shop's still out of dogs..." Sam murmured, looking up ahead at the sign on the door. The others chortled.

"What are you going to do with a puppy at college?" Gabe asked.

"I guess you're right." Sam said. Austin came to a sudden stop, looking ahead, his pale face looking quite sad as he looked at a vacant shop.

"I can't believe they closed Mpossible Mpegs. I loved that store!" Austin groaned, moving up to the glass, putting his hands on it as he peered into the dark interior.

"C'mon guys, let's head to the food cart. I'm starving." Owen muttered.

"What are you talking about? You grazed all morning through my cupboards." Sam laughed. Gabe smirked.

"Don't knock it, grazing can be fun... especially if you got the munchies." Gabe smirked. The four continued on along the mall, passing the preppy clothing stores, the camera shop and a few trinket and cell phone stalls. The mall covered a fair stretch of space, shaped into a double-u shape. Each wing had just a bit of a different flare. The boys turned, wandering up the middle wing. They had burned out on the game store and none of them needed haircuts. It was looking more and more like they weren't going to find anything to occupy them before Sam looked up, a glint catching his eyes.

"A batleth!" He exclaimed, sprinting to the last store on the left.

"A what?" The others murmured, following after him. Sam had moved up to the window at the end of the strip, a shop that stuck out from the end of the mall. A warm yellowish white light filled the display window, glinting off of countless swords and daggers set up. Some were decorative, some were utilitarian, some were so complex it seemed hard to use without injuring one's self. What had drawn Sam's attention was a curved blade with a pair of prongs parallel with the curved handle on either side.

"What's a bat... thingy?" Owen asked.

"A batleth? The klingon sword from Star Trek?" Sam asked.

"Nerd." Gabe laughed.

"Oh! The Elvish sword from Lord of the Rings!" Austin said with an appreciative grin. While the two were ogling the swords from the display window, Owen looked up to the sign.

"The Leaf Lounge?" he murmured, moving to the door. As he eased it open an intensely sweet scent spilled out, a mixture of a hundred flavors of tobacco. Owen's head swam a bit but he soon got used to it, looking around the inside. Gabe followed him in, running a hand over the spikes in his hair. One entire wall of the sword was devoted to swords and pewter dragons and other odds and ends. The back wall was covered from corner to corner in old redwood shelves and drawers holding many of the wares. A thick red door led off to more in a side room. What Owen noticed then was that the wall farthest from the door was arrayed with huge leather recliners, five of them facing in toward a table. No doubt it was that feature that had earned the shop its name. Austin and Sam found there way in, breathing the scent in deep involuntarily, feeling rather good.

"Afternoon gentlemen." Came a deep, smooth voice from behind the counter. A man in his early thirties stood, his long black hair pulled into a ponytail, a chinstrap beard covering his jaws before dropping down into a long braided black goatee.

"Hey, is this shop new?" Sam asked.

"Yeah, just opened two weeks ago." The shop keeper smiled. Owen and Gabe moved over, settling down into the chairs, leaning back.

"It's nice..." Owen said, settling into the leather. Sam moved around up closer to the counter, pausing as he saw a help wanted sign. The shop keeper grinned.

"Interested in a job kid?" He asked. Sam grinned.

"I really need one, so I'd say it is more than just interest." Sam smirked.

"I'll go get you the paperwork. I'm Wyatt by the way." The man said, offering his big hand to Sam. Sam reached out and gave it a squeeze.

"Sam." He replied.

"A good name. Wyatt said, moving to get the forms. Sam looked around the shop, wondering if he really would be working there in a few weeks time.

***

Soft tones from the prelude of Sam's favorite song built inside the shop, building up until the rock tunes broke out, guitar and lyrics filling the space. Sam moved back and forth behind the counter, grinning from ear to ear as he made sure everything was arranged properly and clean. It had only been a week but Sam had never felt so good about any job before. Everyone that visited the Leaf Lounge was so relaxed, so cool. Sam had made friends with several college kids from the university in town, getting them all the hookah supplies they wanted. A clan of bearded friends had picked up all sorts of pipes, younger guys all came to look at the swords and trinkets just like he had. Sam really was delighted that the people who came to the shop all seemed happy... Maybe it was the relaxed atmosphere of the shop, the remote nature of the store... or the scent, oh god how Sam loved that scent.

Every day Sam would get home and put the shirt to his nose and inhale the scent, dreaming of the complex sweet smells... and then he'd sit down on the internet, trying to learn all the types and flavors of tobacco. It was his biggest weakness and he was working hard to learn all the varieties. Even at work Sam had a little guide book on the table. Whenever he didn't know the answer he'd look it up and share the details with the customers. He'd talked the college kids into trying three or four extra flavors too, not realizing that Wyatt would give him a bonus. It really was excellent to be the front man, giving Wyatt more time to work with the sword sharpening and design in the back. Sam glanced at his watch, realizing it was closing time. It seemed like time just flew since lunch.

Sam moved over to the windows, looking out at the thin wisps of orange clouds on a pale blue sky as the sun started to set. He let the blinds down and closed them, clicking a switch that dropped a metal barrier over the display case. He circled around the store turning off lights and flipping the sign on the door to closed. The red door eased open and Wyatt emerged, his long braided beard hanging on his chest, a box in his hand. He headed over toward the ring of chairs, turning the lamp on the table on.

"You in a rush today Sam?" Wyatt asked, moving to sit down in one of the chairs. Sam looked back, surprised.

"No, only thing that's time dependant is the bus." Sam replied. Wyatt patted the chair next to him.

"I'll drive ya home, if you want to get some experience in... I've got some special stock in, best way to sell it is to know it." Wyatt said. Sam's eyes widened a bit. It seemed ironic but he hadn't even thought about smoking, working in a tobacco shop. He thought about it for a long moment, the smoke billowing from his young lips, holding the long cigar like a pro, how cool it would make him look. A grin crossed his lips.

"Sure... Like you said, I gotta get some experience." Sam said, moving over. He settled down into the recliner next to Wyatt, looking over at the man he admired. Wyatt was a bit bulky, huge shoulders and large arms. He was quite the man. Sam watched Wyatt eagerly as he moved to clip one of the cigars.

"These are Xikar HC Colorado Belicosos. They are from Nicaragua but the tobacco is from all over; Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua..." Wyatt explained.

"Oh, I read about that kind... cocoa, cedar, a bit of fruit sweetness and some spice?" Sam asked. Wyatt nodded with a grin.

"You know your stuff, now it's time to taste it." Wyatt said, handing one to Sam, "Now... instincts may tell you to hold it between your index and middle fingers but the proper way is with your index finger and thumb. Also, don't rush... A good cigar should take a half hour. It's an experience." Wyatt said. Sam nodded sagely, bringing the large cigar to his lips, putting it over. Wyatt looked the teen over with a grin before he reached over, giving the boy a light. Sam puffed on it, letting the heat draw in and ignite the tobacco. Sam at least knew the basics about smoking. He knew not to inhale, just to savor it in his mouth. He drew in his first breath of smoke and his eyes widened.

There was an explosion of flavor in his mouth as he filled his cheeks with smoke. He held it there for a moment, looking down the length of the cigar to the burning tip before he held the cigar away. He began exhaling, watching a big cloud of white spill from his lips, billowing out into the air and curling around him. The smoke was almost like an animal. It danced around his shaggy strands of hair, his ear lobes, his nose. Sam murmured gently in delight, feeling so amazing. He turned to see that Wyatt had already lit up and was exhaling as well, looking so confident. Sam moaned gently, taking another puff. Wyatt grinned wide, knowing what a beast Sam would be, unleashing pure masculinity. The smoke moved around the boy quite unnaturally, clinging to him, embracing him... and what he would become.

*** Sam murmured in his sleep, his legs and arms twitching. He was dreaming of chasing something, catching up, running at full pace... He reached out for it, lunged, jumped... and when he hit the ground in his dream he woke up, murmuring. His tongue had been hanging out of his mouth but he pulled it back in, licking his lips to wet them again. Sam let out a deep yawn before he stretched and sat up, slipping his feet out of bed and putting them down on the carpet before he realized what day it was. Sam grinned. It was man's night! Sam stood up, scratching just above his ass cheeks as he went from his bedroom to the bathroom.

School had ended, he and his friends had graduated... and the boundless future stretched before them. They were men and it was time to act like it... by having a slumber party. It was ironic, geeky, but countless pizzas would be had and they would play enough games to wear out a console... though Sam had something special in mind. His parents had gone to a cabin to enjoy themselves and Sam had brought home a big box of cigars. He'd make sure his friends enjoyed the experience as much as he had.

Sam stood in front of the toilet, tugging his boxers down. One of his legs lifted up and his half hard cock suddenly unleashed, sending a stream of piss into the bowl. Sam closed his eyes, feeling quite natural peeing like that. The stream came for some time and Sam felt quite a bit of comfort knowing this was his bathroom, no one else's... and then his bladder was empty. Sam pulled his boxers back up and moved to go back to his bedroom, stopping in front of the mirror. Sam turned, noticing his face was covered in a fair amount of soft brown stubble. Sam's jaw dropped as he reached up to feel it.

"Hell yes, man's night." Sam muttered, admiring his sudden masculinity... but he had to get ready for the day. Sam moved back into his room and tugged on some well worn jeans. He went without a shirt but slipped his customary handkerchief around his neck, letting it hang on his bare chest before he headed out into the rest of the house. Sam held his hand out against the wall, trailing his fingers along as he always did... though his fingernails had grown a lot during the night and where scraping into the paint, not that he noticed.

Sam pulled the cereal box off of the top of the fridge, setting it down onto the table. The cupboard was less helpful, he had forgotten to do dishes. Still, there was one bowl for cereal even if it was big and metal. Sam pulled out the milk and a spoon and sat down at the table, ready for a quick breakfast before getting things ready. The milk splashed into the bowl, filling up. Sam clawed at the cereal bag to get it open before the contents spilled into the bowl like kibble. Sam set the box down and looked at the bowl, a strange feeling passing through his mind. He was starving, he couldn't resist...

The teenager leaned down, his tongue coming from his lips as he put his face into the bowl. He started lapping and licking at the cereal, bringing it into his mouth, his teeth loudly and messily crunching at the cereal. Milk splashed all over his face as he ate, his ass wiggling almost as if he was trying to wag a tail.

Glass bottles clinked as Owen dumped another half dozen into the bin, clearing off the table. Gabe looked over with a smirk.

"What are you doing? I thought this was man's night. No cleaning! You're supposed to be indulging in all the pleasures of the night." Gabe chuckled.

"What can I say? I'm just a beast of burden." Owen smirked, finishing his task, moving back. Austin was sitting spread legged on the floor under a lamp, his hair glistening in the light as he and Sam tried to finish their battle, Sam leaning forward on the couch. Gabe rushed over, leaning over the back of the couch.

"We're in the final moments of the epic Super Smash Brawl between the delightfully cheery Yoshi and the ever elusive Star Wolf. Who will win, scale or fur?!" Gabe exclaimed.

"Stop eating me!" Sam declared. Austin laughed.

"You love it! Now watch me sit on you!" Austin declared, coming down on Sam's character before head butting him off the stage.

"A winner, finally!" Gabe rolled his eyes.

"So, what next, another match?" Owen asked as he walked over. Sam shook his head, standing up.

"No, I was thinking something special, something we could do as men." Sam said, gesturing for the others to follow. Austin sprung up and moved after Sam, Owen and Gabe not far behind. Sam opened the sliding glass door and moved onto the patio where chairs had been set up around a table, a box sitting in the middle. Sam moved to sit down. Austin's eyes widened.

"Is that what I think it is?" Austin asked.

"A cigar box?" Owen asked. Sam nodded.

"Yep, and we're all going to enjoy some of the world's best. Wyatt gave me a bonus and I wanted to give us a treat, make it a true man's night." Sam explained. His three friends sat down.

"So you smoke now dude?" Gabe asked, still a bit surprised.

"Cigars at least." Sam grinned. He wasn't going to admit he'd only done one, but this would be a bonding experience. "I can show you guys how it's done." Sam said, clipping a cigar, getting it ready. Once it was ready he passed it to Owen who passed it to Gabe before Sam handed him his own. Sam explained what to do while he prepared all the cigars, handing one to Austin. The boys practiced holding them before all four were ready. Sam lit his cigar first, puffing on it to show the others. Soon the smoke began to curl around his head and billow out, jets of it coming from his mouth. The other boys watched in wonder before Austin jumped in surprise as the lighter was handed to him.

The crazy punk boy flushed a bit in excitement before he lit up. The flame danced across the tip and he drew it in, the smoke moving through the vast cigar and into his lips, flooding his mouth. Austin fought the urge to inhale it in and kept it in his mouth, exhaling a thick cloud after a moment. Austin puffed a few times before relaxing into it, taking his time... though he was looking a bit green around the gills, his skin looking closer to the tone of his hair. Austin handed the lighter to Gabe. Gabe seemed more confident, lighting up and drawing in. Sam grinned.

"You did this before!" Sam accused. Gabe shrugged, puffing again, his mouth firming a perfect o to blow a smoke ring before he plunged the cigar back into his lips.

"Yeah, once or twice. I like to be an expert at all things pleasure." Gabe smirked, handing Owen the lighter. Owen took it, having seen the other three boys light up. He knew what to do but he was a little hesitant... but he felt pressured and what could one cigar do? He flicked the lighter and brought it up, drawing a bit, getting the cigar going. His eyes widened for a moment as he tasted the smoke for the first time before his eyes shut. The lighter was set aside and he drew in, puffing out.

With all of his friends puffing away, Sam felt quite confident. His pack was enjoying it together, they were all being men... Sam drew another puff in before exhaling. The smoke curled around them all, sinking into their clothes, clinging to their hair, washing over their skin. While cigars had been enjoyed by men for centuries, these cigars were ushering the young men into a bit of a content daze unlike any other. They puffed and exhaled, their pants slowly bulging. Sam lifted his hips up and down involuntarily, almost as if he was fighting the instincts to hump wildly. Sam murmured, eyes closed as he drew on the cigar, lips practically sucking at the tobacco filled shaft.

As the smoke tickled at his face, the stubble grew in thicker. His boyish cheeks were covered in a short dense coating of soft brown facial fur. From the mess of his shaggy hair, the tips of his ears pushed up into points, rising higher and higher. Sam's lips darkened around the cigar, his teeth looking sharper and wilder each time he exhaled. His sharp fingernails were pushing out more, honing into points, getting thicker as they became claws. The hair on Sam's arms and legs was getting thicker, darker, longer. Each puff seemed to enhance the changes, his skin disappearing beneath the coat of hair.

Austin was reclined slack in the chair next to Sam, puffing away, drawing in and out eagerly. His skin had surpassed looking ill, it was positively green. It was almost as if the smoke was drawing moisture out of his skin, drying it out to the point it looked like it was cracking... but they weren't cracks, they were too perfect for that. Austin's skin was segmenting into hardened scales. His tailbone throbbed beneath him, his ass cheeks pushing apart. Austin's fingers held the cigar to his lips, his fingernails pushing into lighter colored claws than Sam's as the flesh of his ears started seeming less and less substantial than they were, only the deep hole remaining in place before flesh covered it, forming an ear slit.

Gabe, the most confident of the group, had been smoking like a pro... although his bulge had grown so distracting that his left hand tugged at his pants. The button popped open and the zipper slipped down. Thick blond curls of wooly fur spilled out before his cock emerged, thick and long. Gabe wrapped his fingers around his cock, starting to stroke it up and down, humping into his hand, still smoking away. His ears pushed into small points before stopping again, but the most distinct changes were happening beneath the cover of his pants. More yellow fur spilled out from between his pants.

"Hawww..." Owen muttered between puffs, surrendering to the bliss of the cigar. His lips turned black as he brought it in and out, his nostrils flaring, his nose widening. Like most of his friends, Owens ears began pushing into points and growing longer, angling away from his head. Soft red stubble broke out across his cheeks, looking like a fine short beard... though the fur was covering more and more of him. It spread up his changing ears, down his arms and legs. Owen grunted, trying to kick off his shoes, his toes contorting.

Sam was panting wildly, still smoking away before his hand came to his groin, squeezing it before he tried to tear his pants open. The fabric split but Sam's eyes were so tightly closed that he didn't see the changes happening right there. Skin welled up around the base of Sam's manhood before it pushed up, sliding around the shaft, forming a second protective layer that held the cock toward his abdomen. The rest of his shaft flooded with blood, getting extremely hard and also rather red. Sam grabbed at his changing cock with clawed hands, the backs of his hands furry, the palm swelling up into paw pads.

Sam drew his hand up and down, his cock seeming to stretch longer with each tug. The mushroom shaped head deformed, stretching into a point, yellowed precum starting to leak from the tip. Sam panted, his tongue hanging from the corner of his mouth as the base of his cock started swelling. His ball sack grew larger, the skin covered with brown hair until the skin was impossible to see. Sam's face contorted, stretching out. His nose flattened and grew moist, moving out as his mouth did. His pointed, furry ears reached the top of his head as his tailbone began pushing out of his pants, thick brown fur spilling out of the skin.

Austin wasn't far behind Sam, his cigar over a third gone. His hand worked at his changing cock, feeling too good to notice the extreme changes undergoing his body. A thickening tail hung out of the side of the chair, his skin completely green. Even his shaft was an emerald shade as the tip pointed a bit... but as strange as that was, what was most unusual was the divot forming in the center of Austin's shaft, a valley in the flesh right down the middle... both the top and the bottom, the two edges pushing together.

Austin worked his changing manhood furiously, gasping as the cock suddenly split into two. The flesh throbbed and then swelled wider, thicker, becoming perfectly round again... and in a moment he had two thick shafts bobbing before him. Austin bit down on the cigar, bringing his other hand down to work both cocks off. He puffed the cigar as he stroked himself off. The tip of his nose blunted before it spread out, his mouth pushing out into a short muzzle. His nose lost all definition, becoming nothing more than slits in the scaled skin.

Gabe had bit down on his cigar to use both hands as well, but not to work two shafts. He had to use both hands just to close around his one cock. Both palms worked the shaft, sliding up and down, the fingers barely meeting together. Gabe's cock was swelling by the moment. The head had blunted and flared flat like an equine, a thick rib of thicker flesh half way up the veined length. The head leaked precum across Gabe's pleasure trail, the shaft growing even more as it tickled between his nipples, the earthy and musky scent reaching his nose despite the smoke.

Gabe reached up with one hand to pull the cigar from his lips, his left hand guiding his cock to his lips. Gabe opened his mouth and brought his shaft in, sucking eagerly, moaning as the precum spilled down his throat. After a moment he popped the cock out and puffed on the cigar again, going back and forth between the two. An intense pressure had been building up in Gabe's head, coming dangerously close to enough pain to distract him... but in an instant of relief, the flesh parted as two black nubs pushed out form his head. The horns stretched longer, curving around his head, spiraling around into ram horns. Gabe's short blond hair grew longer, getting shaggy, thick and long strands of blond hair stretching out from his chin, getting precum soaked into it.

"HEE HAW!" Owen grunted out, his left hand flying up and down his cock as the peachy skin turned black, the curls of reddish brown hair on his groin spreading all over his legs and up his abdomen. His chest bulged with muscle, his arms following soon after. Each hump into his hand brought more maleness to his body, though it wasn't human manliness. Tall furry donkey ears rose to the top of Owen's head, his face pushing out into a long muzzle as he puffed on the cigar, his fingernails turning black and growing thick, capping his fingers like hooflets. A long tail hung out of his pants, a black flare on the top.

The groaning of leather came as the seams of Owen's shoes began popping, the strings breaking before the rubber fell to the ground and the leather slipped off. The white socks beneath were stretching and contorting before they tore, revealing two large massive hooves. Owen's shirt tore as well, falling in tatters as his huge chest was revealed. Only his pants struggled to stay on after the exertion. Owen brayed more, working more on the cigar, shuddering in delight. Owen smiled as he heard the sound of other shoes bursting as Gabe struggled next to him. The blond boy's shoes popped and fell apart as hooves emerged as well.

Sam took a huge puff of his cigar, exhaling slowly even as his left paw flew over his cock. His shoes and socks had been discarded to let out his own puppy paws. A thick tail wagged behind him through the hole in the chair, his torso covered in thick fur. Sam's face had finished pushing into a long muzzle, his canine ears flat against his head in joy. Sam had embraced the change and was a handsome mutt of a hybrid, a happy dog and pack leader.

Austin hissed in joy, a thick Mohawk of green hair rising up from a scaled head. Austin ran his claws over his clothes, cutting them off of him before tossing them aside. He was naked from head to toe, save for his thick green headphones hanging around his head. Ironically they were the only kind that could still work with his ear slits. A long lizard tongue slipped out of his blunted muzzle to taste the smoke in the air and the men around him.

Gabe's pants had given way and he'd thrown his shirt away, although it was hard to tell from a distance. His digitigrades legs were covered in thick blond fur that went from his hips to his hoofs, completing his look as a satyr, though his massive cock helped with that aesthetic. A tiny tail nub quirked behind him, his horns glistening in the evening light. Gabe opened his eyes, turning his head to gaze at Owen.

Owen was panting hard, taking every other breath with the cigar. His face almost seemed the most animal of all of them. He had the longest muzzle of them all, a rusty brown fur covering it all, his nostrils wide and his lips dark. He was a true donkey man, having given into pleasure and losing his humanity just like the tail of pleasure island... not that Owen minded. His donkey face smiled broadly.

Sam shuddered happily, leaning limp in his chair as he took the last few puffs of his cigar before he set it down in the ashtray to cool off and go out. The other boys managed to get the strength to do the same one by one. Sam leaned back. He felt confident, comfortable, almost worn out. His brain hadn't processed any of it yet but he had been through a massive change... but he didn't have time to even start thinking about it before a knock came from the doorframe. The four boys looked up toward the house, a huge form filling the doorway.

Standing at the entrance to the house was a massive form, seven and a half feet tall. All of their eyes started at the ground, looking at gigantic hooves that dwarfed Owen and Gabe's in comparison. Their eyes trailed up muscled black furry legs, thick knees, a huge heavy sack hidden behind a massive black bovine cock, thick furry abs, gigantic pectorals with thick nipples, powerful arms ending in wide hands with fingers capped with hoof tips like Owen. The boys continued their survey up the thick neck to the muzzled bull head resting at the top of the head, super wide yellowed horns jutting out and then up. The fur on the bulls' head was thickest along its jaw bone before a huge tuft dropped down from the beast's chin. Sam's eyes widened.

"Wyatt, glad you could join us!" Sam grunted.

"I hope I'm not too late boys, I got held up in traffic." Wyatt said, moving to pull over another chair to the circle and sit down.

"Nah, you're perfectly in time... We were just about to light up another set of cigars... You can join us, it's like a Leaf Lounge picnic..." Sam murmured. The dog, the lizard, the satyr the donkey and the bull all reached into the box to pull out more cigars and clip them like experts, the click of the lighter signaling another round of smoking to commence. Wyatt puffed on his cigar, grinning as he looked to all of the manly beasts around him. He had gotten far more than he bargained for when he put up the 'help wanted' sign. Wyatt's thick nose snorted, smelling the musk of the boys, a grin crossing his lips. It would be an amazing night indeed.
