The sound of the school bell was like the angels of heaven calling my name, at last I wound be free for three whole mouths or less I didn't care. The sound of footpaw's filled the hallways, and stared an earthquake thru the school. I didn't worry about the big rush; I had my ways of getting out of school.

I slip out of art class after the hall were empty and headed down one the back hallways so that no one would see me. Me, and Marshal came up with a plan to sneak me out of school sometime if people ever threatened me, and after what happened today marshal thought it was best. I could never tell what make him so never, nothing bad could, or would happens.

*****

"Get him! Get him!" they all tried to rush Marshal as fast as they could, but marshal was faster than all of them. Marshal step back further down the alleyway they were in behind the school.Marshal had assets the situation, and figured there were five of them, all of them the coyote from before, except for the one that assaulted Mark, so there was no real reason to fight.

"So Marshal, were your fagot friend at." The coyote in the center of the group chuckled with no hesitation.

Marshal look on with his bored stare at the coyote for only a few seconds before shaking his head in disappointment.

"Hay! What up with you? What, are you scared?" the coyote stared to get angry, and ball up his fist.

"Well, I am scared" the pack of coyote moved in closer with evil grins across their face, as if they were ready to kill. "I'm scared of what my mother going to do to me after she sees all the blood on me." The pack of coyote didn't think much of what Marshal said, and kept coming.

"Alright, enough of your mouth, you're going to pay for what you did to Diego." Marshal ready himself for a fight, and the gang of coyote crept closer to him with the look of bloodlust in their eyes.

The sound of a creaking back ally door intrude on the fight, Marshal, and the group of coyotes look to back of the ally to see who was coming.

"Marshal, are you out....." I stop halfway out the door, and look at Marshal Surround by the group of furs. I was stunned when he realized that they were all for the hallway fight.

"Dammit." Marshal quickly jump into action, he ran thru the barricade of fur while knocking down the center one, and stepping on his back with all his weight.

Marshal rushed down the alleyway to Mark while the coyote pack was right behind him closing in on him. Marshal reaches me in the nick of time, and grabs me, and tosses me over his shoulder without hesitation, then rushed me back inside the school. The coyotes made a large leap for the door, but marshal closed the door just in time, after the door was shut the thud of the coyotes hitting the door.

"Marshal what was going on out there." Marshal turned to me, and gave a faint smile to me. That was the first time I had ever seen Marshal smile without casing someone pain in the processes. I never knew why Marshal Barley smiled, he never really did but, he did today.

We had finally found a safe way to get out of the school without the coyotes following us, or anyone else.

Marshal walk with me all the way back to my house which is a little farther then you would expect. We use to take the bus but, marshal was marshal, and got us kick off, so he promised to walk me home whenever I wanted him too.

Me, and Marshal were passing by the park, where some people were running for exercise, or workout. Marshal never paid attention when we walk, but I would stare at some of the guy runners. I just imagined there rock hard bodies covered in sweat, it just turned me on in all sorts of way.

"You are a nasty little dog." Marshal voice made me turn my head to him with worry smile on my face.

"W-w-what are you talking about Marsh." I tried two avoid looking him in the eye.

"You, eyeing all of those guys, knowing you already have one, right." I could only blush, and smile at Marshal Response.

"You know he's not my boyfriend, but I want him to be." I let out a sigh of disappointment.

Marshal wraps his arm around my neck and stared ruffling my air.

"Marshal stop, you're a jerk." I finally got free of his titan grip.

"Yes, the jerk that cares for your wellbeing, husky." I look at him knowing I was safe, but I always know marshal is not going to be there.

I waved bye to marshal as he left down a corner to his house, which was far from my neighborhood. Anyway I was a few feet away from my house; it was a regular house, 3bedroom, 2bath, and all that kind of stuff. I have my own room, and so do my brother, and sister, my mom work around the clock so I stay in her room most of the time.

I was at the front door, but it opened as I was getting ready to open it.

"Oh, hi honey." It was my mom getting ready to rush off to work, as usual. She was a husky, as well was my brother, and sister. She look as if she was hit with whiplash, but she still had a smile on her face, and a sweet sound in her voice.

"Mark, don't forget dinner in the refrigerator." She stared walking down the walk way

"Yes mam." I responded to her.

"Your brother and sister are at some friend's house so they won't be back for a while." I sigh on the inside.

Mom had finally got into her car, and was getting ready to go, but she rolled down her window to tell me something.

"Oh mark, are new neighbor moved in, go say hi." She said before driving off.

I really didn't care about some new people that will just end up hating me. I stared walk into the house, but I had the feeling I was being watch.

"Hay there husky." said the voice of a pair of eye watching me walk into my house from my neighbor window.

I sat on the back porch thinking more about Zane, and what to do about him, but I couldn't think of anything. I stared laying down on the back porch. I keep thinking of marshal, and his philosophy of what he thinks is best. I just wanted to go to sleep, but before I could get up I was interrupted by a surprising voice.

"What's up lazy." I jump of the wooden porch to see who was next to me.

My eye went wide at the handsome Doberman that stood before me. He was black and copper colored dog with the tip of his ears a light brown color. He was about 6 feet tall, and wearing a pair of black jeans with a red, and white shirt that said; VISION in big bold black letters. He seemed nice, or maybe it was the look in his blue oceanic eyes.

"Are you going to invite me in?" the larger dog exclaimed

"No I don't have to." I said with a little attitude

"Ok, we can talk out here, if that ok with you." He sat on the part of the porch were I was sitting, and look up at me.

"Sure, I guess so." I walk over, and sat next to him.

"So, what your name?" he ask out of the blue.

"Mark, what's yours" I ask him back

"Jimmy, but you can call me Jim." He stared at me for a while.

"Is there something on my face?" I ask him.

"Just the look on your cute little face, husky boy." My eye popped open at his response, and choice of words, although I couldn't stop from blushing.

"You think I'm cute."

"Yeah, of cores you are." He said with no hesitation.

"Thanks, you to." A lovely smile came across his face.

We talk for what felt like hours until the sun stared to set.

"Well I got to go cutie, can I get a goodbye present." He leaned in to kiss me and as much as I wanted to I couldn't, I back away from him, and he look at me with confusion.

"I would like to, but we just met so..." he placed his finger over my maw.

"It's ok husky, I understand, you're looking for love, and I'm just rushing things." "So, whenever you're ready you can find me, next door." He hoped up, and stared walking to the fence door. He turned around, and waved to me before walking thought the door.

I look up into the sky, and thought aging; thing will get better.

The alleyway was filled with sounds of painful moans and groans from the coyotes scattered on the ground. One of the coyote rolled over to see sitting on the dumpster the attacker's. There were two of them a short boy, and the other was taller

"Well it time for the next step. The tall one said in bores tone.

"Don't worry bro I will take care of him, and his special friend." The little chuckled.

"I will be back in 3mouthes, don't let anyone hurt him." The tall one said in a strict tone.

"You have nothing to worry about, bro." the little one look up at the dim lit sky, and so did the tall one.

"Mark be safe, you're in good hands." And the sun set on the day of happiness, and shadows.
