#1 of A Peasant and a Man

The title of the story will not be clear until you go on with the story. After this introduction, I tell you that this is a story that has a lot of developments in the future. The protagonist is Georgos, a lion of Thessaly, son of a shepherd, who wants the adventure in the Great Greece. He will soon realize that not everything is easy outside of his little world. But for now, enjoy this first chapter. I warn you, as usual, that I'm Italian, so I ask you to send me a message if you find mistakes or grammatical errors. Thanks!

****************************

Georgos woke up in the middle of the night. The room was dark, even though the pale rays of the moon managed to enter through the holes in the curtain of the little window. The lion was lying on the bed. He didn't move a muscle. His feline eyes fixed on the dark ceiling. His ears taut like the string of a bow. Although he had just awakened, Georgosshowed no sign of tiredness. When he decided to look toward the window, he saw nothing but the dirty cloth that barely covered it. Yet he could have sworn he had heard something. A breeze moved the curtains, revealing the starry sky. He took a sigh of relief and relaxed the muscles of his body. Only after his eyes became accustomed to the darkness he was able to see his room more clearly. His domain. Close to his bed, on the right, he could vaguely see the wooden chair on which he had placed his clothes before going to bed. He gazed at the dark silhouette of the long stick, that was leaning against the chair, with which he used to have fun playing at war. On the left hand, next to the door, there was a small table on which were leaning a blown out candle, a pair of parchment scrolls and, most important of all, a small dagger and a slingshot: birthday gifts.

Hesat cross-legged on the bed, taking the rough wool blanket to cover his genitals. The fur on his arms and back stood up protesting against the cold of the night. Georgosshivered a bit, but he didn't cover himself. He was a Greek! Nota effeminate barbarian who couldn't stand the harsh temperatures of Thessaly. He was aware of being a worthy son of his motherland: Greece, birthplace of heroes, warriors and of fair and honest people! He certainly was also aware that he was neither a warrior nor a hero, but he did his best, at least, to look like them. Despite his nineteen years, there was no man within a mile that could compete with him. His only misfortune was to be son of a shepherd.

A humble man, no doubt, but not smart enough to notice the skills of his son. Not to mentionthe fact that these qualities were clearly visible! Since puberty, Georgoshad begunto dream of a life beyond the rural tranquility of a farm: a life full of adventures, battles, love, unbridled passions, intrigue and betrayal that he would have faced with indomitable courage. From that moment these fantasies had begun to influence his body and soul. Most of the day was devoted to the muscular development of the body; he started to practice fencing when, for his fourteenth birthday, his fathergave him a stick to tame the sheep.Needless to say, he never used it during his duties as a shepherd... at least not as a shepherd would have used it!

Every output with the sheep became the pretext for a new adventure: every tree, rock, bush, even the wind itself, became an enemy to defeat, because that was what was required to heroes in return of eternal glory. In response, his father, too weak to take radical positions on his son's fantasies, constantly accused him of being negligent about his duties and about not being enough concerned of the family welfare. Topics that, anyways, never affected Georgos, because he knew that he would have never remained for ever to work in the fields. The welfare of the family would have waited for the moment when he would have become a valiant warrior. And no doubt that this would have happened!

The curtains moved again in the wind chill. The lion massaged his chest and then moved his hand along the belly, stroking his abs covered with short and smooth fur. He had always liked the pleasant sensation that a caress could give. Especiallyduringsex. As a fact, sex was one of the best experiences he'd ever done in his life. And she was so beautiful! Herhair, her skin, her lips, her soft breasts and her vagina... so small and tight. How much effort to deflower her! His peniswasclearlytoo big forher... Georgos grinned pleased: from that day, having sex was no longer a problem of widths. Meanwhile, under the blanket, his penis began to bulge with excitement. Georgos lifted the blanket to find his arousing piece of meat, and looked at it for a minute, waiting for it to return to its normal size. Then he decided to lay down on the bed again and fell asleep shortly after.

"Would you likesomecheeseonyourbread, dear?" asked his mother removing the bread from the oven. After leaving the food on the table, she stretched her arms in a wide movement. Shelooked tired, as if she had not slept all night: she had circles under the eyes and a weary expression. Georgos looked at her with concern for a moment before approaching the table and take place on one of the chairs.

"No, mother, thank you!" he said, while taking a slice of toast and putting it in his wooden plate. With a snap he broke the bread in little pieces and began to eat voraciously.

"You know that it would be much more tastier with some cheese on it", sheinsisted, leaning on the table a piece of cheese and a knife.

"Really, mother,Ido not want it!" gently answered back the young lion.

"Maybe milk?" she asked.

"N--o!",he was eating so fast that he almost choked to reply.

"Why such a hurry?" his mother asked, frowning dramatically. "How do you suppose you're going to stay focused all day long without calcium?".

"Mother ... please! Father is waiting for me at the sheepfold. I have to take them out to pasture!" Georgos said, pointing his thumb toward the east, where the fence was. "And I am quite late ... I - have to - hurry," he said swallowing the last piece of bread. Then he rose from the table and hugged his mother. "Thank you" he kissed her cheek and hugged her again. "I'll be back home in a week. The journey to river Peneus is going to be quite long".

"Yes, it's going to be a very long week!" she said looking at him with apprehension. "You'll be careful ... promise me!" she said, taking her son's face between her hands.

"I ... I promise you, mother!" Georgos said, a little surprised. He smiled at her. Then he broke free from her grasp. "You always worry too much, " he said grinning, "You'll see that everything is going to be fine. Anyways, I going to bring Elikonis with me!"

"Mmmmm ..." Despite his words, his mother didn't seem convinced at all. "Very well, then!" she finally said, clapping her hands together and rubbing them vigorously. "There's no time to lose. Go! I'll wait you as Persephone waits the end of her captivity in the Hades ". Having said that she grabbed him by the shoulders and pushed him out of the kitchen.

Saidthe last words of farewell, and got his beloved staff, which was leaning against the entrance, Georgos walked briskly toward the field. The sky was still shrouded in a cloak of gray shadows: dawn was one of the boy's favorite moments of the day. Although there was little light, the sun would have come very soon. All around you could already hear the chirping of early birds. A cool breeze fluttered on the lawn, scattering the thin layer of fog that had gathered in few points of the valley. As soon as he saw the sheepfold he stopped for a breath of fresh air. The more he approached, the more the smell and the bleating of sheep grew louder.

Suddenly, a bark of happiness rose above the din. "Come, Elikonis! Come here, boy!" he called. And there, from the mass of wool, emerges a dog. Such a magnificent beast, he thought: a black collie with white and brown spots was running toward him, furiously wagging his tail with excitement. As soon as the dog came near, Georgos began to stroke him kindly. "Good boy! How are you? Ready to go?" he asked, interpreting the satisfaction of the dog as a yes.

"And are you ready?" asked a voice from the sheepfold. His father was standing in front of the fence with a backpack at his feet. The boy smiled and approached. The two lions embraced. "In name of Zeus, my dear son, your mane is getting even thicker!" said the old lion.

"Father, my mane began to grow just a week ago ... it cannot be grown too much in one week!" said Georgos, smiling and shaking his head.

"But that does not mean that you haven't become a man!" said his father. "A strong and authoritarian man, I must say... all qualities necessary for a good shepherd!" he said, satisfied. He gave him a pat on the shoulder and bent down to pick up the pack from the ground. Georgos took advantage of the fact that his father wasn't looking at him in that very moment to make a grimace of dissent against his words. Although the speech had been addressed several times, the old lion did not seem to accept the idea that his son might have had other ambitions than to be a shepherd.

"Well, I placed in here a pair of wool blankets, a water flask, which I hung up here" and pointed to the pig's bladder filled with water, tied to the backpack, "also you will find drie meat, bread, some cheese and. .. " the old man thoughtfully looked at the sky, "Oh yes! I took the knife from your room, and the slingshot, if you ever would like to hunt".

"Thank you, Father!" said the young lion bowing his head. "I think I'll be back after the sunset of the seventh day, or maybe the day after. " He looked for a moment the sheep, then turned eastward: the sky was clearing up fast. Apollo's Chariot was arriving to pull the sun across the sky. "It's time to go!" he finally said, eager to begin his journey.

"Yes, it is!" said his father hugging him. "Always remember to pray to the gods, and remember to sacrifice a lamb once arrived on the banks of the Peneus river " then he smiled and released him. "Go!"

"Goodbye, father!" said Georgos, going towards the gate of the fence. A few feet away Elikonis was steady, ready to obey orders. The lion opened the gate and, with a series of eeeh! aaah! he incited the sheep to leave the sheepfold. He put his knapsack on his shoulder, grabbed the stick and, without looking back, walked toward north-east. The dog barked loud to tame the sheep, while Georgos, with different types of whistling, helped him to detect the sheeps that were came out from the ranks and to put them back with the others.

****************************

Thirty minutes after his departure, the sun began to rise. Few millimeters at a time, the gold disk was on the horizon, coloring the pink clouds and the gloomy earth of a deep golden color. Georgos stopped, leaning on his stick, to observe the scene. He paid little attention to the impatient barks of the dog. A smile curled his lips. Who could ever blame him if he thought that sunrise was the most beautiful moment of the day?

"I'm coming, Elikonis ..." He said, giving affectionate pats on the furry head of the dog, which had approached him to lick his hand. The dog barked a few times, but he seemed excited about something. "What's up, boy?" he asked, but suddenly a rustle in the grass behind him caught his attention. He turned abruptly, brandishing his stick: just below him, at the foot of the hill, a lynx was trudging along, dragging her long robes.

"Theodosia?" he called with a mix of surprise and anguish. He lowered the stick and began to run down the hill to help the girl. The lynx looked up: her breath was heavy and she looked exhausted. "What are you doing here?" he asked grabbing her arm and helping her to stand.

"I ... I told you... that ... I was going... to come!" Theodosia said. She put her hand to her breast and began to make some deep breaths. Then, with a theatrical gesture, she collapsed in his arms. Georgos rolled his eyes to the sky:

"Come on, I know that you didn't faint. Come on!" he said pulling her up. But she stubbornly wouldn't budge. "Very well, then!" he said, and dropped her without warning.

The girl gasped and fell on the grass with a muffled thud. "You did that on purpose!" she shrieked, sounding puzzled.

"No, that's not true!" he said, "I'd be a monster! You just slipped from my arms, that's all ." He grinned at her and began to climb the hill, on top of which the dog was waiting for him.

"You threw me on the floor" she complained, getting up from the ground and cleaning her dress from the grass. "I've been walking for an hours, in the dark, to reach you, and that is how you treat me?" she said while following him.

"I told you not to come, girl!" he said turning to look at her with a frown. "What do you think will happen if your father finds out that you ran away from home to follow me?" he asked. Then, with a few whistles, he ordered the advance of the flock. The dog immediately ran ahead and began to push the sheep forward.

"What if I don't care?" she asked him. "By the way, you know he has never given a damn about me, that dirty old bastard! Once I told him I was going to the temple, but I came back after three days. He didn't say a word! Could you please wait for me?" she roared.

Georgos stoppedandlooked back ather."But he hates me!" he said with dismay. "I bet he'd rather see you devoted to the Vestal virgins rather than see you with me!" With a grunt she approached him, and the two felines resumed their walk together.

Shortly after the face of the lynx became gentler. "I doubt... the Vestals control if you're a virgin before the initiation. And I'm no longer a virgin ..." she added with a mischievous voice, squeezing his genitals.

The lion held his breath and drove away the girl's hand: "Stop teasing me, Theodosia! Not now!" he said, moving away from her. "I have work to do, and I can't have distrac-"

"Oh, Please! You have always let the dog do everything!" she snapped. "A little fun never hurt anyone ..."

"That's not the point!" he said. "I would like to lie down on the banks of the Peneus river before night, so" and he pointed towards her a warning finger, "no distractions!"

"Okay!" she said with exasperated voice. The air became warmer as the day progressed, marked by the passing of the sun and shadows.

****************************

After half a day's walk, Georgos began to get nervous. The presence of Theodosia didn't allow him to spend the day with his usual exercises, so that he couldn't do anything but walk. After about three hours of travel, he learned how to pretend to listen to the girl, nodding from time to time, and commenting with a "yes" and a "no ", or even a "sure, you're right". He continued to observe the horizon, wondering how much long it would take to lead the flock to the banks of the river for the last ten miles. They had recently arrived in a gorge between two hills, in the middle of which flowed a small dark river, where there certainly wasn't enough water to quench the thirst of all the sheep. However, he stooped to fill his water flask. "Want some?" he asked Theodosia handing her the bottle.

"You know, the sheep are noisy!" she said. "And they stink!" she added, waving her hand in front of the nose.

"Thea, we are in the midst of a dell, so the bleating of sheep resounds on its walls, and the wind blows from the north-east, that is where we are heading, so it is obvious that sme-"

"Don't treat me like a stupid! And, by the way, you know you shouldn't call me that!" she pointed out, giving him a push on the arm.

"What's wrong, if part of your name means <Goddess>?" he asked, crossing his arms.

"You know very well that that's not the point: I'm not a goddess, as you're not a farmer, even if your name Georgos!"

"But I still am a poor shepherd! There is little difference ..." He starts to walk after the flock. "The gods won't be angry with me if I call you with a diminutive. Rather they should be angry with your father!"

"Ah!" she snapped, raising her hands to the sky, "That's for sure! They should cut off his penis! That lousy git!"

Gerogos smiled. "Soon it will be time for lunch, but I don't have enough food for both of us. So I guess I'll have to kill a sheep, but not while we are here, " he said starting to walk faster. "Yaaah!" he shouted moving the stick forward. Understood the order, the dog began to bark to speed up the sheep.

"How much do you think is still missing to get there?" Theodosia asked.

"In a couple of hours, if we maintain this pace, we will be out of here. And perhaps, with a little luck, we will see the river in the afternoon ..."

They remained silent for a couple of minutes, then the lynx tookthe lion's hand and squeezed it hard. "By the way, thanks!"!" she said.

"Don't mention it!"

They continued their walking, talking about this and that. The sun was rising more and more, until it hang over the gorge. The temperature began to rise dramatically, but fortunately they had come to the end of the passage. On the other side, the land was no longer dark, dry and "closed", but it stretched for miles and miles to the horizon, occupied by high gray mountains in the distance. The air was fresh, although a bit damp. The two smiled with joy and began to run down the hill. Theodosia fell three times, because of the dress, but her face was never crossed by tears.

They camped for a while under a tree, just the time to eat. Shortly before the lion had taken one of the older ewes and killed it, though not without hesitation: he didn't want to feed himself with the cattle. He gutted and skinned the sheep with great attention, careful not to pierce the skin to not spoil it. Then he prepared a fire the way his father had taught him and began to cook the meat, leaving some aside for dinner. They ate happily enjoying the food at their disposal, and Theodosia also began to sing some hymns to the goddess Athena that she had listened in the Temple.

Georgos could not help but to listen and watch entranced. The afternoon passed quickly and only at sunset they managed to reach the river. Theodosia was the first to spot it: they had just left the camp when a silver ribbon appeared in the middle of a forest, just below the valley. Half an hour later they were on the banks of the Peneus river. They were at a point where the forest limited a vast portion of green lawn, large enough to accommodate the entire flock.

"We have arrived!" Theodosia said with a sigh.

"Yes, and we still have a bit of light: the Chariot of Apollo hastraveled fast, today!" Georgos added. "But fortunately, in summer the days are longer, which allows us to regain a bit of time for some fun!"

"You mean we can take a bath?" she asked enthusiastically.

"In this area the river is larger, so the current is not as strong as it should be!" he said starting to take off his tunic. Theodosia smiled and began to take off her clothes.

"Having problems? It will already be night when you finish undressing!" he exclaims, laughing.

"Oh, stop it, stupid! My dress is wet , and I can't untie this rope!" she says panting, trying to free herself from the band that held the dress tight around her waist.

"Leave it to me!" said the lion approaching her. She stopped struggling, giving him a way to take the band. "Couldn't you have tighten it more?" he said ironically. So he pulled out a knife and cut the band.

"Much better!" she exclaimed, taking deep breaths. "That thing was suffocating me. " The two resumed to undress without embarrassment. Once completelynaked, Theodosia ran forward and jumped into the water without second thoughts. He followed her without hesitation. The water was freezing, but everything was perfect after a long day of travel. They played and swam for the next half hour until the cold became unbearable.

****************************

Georgos slid off his shirt and leaned in again, this time feeling her breasts pressing against his chest. As their lips touch with open mouths, he slid his tongue into her mouth. She starts to circle his tongue with hers. Then he starts to move farther down kissing her chin and putting his hand on her waist. He kissed her where the neck meets with the shoulder. She took in a deep breath, loving every second of it. Her hands latched on to his back. He moved down lower and started to suck on her left nipple.

_She is so soft,_Georgos thought beginning to rub his fingers up her side, from her waist up below her armpits. Feeling her goose bumps he looked at her other nipple, which started to swell and harden. He too started to grow larger. Theodosia closed her legs with her hands between them and gives him a sweet and innocent look. The lion kissed her feet at first, moving then up her legs, kissing every bit of her. She slowly started to remove her hands and spread, shortly after, her legs, as he got closer and closer to her sweet spot.

She spread her legs fully giving him a better view of her vagina. The lion reached one hand up and started to twist her nipple and pull it slightly. Caressing the rest of her breast as well, he began to lick the sides of her smooth pussy, eventually flicking at her clit with my tongue.

"Oh, please, don't stop!" Theodosia cried, arching his back. Her breathing began to quicken, as her moans grew louder. "Mmmm! Give me more, my love!" she said with a sigh. "Ah, yes!" the lynx grabbed Georgos's hand and caressed it passionately.

He slid a finger inside deep, shortly followed by another. She shivers a bit. He pushed both of them deep inside her and curled them upwards. Theodosia gave a loud moan as the lion started to rapidly curl and uncurl his fingers, over and over again while sucking on her clit, pushing and rubbing his rough tongue against it.

"My turn now!" he said pulling out his wet fingers and going closer to her face. Placing his cock inside her mouth, first just the head, she started to suck on it hard, as she used her other hand to jack him off. He leant his head back and breathed hard. He could feel her warm moist lips around his dick and her soft tongue caressing it.

Then he pulled her up and turned her around.

"Time for some action, baby!" Georgos said leaning his dick on her pussy. He rubbed it up and down, feeling his precum mix with her juices. After a few seconds he pushed his penis inside of her, very slowly and softly. Her mouth opened and as he slid inside her. She let out a deep sigh of pleasure. He leaned forward to let his hands explore her body. He pushed his waist into her wet pussy.

"Harder!" she said, so he thrust harder inside of her. She embraced him, wrapping her hands on his back. Her claws began to dig into his flesh. The lion arched his back in pain, although it excited him extremely.

"Cum with me Thea!" He pushed faster inside of her, her breasts against his body. She cried louder into the lion's ear, advising him she was about to cum.

He let loose to his orgasm and cummed inside of her. This pushed her over the edge and she started to scream. He brought his thrusting to a slow push and then pulled his penis out of her. Both tired and exhausted, they fell asleep shortly after.
