#3 of To Hold a Twilight Rose

Twilight rubbed my bulge tenderly, making my answer slur. "If you waaaaaahhh....." He blushed.

"It's been awhile, hasn't it?" he asked.

"I don't paw... never have, just once."

"Really?" He rubbed my crotch again, making me purr softly. He continued rubbing through my pants, and it wasn't long before I was at full attention. It was interesting, how much restraint he had. Most guys would've been trying to get laid by now instead of something as subtle as this.

"It's true. Never found it that interesting, as weird as that is. I've always wanted something more, and I'm not the type to accept substitutes, you know?"

He nodded and undid my jeans, showing him my pink boxers. I blushed. As he hooked a claw around my waistband, I stopped him.

"Don't... I don't want you to see me yet... It's a bit too fast for me."

Twilight nodded. "I understand." He massaged my package through my boxers, and slowly started rubbing me harder and faster. I moaned again, louder this time.

"Twilight..."

"I know." he said simply. It wasn't long after that when I came for the first time in three years. Needless to say, the buildup was noticable as my boxers got soaked in cum. He looked away from me.

"What's wrong Twi?" I was worried that he was sad that I hadn't let him see me.

"Nothing. I was just thinking you'd like to change before going to bed. You are staying the night, right?"

Oh, he was just staying with my request. I changed quickly. "Of course!" I pounced on him, wearing pink fleece pants and a pink thermal shirt.

"You're so playful all of a sudden!" It took a minute for me to register what I'd just done, and I realized that I'd never have done that twenty minutes ago. Before I forgot though, I had to do something quick.

"Just a minute, I gotta call Scott."

"Okay."

I dialed his number on my cell quickly, and he picked up on the first ring.

"Matt?"

"Hey Scott."

"Yeah? You staying?" I put the cell on speaker so Twilight could hear.

"Yeah. By the way, I-"

"Did you get laid already?" Scott interrupted. Twilight choked, and my face turned beet red.

"Scott... I put the phone on speaker."

"Oops. Oh well. Did ya?"

"No Scott. We are together now though. Talk to you later." I hung up before he answered.

"I think I like Scott. He's funny." Twilight laughed.

"Good, because you're gonna have to get used to it." I mumbled.

Twilight furrowed his brow. "Now where'd that playful kitty go?" He poked me in the ribs. I giggled and pounced on him again. "There he is!"

I licked a paw. "Twilight..."

"Yeah?"

"My eyes. Look at them. Are they different?"

He met my eyes, and his widened for a second, surprised. "They're crystal clear. Beautiful shades of green."

I hugged him tight. "I guess... when I suppressed lust, I made myself more reserved than I intended... But now I don't have to!"

He hugged me back and pulled the covers over us. "That's good." I didn't hear him. I was already asleep. He chuckled to himself and petted me softly, until sleep took him, too.

I woke to find that Twilight wasn't holding me. I turned over, and saw that he was at his computer, reading a message. I could see part of it from where I laid:

"Twi? I hope you remember me... But then, how could you forget?"

That was all that I could see. Twilight replied, then turned the monitor off and climbed back in next to me. Noticing the look on my face, he smiled.

"I'll tell you some other time. I want it to be a surprise." He held me close to him and kissed me on the forehead. "It's only 2am. Sleep..." And I did.

~~~~
Five weeks passed and I'd moved in with Twilight. I spent almost all of my free time there anyway, so we figured it would be a good idea. Naturally, he took me to school too, though school was out for the summer, it being the first week of vacation and all.
I was in his arms again. We were about to go to sleep. He tapped my nose lightly; a request to open my eyes, which he had dutifully kept clear for me. He'd only had to help me once a week to keep them like that, though.
I opened my eyes, and he whispered in my ear. "Remember that message our first night together? I'll tell you about it in the morning."
"Not tonight?"
"Nope. Morning. Good night, Matti." And off to sleep we went.
~~~~

"What the hell...?" I thought out loud lifting myself off the floor. I had a really bad headache, but it was slowly fading. What happened last night? I couldn't remember. Looking around, I couldn't even tell where I was, though I noticed that I hadn't been the only one 'asleep' on the floor.

I stretched, and almost fell over from a short bout of vertigo. Scratching my head, I sat down on the second step of a large staircase in the back of the room. I scanned the furs on the floor, looking for anyone familiar. My eyes locked on to Twilight, who had fallen asleep leaning against the wall to my right. I vaguely remembered him mentioning an old friend, a party, driving, then... nothing. "At least he won't be wondering where I am," I muttered, "He's here too." I yawned, tired, but slowly waking up, headache almost gone. I recognized a handful of the other furs, but I must've only met them last night, because for once, I couldn't place names.

"Oh, you're awake." A soft voice came from behind me, pulling me away from my thoughts. I turned around to see a beautiful she-kat, about my age. She had silvery white fur and billowing white headfur, which was a bit longer than Twilight's. I met her piercing blue eyes.

"So what did you think of last night, Matti?" the she-kat asked, in a tone that implied that we were good friends. Oddly, I wasn't mad that someone other than Twilight had called me Matti.

"I wish I could tell you. Must have been pretty amazing to make me forget it all." I chuckled. "I'm sorry, who are you again?"

She smiled, but her eyes held a mild sadness. "The newcomers never remember the first time they come to one of my parties." she sighed. "My name's Rei. I'm an old friend of Twilight's. Last night was the first time in six years that we've seen each other."

"Nice to meet you Rei." I paused. "I never got the impression he'd ever had any real friends before me. I'm surprised he never told me about you." I cringed when I saw her tear up.

Rei blinked a few times. "I'm not surprised. The circumstances that separated us were cruel and ridiculous." She smiled. "But now my parents can't keep us apart."

"What happened?" I asked.

"We used to hang out all the time. My parents didn't trust Twilight when they found out about him. Rich kit poor pup crisis, really. Once they realized I wasn't going to develop their contempt for the poor, my parents got a restraining order pushed through, against an eleven-year-old, and made sure we couldn't see each other or even email each other. Nothing at all. One night though, I sneaked away from my house and found him. After talking a few minutes, we decided it would be easiest if we just pretended that we'd never met, until a time where my parent's couldn't hold us back. I went home, and we never saw each other again."

"That's so sad!" I couldn't help but exclaim. My voice made me flinch.

"Yeah." Rei agreed. "But a about five weeks ago I remembered him. My parents died three years ago. I was fifteen. I moved from our mansion to this place." She waved her paw through the air, gesturing around. "It's supposedly haunted, so I got it cheaper that you'd think." Seeing the nervous look on my face, she laughed. "Don't worry. The closest thing to a ghost here is me. Anyway, since I inherited my family's fortune, I got the place fixed up, and started throwing parties on occasion, and a lot more often in the summer. Originally, it was furs ages thirteen to seventeen. The thing is, it wasn't, and still isn't, open doors. I wandered around making friends, pretending I was dirt poor. I came up with five furs I liked enough to invite." She chuckled. "Now, the range is a bit wider, but there's still not many who actually come. A lot of the furs here now came to some of the first parties. Occasionally, they'd ask if they could bring friends. So everyone here are either my friends from that time, or their friends. Or," she winked knowingly, "boyfriends of best friends."

I was shocked for a moment. "How'd you know that we were...?"

"Together?" Rei asked. "Well for one, when I messaged Twilight, I asked him if he had and good friends that he wanted to bring, and he asked me if he could bring his boyfriend. He was honest. Of course, I was fine with it. Plus, halfway through the night, you two spent like ten minutes straight making out." She laughed.

I blushed. "Please tell me you're pulling my tail."

"Yeah, I was."

"Thank god."

"It was more like fifteen minutes."

I almost choked. "Why me...?"

"Don't worry," Rei said happily, "Everyone here's fine with gay furs. In fact, you two aren't the only gay couple here. But, in my opinion, you're the best couple here."

"You think so?" I asked.

"Yeah. You respect each other, you look cute together, you love each other, you're in synch... It's rare, but you two are about as good as it gets."

"Thanks Rei. That means a lot." I smiled, then remembered something else that she'd said. "I'm sorry about your parents, by the way. What happened?"

"Don't worry, I hated them for separating me and Twilight. As for what happened to them." She laughed darkly. "My parents had an 'accident'." Her face lightened up a bit. "Don't tell anyone I told you that."

"I heard nothing." I said.

"Good. Now, If you don't mind, I'm going to go take a nap. Some of the other furs should be waking up soon." She talked over her shoulder as she walked up the stairs. "See you later, Matti."

"See you, Rei."

I looked around the room again, making sure I didn't miss someone that I actually remembered. I hadn't. I walked over to Twilight and sat on his lap, waiting for him to wake up. I rested his head on Twilight's soft yet firm chest. I tried to keep myself from drifting back off to sleep, but my boyfriend was just too comfortable to hold on to consciousness.

Sometime around ame again. "Twiiiiiliiiiiighhtt..." I whined, "stop it..." Twilight rolled to the side so that he was straddling me.

"Stop what?" he asked, poking me in the ribs yet again. I'm incredibly ticklish there. I hate it.

"Poking me!" I tried to raise my voice, but Twilight poked me again, making it hard to keep myself from erupting into laughter.

"What about poking you?" he asked, feigning complete innocence. Twilight ran a finger along my ribs, making me shudder.

"Stop it."

"Stop what?"

I glared at my lover and sighed. "Twilight, would you please stop poking me?" he nodded.

"Better." he said, chuckling. He leaned down and kissed my nose. Twilight stood up and swept me into the air. He carried me bridal style over to the stairs, where he sat down, still holding me. I told him about meeting Rei, and how i didn't remember anything.

"How do you remember anything, Twi? You've never been to one of these, right?"

"I'm a big boy, love. I know my threshold. Unlike someone..."

"And you've never drank so much you couldn't remember the day before?"

"Matti, I've drank so much I couldn't remember the hangover. I don't dare do that again, though. Now that I have you, I don't drink much."

"That's so sweet." A familiar soft voice came from behind them. "I see everyone's finally waking up and leaving." Rei motioned to the small crowd walking out the doors. "I wonder how many of them forgot to tell their parents they were going to a friends house for the night this time."

"Judging by the number of them sprinting out the door, a lot." Twilight guessed.

"I can't help but agree." Rei sighed. "They never listen when I remind them to tell their parents. Oh well."

"We should probably get going home too." I said, looking at my phone. I scrolled through missed texts.

"Why so soon?" Rei asked.

"Apparently last night, my sister decided she was going to visit us for a couple days." I groaned.

"Your sister?" Twilight raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah. Nikki."

Rei looked at Twilight, then me, then Twilight again. "What's wrong with her?"

"She doesn't know that that I'm gay, and she's going to hate where we're living when she finds us. And she's going to be here today, because I didn't answer her texts last night. She probably thinks I went to a wild party and got hammered." I giggled.

"Why will she hate where you live?" Rei asked.

"Same reason your parents would, kind of. I don't come from an average family. Very high profile. The Clawsons? I changed my last name when I got adopted."

Rei's jaw dropped. "My mom's best friend was Vanessa Clawson. Is that name familiar?" My face twisted in horror. "Your mother, then. Lovely. That was one bitch I never want to meet ever again. No offense."

"None taken at all." I said. "Naturally, Nikki's going to expect me to live in a nice place, which we don't really. Not her idea of nice anyway. She's not a prissy rich girl, but she likes a lot of space."

"Ouch. So where do you live?"

Twilight had been hoping she wouldn't ask that. His ears fell back. He avoided eye contact with her. "An underground shed in the woods. One room, though I wouldn't call it small." He sighed.

"Twilight Michael Rose!" Rei stomped down the stairs in her white sundress and sandals. She stopped in front of him. I saw her paw collide with his face, and rather hard too. She'd slapped him. "Why the hell didn't you tell me? I could help you! And you say that like it's a bad thing. Most of the furs that come to my parties live in apartments, close to being evicted, or are practically homeless! Most weeks, I have at least one of them staying here to get on their feet."

Twilight met her eyes. "Sorry."

"But I'm still going to help. What time was she going to arrive?"

"Her plane from wherever she's been leaves in an hour. It's already 2:00PM." I said.

"I can work with that. What airline?" Receiving a glare from me, she picked up a phone and started dialing. "Right. Same one my parents used." The phone rang a few times before the other side picked up. A few minutes of conversation later, and she hung up. "Okay, I got her plane delayed for two hours, and everyone on it is going to be searched for drugs when they arrive here. And tested."

"I don't follow you, Rei."

"Now we have time. You two are moving in with me." She smiled, showing her sharp teeth, which were even whiter than her fur.

"Rei, please don't..." Twilight pleaded.

"Hold on love, let her talk. This could be fun. Besides, she'd probably slap you again for refusing her help."

"Damn right I will Matti." She cracked her knuckles, forming a rather strange picture. She looked like an overly ladylike kat. Evidently not. "Okay, so that's what, five hours before she gets here?"

"That sounds right."

"Okay, so how much of the stuff at your place do you actually want to keep?"

"Almost nothing that can't be easily replaced." I said. Twilight nodded in agreement, then frowned.

"What do you mean Matti?"

I looked at Rei. "I see the sparkle in those eyes."

"What?"

I exchanged a look with Rei. "Leave it to the femboi to recognize that sparkle." Following a look from Twilight, we yelled at the same time, "We're gonna go shopping!!!"
