Allurian Report

Overview

The Allurians are an alien race which contacted the U.S. government approximately five days ago. These aliens have requested that they be allowed to live on Earth, in exchange for their knowledge and technology. This document is a compilation of all the information we have about these aliens, acquired from interviews and observations.

Appearance

Allurians are a bipedal species similar to us, with some notable differences. Their entire bodies are covered with a short coat of fur, with several shades ranging from deep purple to the palest violet. Their heads have a longer layer of fur comparable to human hair. Based on observations, the average Allurian height is six feet to the top of the skull, with feline-like ears adding another six inches. Facial structure is similar to domestic cats, including a short muzzle and large eyes with ovoid pupils. Several eye colors have been observed, including red, blue, green and violet. Allurians have omnivorous teeth, as well as a long and slender tongue that retracts into the throat.

All Allurians are female, and their body structure greatly resembles that of human women. As a rule, they are a lithe and athletic people, largely due to how their bodies store excess food (see Physiology.) Like human women, Allurians have a pair of milk-producing mammary glands on their chest. Observational estimates place average bust size around a C cup. Apart from the fur, an Allurian torso is virtually identical in appearance to a human woman.

They have digitigrade feet, using a slender yet muscular tail measuring three feet in length to aid in balance. Relative limb length and girth is comparable to human women. Allurians have five fingers per hand in the same arrangement as humans. Their fingers have sharp, retractable claws in place of fingernails. The claws actually retract into the finger bone, as opposed to simply curving up and away.

Of special note are Allurian genitals. Although they are exclusively female, Allurians do have a tapered, retractable penis located above the labia, where the clitoris would be on a human, and in fact resembles a clitoris when not erect. This organ is not used in reproduction at all; rather, it is used to express venom in and on to potential prey (see Capabilities.)

Capabilities

Allurians possess two unusual abilities: shape shifting and potent venom.

** - Shape Shifting**

** ** Allurians possess the ability to alter their forms, right down to the cellular level. This allows them to blend in seamlessly with other species. Alterations need not be total; changing a single portion of their anatomy is just as effortless as forming a completely new body. During the act, the Allurian's body blurs and shifts, almost appearing to flow like water until solidifying into its new form. Although it appears uncomfortable, Allurians have described shifting as quite pleasant. Several observational tests were performed with an Allurian volunteer, attempting to find out as much as possible about the capabilities and limits of their unique ability. The following results were observed:

• Allurians are able to shift into any known species that is between 50 and 150% of the subject's original body size.
• Partial and total shifts are possible (demonstrated by the subject by having her grow functional wings.)
• Allurians can take the form of males, although they find the experience incredibly unpleasant. Note that they cannot produce viable sperm while in a male form.
• Allurians can shift into fictional species, but they only replicate the exterior form if they can't shift their internal structures fully.
• Specific subjects, both realistic and fictional, can be copied.
• A shifted Allurian can successfully breed with a male of the species they are copying, although they will only breed with other sentient species (see Reproduction.)

As of now, we have NO surefire way to detect if a subject is a shifted Allurian in disguise. This is a huge security risk, and must be rectified ASAP.

** - Venom**

Allurians produce a potent venom in two distinct concentrations. Both forms are produced in a small organ the size of a grapefruit, and surrounded by strong muscle tissue. The organ is located where a human's bladder would be. It contains a small sac for storing the high concentration venom, with the remainder of the organ storing the dilute venom. The organ is connected the Allurian penis, which is the sole form of delivery for the venom.

The venom acts on the nervous system, affecting the signals to and from the brain. Within seconds of exposure, the victim experiences paralysis in the limbs, involuntary arousal, and increased sensitivity in their entire body, especially in the genitals. The venom dissipates rapidly in the air, becoming inert after only half a minute if not absorbed in to the victim's tissue, making experimentation and synthesis next to impossible.

The venom comes in two concentrations, and the only difference in their effect is the duration. The dilute form lasts for a very short time; wearing off in a few minutes without additional exposure. This form can be absorbed in to the skin, and will quickly penetrate most forms of clothing. Allurians have conscious control of this venom's delivery, and can fire it from their penis up to ten feet away with pinpoint accuracy. In contrast, the concentrated form lasts for around eight hours, but there is a trade-off; it can only be absorbed by internal tissues (esophagus, intestinal wall, vagina, etc.) This venom can only be ejaculated during a form of penile orgasm. This means that the Allurian must use their penis to couple with the victim and orgasm within them to deliver the venom.

The venom organ holds up to one cup of the dilute venom, but only about a teaspoon of the concentrated form. The dilute venom can be replenished in an hour, but the concentrated form takes a full day to reload.

Physiology

Although Allurians look similar to humans, there are several striking differences in their physiology. The largest difference is their diet and metabolism. While they do eat traditional food, they must supplement this with a very specific element: male sexual energy and semen (see Feeding.) This appears to offset their rather low daily caloric requirement of approximately 1200 calories. According to medical records given to us, we have deduced that the Allurian digestive system works with near-perfect efficiency. Allurians have no excretory system whatsoever, and are capable of digesting any known substance apart from diamonds, which they regurgitate.

Though they aren't required to, most Allurians will consume about 2500 calories per day. This excess nutrition is not stored as fat, but rather as a highly concentrated fluid held in sacs located in their abdomen. These sacs can hold enough to sustain an Allurian for several weeks without standard food. This fluid also serves as the fuel that drives their shape shifting ability. A minor adjustment uses about 300 calories, while a total species shift can use up to 2000 calories, hence the need for large storage capacity.

Due to their predatory heritage, Allurians are much stronger than they appear. They are about 50% stronger than a human woman of comparable stature, and have been clocked sprinting at 30 mph. Allurians are very conscious of their strength, being careful to not injure those around them.

Of special note is the Allurian immune system. Based on test results from the Allurian technicians, they are not only immune to the effects of Earth-borne pathogens; the foreign bodies cannot survive in their bodies for more than a few seconds. Scientists hope to be able to study and eventually harness this defense mechanism for human use. No word if Allurians carry anything that would harm humans, though they claim there is nothing to worry about.

Allurian genitals contain several muscle groups not found among human women, allowing for complete control along the entire vaginal tunnel. Pressure tests were performed with an Allurian volunteer and it was found that Allurians are capable of generating both substantial suction and great pressures. Allurians have similar control over their penis, allowing them to extrude or retract it at will, regardless of their arousal, as well as aim at any point in front of them.

Feeding

While Allurians do eat standard food, they must also consume male sexual energy and semen on a regular basis or face starvation. They only need to feed once a week, but they prefer to feed every day. This unusual dietary requirement has been the topic of much discussion among everyone involved, and has led some of the more religiously-minded people to refer to the Allurians as "succubae."

Very little is known about the mechanics of the feeding process. Apart from semen, no physical substance is taken from the male, and yet there is some immeasurable essense that the Allurian draws into herself during a feeding. The effect on the male varies from being a little tired to total unconsciousness from exhaustion. An Allurian even stated that they could feed so much that the male dies, though they were adamant that they haven't done this for thousands of years.

In order to feed, an Allurian initiates sexual intercourse with her chosen male, drawing the sexual energy into herself when she forces the male to orgasm within her. Allurians are often aggressive during sex, passionately riding her male through multiple orgasms until she is satisfied or releases him. A volunteer was procured so that we could study a feeding in detail (see Addendum A for the full account.) The volunteer described the experience as "the most intense thing I've ever felt," once he woke up after passing out. He was released after a medical screening.

- Feral State

According to the Allurians, prolonged starvation results in rather startling mental changes. Their higher brain functions and personality go dormant, allowing their predatory instincts to surface. The Allurians call this change "going feral," and the state will persist until the feral Allurian is fully satisfied. In this state, an Allurian is a highly dangerous predator. Unconcerned with anything other than her own survival, she will forcefully rape any male she catches to death, and it will often take several victims before the feral state reverts. The Allurians have assured us that they will do everything they can to minimize and control any ferals, but they ask that we do not use lethal force to contain them.

Life Cycle

Allurians live for approximately 160 years, their natural bodies barely changing once they are past childhood. After birth, Allurians grow at nearly twice the rate of humans until, at six years of age, their rate of physical growth slows considerably. Six is also the age that Allurians go through their version of puberty.

Puberty marks several change in Allurian children. As in humans, primary and secondary sexual traits begin to develop. Allurians gain the ability to extend their male anatomy at this age, and their venom sac matures. Finally, puberty marks the point when Allurians need to begin feeding on males. Prior to this, the child's need for sexual energy is fulfilled by her mother's milk. A sample provided by a volunteer contained several compounds we have been unable to identify.

Once an Allurian reaches the age of sixteen, she has the physique of a human woman in her early twenties. At this point, her body stops changing (though her hair and claws continue to grow) and remains largely unchanged for the rest of her natural life.

- Reproduction

Allurians have no way to reproduce on their own. They reproduce sexually with males of other sentient species. In order to accomplish this, an Allurian changes into the same species as her mate and has sex while she is in estrus. Allurians only go into heat once every six years, beginning at age twelve.

Once pregnant, an Allurian is unable to change her shape until she gives birth. Gestation time is the same as the species she is shifted into. The newborn will either be an Allurian or a male of the father's species. The male will be perfectly normal, and will gain no unusual traits from his mother. Allurians are born in the same form as their mothers, and gain conscious control of their shape-shifting ability within 6 weeks.

Two things of note: First, Allurians do not suffer from the genetic imperfections that plague most species on Earth, so they have no taboo whatsoever about incest. Second, according to our projections, Allurians will outnumber human women within the next few hundred years.

History

The following is a compressed timeline of Allurian history.

- Hunters

In their earliest recorded history, the Allurians were nomadic hunters that lived in small family groups. At this point in their evolution they did not possess the ability to alter their shape, but they were able to breed with the native males they fed from to produce more Allurians. These males belonged to a species known as the Jiran, a peaceful agrarian people who were the dominant sentient species on their planet, outnumbering the Allurians 20 to 1.

For hundreds of years the Allurians wandered the planet, killing every male they fed from, forcing the Jiran to form larger villages and cities to protect themselves. Before long the Allurians were facing the real threat of starvation. They did not have the ability to openly attack Jiran settlements; they were only able to steal away the stray males that left the safety of their homes. It was at this point that they learned, out of necessity, that they did not have to kill males when they fed. This revelation, combined with the shortage of available males, forced the Allurians to form villages of their own so they could share the few captured males they had among each other.

This way of life continued for several generations. During this time, a small portion of Allurians evolved the ability to shape-shift. This ability would prove to be their salvation as the Jiran, tired of living in fear, began a genocidal campaign against the Allurians. Within 5 years, only a handful of Allurians had survived; all by shape-shifting themselves into Jiran.

** - Coexistence**

Their population decimated, the Allurians abandoned their predatory nature to live, hidden, among the Jiran. Slowly, their population recovered even as they faded from the memories of their former prey. As they recovered, the disposition of the Allurians began to shift. They found they were much happier living peacefully among the Jiran.

A thousand years would pass before the Allurians revealed themselves. Many of the Jiran were upset at the idea that monsters from their ancient legends were living among them, but the Allurians, who at this point made up a significant portion of the female population, persuaded them into peaceful coexistence. This harmony would continue for over a thousand years as the two species developed into a single, advanced society.

** - The Plague**

The first reported case of the plague occurred 1437 years after the Allurians revealed themselves. From there it quickly spread, infecting the entire Jiran population in a few short weeks. To this day, no one knows where the plague came from. Though the Allurians were immune, they knew they were as doomed as their dying companions. As the plague spread to every living thing on their planet, the Allurians worked feverously alongside the few remaining Jiran to construct a massive spaceship to escape their dying world. At the same time, Allurian scientists concocted a nutritional supplement, made of a combination of rare plants and Allurian milk, to offset the lack of male energy, though their supply was limited.

The ship was launched two days after the Jiran became extinct. To conserve their meager supplies, the vast majority of the Allurian population went into suspended animation, leaving a skeleton crew to man the ship and search for a new home.

** - Nomads**

For the next 80 years the Allurians wandered the galaxy. They stopped at every planet they found supporting life, hoping to make a new home for themselves. Most planets lacked a suitable species, and the scant others refused to allow the Allurians to settle. The Allurians always left peacefully, not wishing to fight and always believing that they would find a new home.

As their supply of the supplement dwindled, the aggressive instincts of the Allurians began to surface. Those that lost control were given large doses of the supplement to reverse the feral state, as they came to call it, reducing their supplies still further. In a last ditch effort, the Allurians sent out small scout ships in all directions to find a home before it was too late.

** - First Contact**

A scout entered Earth's orbit, following radio signals from our satellites. After a few days of observation and study, they signaled the main ship to come here. As none of the other scouts had reported any success, the primary ship set a course for Earth, knowing that they would not have the supplies to leave and find another world. To make matters worse, the Allurians were building a tolerance to the supplement; a tolerance that would render it useless within six weeks.

Society

Allurian society is a matriarchy. They consider females naturally superior to males, and yet they never harm males or treat them as lesser beings, though they do enjoy teasing them greatly. They enjoy mock hunting males, often setting up large preserves where Allurians and willing males can participate in the ancient dance of predator and prey.

Allurians have a very cooperative society, helping others out whenever they can. They have no concept of currency, though they do understand barter. They have no taboos about nudity or sex, and find embarrassment amusing. Though they are naturally promiscuous, they often form loving, life-long attachments with a single male.

For the most part, Allurians are non-violent. They prefer to use their intelligence and natural abilities to resolve conflicts. However, an Allurian will fight if left no other choice or to protect those she cares about. Allurians use their shape-shifting in combat to gain the advantage over their adversary, but they will not kill.

Technology

Allurian technology is far beyond our own in several areas. They possess faster-than-light space travel, holographic and instant matter transportation capabilities, to name a few. Their most advanced field is in medicine; surprising, given their advanced immune system. They have already synthesized an effective antiviral that works on HIV and offered it as a gift to us.

They do possess considerable military technology, all of it non-lethal. Their weapons are designed not to kill their enemies, merely to remove their ability to fight. The Allurians will not use these weapons unless they have absolutely no choice.

- Crystalline Fusion

At the heart of Allurian technology is a clean, efficient power source: a form of controlled cold fusion using artificial crystals. The energy is easily channeled and can be used to power anything from a watch to an entire city. Each crystal can provide sustained power for several years before needing to be replaced. The crystals are perfectly safe; they are non-radioactive and incapable of releasing large bursts of energy, though this makes them unsuitable for most weapons.

Integration Speculation

The committee has performed several studies to study how the Allurians would integrate into our society. They found several benefits, but they also have some concerns.

Though the government will supply the basics for the Allurians, they will need jobs within a few years. Their shape-shifting ability makes them ideal for several jobs, including performing in movies as actors/special effects. They have expressed interest in working as prostitutes, and several people are concerned.

The Allurians have agreed to share their technology with us, but they want to do it over time, teaching us slowly. Several committee members, as well as the higher ups, would prefer that we get the technology all at once, and are looking into forcing the issue.

Several officials have expressed concerns that Allurian world views might clash with our own, and are worried that religious groups will cause problems down the line.

The committee is most concerned about identity theft. They are unsure of how to proceed, as the Allurians have vehemently refused the committee's original idea of forcing Allurians to wear identification bands around their necks. Until this issue is rectified, we have no way of discerning Allurians from humans. There are also some reports that Allurians are already on Earth, disguised as humans. We need to find these Allurians before they reveal themselves to the public.

Overall, the committee is optimistic, but they still want to iron out several points before allowing the Allurians on Earth en masse. The Allurians, however, may not have that time before they begin to starve. Only time will tell what will happen.
