SHADOWS OF MANHATTAN

by Foxy Boy

***************************************************

"Stir-crazy punk."

Lexington's voice pierced the muffle of light snow, accusing no one around him. Not that a soul stood to hear the mumble, anyway, as two legs dangled alone from the clock tower. His target had to be below the distant lights, enjoying the lure and freedom of a slow night. He didn't hate Brooklyn for breaking oath. It was just hard to know a concert, even at Madison, was more of a priority. Else, he wouldn't be straddling the concrete overhang, wings wrapped tight against the yankee chill, talking to hear himself whine.

"I hope cKy blows your friggin' socks off. I hope you like them so god-damn much your head explodes from trying to handle that much awesome." Slowly, he eased himself back to his feet. "Just remember your pal when some thug you ignored starts a shootout across the room."

Slowly, he paced in this cape-like state, kicking pebbles off the side with every few stomps. Hudson was no kind of company for a young warrior like himself, and Bronx, naturally, wasn't much of a conversationalist. As for Goliath, his mind was never far from the duty, honour and pain dictating their new lives. That left Broadway... Standing in the kitchen, courting every box and can of edibles. If he could be torn away from his greatest love, it would take alot more than a lonely bro, with no leftovers.

"He goes right on without me, like he couldn't wait a few seconds so I could stretch. Well, here's to honour, buddy, and whatever else I have more of than you."

In a bitter scowl, he glanced down at the scene sixty floors below. Lots of people, lots of destinations, lots of friends. It wasn't fair to be a gargoyle, and also be handed such a lousy pair of rookery brothers. In a mood like this, it was almost more disturbing to look down, so he gave up the view with a frustrated sigh and turned on his ankle to head back inside.

In a flash, he saw a large figure now standing before him, and yelped in surprise. This was followed by a grunt of exasperation, as he realized it was Broadway that scared him half to death, leaned on one arm against the doorway. "Geez, you couldn't say 'what's up' or anything? It's hard for me to hear you wheeze in all this snow."

"Ha-freakin'-ha. What are you out for, in weather like this? Feeling sorry for yourself?"

Lexington's eyes closed, while his head shook to and fro. "Can't say I even know. It's not that I wanted like hell to go - I don't even listen to their style - But when somebody makes you a promise, then blows it for a ten-second head start - HE knows the way, and knew that I... Oh screw it, it's Brooklyn. Why should he start changing now."

"Well, I..." Broadway trailed off, and his head swung to the floor. "... Think you're absolutely right. If he wants to have fun by himself, let the stupid be stupid. His loss."

"Not really. I'm still the one without a damn thing to do, unless Xanatos darkens our doors. And then I'll only be fighting for the clan and our lives, like always. Combat isn't fun for fun's sake, you know."

"No doubt. Eh, is it alright if I go and come back with a turkey leg? I have three in the microwave."

Lexington's reply was a stare much colder than the heavy, wet flakes.

"Okay, okay," Broadway reconsidered, calmly watching as the gaze warmed back again. "I guess it can wait. So ," he intoned, shifting to a slow saunter near his comrade, "You're bored?"

"Yeah, I guess you could say that. I mean, when I'm with him, we find new things to do all the time. Y'know, when he's not goofing off."

"Sounds interesting." He had waxed sincere. "Like, new games or TV shows? Whodunits, I hope." He gave a playful scowl, miming a tug at his old trenchcoat.

"Mostly. We do have some stuff in common. Remember Mickey Spillane?"

"Heh, yeah. Those were the days..." In a moment, his mirth dropped out of sight, now a pained wince. "Oh, man."

"Eh?"

"Nothin'. I-"

"Oh, okay. And what about Charlie Chan? He was the MacGuyver of the black-and-white days! Remember those crazy gadgets he used to get the upper hand?"

"Yeah, but-"

"-But what? You not like him that much?"

"No, he's cool, really. I just... Gotta go."

"Damn, now you want me to be lonely." The smallish gargoyle quickly frowned.

"Whoa, that's not what I meant. I got thirsty after those two bags of Cheetos, so I drank a liter of pop. And then I was still thirsty, so I had a glass of water, and OH -" He winced again, with pronounced discomfort.

"Cripes, don't explode! Get down to the toilet, before-"

"-How much do I weigh, Lexington?" He nearly snapped. "Full figures don't move that fast. I think..."

Puzzlement. "-Think what?"

A chuckle escaped Broadway's lips while his eyes rolled. "I'm gonna have to be immodest here. Look out below!"

Even if he'd needed to ask, Lex didn't have the time. Broadway's hand shot down to his loincloth in a pained hurry, and made short work of the knot holding it together. Free of tension, it dropped to the ground, to reveal the gargoyle's fat, hanging member. Knowing relief was on the way, he cracked a smile, and took the hand furthest from his gape-mouthed buddy to the large piece of uncut meat. To better miss the side of the building, his hips came forward just a touch.

This left nothing to the imagination.

Lex was dumbstruck at how little shyness Broadway seemed to show. It hardly crossed his mind what he was watching, even as his portly peer relaxed, and a few drops escaped.

The stream started just after. "Yeeaahh", Broadway leered, his eyelids lowering. " Tons better. And don't say I'd know about tons." The golden spray had a light hue against blazing city lights, which only made it that much easier to see. Somewhere in Lex's mind, he knew his buddy just cracked a joke. But it would've taken focus to laugh. It flowed for minutes on end, shooting through cold moonlight on its way to unwise and unlucky streetwalkers. Broadway's smile never left, and neither did the eyes of his smaller peer.

"Damn," he finally whispered, as the flow lost its full strength, "I'm never doing that again. If I guzzle in January, I stay in_side_."

Lex kept his silence, while the show slowed to a few dribbles. But this prompt got through to his conscious, and he managed to rip away from the zone - just as Broadway's glance finally swung to him.

"Too cold for you?", he half-joked, making sure his eyes went above chest-level. It was an obvious question, a dumb question, and one he hoped would pass for genuine interest.

"Chyeah, can you believe it?" Broadway shot back, now down to the last few droplets. His gaze went back to business, and Lex wasted little time in following suit. The next step was common sense, but Lex still didn't believe his pal to be such an exhibitionist.

Dead wrong. With no ammo left, the plump gargoyle did a few good shakes and pulls, milking the rest out while his buddy's eyes widened. A quick estimation put the weighty cock around 5 long, 4 wide. This, while almost totally soft. Lex marveled at how their dimensions would seem to mirror one another, a plus-sized clanmate with a plus-sized pipe. Before he could remember himself, his tongue whipped out, crossing his lips with tantalized fixation.

The next thing he knew was the startled and somewhat confused face of his entertainment.

"Wow, so you're nosy, too." Lex was frozen in place, busted for what he'd been drawn to enjoy. On the flipside, however, Broadway seemed more unprepared than anything. In fact, he yielded no anger or offense whatsoever. By logic, the green tech-addict would've taken wind to flee, and not have to face such embarassment. But their close-knit bond, along with the unthreatening reception, kept his feet firmly planted.

"Relax, man. I'm not gonna beat you up over a little show. If I was in your place, I'd think it was funny too."

At this, Lex's panic softened, and damage control quickly took over. "Yeah, funny. It's way too rare to see something like that."

He clammed up almost instantly. The cat had to be out of the bag now, and his clawed hands slammed in reflex over his mouth. In effect this would only make it worse. Broadway's feelings were impossible to guage from how he looked; and that could either be composure, or a gaggle of conflicting emotions. This maddening uncertainty held fast, while Broadway's mouth opened once again to speak. Lex cringed before anything could even be said.

"Hey, cool it. You're not staring death in the face, you know." His stoic countenance vanished, and a smirk found both corners of his mouth. "So it was dinner and a show. I got the dinner, and you got the show."

Lex and his fear soon parted. He knew his rookery brothers well enough to see through a well-played quip. Soon, his hands came back down to rest, and he sighed aloud at the dying anxiety. "Heh, seems like it. Cool show."

Broadway's eyebrow raised, and before long his smirk grew to show teeth. "Yeah, right. 'Cool' is not what you had on your brain. Don't you think I've seen that look before?"

Curiosity hit Lex like a train. "Huh? Where?"

The chubby clanmate first chuckled, then elevated to full-blown laugh. "On the same face I'm looking at right now. Slow nights like this, when you and Brooklyn can actually stay in the same place."

His short pal was a deer in the headlights. "Uh... Y-yeah, well that's not really... I mean, we hang out and... Stuff..." He cut himself short with a heavy droop of his head. "I- can't believe you know."

"Well," Broadway resumed with another chuckle, "I probably shouldn't. Three weeks ago, you two were in the study while I caught up on TV Guide. There's not a sound that didn't make it through those walls." He paused. "Don't tell me you're ashamed."

"I'm not-" Lex began, then reconsidered his answer. "I'm not, until Goliath or Hudson find out. They're kind of... Old to understand why it's hard to live in a place where the only single girl is family."

"Heh, why do you think I eat all the time?" He patted his stomach. "Every guy has a void. Up to you how you fill it."

Lex seemed to take it as mildly funny, before his worries caught up with him. Broadway knew this was the last of casual talk, so long as his pal continued to struggle with possibilities.

"Look," he continued with a sigh, "I know you're a little pissed that it had to come out this way, but look on the bright side. There are plenty of cues you seemed to miss."

This tore Lex from his depths in record time. "Cues?"

"Yeah. One thing you can always use to learn a dude's team, is how he takes care of business. What he tries to hide."

"And?"

Another genuine laugh. "Do I gotta spell it out for you?" At that, he turned away from the side of the building, and faced Lex in full monty. "Or maybe you like to learn a different way."

Cogniscence of the meaning wasn't far behind. The scene was more than enough to rob Lex of all fear and hesitation, into a jaw-dropping ogle. He had to admit, big could be beautiful, and there was no question of how nice the whole package came together. Exhibitionism didn't hurt things, either. In a matter of seconds, Lex's face transformed to the greatest excitement an open jaw can express.

Meantime, Broadway started slyly towards his amigo, leaving his cloth where it fell. His own excitement - shown by the naughtiest of grins - grew as Lex began fumbling at his own cloth's tension. Though transfixed on the view, he made short work of it, dropping cover with a slow and decidedly teasing motion. His manhood came out to 6 and 3, already pulsing hard from the promise of overdue action. And before him, fat gargoyle dick started the rise to its maximum.

Waiting was delectably brief. Lex had just enough time to reach for his own meat, before he stared down a solid 7.5 sausage, offered point-blank with a devious cross of Broadway's arms. He positioned himself Indian-style on the flat roof, to better expose his offering for a new fuckbuddy. The cold, and Brooklyn, were long forgotten. "Wow," he leered, taking one final moment to admire the meat before sinking his lips over the head.

Broadway's initial groan filled him with extra passion. Steadily, he took more and more, until only an inch remained out and dry. Then, with the same sultry pace, he came back up, slurping the massive head while its owner moaned in pleasure. By now, both were panting hard, and the fog from Lex's breath clouded around his grinning mouth. As his head came down again, he felt a large hand on the back of his scalp. It was Broadway's, and it was pressing him gently into the prize. Knowing what came next, he closed his eyes, and steeled his throat for the impending gag.

Before he knew it, his lips were on Broadway's area, and the giant let loose with pure ecstacy. "Yeah, take it all. You want it bad, don't you?"

Of course, a nod was all that Lex could muster at the moment. His speed increased, smoothly rolling over the shaft with natural talent. Every few seconds, a muscle throb would inflate Broadway's meat, filling every corner of his pal's eager maw. There was nothing about it the tech-junkie didn't love; how it slid across his tongue; how it penetrated his lips with a manly, sweaty taste; and how big of a mouthful it was. He took it almost effortlessly, which might've made him curious, were he not so caught up in the act.

"Mmmm, that's fucking great. OO-O OOo-oo man _. Yeah, you _know what you're doing."

Broadway's euphoria was the only thing to make Lex pause in favour of speaking. "It's easy, when my motivation is so damn delicious. More..."

In no time, it was back down his throat, tickling the very end of oral capacity. Meanwhile, his left hand held tight on his own member, furiously jerking it while the other rested on Broadway's leg; its perch had little steadiness, through the leg motions of a man getting five-star service. After one particularly strong moan, Lex felt a new taste in his mouth: the bitter mustiness of pre. Soon, every push of his head down the full length brought more thin spurts of fluid lubricant, heading down his throat in near-constant flow. 'Brooklyn's nice', he thought, 'and definitely hot... But this is a whole new ball game.'

The loving exchange carried on for a good spell, Both partners equally horny and equally happy. Lex's other hand was gone from his feeder's leg, now placed under the balls instead, where they rolled with every motion of his fingers. While he felt the moist trail of his erupting pre, Broadway's vocal pitch headed up, and loud; a clear sign they were nearing the grand finale. He notched up the pace, humming silenced groans while Broadway's cock throbbed from root to hole.

" OOOO OOHHHhhh!! Oh-h-h shit, I'm about to blow!"

Lex took this as a signal to sink down fast with the greatest suction his jaw would permit. He felt Broadway jump, just before a gargoyle-sized yell echoed from the rooftop.

It flooded down his mouth in total explosion, coating every inner wall with creamy seed. There was barely the time to gleefully swallow one load, before another took its place. Huge green balls tingled and twitched as they rolled around in his buddy's hand, sending a total of seven shots to the waiting throat. As he gulped down every drop of Broadway's cum, the excitement caught up with him, and his own pulsing dick shot several ropes over the roof tiles. Broadway's eyes went immediately to the hot spatter below, and when Lex finally gave up suction, he slowly bent down to wet his claw in it.

"Damn," the small green slut finally half-whipered, leaning back to catch his breath. "You have a huge dick, Broadway. Take care of that thing, in case we ever want a repeat performance."

The husky warrior grinned, focusing on the cum strand hooked to his claw. With one quick motion, he opened his mouth and licked it clean. "Count on it. There's just one thing left to do."

Lex was suitably confused, at least until Broadway took hold of his thick member with one hand. Aimed at Lex's face, it did nothing for several seconds... Then spurted a short stream of piss, hitting its target square on the lips. Surprised, he glanced up as the explanation came. "Your eyes never moved away while I wizzed. Tell me you don't love it."

Hesitant, but comfortable, Lex took a swipe at either lip with his tongue. The taste was odd, but enjoyable. "Not bad. Is it safe?"

"Duh," Broadway smiled. "Think I'd ever poison you?"

Lex started to say no, but never got the chance; a distant and familiar voice stole the moment. "Ohh_HH_, no. You're not safe. Nowhere near it."

It took three swivels of Broadway's head to find the source. Brooklyn had skill with quiet approaches, and it had been put to use while they met respective climax. "So I give you a concert, with a fun chase to get there, and you drop out on me to deepthroat the breadbasket."

Lex's fear was genuine and readable. "Brooklyn, I'm sorry, it's just that I lost you right when we left, and-"

"-Save your sorries. You're about to learn what happens when secrets get out."

Brooklyn looked on slyly as his friend shivered, less from the cold than from a threat. 'I'm not running,' the latter decided. 'If he wants to pummel me, I'll take my medicine.'

His eyes were wide open, watching Brooklyn head straight at twelve o' clock. It looked bleak... But appearance deceived. With his sly edge growing, he took a hand to his loincloth; and Lex, in an instant, practically beamed.

They were in for a long night.
