  1. . .with 2 simple numbers I can make you a king, or ruin your life. . . I could rule the world, but revenge works just as nicely.

10:50 am. . . I break into the wirebox, my laptop is humming away and I have only 10 more minutes to get where I need to go. This would show him..

9 more minutes...I reroute the encryption from the broadcasting system and link all screens to respond to the same signal.. 7 minutes.

It wasn't hard to get this video, but at 6 minutes and counting it was trifling to get it loaded and ready to play. No one should get away with what he did and in 5 minutes he'll see that... now for the magnet.

3 minutes left and I set a magnet to drop on the laptop moments after the upload to erase my tracks, erasing the hard drive and smashing the rest. I'm not stupid, I used gloves, aliases, home made parts; untraceable.

2 minutes and I press upload. In two minutes the high powered system that gives the magnificent "Times Square" its beautiful glow of commercialism and unrealistic symbols of beauty and morality will be replaced by realism. No more airbrushed beauty. No more celebrity morals and blissful ignorance of the real world. Just one big, ugly slap in the face of how people really are. I set the timer on the magnet and sneak from the alley. 3... 2... 1... As I turn onto Broadway and look up at the beautiful LCD lights I see every single one of them change...

In my dimly lit apartment, a gorgeous crane, sits on the bed watching the tv. In about 3 seconds a knock will come on the door and in comes my ex boyfriend. I've gotten used to this betrayal by now, but you haven't and they haven't. For the next half hour he is giving my girlfriend her weekly supply of heroine as well as his personal method of her payment. For another hour the city watched in amusement as my darling crane was * ahem* "befouled" for all to see...I hid no faces, Censored no words, and put their names in small print at the bottom for anyone to know. This would hopefully return some of the favor...

It turns out, my ex; a drug dealer now that I wasn't supporting him, met my girlfriend one night by complete accident, and once finding out she was with me, got a little comfy, warming up to her, offering her free doses...but as they say: "Only the first tastes are free". After he got her to sell anything I found precious in order to pay him, he took to screwing the funds out of her, in my own bed no less. He had the perfect operation going because he would always leave evidence that someone had simply robbed me; bears are good at leaving a mess. . .but I'm not a moron. A burglar wont hit the same place every week on the same day. . . I wouldn't. Regardless, he can't hide himself anymore... Because I can see him, and so can all of New York. All of the country. All the world if they find the truth interesting. The truth about simple nature, hedonism and greed draining you of any love or respect you had for your closest loves. Well the truth was out. Thank you home theater wiretapping.

Hes going to jail for a long time, and Susan is just gone. I kicked her out when I first saw the tape myself and hope not to see her anytime soon. More importantly, this little prick and his little prick have the glory of being exposed not only as the trash he is, but judging by Susan's listless flailing and half-assed moaning, a terrible lay as well; all over the city, the country, the world, anyone who's watching. Goodbye Josh and Susan.

It was the perfect job. My best work. I pride myself on things like this. Stop lights, those are always fun. New York black out... yeah that was me...and believe it or not, it was an accident. Being able to hack into the most secure, impossible systems and causing panic and hilarity among the people of this nation, and amateur porn all over Time Square takes the cake so far. It's the perfect crime, or rather it would have been. . .If it weren't for the fucking rat.

As Time square explodes in disgust and laughter, two Collies in black suits grab me on either side. . .Needless to say I was appalled. What could I have possibly done? A sweet little chinchilla girl like me? More importantly, what could they possibly have to pin on me. They take me back to where I had hooked everything up, making me pretty nervous for the first time in about 10 years. My ears pressed all the way to the nape of my neck. I was so curious. A million possibilities race through my mind. What didn't I do right? How could they spot me?

According to the police report: A fat rat had crawled on the laptop right as the magnet fell, bouncing off of him and rolling into view to clink against an officer's dropped keys. That cop told his friend and they ran back behind the alley just in time to see me running for the street, and thus I was busted. At least the little bitch died when it hit him...

I was shipped overseas in style the next morning. Hehe, you thought I was going to jail didn't you? Well it turns out those urban legends about hackers getting the good life if the government decides they're good enough to work or them... it's true. Those two suits sat me down and explained to me this whole gibberish about needing to infiltrate some database for the government to get some files that they blah blah blah to tell you the truth, I was nomming something that vaguely resembled shrimp at the time and just nodded my pretty little head while the big boys appeased their classified egos. "Yeah yeah, give me the directory and put me in front of a keyboard I'll have your info by sundown. The job was tough, it was a bitch to get into, there were walls upon walls, much more complex than hacking Time square, but think of the paycheck. . .think of the prestige. . .Think of the shrimp.. mmm shrimp :3

The next morning I found myself abandoned I'm the back of a cargo ship with a laptop strapped to my chest and a massive headache. What the FUCK happened to me?.. well I'm still not sure. All I know is that shrimp was there to put me out for a long time. What was one night to me was two weeks to the world and in those two weeks, I'd become a celebrity. I rolled onto my side, holding onto the computer for dear life, but I wasn't sure why. . . I could be anywhere, I looked outside and saw a newspaper. The first thing I noticed was the date and place. I was in some place called.... Proteus. And the only thing that kept me from moving was my face on the front page... "Static Magic still at large" That was my hacker Alias, but it was as good as my name now. "Wanted for cyber terrorism." I didn't bother reading the rest...I knew what was going on... I had been set up. I was terrified. Those collies worked for a Rosarian sub-government that has been watching me since my first red flag as a girl... There were no cops...They were watching me the whole time. It all started flashing through my head like a bad twist in a worse movie...Or worse.. a stupid plot device in some losers short story O_O...They simply wanted me to get in and crash a security system so that they could do god knows what with what I left in the servers. I'm not afraid to say I began to cry a little... I covered my eyes with my ears and let it out... All my pride, all my care, couldn't help me from being the most gullible of girls.

I stopped when I heard footsteps, clutching the laptop to my chest I hid in the little crate. Shifting my weight I noticed I was on a boat. I'm guessing the collies had no clue where they dropped me, as long as I was out of the way. There I hid, ears back, eyes wide and heart racing when I see pink ears bobbing from over the hull. I try to take a peek but they were gone. I look up and see the side of a neon sign. It could have been any straight sided letter, but the building itself was like dark blue-ish. I looked around, trying to get my bearings when I heard a thud behind me...My ears shot up and I was almost terrified to turn around. "What are you doing in here?" I heard in a low low pitched voice that rang in my sensitive ears like a gong, shaking me to my core. I dared to look and there was a pink bunny staring me down. It was hard enough to imagine the voice coming from that cute little face of his. He was wearing a suit and shades and looked about ready to kill anything that might inconvenience him...I kept my mouth shut. 3 weeks pass and I'm held in this place...Furpleasure. They don't hear a peep out of me. I barely move unless I'm going to the bathroom or trying to hide myself. It's a lovely place, but I was terrified. They took me in as a lost girl; I only looked 16 despite my actual age, but you probably don't need to know that. They tried to get me to eat, but id only nibble to stay alive. Needless to say I wasn't about to engorge myself on shrimp anytime soon. My only hope is that the paper will stop saying my name. The one person I spoke to this whole time was the pink bunny who found me, but all I could do was scream at him when he motioned for me to give him the computer on my chest. I never had the courage to open it. I'm terrified of whats inside, but I knew it was important. They left it with me for a reason and I wasn't about to just give it up. He only smiled and kept trying to get me to eat. Another couple of weeks pass and I begin to look better. I had started to trust them, but still not enough to talk just yet, until one day. This place was a club. Many people lived near or even in this place and there were frequent parties. I had found my niche behind what I discovered was a dj booth. It was pretty comfortable, but I slowly fell in love with this machine. The first day I stood on my own without running to the bathroom I simply put my paw on it. I instantly felt my intuition coming back, the need for electronics and circuitry running through me. I just kept touching it, touching the buttons, touching the sliders. Then something wonderful happened. I pressed play. Before long, it seemed a hundred people were paying attention to me, without gawking or hating. They were cheering and dancing and smiling and for the first time in weeks I felt like my old self. I became a dj. I had finally begun to fit in again, using my talents to make the dj booth do things the staff hadn't seen it done before. I loved the look on their faces, especially the owner Kit's when I would do something like hook the lights to the equalizer, or sneak up naughty footage of the dancers to sync with my sets. Needless to say I had started talking again...but only a little, and I never gave my name. I was happy again, and the bunny seemed to like my sets a lot. He was always front row center.

I had one more month of peace before they came. Not even new agents, the same fucking collies as before came for me. This time, they were backed by real Government agents and seem to be on a mission as they ransacked the lobby and burst in guns ablazing to try and single me out. I hid back behind the booth clutching that goddamned computer to my chest. "Where is she!" I heard the taller collie bark, "I know she's here, I know you're hiding that little terrorist in this shithole!" I peeked over and he was right there with handcuffs waiting for me. I started panting a little, gritting my teeth and backing off as he came close. He reached out for me and before I knew it the hand reaching for me was on the ground. The pink bunny had come to my rescue.

I didn't know exactly what to say, but I have to admit my heart skipped a beat when I watched the cute pink fluff glide through a highly trained agent's arm with a pocket dagger and kick him back off the platform. No chance he'd be getting up anytime soon. That was the last move he could get out before we were surrounded, targets for military and government grade guns aimed right at our heads. There we stood at the end of our rope when Kit comes up from behind the last agent and decks him in the skull.

"WHAT IN THE FUCK do you think you are doing?... I am in the middle of a fucking party here I don't need a bunch of suits scaring the dancers much less my best Dj."

"Ma'am, we're with the government," the collie barked, holding a second gun at her face, inches form the fur on the bridge of her nose, and she didn't even blink. "You're all under arrest for harboring a fugitive. This is the Cyber Terrorist Sta..." She didn't let him finish the sentence before he was on the ground, her foot still hanging in the air from where she kicked him and her tail flicking rather playfully. The other agents had their guns aimed evenly at all three of us, but none of them seemed to be with the fake agents.

"Ryv, kindly show these men the computer..." she yelled out, putting her paws up and walking the other agents up the platform to where we were. I didn't know what was going on, but no sooner had she said that than the bunny had snatched the thinkpad form my paws and cracked it open. I just stood there confused and the agents stared at the screen for a few minutes before rushing down and aiming the guns at the two collies on the floor. For the second time since you've met me, a million questions raced through my mind, only this time I had the nerve to ask a couple.

"Whats going on?" would be the first one..."What's on that screen?" was the second, and "How did you know?"was the third. All in the same breath. The pink bunny turned the thinkpad around in his paw and showed me the screen. Splayed on the subtle green glow was a full dossier on the collies. Real names, nationality, passed offenses and the official FBI watermark behind the image. All I could figure was that this was enough for the agents to know they had been screwed over.

The pink bunny told me how he saw the two collies dump what looked like a body in the cargo freight boat beside the club one night...How he watched over me night after night for 2 weeks. He told me about how he had recognized one of their faces and found the dossiers online; something about old mafia connections or something, the point was, it was enough to clear my name. It was enough to keep me close. It was more than enough to make me forget about Susan. And it was enough to make me stay. "One last question." I smarted off. "If this was your computer, why was I the one clinging to it so hard...?"

"I figured you would hold onto the one familiar source of your past when you woke up." he said. "If it's all you have that you know, you wont let go, and I needed it to be with you when they came. Just in case I wasn't around." I just smiled at him.

To this day I live with that bunny in this club, doing things to this club's sound system that is probably illegal in most states, but who's going to stop me?... after this.. who going to want to try? The collies are both in jail now for their several charges against the country and against general society... and a couple pretty harsh ones I added myself.

Like i said... 10011011, with two little numbers I can ruin your life as well...but...i don't know you yet. Besides, I go on in 10 minutes.
