Shinjinko the Perverted fox.
In a all girls dorm inside one of the world's largest colleges resides an old fox named Shinjinko. He spends his time spying on and sneaking into the shower rooms at night. He often sneaks into the showers and grab up an unsuspecting victim's panties. He would carefully hide them and then transform himself into the same panties he stole. He will often lazily float down to the ground waiting for the next vixen or other female fur they belong to. He would then secretly store all the panties away so he could remember each person.
