The Last Human Part 6
It was morning and everyone seemed to be doing fine but a lot of questions were going off like fireworks in their heads about Raito and his past. Everyone had breakfast and wondered where Raito was at the moment.
"Where's Raito?" said Scrooge a little confused.
"I put his breakfast on his bedside table and when I went to see how he was, he was gone and his breakfast was already gone too. He must of ate and went somewhere." said Bentina.
One of the kids saw Raito outside and informed the others he's outside. Scrooge, Duckworth, Bentina, Huey, Duey, Louie and Webby walked outside and found Raito, he was sitting with his legs crossed and his eyes were closed, it looked like he was meditating while floating three feet into the air.
"Raito?" said Scrooge as everyone walked up to him.
Raito wasn't moving and he didn't respond, he was still meditating as if he was in a remote yet quiet place. The kids were amazed at the sight of this.
"Master Raito?" said Duckworth.
Raito still wasn't responding, it was as if he was ignoring them and the world along with it. He had a peaceful expression on his face. They got closer to where they're close enough to his face.
"Raito? Are you listening?" asked Bentina kindly.
They jumped as Raito opened his eyes and slowly floated down on the ground. They started to get the idea that he usually responds to a female's attention.
"What were you doing?" asked Webby curiously.
"I was dreaming." said Raito as he stretched his back.
Raito got back on his feet and they realized he was only wearing sandels.
"Maybe you should wear some shoes instead of sandels." said Huey.
"This is all I got, just sandels and socks." said Raito looking a little embarrassed.
"Than try these." said Duckworth as he pulled out a shoe box.
Raito took off his sandels and opened the box, there was a pair of tenny shoes that were able to cover the feet completely, like shoes made for humans.
"Thanks Duckworth." said Raito as he started to put them on.
Raito seemed to have average sized feet and the shoes fit on him, even if they're a size nine.
"They fit." said Raito.
"I always keep a pair or more of shoes around in case someone doesn't have any shoes to wear when their feet are exposed." said Duckworth.
"Raito?" called a familair voice.
They all turned to see Webra Walters coming over and she was at their side in a heart beat. Raito remembered she was going to interview him for her story since shes seen some of his powers when he used them.
"Where should we take this interview to in case you and the others are going anywhere?" asked Webra curiously.
"We're going to a local sweet shop in a while, we thought Raito should get a tour of Duckberg." said Scrooge.
"I never been to a sweet shop before, sound good." said Raito blushing.
"That's a good idea, I'll go with you." said Webra.
They all managed to get ready which took an hour or two and Webra was interviewing Raito the whole time, what ever Raito told Webra, it was either secretative or something no one knows about him at all.
