The Last Human Part 2
They took the boy home and it was about a day or two that passed. The boy was waking up aftyer a long time of sleeping. He found himself to be in the mansion of Scrooge Mcduck. He got out of bed and he looked at himself in a near by mirror, he saw himself in a new pair of clothes, a black T-shirt and blue jeans for pants, his finger and toe nails were clipped to the tips, looking trimmed, his hair was cut until it reached his shoulders.
He smelled himself and he noticed someone has bathed his body, washed his hair and cleaned and flossed his teeth. It was like a make-over.
"Where am I?" he said in his young yet slightly deep voice.
He looked to be of japanese descent. He walked towards the door and walked out of the bedroom which seemed to be the guest room. He was spotted by Duckworth.
"Your awake, I see." said Duckworth with a grin.
The boy looked towards him, he looked nervous and started to back away but Duckworth walked towards him.
"Relax young man, I mean you no harm." said Duckworth kindly.
The boy suddenly took off at a run and he didn't look it but he was really fast. Duckworth went after him to let him know he means no harm.
"Wait." called Duckworth.
The human reached the stairs and Duckworth was right behind him.
"Scrooge, he's awake." called Duckworth.
Huey, Duey, Louie, Webby and Launchpad were down the stairs and the boy was feeling like he was trapped or had no clue to what was going on.
"He's awake and after two days of sleep." said Webby looking amazed.
The boy did something that looked amazing yet dangerous, he jumped and got to the ceiling, he was walking on it like it was the floor.
"Get down from there, you'll fall." said Launchpad looking worried.
"Who are you?" he said in japanese sharply.
Bentina and Scrooge walked in the room and they saw the boy on the ceiling, looking shocked yet amazed.
"How did he get up there?" asked Scrooge looking shocked.
"Come down, we won't hurt you." said Bentina kindly.
The boy seemed to listen to her and he dropped down from the ceiling, landing on his feet and made sure he was close to Bentina Beakly.
"Do you speak english?" asked Scrooge curiously.
"Yes I do." said the boy in english. "I'm am Raito Iwamatsu."
Raito's posture didn't seem to well, his back slouched and it looked like he had back problems, even if he runs or walks, he wasn't standing up straight at all.
"Stand up straight, you look like you can't stand." said Duckworth.
"I can't, I have a condition with my back so I can't stand up straight." said Raito.
Raito showed them and he tried to stand up straight, he looked like he was struggling and he went back to slouching his back.
"Oh, I'm really sorry about your back." said Webby kindly.
"It's alright, Webby chan." said Raito. "I know who you all are now from reading your thoughts, Scrooge Mcduck, Huey, Duey, Louie Duck, Webbigail Vanderquack, Mrs. Bentina Beakley, Duckworth and Launchpad McQuack."
Everyone was amazed at how Raito read their minds and knew their names without telling him yet.
"How are you able to do that?" asked Louie amazed.
"I have many abilities, I graduated at Japan's best university at the age of ten. Toho University, best in the country, I was top student." said Raito proudly.
"Why are you here now?" asked Launchpad as he blurted it out loud.
Raito explained that his family is dead and he was in an orphanage for a while, after he graduated Toho University, he ran away out of fear of not being adopted. He traveled parts of the world in search for a home and family, lived off the land and made some money by street performing. He came to America in Duckberg for a home and family.
"I'm really sorry for your suffering.' said Scrooge.
"I don't want to go back japan, I'd rather stay here." said Raito with a look of sadness on his face.
"Than it's settled, he's moving in with us but try and be careful, life isn't easy here sometimes." said Scrooge kindly.
Raito hugged Bentina and she was suprised yet flattered from his affection, she hugged him back. Raito was part of the family but most of his past life was a mystery to them and Raito seemed to be hiding a little secret but all Raito cared about now was that he's found a family and a home.
