The Last Human Part 1
This is a story series based on the show "Ducktales" where Scrooge, his family and friends take in a young orphaned boy from the streets but to there suprise, the boy is a human, maybe the last human on earth.
It was a sunny day in Duckberg. Scrooge and his family were out in the city after having some fun. Huey, Duey, Louie, Webby, Duckworth, Bentina Beakly and Launchpad were with him.
"That martial arts tournement was good, it was like watching a Jet Li movie." said Huey.
"Never knew people could defend like that, even if it's a little violent and barbaric." said Duckworth even though he seemed to enjoy the tournement.
They were almost heading home until they ran into a lady. It was Webra Walters and this time she didn't seemed to be on the clock.
"Scrooge, I was wondering if there was a story you knew I could investigate on because I need a story within a month or two." said Webra hopefully.
"Sorry Webra, I got nothing." said Scrooge sadly.
Before anyone said another word, they heard a strange groaning sound. They followed the source of it and it got louder and louder the closer they got to it.
"Sounds like a wounded animal." said Webby.
They took a turn to the park and they ran into a hooded figure, it looked tall for it's age when they had no idea who or what it was. It was tall enough to reach Launchpad's shoulders.
"Young man?" called Bentina.
The hooded figure looked towards the group and limped towards them, it looked like it had an injury by the it walked. They saw that it's finger nails were out grown along with it's toe nails, even it's hair was long enough to reach it's ankles. The figure
"Shelter." said the figure in some foreign language.
The figure sounded like a male and it's voice was a little dry. He held out his hand and to their suprise, he had no fur nor any feathers on his body, just skin with hair that's barely noticable.
"I think he wants us to help." said Louie feeling nervous.
The boy fell to his left side and hit the ground, they went up to him and Bentina Beakly pulled him in her arms, she removed the hood and to their suprise again, it was a boy but not just any boy, it was a human, he had long dark hair and blue eyes, he appeared to be twelve-years-old.
"Anyone got any water?" asked Scrooge.
Duey tossed a large bottle of water to Bentina, she caught it and the boy immediately took it, he guzzled it down and didn't stop drinking.
"Careful lad, you could choke." warned Scrooge kindly.
"He's not listening Mr. Mcdee, I've known others to be like that or was it something else I've learned, my memory is a little foggy." said Launchpad a little confused.
The boy was done and the large bottle of water was empty as a dried out river, he let out a deep breath.
"Take...me....with you." he said weakly in english.
They decided to do just that. They took the boy with them to Scrooge's mansion to give him medical attention, wondering who he was and what happened.
