Prologue
Space....the final frontier. Oops! Wrong story, but we are out in space. In the vastness of space we approach a vessel. Those of you familiar with Star Trek you would recognized the approaching vessel as an Excelsior class refit. She has an aged look but her hull is an excellent condition. This ship once served as one of Starfleet's best admiral's, nearly as legendary as James T. Kirk himself. Now she serves as his personal yacht. As we get close we see her name, U.S.S. Firefox NCC-1702-B. We head to the bridge and there we fine a lone figure sitting in the center chair deep in thought. The figure is appears to be a male human of 25 years with brown hair and eyes wearing a uniform that was red and has almost have half of it in gold with Eagle Rank pins on his collar. Showing him to be the only Marshal Admiral in Starfleet history. The tubrolift door behind him opens to reveal an anthro horse with red fur, orange mane and tail, and a yellow Starfleet delta on his forehead. "Hey dad." The horse says. "What are you up to?" The admiral looks back and smiles.
"Hey son, I'm trying to solve a problem. There's someone who needs protecting but I'm to busy for such a long term problem."
"Well don't look at me I'm just here for a few days before heading back to Rain."
"I know, give her my best by the way. No your not available but I think I just found someone who can do the job."
It was cold, she was in a dead and frozen place. . Placed there by Siana an insane half dragon trying to rid herself of both her dragononic and human heritage, then rule the world. The same woman who had used her for years to inflict suffering on others. She thought she would pay for her deeds when she'd died but Amura, wonderful Amura used her amazing Catrai powers and saved her by storing her soul in the Catrai's body. Then she managed to get her a body making her a twin to Amura and she hoped to start making amends for her actions. It seems fate has other plans. It's so cold it seems this was all she can do, send Validus back and hope he and Amura can beat Siana. She looks up into the stars. She can almost touched them. It gets darker and she takes her last breath. As she sits there as an icy statue a portal opens and sucks her inside. A voice says through it. "No, it is not yet your time."Leaving the dark icy wilderness, Samantha senses warm air wash over her before landing on the ship's deck.
