Character Species: 430-series-archtype Experiment Character Designation: 4-5-3 Character Nicknames: "Ov", "Furball", "Ewerit" (adopted on a mission, known only to Raz and Jumba)

Height: 2'11" Weight: 49.2 lbs Gender: Male

Physical Appearance and Abilities:

(All weights given are in a 1-G environment. For environments of gravitational fields with different strengths, please divide appropriately)

A facultative biped (able to walk on both all fours and on two legs) resembling a stereotypical squirrel, raccoon, or other arboreal (that is, tree-dwelling) mammal. He is an obligate tetrapod, meaning he has two arms and two legs and does not have extra limbs hidden in his sides.

His tail can grip somewhat, and he can support himself and up to 50 pounds of extra weight from it, but it is technically not a fifth limb. Long fur present on his tail generally aids as an escape tool, foiling attempts to grab him by the tail.

His fur is a dark gray color with flecks of lighter gray and darker gray throughout, and the ratio of light gray to dark gray changes with the lighting. Typical camouflage patterns are light stripes or dark spots or a mixture of the two. His fur can change apparent texture from spiky to smooth to hummocky, simulating natural materials such as rock, stone, and foliage.

The fur around his eyes and on his underside is generally light gray in color, while a trail of dark fur runs the length of his body from the top of his head to his tail.

Glove-like darkening of the fur around his wrists is common but generally not consistent.

Parts of his body, such as his nose and the frills on his head and back, are covered in a flexible chitin-like yellow coating.

His frills are a series of spikes that change size and shape. On his head, the frill runs from above his forehead down to the base of his skull, between his ears. It consists of a large microwave receptor followed immediately by a series of spikes decreasing in size the further down the back of his head they go. The spikes swell and spread when he is threatened, while the microwave receptor shrinks.

The frill on his back is a series of spikes that run from the base of his neck to the base of his tail, and lay flat together to create a single long ridge. When threatened, the spikes erect into six sharp, 5-inch spear- like projections, providing protection against assault from behind.

The tips of his ears contain smaller microwave receptors (likewise yellow) and function as directional RADAR sensors, while his ears themselves are triangular, the lower anchor above his jaw while the upper anchor is on the top of his head, near the frill. His ears are roughly six inches long and four inches wide at the base.

His paws vary from his forelimbs to his rear limbs, but both sets are capable of opposable grasping. His forepaws are hand-like, with 3 digits and an opposable thumb. His hindpaws have four large digits around the forward third of the foot. He can cling to almost any surface by friction caused by setae, or tiny grooves and ridges, in his paw-pads, however he cannot stick to surfaces specifically resistant to friction or Van Der Waals forces (for example, teflon). However, he can dig his claws into surfaces such as teflon, enabling him to climb that way. Strong materials such as stone or metal are climbable by Ovni unless they have a non-stick surface, in which case he simply can't climb them.

He can support up to ten times his weight (~492 lbs) while climbing upside down on a glass surface.

Specific powers and abilities of Ovni include the above-mentioned RADAR and ability to scale

most surfaces, but go beyond these capabilities as well.

Ovni is capable of unleashing large bursts of static electricity measuring at up to 200,000 volts,

but is only able to provide a general direction to the blast, with a radius of error of up to 10 feet

at 30 meters. Range with this capability is limited to around 200 meters, but he only possesses

any real sort of accuracy at ranges of less than ten meters.

Likewise, Ovni is capable of producing a broad-spectrum electromagnetic pulse for disabling

weapons, vehicles, buildings, robots, and the like. However, the limited effective range of this

capability is only 20 meters, and structures with a solid metal outer shell (or a fine metal mesh) are immune unless he is inside them, due to the concept of a Faraday Cage, in which the metal shell channels the energy away from the sensitive electronics inside. Most of his capabilities of RADAR, transmitting signals to other experiments, and focused microwave bursts are unable to penetrate solid metal for the same reason. However, in the instance of RADAR, the signal is merely meant to echo against the surface, and therefore penetrative capability is a moot point.

To use an EMP against a shielded opponent, Ovni must be able to punch a hole through the shell of a size greater than the wavelength of the EMP, and moreover punch that hole in an area where the EMP would then be able to affect the electronics he is attempting to take out. To this end, he usually carries a medium plasma rifle and a small plasma cannon, however it is usually just easier to run away or cripple the mechanical systems with the plasma rifle.

For specific targets at a range outside of his EMP, Ovni is able to focus a microwave burst from

the specialized organs in his ears and head-frill, directed by the direction his head is facing. The

burst is not enough to cause ignition in most materials and as such serves merely to jam electronics temporarily, as opposed to shutting them down permanently with an EMP. The effective range of these bursts varies with their power, the average burst having a range of 30 meters while his most powerful burst ever used disabled the computers on a gunship 2 kilometers away.

His RADAR capability is limited to high-frequency microwave bursts with a range of up to 5 kilometers, and as such is useless against materials specifically designed to scramble, destroy, deflect, or absorb high-frequency RADAR in such a way as to not cause an echo. For example, stealth aircraft are undetectable by his RADAR capability.

Emitting an EMP or Microwave burst (RADAR or otherwise) requires energy to do so but does not

require significant concentration. He may reflexively emit a weak pulse of microwave or EMP radiation if spooked, but he has learned to control that. Rather specifically, the bursts do not cause permanent damage to electronics like the intentional bursts do, but can cause temporary loss of information in computers.

Ovni's EMP, RADAR, or Microwave bursts are effective against some systems, but against a sufficiently organized force with even mid-20th-century human technology they may have the unintended result of giving away his position. Simple triangulation of any energy burst can isolate its origin.

Ovni has demonstrated the ability to conduct short-range teleportation, however the range itself (50 meters or less) and significant effort involved means he much prefers to run and jump to maneuver, and only teleports in situations where physically moving there via locomotion simply isn't feasible.

Ovni is adept at maneuvering through trees, thick brush, and small spaces, and decent at swimming.

On two legs, his running speed is comparable to that of an average human, however on all fours he can move at up to 43 miles per hour (69 kilometers per hour) through a combination of tumbling, bounding, and jumping. He prefers to take paths that cover the shortest distance regardless of physical obstacles such as brush or rocky terrain. He can maintain extended maneuvering at speeds averaging around 28 miles per hour (45 kilometers per hour) for around 6 hours, or a little longer (up to 8 hours) if particularly motivated. He has a maximum leaping distance of 6.3 meters and a fall tolerance of impacts of up to 170 G-forces, though sustains heavy injury at 77 G-forces and crippling injury at 150 G-forces.

The ability to teleport just before hitting the ground often enables him to take dives and leaps that would in theory result in life-threatening injury without a scratch. Also, the ability to tuck-and-roll also significantly increases the ability to sustain higher-G impacts without damage.

He can lift approximately 15 times his bodyweight, or around 730 lbs. His ability to push is significantly greater, with him able to move objects up to 60 times his bodyweight up a 20 degree incline.

Ovni can see into the infrared and ultraviolet spectrums, as well as 4 primary colors in the visual light spectrum: Red, orange-yellow, blue-green, and violet (humans are only able to see three: red, green, and blue). He can comfortably adjust to systems using a 2-color or 3-color output scheme (such as the standard RGB scale).

His average body temperature is 124 degrees Fahrenheit, while he is able to operate in open sun at up to 186 degrees Fahrenheit and can sustain short-duration temperatures of up to 607 degrees Fahrenheit without severe burns. He can operate in outdoor temperatures as low as -57 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 hours without protective clothing. He can withstand the temperature extremes of open Space unprotected for about 10 minutes, however he can only operate without oxygen for about 7 minutes, unless he holds his breath (see below).

Ovni is able to process some dissolved oxygen in water, however he cannot truely breathe underwater and would drown within 40 minutes. Electrocuting the water to free more oxygen may extend the time of survival to a full hour, however he's never had the misfortune of having to find out if that's true.

Likewise, he can hold his breath for roughly 30 minutes. Assuming he held his breath for as long as he could, and then resorted to taking in water, he could feasibly survive underwater for up to 70 minutes without supplemental oxygen from a tank.

Ovni is water-tolerant, and while not well-adapted to working in water is not opposed to the idea, so long as he has air to breathe.

He generally resists attempts to control him via hypnosis, telepathic methods, or chemicals fairly well. In the long run, it's usually easier to try to convince him to do something of his own free will than it is to try and control him. Three different people have found that out the hard way.

General weaknesses of Ovni's include penetrative trauma (such as a bullet or knife), kinetic energy weapons in general, directed energy weapons such as lasers or plasma, certain forms of electronic warfare, most incendiary weapons including flamethrowers and molten-metal-sprayers, acoustic or visual weaponry such as a high frequency (19000 kHz or greater for Ovni) sound generator or a bright light/dazzler-laser.

Ovni was created 4 years prior to the creation of Stitch, and is more-or-less "biologically immortal", that is to say his cells do not have an upper reproductive limit and he does not have a serious risk of dying of old age. That said, he could easily be killed by several conventional means (accidents, combat, etc.) or die from a disease or chemical attack, should a disease or chemical attack exist that would adversely affect him beyond his capability to recover.

Additional, somewhat minor capabilities of Ovni are advanced language programming, an advanced memory with the ability to transfer memories to a specialized computer, and a minor immunity to the song of experiment 6-2-4, not because of a lack of evil, but simply because his mind processes auditory information in a sufficiently dissected manner that the song loses it's neurological effect.

History and Personality:

Ovni does not consider himself strong or extremely capable for most combat missions, citing 9 instances where he suffered injury due to circumstances gone wrong (2 crippling injuries and 5 minor injuries caused by combat and 2 accidents). He is particularly adverse to the thought of killing or severely injuring another sentient being, but has had to do so as the situation called for it. Generally speaking, 67 injuries or deaths have been attributed to Ovni, with only 12 being fatal (of which, only 5 were direct and intentional, 6 being the result of a stray round causing an explosion in a firefight in a single incident, and 1 due to a life support system he destroyed on a fighter craft).

Ovni generally enjoys life and relaxing. He isn't particularly out to make friends, however he has accumulated dozens over his career. His first friend was Experiment 4-1-4, later named Wizzie. His first mission partner and life-long friend, experiment 4-5-4 (named Raz) was created shortly after him. Experiment 4-5-5, Novi, was created from Ovni's blueprints and adapted to perform the same job in arid environments.

His primary hobby is tinkering, with video games and napping both being close seconds. He is constantly trying to come up with a design for sunglasses that will fit his head, however, none have worked comfortably.

Ovni's interactions with the United Galactic Federation have ranged considerably. At one point, lethal force was authorized in his capture, but out of fear for his own safety and the safety of the other experiments he knew he traded information for leniency, the soon-to-be-completed creation of a working super-soldier experiment (designation 6-2-6) for deactivation and eventual re-activation on a remote, habitable moon in a system on the edge of the galaxy. However, a fluke of events led to Jumba taking control of the experiment-pods and their eventual re-activation on Earth.

After Ovni's reactivation, for a while he believed himself to be 'retired', and set about trying to build a home-life. However, within 2 years he was already back to doing occasional missions for Jumba.

A jailbreak by an army of cloned experiments that Jumba was partially responsible for saw Ovni working for the United Galactic Federation as a Field Intelligence Operative, a position held first during the attempt to round up the Leroys (who had scattered into groups of 2 or 3 across the galaxy) and then during a period of unrest as xenophobia and rising militant ideology swept through parts of the galaxy. Particularly notable action carried out by Ovni during this time was against a group intent on the extermination of artificial life and artificial sentience, both intelligent robots and experiments. Being an artificial sentient lifeform himself, and being friends with an intelligent household robot (a companion-bot popular as a pet on Turo), he took the missions extremely personally, at one point ending up destroying a field camp of the group after being tortured for information about the whereabouts of the other experiments. By this time, he had received considerable training in combat and infiltration, and also had received two upgrades from Jumba to his capabilities, particularly to his teleportation ability and his resistance to plasma weaponry.
