Worlds Apart Chapter 2 (Awakened)
Blaze awoke to the busy sounds of the city he had fallen asleep on a bench in a popular park and there where people all around playing sports and having a good time. No one seemed to notice him witch felt strange to Blaze but also made him feel relaxed he liked it hear it was different then Draith.
Blaze stood up and began to walk around the city wondering what he should do next he began to feel hungry but he didn't have a cent to buy any thing so he continued to walk around the city until it soon got dark agene Blaze was tiered and hunger and he hoped to salve this problem in the morning. he went in to an ally way and found a few boxes to lay on. Blaze thought to himself: it may not be worm but it will do. Blaze lade down on his makeshift bed and tried to forget the hunger panes he was having and hoped he's have better luck tomorrow for finding something to eat. Blaze soon drifted in to a deep sleep and soon found himself on a ship with pirates feasting on food they had just stolen. He looked around to find a familiar face. kalin and the red dragon he saw back in Draith he didn't know what was going on soon the red dragon came over to him.
Blaze isn't it. Blaze looked up to the tall red Dragon and simply nodded his head. The Dragon lend down to him and put one hand on his shoulder. Listen I know this all seems wrong but we only steal to survive. We are all like you (Blaze looks around at the rest of the crew) cast away from the homes we all know but when there is no other options some times you have to do the wrong thing to do whets best. The Dragon stood up and walked away as Blaze watched he felt as if he knew him for a long time and the words he spoke made sense. The next day Blaze awoke knowing what was to be done he didn't like it but it had to be done.
Three months have past Blaze became a known felon for steeling food and never getting choate doing so.
Soon Blaze found himself being pursued by a bounty hunter and was soon captured and taken to a prison where he was given a chance for a new life as a bounty hunter.
Blaze accepted his new role as a bounty hunter and past all the tests to become one with top grade and was given twin hand guns and a bounty hunter mask to hide his identity if he wished.
The skills he had already had from the Dragon tribe worked well with the new bounty hunter skills he had learned. Soon Blaze was taking down some of the biggest criminals in the city and soon became the best bounty hunter the city had ever had he whet by the name of Duel Shot because he chose to hide his identity.
Another year past Blaze and he was soon given a job to take down a Dragon That was abusing there magic endangering the lives around him this was the first time Blaze hade a Dragon target not alone a magic user he had no strategy that was garneted a victory for him but he had never turned down a target before and it's not like it's was the first time he's seen it kalin had told Blaze a few tricks a non magic user could do to negate some spells form working or stopping spells that have already taken effect.
Blaze ready the targets bio. it read Age n/a height around 6.2 Name n/a Skin/fur color Gray skin
Target uses a magic circle that has been panted on the roof of a building witch he stays on when active any thing in the circle becomes week except the magic user the building has become unstable after repeated use of the spell the target must be taken down before the building collapses and takes out the surrounding buildings. Danger level *****.
Blaze heeded out to the targets area taking nothing with him but his hand guns and a few shot gun bullets. He had a plan to take him down but it was dangers if he is unable to get away from the circle in time the results can be fatal.
Blaze soon arrived at the targets location and place the shot gun shells along the out side of the circle and called out to the Dragon as if he was challenging him the Dragon wasted no time before activating the circle and trapping Blaze the Dragon appeared in front of Blaze: well well if it isn't little Blaze Saber the guy that was kicked out of Darith on the night of the festival of linked souls that can only mean one thing he he he well it's will be over soon I've wonted you off the face of the planet for a long time and now I get to do it my self. Blaze looks at the Dragon: don't count on it buddy. Blaze pulls out his guns and aims them at Dragon. The Dragon grins: the bullets in the circle will be too week to hurt me. Blaze smiles who said any thing about shooting you. Blaze takes aim at a shot gun shell just out side the circle and fires at it the shell and it explodes damaging the circle casing the circle to miss fire and go berserk. The circle made the target temporally paralyzed. Blaze ran with every thing he had left to push the target out of the circle but he was too week to save him self from the blast....... (silence) Blaze awoke in a Wight world with nothing around him no ground no sky just Wight. Blaze just lead there thinking to him self "Am I dead?" just then he heras a voce from the bake of his head "No but not far from it." "Where am I?" Blaze asks "the spirit world... I think" "Who are you" Blaze tries to stand up but cant seem to find the ground to do so. "Nice to know my own brother don't know when he's talking to his dead brother." "FLAME!!!" Blaze shouts. "there you go" Flame laughs a little. "Where are you?" Blaze asks trying to stay calm. "behind you" Flame reply's bluntly.
Blaze freezes half afraid to tern around. "H-how are you.. W-why?" "Clam down it's ok Blaze I'm just as confused as you I died in the egg with you but my spirit was always with you I was never able to cross over not that I wont to any more." Blaze finally terns around to see the tall red Dragon he had seen in his dream and the night he was kicked out of Draith. "It was you." Blaze looks at Flame. "yea you where close to death so you where slightly connected to the spirit so you where able to see me a little." "so am I....." Blaze hesitates. "No your not dead. But it was a near death experience so you can see me now." "Dose that mean I have to have a near death experience every time I wont to see you." ...... "Only one way to find out just wake up" Flame smiles.
Blaze awakens once agene but this time in a hospital bed. Blaze looks around the room for Flame disappointed he lays back. "looking for me Flame seas in the back of his head" "FLAME!!!" Blaze shouts just then a doctor walks in ( a light brown male otter) "So your finally awake you gave us quit the scare Mr, Saber. "Where am I" Blaze struggles to ask. "your in the Hunter agency's sick bay now just relax you took a lot of damage it's a miracle you survived. I'd just like to ask a few questions regarding a few things that turned up in few tests we ran. Are you aware that even though you're a cold blooded species your blood is hot like that of a Dragon's?" Blaze looks away "......yes" "Do you know the resin for this?" "....yes" "and that would be" "I'd rather not say at the moment if that's ok." the doctor looks at Blaze "We just wonted to know if you knew we already ran a DNA test and have picked up traces of Dragon in it in fact your DNA turned out to be %42 Dragon" Blaze looks down at the sheets on the bed. "are you going to kick me out of the city as well?" The doctor looks at Blaze and laughs. "Of cores not what happened in the past don't necessarily mean you will be the same and I think you have proven to be trusted." Blaze looks up at the doctor shocked but relieved. "really but I was told that Halflings where hated." "well a lot of people still fear them because of what's happened and as far as we know you're the only one we know about in the last 2000 years. So did you come from the Dragon tribe?" Blaze looks down agene. "yea I was kicked out not that it matters I was treated like a monster there." "I take it they didn't treat you fairly there. When did they throw you out?" "About a year ago." "If you don't mind me asking why did they throw you out?" Agene Blaze hesitates to answer. "I'm...ahh...lets just say I committed a crime by there eyes but as far as I know it's ok hear." "A crime..... Oh I think I know what you mean don't worry it's alright hear." Blaze looks up and smiles. "Thanks ." "And don't worry your secret is safe with us. As far as the world knows you are a normal Iguana." The doctor replies as he walks out of the room. Blaze lays bake in the bed feeling better that the agency knows and is ok with it. "looks like there not as bad as the Dragons make them out to be" Flame seas from the back of Blaze's mind. "how is it I can hear you in my head." "why dose it creep you out?" Flame seas sarcastically. "yea kind of." "fine ill come out and talk to you." Flame appears in front of Blaze whirring the same hospital gown as Blaze. "Why are you in a hospital gown too?" "I don't know I seem to where what ever you are when I come out like this."

Blaze and Flame talk the rest of the night until Blaze falls asleep.
Blaze spends the next 4 weeks recovering until he feels that he can go back to work his Dragon DNA makes the recovery faster and soon he's back on the city helping to protect his new home with the help of Flame they soon become a even bigger hunter then before.
