It was just like a dream. I couldn't believe it was happening. Just a minute ago I was jamming with this guy, and now I'm sharing an almost perfect kiss. Almost perfect... It wasn't his fault, and it wasn't my fault, it was Will.

"Holy shit..." He'd burst into the room but neither me nor Scy had noticed him until he spoke, we were too engrossed in our moment. We broke apart instantly. Will just stood there, mouth gaping open. "Were you guys just... kissing?!" He seemed disgusted, but I knew he was just shocked.

"Evidently..." I coolly replied with a grin on my muzzle. Scy was looking in the opposite direction, towards the floor. I held his paw in mine.

"It's alright Scy" I whispered in his ear, "Will's a friend, he's not really that bothered." Scy gripped my paw tighter and turned looked at me with a worried look on his face.

"I don't want anyone here to know. Not yet. I've only just got here and... well, I'm scared." He quietly told me, inaudible to Will.

"I'm sure Will won't say anything to anyone if I ask him. There's nothing to be scared of hun, what's the worst that could happen? I'm completely out about being bi, and nobody bats an eyelid. Trust me." I tried to reassure him, but he didn't seem to feel any better. I cuddled him and motioned Will over and told him to close the door.

"Will, can you please keep this to yourself?"

"Keep what to myself? You mean you and the new boy sucking face?" He said in a sarcastic tone.

"Precisely. Scy moved here because he was being bullied for being gay in his old school." I gave the tiger in my arms a lick on the cheek and continued speaking to Will. "He doesn't want anyone to know, and if he doesn't want anyone to know he's gay, that means I don't either, which means that you don't. You get me?" I told him in a dead serious, and slightly threatening voice.

"Yeah sure. I'll keep this to myself, but you should really be more careful." He looked me straight in the eye as he replied, and I knew he was serious. "So are you two, y'know... toghether?" I broke my embrace with Scy and gave him a questioning look. He knew exactly what I meant.

"Yes we are." He told it like it was. His voice was confident, and the worried look on his face was gone. He even faced Will as he said it. "What Tom told you is true. I was bullied, and I don't want people here to know yet."

"That's fine by me dude." Will extended his paw. "Incase you haven't already gathered, I'm Will"

"Scy" The tiger shook Wills paw and smiled.

"I heard you two playing The Trooper a moment ago, it sounded suh- weet! Mind playing it again if you haven't already got plans involving you tongues?" Will smirked at us. He promised not to tell anyone, but that didn't mean he couldn't tease us, so long as nobody else heard.

"Sorry Will, I've gotta go pay your mum a visit" I picked up my guitar and Scy made his way back over to the drum kit. I knew that the best way to tease Will was to mention his mother. Anything at all would get to him.

"YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY MY MUM A VISIT TOM!" He bellowed at me.

"Alright stripy" I laughed back. "Any more of that shouting and you wont be able to hear us playing." Scy clacked his drum sticks together to count me in and I started the introduction to the song. It really was an epic song, telling the story of a battle in The Crimean War. All of my friends knew it, and knew it well. We finished playing the song for the racoon just as the bell for the end of the lesson rang.

"Well that's Music over then I guess. Hey Scy, what do you have next?" I held both of his paws and gazed into his icy blue eyes.

Before Scy could answer, the little racoon across the room chimed in. "If you could take your mind off of our feline friend there, you'd realise it's actually lunch now."

"Oh yeah, my bad" I shrugged. "Are the green courts open Will?"

"Nahh, we still have to climb through the fence to get in. It's kinda rainy as well."

"Fuck the rain, it's only drizzle. Come on Scy, I'll introduce you to some of my other friends." I led my stripy boyfriend by the paw, suddenly remembering he was 'out' yet as we got outside, and let go. We ambled over to the green courts and climbed through the gap in the fenced. They were called the Green Courts because they were two fenced- in multi-purpose sports courts. They were the size of two tennis courts; the surface was tarmac, painted lime-green, with hockey, football, and tennis courts outlined in different colours on them. They weren't our first choice of places to be, but all of the boys in our year had been moved away from the area next to the junior school because they kept complaining about our football being kicked over the fence. I introduced Scy to some of my other friends, and people worth of note. There was Ollie, one of the craziest and funniest guys I've ever met. The bear didn't seem to really take in Scy's presence, but then he was always like that. Toby, a taller and slightly chubby black wolf with messy headfur that matched the rest of his fur in colour. He was a bit more sensible and less fun, but one of my closer friends that I could trust. Zak, not really a friend, but definitely worthy of note. Some days he was ok, some days he was such an arsehole you wanted to smack him. I'd been in a fight with him before. The bear would never be seen without a chocolate bar, a chocolate milkshake, or biscuits in his hand. He'd successfully earned himself the nickname "Pork Boy." Denzel and Nathan, two pot-head hyenas. Denzel was taller, and was highly political. A fellow guitarist and someone I liked discussing world topics with, such as Egypt, Libya, and the war in Afghanistan. Nathan was a smaller version of Denzel, not a copy, but very similar. He was my height, played bass guitar, was irritating at times, and was happily communist. Scy exchanged hellos and short polite conversation with each of them. They all seemed quite happy to meet him. We'd soon entered a group discussion about NATO interference in Libya, but Scy kept out of it, not really knowing whose side to take in the argument.

"So, what do you think of those guys? They're my more laid-back friends, I'll introduce you to my other friends a little later. They can be a bit harsher at times, but once they get to know you, you'll be alright."

"Those guys are cool, Pork Boy seems like a bit of an arse though."

"He's just jealous. It's your first day and you're already more popular than him." I half laughed. The bell for the end of lunch rang. I had IT, and Scy had English. I escorted him to his next class so he didn't get lost and he gave me a quick peck on the cheek before I left, we'd been dawdling and everyone else was already in the classroom, so nobody saw, or so I thought... We had Maths together at the end of the day. We sat together all lesson, holding paws underneath the desk. I felt something different being with Scy, something I'd never felt before. I couldn't help but smile like an idiot to myself, because I knew exactly what it was.

It was love.

So who's the mystery person who should've been in their lesson? Find out in part 3!
