My Highschool Dream Love Part 4
Well, school was finally over. I had three finals to take for the final day. The first one went by fairly quickly. The second was a little more difficult. All my web programming tests were harder and the final was just as hard. I pass it so I had nothing to worry about. I got out of my class and I saw Brad walking by.
"Hey Brad." I said, smiling at him.
"Hey there." he replied.
I so want to make out with you. I thought to myself but put it in the back of my head. The third final was going to the be the hardest one. I had to concentrate on that more than Brad. I'm very anal about my education. I want to get into a good college, so I need to keep my grades up. I got into the room and sat down. Shortly after the bell rang the teacher passed out the tests.
"You have seventy minutes to complete this test, good luck." he said.
The next thing I heard was pencils circling answers on the test.
Brad got into his final class, sat down, and waited for the test. Brad didn't care about his grades as much. As long as he was passing, he was satified. He wasn't so sure what to do as a career, so he is going to go to a college instead of a university. Brad found this final to be found easy so he was able to finish early. Since he had time to relax, he decided that he needed to think about a couple of issues. What should I do about Tom? I mean, I did say owed him one. After this recent girlfriend, I realized that girls are a pain in the ass to satisfy sometimes. I mean, I have some gay friends. They seem happy with each other. Maybe I should become...bi curious. Maybe I should try asking him out and see how it goes. Brad thought for awhile. However, if we did began a relationship. Most people are going to be made fun of me. My ego will get messed up. I will have to hide our relationship for awhile until I have the courage to tell people about us. I know that's mean, but I bet he'll feel the same way. Brad thought for awhile. He kept arguing back and forth. I'm also a junior, it might seem weird if I date a sophmore. I've seen other relationships like this though. Brad pondered this for a good while and before he knew it, the bell rang. Brad finally made up his mind.
I was so excited that school was over. Summer has finally arrived. I thought cheerfully. Nothing could make this day better. I got to my locker and I saw Brad walking towards me. That's odd, he usually doesn't come by this way. I thought. I ignored it and continued packing my things.
"Hey there." Brad said.
"Yo." I said cheerfully, keeping to my business.
"I wanted to repay you for that ride you gave me." he said.
What could he possibly want? I thought, starting to get a little shaky.
"I was wondering if you'd want to catch a movie some time. My treat." He said, smiling.
Ya baby, I'd love to. Is what I wanted to say, but what came out was different.
"Sure that would be great." I said, trying to hold back my excitement.
"Nice, how about this tommorow night?" he asked.
"That's cool, I don't have any plans." I said.
"Well, I still don't have a car yet, so do you mind picking me up?" he asked, kind of embarrased.
"Sure, it's no problem." I replied.
"Alright, see you tommorow." Brad said to me, begining to walk away.
"See you then!" I replied.
I started jumping up and down. I finished packing up my stuff and ran to my car to drive home. I can't believe it! He asked me out! I thought happily.
Maybe I did the right thing. I bet we'll have fun hanging out. Brad thought to himself. Brad decided to walk home since it was a nice day out. When he got home, he got into the shower. Got out and decided to do his homework to get it out of the way. He didn't have a lot so it didn't take long. Shortly after his mom walked through the door.
"Hey honey." he said happily, putting her keys on the able.
"Hey mom." Brad said, showing he was happy.
"Well, what are you so happy about?" she asked him.
"I got a hot date tommorow." Brad said.
"With who?" she asked.
Brad knew this question was coming. He also knew that he had to lie to her. He wasn't ready to tell her about his executive decision on changing his sexual orientation.
"A different girl, going to the movies."
"Oooh! You guys gonna make-out?" she asked, teasing him.
"Maybe." Brad replied and he really meant that.
She started giggling and went off to the other room to watch tv. Brad got a call from one of his friends to hang out. Since he wasn't going out with Tom until tommorow, he decided to go out.
I walked in to my house and saw my mom begining to make dinner.
"You're home early." I said.
"I know got let out early." she replied, not turning her attention away from the food.
"I'm going to hang out with some of my friends tommorow night."
"That's fine, hun." she replied to me.
I nodded and walked out to go into my room. I turned the computer on and popped on some music. I started up my homework and finished it within an hour. I played some games on the computer while talking to some friends. After about an hour of playing that, I came down for dinner. My dad was sitting at the table.
"Hey son, how was school?" he asked. The typical question from my dad.
"It was pretty exciting." I replied, smiling.
"Oh? Why is that?" he asked, looking up.
"I got a date tommorow night, we're going to the movies."
"Oh! That should be fun." he replied.
"I thought you were haning out with your friends." my mom said, setting the food down on the table.
"This was recent, happened while I was upstairs." I replied quickly.
"Oh, alright." my mom said.
After dinner, I decided to go play some Xbox Live. I enjoyed playing this with my friends. I played a lot and we had a blast. I was on fire. I barely died while we were playing. It was about one in the morning when I decided to get off. I knew it was time to go when I started doing bad and loosing my cocentration. I got into my boxers and laid down in my bed and almost fell asleep instantly. However, one thought passed my mind as always, For once, everything went perfect.
THE NEXT DAY
I got up around twelve and decided to get some lunch. Since it was noon, it's not considered breakfast to me, it's called lunch. I watched some t.v and ate my food when all of a sudden it hit me. We didn't make a time that I would come get him! Oh fuck! What am I going to do right now?! Ok, I need to calm down. I bet there's some way I can get ahold of him. I thought of different ways that I could possibly contact him, but didn't find anything. I decided to drive to the mall, I wanted to pick some new clothes.
Brade got up around two in the afternoon. He was up late with his friends. He drinks sometimes with his friends but doesn't do any drugs. He never wanted to. He got up, made some breakfast and decided to just lay on the couch. He had a sligh hangover but didn't mind it. He needed to pick out what he was going to wear tonight. He didn't want to wait till last minute so he decided to start looking right now. He couldn't find anything. Crap. I want a decent outfit for tonight. The mall wasn't too far away from his house, so he decided to walk there. He grabbed his keys and walked out the door.
I walked into the mall in went directly into one of the clothing stores. He walked and started skimming through some of the stuff. I found a couple of shirts and a pair of shorts. I figured out what I was going to wear tonight. I started walking to the check out when I saw my date! I couldn't believe it! I walked up to him quickly.
"Hey Brad!" I slightly shouted.
He jumped slightly and turned around, smiling. I still coudn't get enough of that smile.
"Oh hey." he replied.
"We never picked a time we I should pick you up." I said quickly.
"Oh, that would be good," he said, chuckling, "How about 7:30, I know a movie that looks good that starts at that time."
"That's fine." I replied excitedly.
I didn't care what movie we saw, as long as we were together. We started walking to the check out together. We had some small talk here and there, talking about how excited we were about tonight. We walked out together. Brad had to go to a different exit to walk home. I offered him a ride, but he didn't want it. He said it was nice out so he'd walk. I nodded and began walking away.
"Hold on a second." Brad said.
I turned around and he came up and hugged me. I almost melted. It felt so good to be in his muscular arms. His body was so warm. He only hugged for what seemed like hours but was only seconds. I could understand why he did. He didn't want to be seen by other people. He turned and walk away shouting back,
"See you tommorow!"
I can't believe he did that.... I thought to myself. I started sweating and I began to get slightly erect. I walked out and went to the car. I still couldn't believe what just happened. This was so far the happiest day in my life. I drove home and realized it was only four. I had three hours to kill. I decided to play some Xbox Live again cause I knew that always passed the time. It did exactly what I thought it did. Before I knew it it was six and time to take a shower. I logged off and got in. I took my time since I had some time to kill. After about an half hour I got out and put on my new clothes. I looked good. I put on a nice smelling deorderant and fixed up my hair. I looked in the mirror and I looked good. I looked at the time and it was seven. Perfect. I thought. I grabbed the keys and started walking out the door when I saw my mom watching t.v.
"Well, I'm off." I said.
"Alright hun, have fun!" she said, turning around to face me.
I smiled and walked out and into the car. I started up the engine. I started backing up and drove up to the intersection. Well, here we go.
