#2 of Repaying A Debt
Rust follows them through the rest of the slave market and a few city blocks till they reach a mansion. The mansion has 2 and a half stories and had the look of a castle. A pair of guards stood at attention by the doors. They walk past them without ceremony into the lobby. There his owner rang a bell and in a minute a maid showed up. "Yes sire?" She addresses his owner.
"Take him to the baths and clean him up." He gestures with the chain and asks Rust. "Do I need this?"
"No master, being out off the kennels is great. I will not run." His owner then unclips the chain. "Follow her and when done have her show you to my office." Rust follows the maid to the baths.
As the maid takes Rust away Suri starts to follow her father. "Don't worry Suri I'll have him sent to you when I'm done. Now I have work to do." He kisses her on the forehead. "I'll see you at supper." Nothing debating his actions futile she heads out to the garden. She spends a lot of time outside, no doubt a result of being bound inside for years. Jzak looks back and already notice his daughter is a little happier than even from the doctor. "I hope this wasn't a mistake." He says to himself.
Rust loved the feeling of his now clean fur, who knew fur could hold so much junk. Now he follows the maid to his owners office. The maid knocks on the door to the office. "Sire the werewolf you requested."
"Send him in." The maid opened the door for Rust and he heads in. His owner is behind a desk with his hands interlaced on top of the desk and with a neutral look on his face.
"You called me master?" Rust says with a little hesitation.
"Yes I did. Do you have a name wolf?"
"Rust master."
"You may call me Master Jzak. I bought you because my daughter requested it. Why you will have to ask her, but you have use to me."
"I'll serve as I can Master Jzak." Jzak nods at that reply.
"Good, you are her slave but you are also her primarly bodyguard. I know how tough werewolves are which makes you perfect for the job. My daughter was taken from me years ago and only recently returned to me. I DO NOT WANT THAT TO HAPPEN AGAIN. If you need any trianing in combat I'll arange it. Her safty is of uptmost to me. If you betray me in any way your death will be horrible understood."
"Perfectly Master Jzak. Please arrange that training. If you have nothing further sir amy I start protecting your daughter?"
"Yes go, I'll let you know when the trainer arrives."
Rust finds his charge sitting on a bench in a beautiful garden looking at the sky. "This is a beautiful garden Mistress." Suri looks at him with a cold look.
"First, don't call me mistress. I hate that word. My name is Suri."
"Yes Suri." Her cold look disappears and a warm smile replaces it.
"My mom started it when she married my dad. I tried to work on it after she died. I was really glad it didn't go to wasted while I was gone. What did my father talk to you about?"
"My duties, which are to serve and protect you above all else. I thank you for buying me from the slavers, though even your father is puzzled why you wanted me."
"You...Say what is your name?"
"Rust."
"Well Rust, you are a payment of a debt I owe." The next couple of hours they spend time talking to each other. Rust learns she is healing from some tremendous pain. Likely from whatever took her from her father. Despite that pain she shows a spirit that was hurt but not broken which he can admire. Soon However the dinner bell rings and they both head in.
Master Jzak was already sitting at the head of the table when Rust and Suri arrive. Rust helps her to her seat and then stands next to her. "Rust when it's jusy us you may sit next to her and then we'll get you some decent food." Dinner was a steak of some type and to Rust heaven. When dinner was done Jzak looks at his daughter. "Okay Suri I just have to know. Why did you want me to buy Rust?" Suri puts her utensil down and takes a moment to compose herself.
"He is a payment on a debt. The only reason I'm here right now and not still strapped to Lei Vu's wall is because of a female werewolf who came for someone else Lie Vu took. I never got her name and don't know where to start looking for her to thank her. When I saw Rust sitting there I knew I had to help him and doing so repay the debt I owe."
The rest of the night went by without much happening. Rust escorts Suri to her room. "Suri where do I sleep?"
"I don't know. LIZ!" In moments the maid shows up and bows to Suri.
"Yes milady?"
"Where does Rust sleep, he has been told?"
"A mat and blanket have been put in your room milady." Liz pauses to look at Rust. "The Lord wants you to guard her a t night, but if he finds you sleeping in her bed he'll kill you."
"Understood perfectly." Suri dismisses the maid and they continue to her room. As they approach Rust gets in front of her holds her back.
"Milady I am your guard I'll go in first." She is about to argue yet she goes back to the day she was kidnapped.
She was out playing with a friend in her friend's garden. As she rounded the corner a pair of men jumped out of the woods. One grabbed her and put his hand over her mouth to prevent her scream to be heard. The other casts a spell and soon she only knows darkness. When she becomes aware again she appears to be standing up. She tries to move but feels resistance. After a few minutes she discovers a few things. One, she is strapped to a wall in a large room with a large desk and chair in front of her and to the right. Two her legs are bound with her feet touching her butt thus her weight is completely supported by the wall mounts. Three, her arms are bound in an arm binder behind her back. Finally the door at the far end opens and a woman in her late 30's approaches. She looks at Suri with a strange look in her eyes.

"It's safe." She enters her room and notes where the mat is. She heads over to the closet and grabs a blanket and pillow.
"Here you go." and she hands him the blanket and pillow.
