Lone Wolf
Lone Wolf

I am a lone wolf
That is the only thing
That can describe me
I am a wolf without a pack
I am alone in the back
I scavenge for my life depends on it
If I was to stop I'd die
So I scavenge and hope to find a pack
To call my own
For I am alone and seeking life
In a desolate wasteland it is hard to live
But I keep going
My endless strife may be the end
Of my life
On my own I follow the scents and sounds
That keep me on my rounds
I seem to be a slave to life as if in chains
As if my soul is cursed and caged
I live alone and on my own
But I still feel as if there is someone out there
Is there someone out there
May be it is just me am I insane
What do I have to gain
Could this be the end no one out there for me
Maybe I should give up
Like an abandoned pup
In this cold and lonely place I call home
It is my ending urge to find a pack that makes me feel alone
Maybe I should just give up
Like an abandoned pup
A lone wolf is me
And that is how I be
Until death's
Last breath
Alone
A wolf on his own
