Worlds apart Chapter 1 (rain and memories)
This is my first story i'ev ever writen any tip's will help and I know this is not good I'ev never been good in this area so please keep any bad comments to your self I have no idea how to wright a story im only doing this untill I get the hang of drawing and photoshop a littel more so I can make it in to a little web comic.

The rain was falling hard, harder then Blaze had ever seen it before. He was stranded outside the city of Draith the city of Dragons he had been thrown out of the city he had lived there all of his life. You see Blaze was not like the other Dragons he isn't even a Dragon at less he didn't look like one. Though the blood of the Dragon ran throe his vanes yet he looked like a Iguana making him a Halfling. It's unknown how he was born for the Dragons have cut themselves off from the rest of the world making his berth a miracle yet they all looked at him as a monster. He is the only one of his kind there was only one other Halfling that has ever walked the planet and he nearly destroyed the city of Draith and Dragon kind.
He was an outcast sense the day he was born next to his stillborn twin brother Flame the first Dragon to be born with wings for thousands of years and to see a Halfling next to such a miracle made Blaze a monster from the start. Blaze was raised without the love of a parent hated by everyone except for one Kalin his older sister she was only a year older then Blaze yet she cared for him as if she was the one that gave birth to him she was also different form most Dragons she had the gift of magic. Very few have this gift and she used it whenever she had the chance she used it around Blaze a lot. she did whatever it took to make him smile when the other children where outside playing there games shed be inside with Blaze. Blaze barley went outside, the other children made fun of him and thru rocks at him calling him names.
As they got older Kalin started magic school and Blaze was left alone. He soon decided to venture outside he'd sneak around the city avoiding every one and soon found himself on a tall cliff above the training ground where some Dragons to learned to fight. Blaze liked watching them train and learned some things by doing so he'd spend days on the cliff coping everything the teacher did he learned how to jump from one pole to the next with perfect balance witch helped get to the cliff he practise every day and learned to hone his senses and became a quick thinker. He enjoyed the training it allowed him to forget about the world and become one with himself and his brother that was with him in spirit. Blaze sometimes talked to him he began to believe it really was his fault that he had died and began to blame himself he'd talk to Flame about upcoming events like the festival of linked souls a festival where one of the seven elder Dragons looks into the future to find the soul mate for the Dragon that stands before them Blaze had just turned 19 and that meant he had to stand before the elder in front of the rest of the Dragon tribe and have his soul mates name given to his parents to be told on his wedding day This made Blaze nerves because Blaze was never interested in girls and the only one who knew this was kalin who tried to get him out of this but everyone in the coming age must do this. This was Blaze's last few days before he will be thrown out of the city and he knew it. He spent his last few days just steering out his window. Kalin knocks on his door, May I come in. Blaze continues steering out the window. Yeah the doors open. Kalin walks in. Nerves about tomorrow, Blaze leans agents the wall. Yeah kind of, Blazes eyes begin to tear up, Kalin walks over and embraces Blaze, It's ok little brother you won't be alone out there for too long ill try to join you as soon as I can. Blaze begins to sob. Why would you do that you can live a happy life hear with the others. why!.... Kalin places her finger on Blazes lips. SHHHhhhh because I wouldn't be happy I've wanted to leave for a while now but I stated for you what the others are doing don't make sense to me and sense my voice can't be heard my actions will. Blaze smiles. Just don't hurt anyone ok. Kalin stands up and turns around. Well that's no fun. Blaze looks at kalin with a worried look on his face. Please don't Kalin turns around and winks at Blaze. Relax it's like you don't even know me. Blaze crosses his arms and lifts one eyebrow. I think I know you better then you know yourself remember the kid that hit me in the face with a rock. Kalin puts her hands behind her head and acts inanest. He had it coming. Blaze grins. You broke Two of his ribs and bruised his collar bone. Kalin Smiles. Like I sead he had it coming. Blaze gives her a serious look. Seriously please don't. Kalin smiles and walks over to Blaze and sits next to him. You know that's what I like most about you some one can hurt you in the most painful way and you'd forgive them without giving it a second thought. No one else can do that every one seem to hold a grudge around hear that's one of the resins I want to leave this place it doesn't feel right. Blaze looks at kalin with a content smile......Thanks sis.
The next day came fast the streets had been filled with stalls for food and games for the festival everyone was having fun even Blaze Played a few games but only when kalin dragged him. It soon got dark out and the moon was bigger than any one had ever seen it and the ceremony had begun the names of the Dragons where called Blaze had seen this all before it happens every year when the moon at its biggest Blaze stood there with his parents at his sides nether of them even giving him a glace his hart began to beat faster with every name that was called until finally his name had been. His hart felt like it was going to beat out of his chest. As they walked up to the elder the crowd suddenly became silent. He could hear faint whispers but couldn't understand them Blaze stood in front of the blind Dragon ready for whatever was going to happen. The elder spoke to Blaze and told him to relax the elders eyes even though they clouded see Blaze looked directly at him. He began to feel something like a cool wind blow thru him as the as the elder terns to Blazes father with a disappointed look and whispers more than just a name to him. Blazes father looks at Blaze with disgust as he walks over to him. He stands over Blaze as Blaze looks at the ground he takes Blaze by the neck and hold him in the air Blaze struggle for air as his father just looks at him with a blank look on his face the elders call the guards and Blazes father throws him to the ground Blaze just lade there unable to move everything sounded like a an echo and the world looked colorless as he heard the screams of Kalin he laid there trying to grasped what had happened as Kalen held him trying to snap him out of his dayz when he noticed a red dragon behind her but as soon as he noticed he had disappeared in the commotion. The guards picked Blaze up and cared him to the gate where he was left to say his good byes to his sister before he left she had given him a chain with a small silver stone. Blaze looked at her. What's this. Kalin puts the chain around his neck. I made it for you. It's called the stone of destiny. It makes the where distant to meet the one who gave it to them in the future. Just then a guard walks in. Time to go. Blaze terns to Kalin and gives her one last hug and then walks out the gate. The rain was falling hard, harder then Blaze had ever seen it before. Blaze stood there looking at the city he once lived then he turns to see a brightly lit city in the distends he began to walk the road to his new life what will become of him he thought as he walked the reminder of the night to the city and as he got closer he soon became over whelmed with the site this was going to be his new home and he had so much to learn what mysteries did this city of lights hold for him as he drifted off to sleep on a park bench. These questions he was asking himself would have to what he was to tiered to stay awake any longer.
