There were multiple reasons as to why Ryu might have been watching Zephyr, but the fox took it that there was some hope he might have feelings for him, even if it was a little. Maybe what they had been talking about had gotten to him? Maybe he decided he was wrong and there was something more than friendship? Either way, with this new knowledge, Zephyr stood back up again; his elegant tails swaying happily behind him, while the fringe of fur flopped over his eye one again. 'Thanks squirt.' Within an instant she popped her head out, dashing over quickly to Ryu and Zephyr before 'breaking', a method that required sitting on the ground in mid dash, causing dust to throw up behind her. "Okay! I'm here!" She cried. 'He can't hear you.' Zephyr chuckled, before a confused looking Ryu probed for a response. "Hear what? What did she say?" Zephy grinned maliciously as he could now say whatever he wanted. 'Uh, she said: I'm here! And I like to sniff bums!' "HEY! MEANIE I DIDN'T SAY THAT!" Ryu, once again, looked as confused as ever, though this wouldn't stop him from calling out his orders "Lunix, use quick attack on that Budew over there!" Lunix stalled for a second, looking towards Ryu and then back towards Zephyr, to obey or to squabble...? She grumbled something along the lines of 'I'm not a bum sniffer...' Before dashing off again, this time in front of the pair. Ahead stood the small, seed like creature; it's grass stems coiled above it's seed like body to form a budding plant like effect. Within an instant the little Shinx slammed into the wandering Bud, it's cry of pain and shock resounded through the empty route. Lunix stood watching carefully, posed ready to strike; the Budew, however, was stuck on the ground; it's legs flailing in the air as it struggled to get back into position. Ryu's voice sounded again "Lunix, jump into the air then use thunder wave!" Zephyr looked quickly at Ryu, a look of surprise plastered across his face. 'Thunder wave?! Already?" . Ryu simply nodded, a smug little grin emerging as he watched the little blue creature pounce upwards towards the fallen Budew; her body now emerged in yellow static before a thin bolt struck out and down towards the little grass type. Despite being resistant to electric type moves, Lunix achieved a critical hit, which took the Budew from startled, to unconscious. "Alright! But remember, it was only a Budew! Don't let it get to your head, there are str..." White light illuminated the area around Lunix, her body glowing with dazzling silver beams which startled both Ryu and Zephyr. She was evolving; something Ryu was already familiar with as Zephyr evolved a day ago. The silhouette of her small body grew out taller and longer, her hind paws and slender female posture becoming much more prominent; her head dipped majestically, before the light faded and she brought it up again. Zephyr, being the only one who could understand her, replied- his voice coarse and ragged. 'I. Wah. We're looking at you, what does it look like?' He didn't want to admit it, but she really was pretty, something he envied her for deep down. Ryu was next, the sound of Zephyr's voice snapping him out of confusion. "Lunix, you. Your. Taller..."
