Ch. 10 It Ends Now!!!

The only thing he thought about was Pup. He moved as fast as his legs would go, he moved up the stairs and down the hall. Pushing past wolves and slaves, his breathing was heavy as fatigue was getting low but he pushes forward. He knew he had to get to his human, he had to make sure that he was alright.

He drew his sword once he made it to his door of the lounge part of his room. He pushed them open and quickly looked around but he didn't see a soul.

"Pup!" Icewaver yelled but was disappointed when he didn't receive an answer.

Icewaver looked over to his right and moved to the door that leads into the bedroom. He gripped the handle tightly as he pushed the door open. He was about to step inside when he saw Kyo standing in front of the bed.

"Master!" The human called as the wolf started to run while filled with joy, Icewaver stopped dead in his tracks when Kyo's head was jerked upwards and a blade was up against his throat.

A small chuckle could be heard as a slim bodied wolf stepped out from behind the human. She had a smile across her face while she stared at Icewaver.

"Been a while hasn't it little brother." She said softly.

Icewaver's clenched his fists tightly around his sword. "Let him go." He growled.

"Toss your sword to the side." She demanded, when Angelis didn't see that he didn't move she pressed the knife against the skin of the human to the point it pressed the skin inward. Icewaver's ears lowered as he started to worry more, he let out a sigh as he tossed to the sword to the side. The only noise that could be heard was the blade skidding across the floor before hitting the wall.

"Why are you doing this?" He asked.

Angelis giggled at the wolf. "To have my revenge on what you and father have done to me and save the wolf clan."

Icewaver was breathing deeply trying to calm his nerves. "Save the wolf clan?"

She nodded. "This clan has become weak and it's all thanks to father and this human." Angelis said as she gripped the back of the human's neck and pushed him out at arm's length.

"The day that he chose this human over his own kind showed it, he lost his mind and is no longer fit to be alpha. So I had to do what is necessary to come back and set things straight."

"By killing the King of the bear clan and your own people." Icewaver growled anger was starting to take over. "and what about mother, did you kill her to get back also?"

Angelis let out a sigh as her gaze dropped to the floor. "I might have done a lot of bad things in the pass but I could never harm or give the orders to harm mother."

Icewaver was beyond confused at the moment, 'she couldn't harm mother?' the wolf looked at his sister and saw that her ears was laid flat against her head and her eyes showed a small hint of sadness. Icewaver opened up his muzzle to speak but all that came out was a load roar as he fell forward on to the floor, growling in pain.

"Master!" Kyo yelled as he tried to move to his wolf but was stopped as the knife that Angelis had in her paw moved closer to his throat. The human looked at Icewaver and saw an arrow sticking out of his right shoulder.

Icewaver tried to lift himself off the floor as he heard footsteps come closer, he got up onto his elbows but feel immediately when he felt a hard kick connected with his side. Icewaver clenched his side and looked up a little to see a black wolf move over to his sister and Pup. The wolf stood in front of them for a moment before rising up his fist and landing a hard punch to the human, knocking him over and onto the floor. Angelis reached down and pulled the Kyo back up onto his feet, Kyo was holding the side of his face. Icewaver let out another growl as he slowly sat up onto his knees.

"Glad you can make my job a tad bit easer finding you." The wolf said as he turned around and smiled at the young wolf.

Icewaver's eyes widened as he gazed at the wolf who he thought was a teacher and friend but now he saw him for what the wolf really is, a traitor, the only thing Icewaver could think of to say to him came out in an angry growl "Why Trimoph, why would you do this to your own clan?"

The wolf walked up to Icewaver and glared down at him. "Because this clan has become weak since your father became alpha, so I had to do something to keep us from getting to soft."

"What are you talking about?" Icewaver demanded.

"Our clan use to be feared by the other clans and had a reputation for having the best fighters, but now all the alpha wants is to trade and make peace while having the other clans live amongst us on your lands."

"He has his reasons." Icewaver said as he moved his paw to his still bleeding shoulder and gripped the arrow, quickly pulling it out. The wolf moved his paw back over his shoulder and applied as much pressure as he could to try and stop the bleeding.

The wolf laughed. "I bet, he also has his reason why he chooses a human over his own blood. The wolf has lost it and became weak and unfitting to lead this clan that day. Lots of wolves think so."

"So you were really after my father?" Icewaver asked.

The wolf shrugged his shoulders. "Somewhat, I made a deal with your sister that if I get her back to the palace and make her queen, that she follows my orders. So technically I would be alpha."

"But in order for her to be queen yo..." Icewaver thought about it then glared up at Trimoph as the wolf smiled back at him.

"Yep, I need to take out the current alpha and his sons, then she would be next in order but we all know it's not easy to kill the alpha, even a surprise attack with what limited men I had that was loyal to me and not the alpha wouldn't work so I decided to weaken him a bit."

Icewaver grew angrier. "You killed mother!" He yelled but just received a kick into the stomach. Icewaver clenched his stomach and fell forward, blood flowed over his shoulder from the wound and onto the floor 'This isn't good, I'm going to lose too much blood at this rate.' He thought to himself.

"Now there is no need to be yelling, I'm standing right here," Trimoph chuckled. "But yes I'm the one who had my men kill your guards so I could kill her myself."

Icewaver slowly looked up to see his pup still standing with Angelis. He looked and notice that his pouch was opened, the knife, the wolf thought. 'If I try and get Trimoph distracted enough then attack him maybe Pup can use the knife and get away, at least he'll be safe.' Icewaver looked up and saw that his Pup's face was wet with tears, the wolf made a quick jester with his eyes downward. Kyo seen and was confused but when he looked down it dawned on him that he was still wearing the bear's gift. Icewaver looked back up to the wolf standing in front of him with a smile.

"So what did the bears have to do with this?" the wolf asked.

"Well I always had a thing against them, my spies is always watching their every move. When I heard that your sister was exiled I couldn't help but keep track of her, I found out that she was down in the bears territory when the king was on his way home. I told her that I can help her get back at her family but she would have to take out the king to get passed the gate." The wolf started to walk around Icewaver slowly. "You know that they tend to let rage consume them a bit too much." The wolf chuckled. "She was smart after they dealt with the king and his men, that she made it back during the raid on the posts." Trimoph looked up and smiled at Angelis who in returned smiled back.

Trimoph stopped his circling as he stood behind the Icewaver, gripping his sword and pulling it out. "Well time to take care of the first wolf." He said.

"You didn't take care of father?" Angelis growled.

Trimoph looked up at her with a glare. "That wolf wasn't in the building."

"What do you mean not in the bui..." She argued till a load roar came from the door way. The hairs on everyone's necks stood, Trimoph slowly looked behind him but dove to the side when he saw a blade coming right for his eyes. The wolf rolled onto his paws and flatten his ears when he looked upon Galle.

"Umm...sir i-i." Trimoph stuttered but couldn't get his words out. Galle lifted his sword up at Trimoph and charged at him, he got close to the wolf and held his blade sideways as he swung it across. Trimoph held up his blade and blocked the attack but staggered when the two blades collided. "My lord I can explain." The black wolf said as if trying to talk out of his situation.

Galle didn't listen to the wolf as he kept up the powerful swings, though they were being blocked every time. Trimoph knew he couldn't stay on defense but he also knew that it is a big mistake to take on this wolf by himself. The former captain lifted up his sword and charged at the bigger wolf, swinging his blade across then downward, unsurprisingly both being blocked. Galle reared his arms back and swung his sword while moving forward at his opponent. Trimoph dodged the attack by jumping backwards but he had misjudged the length of the room he was in and collided with the wall. The alpha brought his blade back in front of him just as Trimoph made contact and trusted forward, digging his blade deep into the wolf's shoulder.

When the wolf let out a curling scream Icewaver snapped out of the situation and concentrated on his pup. With all his strength the wolf leaped up and made his move.

"Pup!" Icewaver yelled.

Kyo seen his wolf moving towards him, he had to hurry and get away before Angelis decides to do something, so Kyo quickly reached into his pouch and pulled out his knife. He gripped the wolf's arm and ran the blade across her skin.

"Ahh, you bitch!" The female wolf screamed as she gripped her arm and Kyo moved away from her.

When she looked up the only thing she saw was her brother. Icewaver tackled her into the side of the bed and started to whale on her, punch after punch but because of the state he was in the wolf's movements began to slow down and ended up collapsing over to the side.

"Master!" Kyo yelled as he ran over to the wolf and sat beside him, placing Icewaver's head onto his lap Kyo moved his hand to his wound and held it tightly.

Galle looked from the little scene, Trimoph had his paw onto the blade of his sword while trembling with fear. "My lord please." The wolf said in a low tone.

"Ca...No former Captain. By your actions and murder of two royal members, I relive you of your duties." He said as he started to pull his blade out of the wolf.

Trimoph cringed as the blade slid out of his shoulder but managed to give the alpha a small smile, Galle didn't return the smile as he pulled his arm back and swung it across the wolf's neck. The body fell onto the floor as the head rolled off to the side while the smell of blood filled the room. Not wasting anytime the wolf quickly ran over to his son.

"Master please stay with me." Kyo cried as he shook the wolf's body, tears streaming down his face as Galle knelt beside him.

Galle placed his fingers onto the wolf's neck and felt a faint heartbeat. "He's not dead but we have to hurry." The wolf said as he picked up his son off the floor.

Kyo stood when he heard groaning, He looked over to see Angelis trying to sit up. Rage filled the human as he picked up his knife started to charge at her.

"Pup stop!" Galle ordered.

Kyo stopped in mid-step and turned to the wolf, tears flowing down his cheeks. "Why? It's because of her that master is like this."

Galle glared at his daughter and gave out a deep breath. "I know but Icewaver need us right now." The wolf turned and started to run out the door with Kyo right behind him. Just as they both made it out the door way some guards started to come up to them.

"My lords." One of them said.

"Angelis is in Icewaver's room, take her alive." Galle ordered as he ran passed them.

They all made it to the surgeons downstairs quickly, after the alpha placed the body of his son onto a table the wolves went right to work. Now all Galle could do was hold Kyo close and tell him that everything was going to be alright. They both stayed beside Icewaver well into the next morning.

The door flew open as Galle walked quickly into the dungeon, his daughter was hanging with her arms held high and in shackles. He stopped in front of her and glared at her.

The female wolf looked up at him with a smile but frowned when her father smacked her across her face. The bigger wolf fell onto both knees before her, his head held low.

"Why? Why did you do this?" His voice was shaky.

"When you chose that human over your own blood, it showed that you're not fit to lead wolves anymore." She growled. "You never loved me, Icewaver always been your favorite. Not that he will live long anyways." She smirked.

Galle looked up at her as his cheeks were matted from tears. "I thought of you as my favorite child, my only daughter, my little angle. That's why I exiled you so that I know that even though you might not be with me anymore that you were at least safe and alive, the dungeon would have treated you badly, then I wouldn't be able to sleep at night." The wolf stood up and looked down at her. "And I could never kill my own daughter or let any wolf."

He started to walk towards the door. "But with all the crimes you committed you have sealed your fate. I can't help you this time I'm sorry."

"What you're going to kill me? I thought you just said you could do it?" She said slightly worried but also confused.

Galle stopped as the door opened up and he looked back at Angelis. "You right, I did say that." The wolf walked into the hall while looking off to his left. "As we discussed, she's all yours." The wolf said while turning around to look at her once more, tears started rolling down his cheeks once more.

From around the corner Nogra and a couple of bears walked in, the captain patted Galle on the shoulder to show sympathy for the wolf but glared deadly at Angelis.

"I hope you remember me, you gave me this scar the day you killed our king. Now your life will be taken as punishment when we return back to our town." The bear growled as they moved over to her.

"No father, please don't let them take me." Angelis pleaded and struggled against her chains but watched her father walk down the hallway. "Father!" she screamed over and over again.

Galle returned back to the palace and sat in the lounge. Kyo and Luerist were already sitting on the couch across from him. "I'm done." The old wolf blurted out without looking at the two of them.

They both looked up at the older wolf confused, "What do you mean father?" Luerist asked.

"I can't go on being Alpha anymore. She's right I have lost my will to lead my people." The wolf sighed.

Kyo looked down at the floor. "Then Master is going to be..." Kyo didn't want to think about it but couldn't help shed tears at the thought of his wolf. He could lose the wolf from the wound, but if he lives then he would lose him from becoming alpha.

"No." the other wolf said as he sat beside Kyo. "I'm going to be alpha, Icewaver was right that I have to start taking responsibility." Luerist looked down at Kyo with a small smile. "Besides, you make him happy. What kind of brother would I be if I took you away from him like that." Kyo could hold in his joy as he leaped over and hugged the wolf tightly. The wolf smiled and hugged the human back.

Galle looked up and nodded. "Ok, we'll have the passing of the alpha tomorrow before we leave."

They all looked at Galle confused. "What do you mean before we leave?" The wolf asked.

Galle smiled a bit. "Me and pup is heading to where his village use to be, we will rebuild it and make it a trading port for the bear clan."

Kyo looked even more confused. "Why there? Nothing is tradable really tradable." He stated.

Galle shook his head. "The waterfall you jumped off actually is the stopping point of the salmon run. We will trade fish to them as they trade pelts to us."

Luerist chuckled. "Damn bears and their fish."

Galle stood up and told Kyo to get ready because it will be a long time before they have a nice place to stay.

Kyo shifted from his sleep as he sat up from the bed, Kyo looked over to see that Galle had rolled over from his sleeping spot and was up against him once again. Kyo chuckled as he gave the big wolf a shove to push him away.

Galle groaned as he opened up his eyes. "Morning kid."

"Morning." Kyo said while he stood up and stretched, the human moved over and slipped on some pants and went to move to the opening of the tent.

"Where you off to?" The wolf asked.

Kyo looked back and gave a small smile. "I'm off to say good morning to the rest of the family dad." Galle gave him a nod, the human move outside and seen that it was early with the sun just coming up over the ridge. Sounds of wood working and building could be heard nearby.

Kyo walked down a path while giving the partially done house a small glance as he continued his walk. He came to a small clearing in the woods and stopped when he approached three head stones. One newer than the other two.

"Morning everyone, the village is almost complete thanks to the bears. They really know their way on how to make houses and stuff." He smiled. "Mom, dad. Things are starting to turn out ok and I'm finally happy now."

He looked over to the newer stone and laughed. "I know that his name isn't Galle now that he isn't the alpha but because he still orders everyone around like one the name kind of stuck." Even though Kyo had a mile on his face, tears started to fall down his cheeks. "I miss you all." He said.

Kyo stood for a moment but felt two arms wrap around his waist and held him close. "Pup, I know that they miss you to and they are happy that we are happy." The wolf smiled while looking over to the newer stone. "I know mother is, now that you're kind of taking care of father."

Kyo turned around and buried his face into the wolf's chest as he hugged him closely. "I know master he kind of works too hard but he listens when I tell him to eat or whatever." The human looked up at his wolf with a smile. "You were up early again."

The wolf chuckled. "Had to make sure that everything was going alright in the village."

"Well we better get back before your fath..." Kyo started.

"Icewaver, Kyo get over here and help me if you want a place to live." They both heard Galle yell from nearby. They both chuckled as they started to walk to the big wolf. "NOW!" Galle yell, making them both move into a mad dash. Both Kyo and Icewaver laughing, knowing that life will finally turn out alright for the two.

*Drops head onto laptop.* Done, ok this was the last Chater it took me a while to get the words to form right. For some reason it was like when a hot ass guy walks up and askes you a question but you couldn't get a word out, that's how I was with this story. Even though I am done with this story I will continue after I get the next story figuerd out. Thanks again to everyone that kept up with my work.
