Poem: I am a dragon
I am a dragon
Poem by Noiratblack
Draw your sword, knight, draw it,
you who want from me a bit.
Blood? A horn? a fang? a claw?
Your insane wishes I saw.
You, spectre of greed,
your death today you will meet.
I am mighty! I am free!
I live for eternity!
Draw your axe, choose your weapon,
a new part of my collection.
Success you cannot achieve,
Because only in your might you do believe.
I am free, for eternity.
I am strong, never choose wrong.
Gifted with wisdom, knowledge, it's nearly fearsome.
For you a monster, but still a father.
See the little child there?
My young boy, dead already is his sister.
No, he will not die, not he too...
But now, I will give you your due.
Brave, foolish, reckless knight,
close your eyes, behind this helmet shining so bright,
I am a dragon, I am your death.
Feel for the first and last time my breath
And in the Lair, far away from the entrance,
there lies the dragon, his magic a strange presence.
And behind him, between unbelievable treasures,
before a shining helmet a little Dragon make silly gestures.
