COLLEGE DAYS

2319 TRAILER!

"I've got it, I've got it." Stephan shouted, running for the football, and just when it was almost within reach, he suddenly fell forward, face first in the muddy grass, as the grizzly bear tripped him up, laughing as he did so.

"You sure did, fucker!" Frederick growled, running off with the ball.

Stephan looked up, to see the referee arguing with another player on Frederick's team, so the incident wasn't witnessed and dealt with.

Sunrise unlocked hir locker door, and was greeted by a mess, someone had poured shampoo through the vent, ruining hir books and college gear, fuming, shi glared at the male human down the hall. Obviously the culprit, as he just giggled and winked. Sunrise fought the urge to leap and attack the obnoxious male, knowing that if shi did, shi would be expelled for attacking the deans' son.

"What do you mean No!?" Sunrise cried, as Stephan turned away, looking down and picked up his bags and made his way out of the dorm room. He didn't want to do it, but if his grades were to improve, then they must part company.

Sighing heavily, Stephan turned and kissed hir on the muzzle, which shi returned only half heartedly.

The machines beeped and the motionless taur form breathed with the help of the respirator. Hir eyes were closed as hir chest raised and fall. The nurse checked hir vitals, as the doctor spoke to the human outside.

"From what we can tell Stephan, shi is in a deep coma, and I don't know how long shi will be in that state."

Stephan stood as he looked through the glass, dressed in his hospital gown.

"Please, do anything that'll help hir doctor, shi saved my life."

The pounding on the double doors ceased when the Grizzly morph opened them, to be confronted by a wolf morph, dressed in a suit. The officers that flanked him was Derrick and Cindy McEntyre.

"Yes?" Joshua asked, yawning. "Do you know what time it is?"

"I'm sorry sir, but let me introduce myself, my name is Constable Jonas Silvertip, and I have an arrest warrant..."

"Oh for petes sack, the human is innocent, everything has been clear up, why don't you leave him alone?" Joshua growled, getting annoyed with the law trying to screw with Stephan.

"I'm begging your pardon sir, but I am here from the Western Australian police department with an arrest warrant for one Shir Sunrise." He replied, handing the piece of paper to Joshua.

The head doctor opened the door to the children ward.

"And now, in this room, we have a young cub who was involved in one of those nasty Human First riots, she lost both her parents, and suffered a broken arm. She was rescued, according to hir, by a large purple furred chakat, with red ears, but no fur has come forward to claim responsibility as of yet." He replied, ushering the group inside. Stephan looked at the poor fox morph with sadness, thinking how could his race be so cruel and malicious.

"GET HIM OUT OF HERE!" screamed a female vixen, obviously the cubs relative.

Stephan stopped, and realized that she was pointing at him, her muzzled sneered back and her ears were flat against her head.

"Please Stephan, wait down the hall." The doctor urged, trying to diffuse the situation.

"Yes Sir." Stephan replied, retreating out of the room and walked down the hall, and he stopped at the vending machine. Once he paid for the can, he sat down and looked at it.

"You know young one, that can won't open by itself." Replied a sweet female voice that belonged to a purple furred chakat, who had red ears and a paw print on hir left breast.

"Eh?" Stephan stammered, as shi took the can, popped the top and took a few sips before handing it back.

"Hmmm refreshing, now, don't let Lucy's outcry get to you, you'll get a lot of those in your career." Shi replied, handing Stephan the can back, then vanished before his eyes.

"What?" Stephan exclaimed, startled by the sudden disappearance of the strange chakat, which Stephan now realized was obviously the same one that rescued the cub. Further more, hir paw pattern had a distinct golden hue.

Stephan walked down the dark street, looking at the building in front of him, making sure that it was the correct one.

"Hello? Sunrise? Are you here?" he called out, searching for the yellow furred chakat.

Strange, he thought. Why would shi call him to pick hir up from this part of the city, it's mainly occupied by humans.

The sound of a hammer being cocked behind him made him freeze, and he slowly turned around, to see the gun muzzle before it flashed, illuminating the shooters face and then darkness........
