#1 of When a Wolf Loves a Fox

I feel I should state here that any character here-on-out may coinside with a character that you have drawn or seen but they are all products of my sick and twisted mind. I am not responsible for any coinsidance at all as it is imaginary. This isnt quite Yiffy yet but for the sake of arguement it should not be viewed by anybody younger than 17 as it will get voilent and sexually oriented in time.

*Note I am obviously not the best storywriter, Actually this is my first attempt. I've been working on this story for over a year and lost my Hard Drive 3 times durring that year so it may be some time before I finish this story.

When a Wolf Loves a Fox

Prelude

My story begins in the fabled lands of Foxlore. The land of Foxlore is rich in beauty, life, and free spirits: the Elves busily constructing their village, the Kobolds training for battle of the apocalypse, and the Dragons deep in rut. The Humans as always are setting traps to catch anything that has fur that's stupid enough to get caught.

I am Mathias, the Wolf of these lands. I am the protector of the innocent, healer of the wounded, and an undisputed warrior in battle. My ancestors have always protected these lands and so I must carry on the tradition.

In a dream I envisioned a small vixen entangled in a trap helpless to the onslaught of the human invaders, and something out of the ordinary happened. I heard a voice, a voice that said, "You must save this young vixen from all harm that may come to pass. You must save her, and save her fast." The voice was a mystery to me. I called out to the voice "Who are you, and why do I have to rescue this fox?" The voice returned but did not reply to my inquiry. Instead the voice said "Go north by northeast for 2 moons and across the Lake of Purity. There you shall find your destiny.

I awoke in my hallowed out den on the far depths of Foxlore, wondering about the voice that had awoken me from slumber. It was just about daybreak, so I decided to leave the luxury of my den. Walking out of my den I couldn't help but to listen to the harmony of the wilds of this land. The Wind, and Water, the Crickets and fireflies just seem to intertwine like nothing else can in this world. But I couldn't stop thinking about the dream I just had. There seems to be something going on inside the enigma of my mind. I knew I had a limited amount of time before I was too late to save her. I cleared my thoughts and decided it was time to leave my home behind and go do my job.
