Once upon a time, in the land of Anocratic, there were 120 brave pony soldiers and engineers who were tasked with traveling over the treacherous ocean to reach the Peril Peaks. Their mission was to get to the lands overseas of kirin colony, on another planet. They were informed that a trade deal of TNT and Personal defence weapons went over smoothly when traveling few days ago. So travel there should go similary.

With their armor and weapons, the pony soldiers set sail on their journey across the vast ocean. They faced many challenges along the way, including fierce storms and rough waves. However, their determination and camaraderie kept them strong, and after a day, they reached the closest cost to the Peril Peaks. Anchoring their ships on the coast of Equestria.

As soon as they set foot on the peaks, they were teleported in groups of 20 as agreed. They were teleported to a land they had never seen before. It was the land of the kirins. The pony soldiers were greeted by the kirins with warmth and hospitality, and they waited in kirin colony for the rest to be teleported.

The wait was long but eventualy with kirin assistance, they were able to cross the sea to the lands, where they would establish their own colony. With the purpose of helping their kirin comrades, while also in the future, recruiting humans to join the Anocratic empire.

Arriving successfuly to their destination. The ponies formed a council of ten, declaring their rule over the humans, and establishing it as a duchy under Anocratic empire. Which unsuprisingly was met with backlash, resulting in 161 humans laying dead during a small revolt against the new pony rule.

The new council of ten, has met in a slightly filthy building, which was an abandoned storage room; Now repurposed as seat of new administration. The council was made up of alicorn descendants of Emperor Bigpip and military officers.

"With everypony here, we need to inspect the situation we find ourselfs in more closely, for that we have military experts. So i expect the military officers here to do that after this meeting. Right now, we need to write a colonial institution, which will apply to claimed territory on this planet under our provisionary government. You may speak now." said a alicorn mare

"Velvet Kisses, if i may? I think we should prioritize healthcare if there isn't one already. We hed 161 humans die already as result of our declaration. So we need healthcare to delay unnecesary deaths." said a female earth pony in military armor

A male pegasus officer with three jade medal raised his hoof. His leg and eye missing, replaced by bionic implants, covered in scars from grenade fragments. "Thank you for your concern, miss Cinnamon Twirl. I think we will however have a bigger issue with loyalty, since the humans here outnumber us. We were ordered to go here, leaving our land behind. The humans here may dispute our lawbooks and new constitution. We need brute force and discipline to that all the humans are chipping away efficiently under threat of imprisonment. Under the new constitution, liberty must be prohibited, retired with mandatory complience, now! To keep our duchy working, we need to stamp any defience out! We can ill affort the cost of human rights nor the pay the cost anger. So we stiffle scrutinizing eyes astray with propaganda. The only way we can pull through is under cruel rule. If a single human falls out of line, they will all do. Also every second they spend praying to those damm gods could be spend building up defence! For these humans humans are mere vermin, thus they need to be subservient!" he yelled, standing up on his rear legs.

"Calm down Comet Flash!" said unicorn stallion, trying to calm him down with a hug. Which cause both of them to accidentaly crash on the floor. Making the rest of the council facehoof.

"Are you alright Comet Flash and Dazzle Flash? I think Comet Flash is being too extreme but i think he makes a good point about the propaganda and religion. We can't tolerate god worshippers of any kind, lest something bad happens. a blue alicorn stallion raised his hoof "That would not fully solve the religion and loyalty problem. Mister Onyx Armor. I have a proposition, how about we do a compromise with the common human here? Instead of forcing them into fully converting to Neo-Harmonism. How about we try to convince them that Emperor Bigpip is the God and we are his messengers and workers? The latter being mostly true. I think having the skilled unicorns send with us, perform magical spells in public would help convince them.

A violet unicorn stallion raised his hoof "I don't think Emperor Bigpip would be pleased with us creating a cult of personality. However if we are going to go through with this idea, mister Sapphire Twister. We need to include a requirement that those that are loyal, need to consent to being branded with a heart mark. After all, if they are truly loyal they should take no issue with body modification."

A tired bat-pony mare raised her hoof "Mister Violet Drop, i have to agree. Also let's get to the part where we actualy write the constitution and basic laws please. We also must not forget the reason we are here for in the first place. That is, to assist the kirins north east from here..." she then managed to convice the rest of the council to start writting the constitution with laws. The council decided to mostly just copy existing constitution and laws of Anocratic empire. With notable exlusion of the law that abolished slavery.

A couple of days later, the laws were starting to be enforced and the 'good' word was being spread throughout the colony. Starting a new cult, which was suprisingly mostly successful but not everyone who belived it was loyal enough to participate in branding as majority of people were cynical of their new pony overlords. These changes angered more people. Resulting in deadly riots along with peasant and particularist rebellions. In responce to death tally of 374 humans. The council of ten hoped that by implementing slavery as punishment, instead of imprisonment, they could avoid needing to order soldiers to shoot more people.

Few days after this meeting procceded. Dazzle Flash met Comet Flash in their new residence. The residence was modest construction of stone blocks and concreate that has been painted white. Dazzle Flash found him laying in his bed. "How are you brother? I have been teaching loyal humans how to craft firearms, using recycled steel and components. How have you been?"

Comet Flash turned his head while laying in bad, looking sad while blinking "I think i am recovering but buck! One of the filthy humans just must have passed a flue over to me while i was passing by. Giving people orders. Also let me tell you brother. I think this initial plan of the highter ups, stinks! Because the only way to get all the way here is through the kirins. We have long range teleporters but we weren't send here with measuring equipment or really, any equipment besides armor and firearms! Ugh, do we at least have a lot of loyalists bro?" he said upset

Dazzle Flash tapped his chin with his hoof in thought. "Some human loyalist counted that over five thousant of them have branded themselfs and would not mind getting out of this awful planet but yeah. I have to agree with you brother. We really were send here without a backup plan in place. I guess it's due to all the urgency or 'heat of the moment' as someponies say. Personaly i am glad that there weren't any more deaths after the new slavery policy was passed. It was sadly neccesary to make progress, speaking of progress. Fifty radio stations were build, so we can organize a lot better along with being able to communicate with the kirins over this sea. Which as you were probably informed, i was the one tasked with sending radio messages to the poor kirins in danger."

"Yeah... Can you fetch me industrial medicine for my illness? I ran out and i think you have better medical skills then i do anyways." Comet Flash said, turning away and closing his eyes. Wanting to sleep but was interrupted by his own coughing.

"I will do that big bro. I hope our superiors will make use of the long range teleporters soon. Otherwise we are going to be bucked. Having to go through Peril Peaks. I will let you sleep now brother." With that Dazzle Flash has left the building. Outside, it was late afternoon. Pegasi could be seen trying to manipulate the weather in the local area. In order to make more suitable growing conditions for agricultural plants to grow. A couple of humans could be seen in the distance cheering on the pegasi.

Trotting on a asphalt path, Dazzle Flash has arrived to the closest radio station that was just finished. With the radio equipment inside operational. Dazzle Flash send the following message to the kirin occupied lands: "I am Dazzle Flash, a unicorn speaking on behalf of the provisional duchy council of ten, under Anocratic empire. Wishes to know the status of kirin people. We in our current state do not possess a navy on this planet of humans. However we have some good news. If you have transport ships that could travel to our duchy. You can pick up 1074 human conscripts with sniper rifles and DMRs. If your kirins could load the transport ships with building materials, that would help a lot in turning this temporaly colony in a military base capable of assisting your kirins faster. Please respond soon!"

Dazzle Flash ended the radio recording, which would then be send by the radio station towards the kirin occupied lands. Leaving the radio station, he looked for medicine to give to his brother in a small commercial zone. There, here managed to get few pills from a human pharmacy that should help. On his way to a temporaly residence, he wondered how quickly the kirins would report their status. He was tired but thankfuly, it would record any radio waves of the same frequency for audio playback later. So Dazzle Flash could go to bed and check in the radio station tommorow. The other members of the ten pony coucil went to go to sleep as well. None of them got ill like Comet Flash but they were worried for him.

Meanwhile on Equus, a military officer arrived exchausted to Peril Peaks from west Equus. Demanding hospitality. He hed a carrige filled with few provisions and speciel equipment. The special equipment included a device for measuring background radiation magical field, along with coordinates for calibrating long range teleporter devices of Anocratic empire. He was a bat-pony wearing a military uniform with medals and a radio walkie-talkie. He arrived the same way the others have gotten to Peril peaks before.

The next day. The coucil of ten was able to play back radio message from the kirins. Which was cryptic, with bare minimum information. Telling them that trasport ships would be send to pick up hastily conscripted humans with minimal training that they were able to provide from this temporaly duchy. Sadly, no additional supplies would be provided. However to the suprise of the council. They managed to infer from the cryptic message that at least one officer would come from the mainland to help. They were also able to infer that the kirins weren't able to send additional supplies by the transport ships. Due to all of the resources being spend on repairing damage from the human attacks but should be alright.

Comet Flash, who was now mostly recovered to walk confortably. Questioned the rest of the council why the kirins embarked on this journey to another human occupied planet, from Peril Peaks. They weren't able to answer her. Making him starting to loose hope into the military institution and this whole interplanetary operation.

A couple of days later. The ships from kirin occupied lands arrive to pick up the human conscripts. The officer with his carrige has taken a ride on board. After disembarking, he seeked to speak with the council of ten. One of the devices he hed with him would be used the next day to calculate coordinates for the magical long range teleportation devices. After many measurements and calculations were made with the magical measuring device. It was put back into the now unloaded carrige for transport back to the mainland of West Equus. Issue being that for the kirins to be worth sending their transport ships again. They would have to arm and train more humans.

Comet Flash was chatting with Dazzle Flash over a drink in a partialy run down bar, which hed a carpeted floor with brick walls. Comet Flash hed a laugh as Dazzle Flash cracked joke "Oh that was a good one Dazzle Flash. Thanks for being with me bro. We don't get spend time togather often since i am a military officer. By the way, i forgot to thanks you earlier for actualy finding effective medicine on this human planet. My immune system really took a hit after the... grenade incident."

Dazzle Flash waved his hoof at that "Aww it's nothing. You don't have to thank me brother for that. It wasn't difficult to find since the humans here have some proper unlike the scum on Acrab. Even if it is in small quantities. You are now on consript training duty right? I don't know if that is a good idea with your somewhat compromised immunity system." He asked concerned

"I-I can manage, i am more concerned with the conscripts being defient during training. We need more conscripts for the kirins. However i am not sure if threatening them with slavery for non complience as i am doupting the things i yelled in my outburst during the first council meeting here." He said, looking slightly ashamed

"It's alright Comet Flash. I think things are going to go better from now on. Since we now have a back up plan and also we will be able to get assitance from the rest of Anocratic empire. Thanks to the long range teleporters." Dazzle Flash told his brother, he heard the door of the bar kreek, slightly turning his head, he saw another council member enter the bar. It was the blue alicorn descendant of Emperor Bigpip. Going by the name of Sapphire Twister.

Sapphire Twister looked to Comet Flash and walked up to him. "Can i please talk to Comet Flash in private please, we... have things to discuss."

Dazzle Flash smiled at him with a wave "Sure thing you two, i need to get back to the whole crafting firearms task anyways. See ya!" with that. He left the bar as the wooden door creaked from motion.

The of them went somewhere more private. "So what is so important that you came out of your way to find me in this human bar?" Comet Flash asked with suspicion

"Oh you know what, the death of my actual father!" he raised his voice and kicked him.

"What are you talking about, i don't follow." Comet Flash said confused with a grunt of pain.

"My gootraxian father served under you and you got him killed! You think that you can just brush that off? No! you were responsible for his death and i won't let you be without consequence." Sapphire Twister said said, trying to kick him again but he blocked it.

"It's not my fault that your adopted father died. I lead my soldiers the same regardless of them being a gootraxian, kirin or pony. casualties happen in war, thats just an unavoidable fact of raids and wars. Do you think he would not have died under a different officer's command? An engineer like you would not know any better!" Comet Flash yelled at him

"I know for a fact that you are more cruel then you are given credit to. Under officers didn't have as many people die under their command in recent history of Anocratic empire." Sapphire Twister kicked him again, earning a grund from Comet Flash

"Get out of my sight before i report you to the rest of the council for kicking me multiple times!" Comet Flash sternly warned him. Causing Sapphire Twister to trot away. "Coward..." he muttered as he troted away.

After Dazzle Flash left the bar, he went to the radion station to communicate with the kirins again. This time he would quickly let them know that the next pick up of recruits would be better trained then the first one. Like last time, he inquired about the status of the kirins along with how secure the teleportation connection to Peril Peaks is. So that if they are invaded, the invader would not be able to get to Peril Peaks. He would also notify the kirin leadership that the officer with the carrige they allowed passage through; needs to return back to Peril Peaks. This time they reply live. "The status of the Teleportation device, is quite secure and is hidden someplace in the basement of somekirin, and the carriage will return to the Peaks of Peril safely." The brief message back stated.

Three days after this, 516 human consripts are ready to be transported along with the carridge hauling pony officer. The pony officer lead the human conscripts in a march as they they all embark on the transport ships, with the consripts having expressions ranging from slight confusion to uncertainty. The pony officer with his carrige was confident in returning to the coast of Equestria through Peaks of Peril.

After a long journey back to the mainland. The officer gave the magical measuring device to the authorities who manage the long range teleporters. Two of these devices would be reserved from Acrab. The the first teleporter would be calibrated to teleport everyone from a specific spot every in the temporaly colony every 15 days. The second one would be calibrated to send a soldier as a messenger with supplies every 15 days, from Acrab to the temporaly colony. The fifteen day period being due to the teleporter devices needing time to be recharged with sufficient amount of magical energy to work as intended.

Few months laters, a prototype for a chemical missile was being developed on Acrab. As a last resort, for the purpose of mutualy assured destruction between the temporaly colony that provides foreign kirins with human soldiers and the human powers that threaten the kirin expansionists. On one hoof, the kirins kinda put themselfs into this situation, by building most of their civilization on this planet instead of on Peak of peril. On the other hoof. There was a moral obligation to help and assist the kirins in their defence against human threats.

The missile burns fuel, providing enough thrust and speed to reach intended targets. It's warhead contains assimilative goo designed by Lami?ík company. A small burster inside the missile explodes, opening the warhead and aerosolizing the assimilative goo over human skin. The goo sticks to the targets and starts incapacitating the affected, afterwards, the body is enveloped and transformed into a half sapient gootraxian.

During this time. 80000 loyalist humans were gradualy teleported by the long range teleporters on Acrab in intervals of 15 days. The council of ten knew that it would not be possible to get all the 'good' humans to a new safer home. Within their lifespan. However they knew that their main objective was still providing assistance to the foreign kirins.

Since any of these long range chemical missiles would need lot of good fuel. So Dazzle Flash once again contacted the kirin leadership onece more. "Dazzle Flash speaking on behalf of Anocratic empire again. What is your status? We have managed to get in physical contact with the rest of Anocratic empire. We have a last resort plan in case things would go horribly wrong for either of our people on this planet. We need lot of fuel, i overheard with Comet Flash one of the humans stating that their automobiles on this planet are powered by fuel made from some toxic black sludge. We wanted to request that you have some kirin knowlegable on this topic. So we know how to refine this toxic sludge into missile fuel instead. Thank you in advance, over."

They responded back with "Lucky for you, YOU ponies are filled with this stuff below your surface! But If you don't have anything to dig with, then we can send some supplies of oil to you. Right and an expert on the topic will speak to you on the matter over the radio soon. over."

"The main reason why we are reaching out to you about this. Is due to us needing a reliable way to make fuel for rockets. So we can assist you in other ways then just by sending human conscripts on occasion. Over"

"Then we'll send some rocket fuel too you! The Kirin Government will soon be sending a ship carton of 760 Gallons of Rocket fuel. Over" They responded back. Ending the radio conversations.

Next day. Comet Flash would lead human workers where they have been told would be large underground deposits of this 'oil' commanding the humans to construct two oil jacks with a machine prototype that would be the first step to refining the toxic sludge into fuel for missiles. It was all connected to a power source. However the machine prototype did not work and the rate of which the oil was extracted made people starting to doupt if making suitable fuel out of this was duable. The project was left be for now as the workers were tired.

A day after that, the whole council of ten would meet once more. Sapphire Twister was first to raise his to speak "I propose that we remove Comet Flash from our provisionary government!" he exlaimed with a smug expression, earning a menecing glare from Comet Flash. "He is undermining our moral values as we should see. Slavery has been banned by imperial law for a reason, yet the council has introduced it again! The few enslaved could be planning a grand rebelion as we speak!"

Comet Flash decided to defend himself. "We have voted on this! If you don't like it so much then we can vote again but i think this will cause more violence and like it was inicialy."

"Also workers under your command have failed to set up small scale fuel production, even though instruction on how to do it were provided. Again proving your poor leadership, so we should find somepony better to be with us!" Sapphire Twister yelled, not wanting to potentialy spend years with his rival.

"I don't know what happened between you two but we need more urgently discuss something else." Dazzle Flash waved, trying to get their attention

"Should we try to buy long range missiles from a neutral company on this planet? It might be suprising but while Comet Flash was away, i found that there is a human company that sells some kind of missiles that could fly over the kirin's territory at potential enemies. The obvious issue is that according to my quick research, humans here use 'money' instead of silver"

He paused to catch his breath. Meanwhile Comet Flash and Sapphire Twister calmed down, now paying attention to Dazzle Flash.

"Heh, it looks like humans are more uncivilized in one way more then their Acrab counterparts. I ask for your permission to send inquiery letters, then we can continue the discussion." Dazzle Flash finished. The other council members shared looks, most not having an opinion on it, so they approved it.

Thank you comrades, um we can continue discussing Coment Flash's removal. Personaly i am against it since it's not his fault..."

Different council members argued back and forward untill majority decided to not remove Comet Flash. To severe displeasure of Sapphire Twister.

100 days passed, since the last council meeting.

During this time, the council of ten has passed a law that prohibited reproduction. In order to save resources. During this time, the council members got to know each other better. Velvet Kisses turned out to be quite an abrasive mare. Cinnamon Twirl ended up proving as a loyal, machinery savy body purit. Who confessed that she has a prejudice against ponies with prosthetics. Onyx Armor turned to have a tough body as he hed a number of scars under his coat, from past injuries that were never healed. Despite being tough Onyx Armor is still a kind pony as others on the council percieved. This did got the two into a brawler eventualy, getting the two slightly injured and they needed to recover in hospital beds.

At this time, back home on Acrab, domesticaly produced missiles were being researched. However the current prototypes so far only ended up having range of 1000 kilometers, more research was needed to increase range.

Day later, there was a slave revolt, which lead to more deaths then the inicial revolts combined. Thankfuly, nopony died, only the enslaved criminals did. Which made the council of ten, reconsider the new strict punishment policy. Since it was updated to be strict for the sake of preventing more unnecesary deaths.

Velvet Kisses was injured. During the slave revolt. So the council of ten hed a meeting without her and after some discussion, they voted to cancel the slavery policy. After the meeting was concluded, Onyx armor would visit her in the hospital to cheer her up.

Back home on Fequm in Delalin. Emperor Bigpip has came to personaly visit the six towns made up of gootraxian immigrants. He was dissapointed that he was being worshipped like a god but played along with it, since he wanted them to stay loyal to authorities. In the sixth gootraxian town he visited. He adjusted his iconic robe before giving a speach: "My dear gootraxians, it is good to see that a lot of you has gathered here in the park to see me in person. As... God, i am quite busy making sure everything goes according to plan. An important thing each individual here should keep in mind, is that in order to be in my good hoofs. You need to follow the virtues of Harmony. Those as you should know are generosity, loyalty, honesty, kindness... And laughter" Bigpip said, remembering that gootraxians can't use magic. Finishing his short speach, he spread his wings, jumping he casted a short range teleportation spell, with an audible pop, he switch place with air just out of view behind a elevated highway next to the town, which was used by unionized cargo truck drivers. Satisfied with the dramatic display of his magical power, Bigpip trotted along the highway until switching to flight. He flew to a close by pony populated town, where he took the train, so he could travel home.

15 days later 255652 converted humans were ready to be teleported to the safety of Acrab, from which they would be trasported to their newly build, available housing on Fequm. Before they departed from the temporaly colony, Sapphire Twister lead them, to make sure all of them were in place, for when the long ranged teleporters are charged. Afterwhich they were transfured and went on a long journey to their home on Fequm, accompanied by guards.

After that, Dazzle Flash contacted the kirin lands again, requesting building a joint military base in the easternmost territory where the kirins live. That request was accepted, along with stationing the chemical transfur missiles there. Which were upgraded to have a range 333 km longer then before. However transporting them all over, could take a while.

After Dazzle Flash was finished negotiating over the radio. He went to the hospital to check on Velvet Kisses. She felt lonely in the hospital, since it was staffed by humans who weren't fans of the new government. When Dazzle Flash finaly arrived to the hospital, he was suprised to see her on her way out as Velvet Kisses was just discharged. The two of them walked togather, Dazzle Flash decided to start a conversation. "So um, miss we have been stuck here on our mission for over a hundred days now, what do you think about it personaly?" she looked over to him, making eye contact while the hospital was obscured by nearby tall buildings and small hills of sand.

"What i think about it? I suppose it has been quite unpleasant and i am starting to miss home... I assume you feel the same way, correct?" Velvet Kisses responded

"Yeah i do, in fact when we get the opportunity i plan to leave this planet, return home and focus on things that matter. What about you?" 'if she feels the same way, perhaps i could flirt with her, i may be getting old but i could use a mare to be by my side when i am not at work' he thought

"Same as you, i think. I enjoy sculpting art out of clay. I can't do that here, since almost this whole place is covered in sand instead of normal soil with clay. What did you do for a hobby?"

"I am really into painting, though i am not great at it, i think i am improving, though. Maybe i could paint a cute mare like?" Dazzle Flash teased.

"Aww, that would be nice of you. Perhaps i could try to sculp a copy of you out of clay in return. Sure it may not be of good quality but it would be sufficient gift in return."

"That sounds lovely miss Velvet kisses... I don't want to be too hasty but could we perhaps go on a date when we get off this dry planet, back home?" he asked, slightly nervous now.

Slightly slowing her walking speed, she thought about it. Catching up to him she said calmly "I will think about it, it's not like our superiors will let us be relieved from our duty on this human overrun planet anytime soon. In other words we have more time in order to know each other better."

"That is true, do you regret being send on this mission now miss?" Dazzle Flash finished his sentence, tripping on a big chuck of rock as he was too focused on Velvet Kisses. Earning a little giggle from her as he got up. "Looks like the sun is going to set in like an hour, we should probably hurry up."

"We probably should trot to our residences at faster pace, Dazzle Flash, i agree. So that we get enough sleep." she said with a big nod. They both trotted home by sunset.

The next morning, Dazzle flash spoke to Comet Flash. "So brother, i spoke to Velvet Kissess and i think i like her. Maybe she will go on a date with me, when we finaly get to go home!" he said excited, Comet Flash hed a neutral look.

"If we live to see the day. Things aren't hot between humans and the kirins right now, from the intel you got but that doesn't mean it can't turn that way at any moment while we are here." Comet Flash answered

"Don't act pessimistic now... I remembered something, the 'oil' extraction project that you didn't manage to complete. You should gather suitable humans and try again, i have a feeling it could be bought for a lot by neutral humans living here, since they use it to power their vehicles. Well the refined version of it." Dazzle Flash said slightly excited

"I guess you are right brother, if we are really going to be buying additional missiles from neutral humans. Then we are going to need something to trade for them. And this black stuff should do... Very well i will gather suitable human workers and engineers and try to lead them again where we abandoned the equipment last time." Comet Flash answered more confidently.

The two of them decided to head out of their residence and get to work. Meanwhile back home. The transformed human immigrants were integrating well for the most part. With some adopting pony foals as their own.

30 days after that. Human engineers lead by Comet Flash managed to successfuly set up an oil extraction operation. Allowing the provisional government to have a stable source of income. In this time, the long ranged teleporters were once again used. This time mainly to transport 368679 human loyalists to their promised new home.

This afternoon, Comet Flash with everypony else were finished with their work for the day and hed some time to rest. What Comet Flash didn't notice was that Sapphire Twister was following him, carrying with him a bucket of paint. Peaking from behind a small sand hill next to Comet Flash's residence unnoticed was Sapphire Twister, waiting for Comet Flash to stay inside. He waited for several minutes before grabbing the paint bucket's handle in his muzzle and sneaked fully over the hill and over to the residence's door. Stopping, with his ears perked up, he listened if Comet Flash is coming out right now but that didn't seemed to be the case. So he slightly opened the door and and placed the bucket on top of the door while removing the lid. After which Sapphire Twister trotted away. If he can't remove Comet Flash from the provisional council, he will get back at him with pranks.

Comet Flash was relaxing in the shared residence, as it was getting late. He noticed that Dazzle Flash was taking longer then usual to return, even if he was negotiating with foreigners on oil sales. So he decided to go check on Dazzle Flash in the nearby radio tower. He was a little confused when the front door was slightly opened. He decided to go outside. Only to feel blunt pain as the planted bucket of paint hit his head and spilled paint over his coat. "The buck was that�" he yelled confused, seeing the bucket next to him and most of his upper coat covered in paint. Realizing what happened, he sighned and went back inside to take a shower. "Brother should be alright, i think he should return shortly after i take a shower, good thing they have those. Only if they were designed for ponies to use, it's finicky to use." Comet Flash thought to himself, stepping over the spilled paint and going back inside to take a shower. When he was finished, Dazzle Flash arrived confused. After Comet Flash dried his coat and combed his mane and tail, he explained to his brother what happened.

At this point, Sapphire Twister was back at his residence as well, since he didn't wanted to be cought or suspected of being the one who pulled the paint bucket prank.

The next day, Dazzle Flash made his way to the radio tower again. This time to contact the kirin's leadership. "Is any kirin there live at this moment? I wanted to ask how things are over there at this time. We have been focusing on getting these poor humans prepared, to get out of here to our homeland. What about you? Do the human neighbors of yours currently pose a threat?"

There was a short silence before a voice responded "No they don't, though if we send over transport ships, we could use more conscripts to defend ourselfs. We are also of the opinion that we won't accept more of your unorthodox missiles. You were transporting humans back home, correct? We imagine that there isn't many left under your control."

Dazzle Flash was silent for a bit, thinking about a responce. "That would be true, when it comes to the shared military base, i think the 1174 missiles we send should be sufficient. You would be right about there not being many humans left under our control. I will relay this information to my superiors. Please send over more transport ships to pick up what will probably be the last conscripts."

Dazzle Flash ended the conversation while sweating, it has gotten hotter then it was for the past weeks, it was clear that summer has begun on this planet. Dazzle Flash was starting to miss home even more, back home they hed cooling units for summer and enough pegasi to make sure it didn't get too dry in densely populated areas around close to farmland. Dazzle Flash relayed the information to his superiors who have soon decided to stop the Anocratic empire's operations on this planet and let the kirins handle it. If they need something, they should send a messenger from Peaks of Peril.

With forth long ranged teleporter now operational. The last willing humans on this planet were transported to Anocratic empire's planet on Acrab. From which they were transported to available safe housing on Planet Fequm in Gunma region. The less willing ones were given to the kirins to do with as they please.

Most of the military members involved in this operation decided to be honorably discharged. Dazzle Flash finaly got his romantic date with Velvet Kissess. And while they didn't stay togather at first, still needing more time. They did eventualy commited to starting a family.

Sapphire Twister ended up being arrested when he got home. Because while he was away from home, an investigation took place. Where it was found that he was involved in a curruption scheme in his local goverment. Getting sentenced to communal service.

Comet Flash along with other wanted to put his military service behind too. Being discharged by his superior and got a relaxing job at a library, as a librarian. He would on occasion visit his brother Dazzle Flash.

The long term fate of the kirins on the other side of Peaks of Peril's portal remains uncertain...
