Here it is, chapter 5 after nearly a year of dead time! hope you havent forgotten! plus more special sub stories are comming after this!!!!!

I awoke to that warm soft fluff under my body I do every morning, Ruby. I nuzzled her gently for her to wake up. She grunted but only snuggled closer to me. While this made me smile, I had to wake her, for I had special plans for today!

"Oh, I thought we'd spend the morning alone together on a stroll thru the woods."
"That's a great idea! We don't go into the woods just to look round all that often!" she said with a smile on her face.
I had more plans for her that I would tell her about on the walk. As we stepped outside, the sun was just rising and it cast beautiful sight. Ruby leaned her head against me and we stood there watching the sunrise. We entered the woods and just walked around. Now because we were predators, most pokémon we passed would run or hide or curl up, but Ruby did not enjoy violence and was always displeased with their looks of fear. However she was prancing around, almost blending in with the beauty of the forest.
"Ah," she sighed. "I just love nature! The fresh air, the clear sky, the warm sun, and all the life around us!"
"I'm glad you like it."
"Oh, ill never evolve." She said in a depressed tone that came out of nowhere
"What? Where'd u get that idea?"
"Cause, I can't kill other things without a good reason, and if I cant kill, how am I supposed to evolve?"
This was true, Ruby would kill for food, but not for skill. She was a loving and gentle creature, but if you gave her reason too, she could easily tear anyone apart, she made sure of it after the night I was raped.
"Don't you worry bout that 4 now, I've got another surprise for our anniversary." at this he mood instantly brightened, and looking directly at me she asked, "What is it?"
"Well, I was going to go get you a sapphire."
She gave me a quizzical look.
"A sapphire is a stone, like a ruby or an emerald, except its blue and I'm gonna get u one!" I explained.
"Oh earl that's so sweet of you, you are the best you know?"
"I know, but I gotta go like now ok?"
"Ok"
The was now out a bit further making a beautiful scene.
"I love you."
"I love you too, be safe and come back soon!"
We kissed once and I swore to return with a sapphire or something equal.

The first day there was no word on any sapphires, but on day two I ran into a pack of houndours and asked them if they knew where I might find a sapphire.
"Excuse me, would you happen to know where I could find a sapphire around here? It's a blue stone and its very important." I asked one of the houndours.
"Hmm maybe check to the north, but don't head south, there's a vicious killer down there who murdered one of our pack near a hot spring." The houndour replied.
"Um... ok thanks." I walked casually off into the woods, once out of eyesight, I ran. The Houndour I killed and was raped by must have belonged to that pack! I thought, surely one of them must have gotten my sent from his body! I ran, wishing I was wrong.
I wasn't.
A houndour jumped out from the bushes in my path, I spun around as another jumped out to block me there as well.
I was trapped.
"Where are you going?" One demanded "We know who you are you low, dirty, cheater!"
"Hey! He was trying to rape a young vulpix & he did rape me! He deserved to die!" I shouted at them.
"You killed him during his right of passage into adulthood, loss of virginity"
"Well, if he failed to kill his enemy and rape a child then I say he failed his trial into adulthood." That taunt was not thought out, I realized all it did was piss them off.
At that he lunged at me full speed, I moved but his skull collided with my back leg "arugh son of a bitch!" He didn't break or fracture my leg, but it knocked me off balance, and I hit the ground, hard. The world was spinning, but I came to my senses right in time to avoid a claw from slashing my neck open. I got back up ready to strike. The other houndour was about to attack me from the side. Damn, I thought, I can't fight two at once!.
"No! He was my brother, I get to kill the growlithe" The first houndour stepped in, clearly doing this out of pride or personal vengeance, or he would of had the other help.
Turning back to me with a grin he said, "You're mine."
_Thank the legendary pokémon for that!_I thought as I exhaled from relief. One I may be able to handle, two would have just made me roadkill! Still, I knew I was in for a what probably be a tough fight.
Again he jumped at me I dodged and bit into his hind leg and held on. This caused him to fall short. I then quickly twisted his leg snapping it with a loud CRACK! It was nasty but pleasing, we both knew I was more talented and now had the upper hand. He limped a bit away and quickly inspected his leg. As he returned to the battle, his leg bleeding, I knew he would no longer attack fist, but sit and wait. I blasted a stream of fire into his face, but I knew it wouldn't hurt him because he was a fire type like me, but it would temporarily block his vision. I lunged at him still breathing fire so I was unable to bite but I managed to pin him down. I then blew fire directly into his wound. This time he cried out in pain, a sound I never wish to endure again. As I aimed my open jaws towards his neck to end it, he twisted his body and sunk his own fangs into my neck. Though it didn't kill me, it drew blood and I knew I would have to end the fight before he gave me another similar mark. I would not let myself get killed. Neither of us was moving around as much and we stood less than 3 ft apart. This time he blew fire, but knowing the plan I blew back, causing a draw. He stopped and I did as well. I then jumped towards him and slashed his face and jaw with my claws, which left a blood drawing scar and disabled his right eye. As we broke he swore and swayed a bit. I quickly moved to the right of him into his blind spot due to his injured eye. As he turned his head towards me I lunged at him and clamped my jaws round his front leg and violently twisted it shattering the bone and exposing it (nasty sight). He cried out & began to fall over, on account of his two broken legs on the same side I pushed him on his side with the two good legs, causing him to stagger and hop. After pushing him I quickly lashed my claws at his neck tearing small bits of it off, killing him slowly as he bled and suffocated to death for several seconds.
Then, by reflex my eyes closed. My fur started to tingle and twitch, I thought I was convulsing from something, but a few seconds later it stopped. I cautiously opened my eyes. I felt stronger and older somehow. I noted everything looked as though it had shrunk. Right then it hit me with full, unencumbered force: I had EVOLVED! I was an arcanine! _Wait until Ruby sees this!_I thought. Seeing my evolution the other houndour quickly ran off. I let him go, he might have been going to get reinforcements.
I quickly rushed back home to show Ruby her new anniversary gift. It wasn't till sun-up when I got back. I was expecting complements and admiration from all of my jealous siblings for my new form.
None of these happened. Instead I was given some frantic news. Ruby had barricaded herself into our room and was denying entrance to all. I rushed to our room, my head going through every terrible scenario of what might be wrong. Whatever it was I only hoped I could fix it.
As I entered the room she yelled, "No! Don't come in here!" She didn't sound mad nor sad but rather anxious.
"It's my room too you know" I said, even though she had no idea it was me until I spoke. "Woah!" I exclaimed as she quickly pulled me inside.

"So, we evolved the same day huh? I had just killed a strong houndour in battle when it happened. You?"
"I was simply sitting here, making it look nice for your return. It happened about 4 hours ago."
"That's around when mine happened too! Maybe were linked somehow!"
"Ruby, this is so great! We must find out more! *yawn* But first I must rest, I ran a two day trip in a few hours to show you my evolution."
"Oh, OK I guess, I'm not really tired so you go ahead to bed, I'll join you in a bit."
"Alright then, goodnight." As I walked passed her I stopped to give her a kiss, which she returned full heartedly. I lied down and closed my eyes knowing I was deeply loved by the one I loved.
I awoke to a pounding on our door.
"Come on Earl, we want to see ur evolution! Ruby's' gotta be fine and we been waiting!" (Please excuse awkward/unrealistic dialogue here, couldn't come up with much betterL)
My first reaction was to how inconsiderate it was, but I figured they had been waiting since last night and understood their want. I snuck over Ruby who looked like she had been knocked out and made my way to the door. I quietly opened it and told them not to wake Ruby. They didn't yet know she had evolved so I would let it be Ruby's surprise. I led them deeper into cave where it opened up into a big cavern.
"OK, here I am" I said and stood in a way that displayed my might. I held still to be like some godly statue and I hoped it looked imposing.
"Wow" they awed, imagining what they will look like when evolved. "Any new abilities?" Frank asked. He would most likely be the next one in the family to evolve and I surmised that he wanted to know what he would be able to do.
"I have no idea, lets see if I can figure it out..." just then Ruby walked up from behind the others, so they didn't see her. I pretended she wasn't there because I knew when she said something it would make my siblings jump. Why pass up a funny sight?
"What's going on guys?" she asked sleepily. Everyone jumped slightly but when they turned around to scold her. When they noticed she had evolved as well they quickly forgot their anger and their faces became filled with surprise and awe.
"Wow, you evolved too!" Margo said
"You have to tell me how you two did that," Franklin said
"Ruby, wow your fur is silky and beautiful!" Susie said
"Anyone else evolve we should no about?" Selma said
Suddenly awake from all these comments she stumbled for words, I walked next to her so she wouldn't feel alone. "So, what do you want to know fist" I asked
"When and how did you and Ruby evolve?" Franklin asked
So while we told our tails (bad pun) the others watched as we explained, in detail, how we think we have some connection. After we finished they just stared at us for a while. To end the awkward silence I said, "I'm hungry, wanna come with Ruby?" I was trying to get away from the odd silence and confused faces of our family deep in thought comprehending the stories. Knowing them, they are probably imaging our stories or imaging how their own evolutions will look.
"Ok, we'll be right back to answer any more questions you guys have!" Ruby said
As we walked off I said "I just thought of something, we should yiff now that we've evolved!" I hoped I didn't sound sex obsessed but it would be a good thing to do, who knows how evolved would feel.
"I was going to ask the same thing during breakfast!" She said, "But not today, we will have no privacy from them." She pointed her head back in the direction of the others who were thinking our stories over.

We were outside the cave now, near the stream where we would eat. She pushed me on the ground gently and flipped me on my back.
"What are you doing? Are you mating me here after you just said it wasn't private enough to yiff me anywhere?" geez women right? Still, its got something to do with sex so I'm sure it'll be worth it.

"Hello everyone!" came the long lost voices of our parents come to visit! All impatitencence and annoyance was immediately lost as we all rushed towards them yelling "Mom! Dad!"
