Expression of feelings - My first english love poem ~
I couch on my back,
the night seems all black.
No ceiling is there,
I wonder, not to see it anywhere.
Just the stars shine in the sky,
shadowless motions slowly absorbing my lonely cry.
Frozen at place I watch into space,
watching the stars and the moon in a single long gaze.
Then it appears, the sky runs to blue from first turning red,
the moon dissapears and I didn't sleep yet.
But it's not the sun, that fiery ball,
it is your face which I love over all...
As soon as I see you I feel no more alone,
my cries slowly dry and I feel at home.
Your eyes rest on me - so shiney and warm,
my sorrows vanish, not left any harm.
Slow but stedy I reach out for your paws,
holding them tight and wonder what time it was.
Hours were gone and felt like seconds a few,
still being with you but I kinda knew...
The moment will fade at the time I get up,
but deep within me I will never give up.
Driving to work, in my car all alone,
willing to wait, can't await to get home.
Day moving slow as the sun starts to sink,
and all the day I just had to think...
The way we met - the time we shared,
the moments that passed and how much for each other we cared...
My mind opens up and spreads out its wings,
if I could only fly to you and see what life brings...
My heart pounding for you and holding on tight,
it's strenghtened by love and helps me to fight.
My life comes to rest, I'm here waiting for you,
the only thoughts now are how much I love you~ <3
