#808 of Erotic eBooks, teasers and tasters

Mack always wanted to fly. Well, as a wingless dragon, that's not going to be possible for him. It was just a fluke that he was born without wings and not having them doesn't affect his life at all.

But he wants more. And that's okay too. That's what transformation potions are for - and Mack is ready to trade his scales for feathers.

In transformation, his lusts rise, trembling through his body as he spreads his wings for the very first time...

Author's note: this story contains consensual transformation erotica and self-pleasure with anthropomorphic characters. All characters, in all of my work, are aged eighteen or older and clearly written as such.

Taking Flight in Transformation

Mack smirked, the wingless dragon anthro sitting with his legs dangling over the edge of a ledge, looking down on the mountain range below him. A mist of light rain hung in the air and someone else may have considered the day to be dull and grey, clouds scudding across the sky as the wind chased them along their way.

He adored being away from the city, relaxing in brighter, greener landscapes. Everything in the city was so manufactured, anthros living lives that had been set out for them in weird and wonderful ways. His scales were so smooth, lying flat against his body, that there was hardly any definition at all between them, though his green hide did sparkle in the sunshine, highlighting the difference shades across them, coming from different angles. A narrow line of horn-like spikes protruded from Mack's cheekbones, pointing back towards his neck, along with the typical two horns, lightly curved upward. A line of spines running down his back to the triangular tip of his tail completed his look, a typical dragon.

The only problem for Mack was...that he could not fly. He had been born without wings, just like some dragons, and, well...he had always wanted to. Even when he had been young, he had spent playtime after playtime running around pretending that he was a hawk or some other bird of prey, spreading his arms wide in lieu of wings. Of course, he had been teased for that, because kids would find any reason possible to tease someone, but Mack was fortunate enough that it had not lingered.

A flightless dragon... Others had wings and were not able to fly, while others had been born with a hollow bone structure and air sacs within their bodies to gift them that additional buoyancy.

Luckily for the dragon, there were potions that could fix that, those days. That was helpful, so very much so - but Mack would never have taken that on in a way that was boring and conventional, oh no.

Grinning, he pulled the small potion bottle - named like it was out of a fantasy game, so funny - out of his pocket and dragged the cork stopper out with his teeth. It was just a trial, a test for him to see how things went, and the dragon really should have had someone there with him to make sure that he'd be okay. Yet Mack had wanted to ensure that he had both the time and the privacy to enjoy his new wings, drinking the entire potion down in a couple of gulps, his throat working furiously.

"Ah..."

The wind picked up a little, licking at his scales. Even though Mack was just in a T-shirt, he licked his lips and leaned back, not chilled in the slightest. He did prefer basking in the sunshine to warm up, though the chillier weather was a welcome relief too, rather than constantly wiping himself down with cooler water in an effort to reduce his body temperature in the summer months.

_ _

I wonder how quickly this is meant to work?

The dragon didn't have to worry for too much longer, however, as he flexed his fingers, his scales itching oddly. He'd worn light cotton trousers, not really suited for hiking up into the mountains, and a loose T-shirt for his transformation. The drake didn't even know how much he was going to change, so he'd tried to be prepared. If he headed back down, after the temporary transformation, with his shirt a bit shredded though, that probably wouldn't be such a bad thing.

"Mmm..."

Mack hummed softly to himself as he swung his tail back and forth, not at all concerned by the height that he was at, his legs kicking in the open air. He parted his jaw, teeth aching, though the uncomfortable sensations were not worrisome to him in the slightest, for it was all part of shedding one skin for another.

"Unff..."

Still, he couldn't stop himself from letting out a grunt as he shifted his weight, pressing back a little more as he leaned back on his hands. His head felt strange, as if there was an extra weight there that had not been present before, tipping his head to the side, his horns too large and cumbersome.

Slowly but surely, his horns retracted - all those small, bony appendages that gave his features an unique definition. Mack let his maw hang open, running his tongue around his mouth and the insides of his teeth, though he tried to be careful of the sharp points. However, there were fewer and fewer sharp points as his jaw throbbed painfully, his teeth retracting, pulling back into his jawbone.

"Nngghhh..."

He'd never made a groan like that before and Mack almost chuffed a laugh at himself. He would have done so too if his tongue didn't feel as strange in his mouth as it did in that moment, his tail losing mobility, sweep by slow sweep.

The dragon pushed back up and away from the ledge, moving slowly and carefully, thinking about where he put each foot and balanced his hand. He didn't want to slip, oh no, not as he eased himself back, a strange warmth flowing through him. That was not something that he had expected, as if liquid honey was warming his veins, his toes flexing and curling as he dug his claws down into the rough stone. Although he could not cut into the stone of the mountaintop, the edge where he was poised, he left deep scratches in it.

There would be no other evidence of his transformation as he stood there, eyeing his hands as his jaw reshaped itself. His head grew smoother and rounder, his horns drawing all the way back into his skull, everything lighter. Mack had never considered just what it would feel like to not have his horns, even if he had been the one who had chosen the potion, trying to smile even as his lips turned hard and unyielding.

"Unngghh... I didnuh... Mmmph? Hehah..."

Oh, he had to laugh at himself, amusement bubbling up in the back of his throat. He held out his arms before him, turning his head a little more to the side so that he could better take them in with one eye, his eyes shifting, ever so slightly, towards the sides of his head. They would still have a minorly forward-facing turn, of course, the eyes of a predator species, but avians, after all, typically had a more wide-ranging field of view than dragons.

Often, but not always. He would soon find out just how he was to transform...

The prickling tingle and tickle of his scales was swiftly revealed to be the features coming into place, though each scale transformed into a feather individually. The drake squirmed and shuddered, shifting his weight from foot to foot, his claws digging down, but even his feet were becoming slenderer, finer, the feet of a bird. He'd still have claws there, though it was fascinating, even as he tried to take in every transformation at once, but they would be different.

A red kite, after all, had more spindly legs, so his slimmed down, yellow "scales" forming on the lower half of his legs. His first toe merged with the second, sucking together as if they had been glued, and Mack chittered faintly, wriggling them just to see how they felt. His heel pushed out, slim and birdlike, tipped with a talon as his own talons grew a little less curved, dark and slender.

The feather transformation felt like the most far-sweeping over his body, even though growing a beak was enticing too, all in how his jaw rounded, losing the bone in lieu of the beak. He gasped for a moment when his nostrils shifted to the 'nares of a bird's beak, his respiratory system needing to rearrange a little, but the first breath of fresh, clean air through them helped a lot.

"Mmm..."

End preview.
