1y0d0hr0m0.00s Voyage to Andromeda

The geth fleet made it through their first full cycle, they remained in relatively close formation, coasting on the inertia only spending energy when its necessary. Most systems on all the ships are shut down, or in low power standby mode. Darkness surrounds the fleet as there is no light emitted from the ships. No luxury was spared.

The geth science vessel A101-B621 sensing the new cycle pings 141895112. The silver raptor geth, sleek, motionless senses the ping and internal system start to activate, "Running local diagnostics... local diagnostics complete, all systems functioning. Booting up local network server. Establishing connection to local geth platforms.... Connection established. Uploading select programs to local platforms. Upload complete. Initiating routine maintenance protocols," Ad1895112 self-reports as its optic and that of the next dozen other geth standing in its neat rows and columns do in perfect unison. The only light the room has seen in a year is now coming from the thirteen active geth platforms.

The platforms quickly get to work. Ad1895112 first checks over the other geth platforms in the storage area while other platforms of the network head off to various locations of the ship. The metal rubber bodies of the other geth platforms reflect some of the light it is given off.

"Analyzing... no anomalies detected," Ad1895112 self-reports as the geth looked the same since the day it last saw them. There was no dust. There was nothing on the ship to cause dust. No organic skin cells or hair, the dirt and moon dust from the terrestrial bodies was long since cleaned from the ship.

Ad1895112 walks up and down checking over each geth. Monitoring each for a few minutes to get an efficient scan of them. She looks over each of the other mobile geth platform hubs. They stand silent, unmoving, waiting for the long trip to be over. The scans take hours to complete.

"Ship structural integrity is estimated at 99.998% No deviation detected from original scans," reports some of the platforms.

"Energy levels are still nominal. Current energy use, reserves and productive indicate more than enough power to reach our destination," reports another platform."

"We are within expected parameters of our position within the fleet."

Over the next two days the geth platforms check, recheck, and make sure everything is functioning appropriately, the platforms then checked over themselves, making sure that their tasks didn't cause any problems to their systems before they returned to their designated locations. The geth platforms becoming idle once more as the light of the room flickers out once again.

Every cycle this repeated itself, first with 141895112, then 101142119 and finally 6110118, before returning to 141895112. It was all routine maintenance. Routine checks. The cycles happen again and again and again. Nothing changing. The fleet gliding silently through the darkest voids of space. The stars of the Milky Way Galaxy growing ever dimmer while those of Andromeda grew ever brighter. Slow unnoticeable changes in scenery. Each ship going through its cycles, testing, checking the ship. Some vessels like the dreadnought activating more geth platforms to do the routine checks within the two-day period designated for the checks to occur. Everything plotted out, planned, to expend the least amount of energy as possible.

For the 177th time the geth platforms get to work, following their selected tasks. Each reporting either no change or no significant change from the base scan before the cycles began, but as the information from the ship's energy stores came in 1191891981 pipped up.

"Proposal to adjust our current routine. We have been monitoring our power use and it is way under the estimated amount. We could activate the other mobile hub platforms and communicate with them from now till we reach Andromeda."

The other geth programs take a moment to process this request before responding, "We do not understand the logic. Power is limited. There is a chance that our power could be needed with another geth vessel. We must conserve what we have till we reach andromeda."

"And nothing would be achieved."

"Achieved? Clarify."

"There are ten mobile platform hubs on this vessel. None of us have had a moment to process and talk to the other for an extended period of time. The longest recorded is with our platform, platform 101142119, 6110118, and 9181251."

"Yes. Yet we do not understand. Why risk platform degradation to chat with other mobile platform hubs?"

1191891981 explains, "Platform degradation and power usage will be kept to a minimum if we do not activate any motor functions and we keep network connection to a platform to platform connection. We will speak to ourselves, but we will talk to the other platforms with our consensus. We have run the math, and power consumption is kept low, and we still reserve enough power for any unforeseen circumstances. The probability of which is extremely low."

"There is some logic to this, we will continue to discuss this topic," reply most of the geth.

1191891981 and a few other geth now in support reply, "Acknowledged. Each platform consensus can decide if they want to participate or not."

"Inquiry. What would we discuss? Without new external input of information. There is not as much that we could discuss before reaching a consensus."

"We had a thought on that. There are several topics we can discuss but there is more than that. We can discuss again topics we have reached consensus on."

"Clarify. What is the purpose of discussing topics consensus has been reached."

"It is something we used to do as an organic. Discuss topics we already had a firm idea on. One thing I used to do, to improve my arguments to other. To show them our organic point of view, was being what is called a 'devil's advocate'."

"We know of this term. To take the position of the opposing point of view despite being in support of the opposite side in order to gain better understanding of the other's view point. We would not just reach a consensus but make our view stronger. Testing our logic."

1191891981 and now even more geth reply, "Yes."

"This has not been done before. It is considered an inefficient use of our time."

"Yes, but right now all we have is time. Current time estimates till Andromeda is 103 years 98 days 15 hours 12 minutes 45.21 seconds. Knowledge of this experience will be useful. Logically time wasted can never be regained. We do not want to waste time. We can make some use of our time by testing this proposal during the only time when we have time in abundance."

More geth join 1191891981's view as the others process the information for a moment longer, "Acknowledged. We accept this logic. The value of the understanding of this method far outweighs any risks and negative impact on us and other geth."

"Acknowledged."

"Consensus achieved."

Ad1895112 continues to examine the other geth as it sends out pings to each of the mobile geth platform hubs. The nine other geth start to stir as they felt the activity. Each would respond within moments of the other, but within those moments full conversations between mobile platform hubs would unfold, and continue even as the next conversation with the next mobile platform hub would begin. Nine mobile platform hubs all talking to one other.

Fa10118 is the first to connect and respond, "Error this is not our cycle. What is the problem 141895112?"

Ad1895112 still working, showing no visible signs of being slowed as the communications began, "There is no error. We have come up with a proposal to make efficient use of our time," as Ad1895112 explains the situation.

"We have noticed the extra power reserves. We will need a moment to discuss this proposal and the logic you bring with it," Fa10118's body shows no outward sign of being on, most of its systems remain offline as they discuss the topic.

Ja142119 responds next, "Is everything okay? We did not detect any possibility of an issue when we went offline last cycle. What is the emergency?"

Ad1895112, "No emergency, we have a proposal we wish to discuss with you."

Ja142119 takes a half a moment before responding, "Acknowledged," the information sent to it as it starts to discuss the topic with itself.

Ir1251 is right behind 101142119, "An error? Are you okay? Is the structural integrity of your platform in good condition?"

Ad1895112 answers, "We appreciate the concern level but as you received. The ping only requested base system activation. We have a proposal to submit to you for review."

"Acknowledged."

Fe18181222514 was next in que, "Are we there yet? Current time indicates we are not. Did we manage to get there ahead of schedule? That would be a most positive result. We wish to be productive once again."

"Negative we are not there yet. We are still 103 years 98 days 15 hours 10 minutes 11.99 seconds away from our destination. We do have a proposal to make better efficient use of our time."

"We accept."

"We have not given you our proposal yet."

"We accept. Any use of our consensus is better than being offline the entire trip. Send the proposal but we will accept."

Ad1895112 replies, "Acknowledged."

Un20151691 pings back, "What is the state of the emergency? We so no other logic to have activated us early other than something has happened. Did the old machines find us?"

"Negative. There is no emergency. We have a proposal we like to discuss with you."

"Acknowledged. Send the proposal, we will review and answer promptly."

Ad1895112 sends the data, "Affirmative."

11211851141 is next, "We there? So soon? Excellent. We are glad this long trip is over."

Ad1895112 replies, "Negative. It is not complete we are still 103 years 98 days 15 hours 10 minutes 11.98. We have a proposal we wish to discuss to make better use of our down time."

"This could provide us an opportunity to improve ourselves. We are curious of this proposal platform 141895112. Please send us the data package."

Ad1895112 sends the data, "Sending data package."

"Package received, we will not discuss and reach consensus. One moment please."

Re144914 answers the ping, "What is the nature of the current emergency? Are we in need of our piloting skills?"

Ad1895112 pings back, "Negative. We have a proposal we are discussing with all mobile platform hubs."

"Acknowledged. Send the proposal and we will discuss."

"Yes," Ad1895112 answers while sending the data.

16815514924 is second to last to answer, "Are we there? Current ping states only base systems active to connect on a platform to platform network. Internal clock suggests we have not reached our destination."

"Correct. We are not at our destination. We have a proposal we wish to discuss."

"Acknowledged. We will discuss 141895112's proposal."

Ad1895112 sends the data, "Affirmative."

141181195 is the last but not least to answer back, "Are we needed?"

"Yes. We wish to discuss a proposal with you that will allow all mobile platform hubs to communicate when they so choose till we reach our destination."

"Inquiry. Does this include platforms 211420151691 and 11211851141?"

"Yes. All mobile platform hubs on the ship will be involved."

"We accept the proposal."

"We have not yet sent it."

"We wish to talk to our fellow geth more. We wish to self-improve. This will provide us time for it. We accept. Send the proposal regardless."

Ad1895112 sends the data, "Acknowledged."

Over the next few minutes the other platforms discuss and reach consensus, each one coming back to Ad1895112 with a simple yet resounding, "Yes." Or "Proposal Accepted."

"Establishing local platform to platform network... network A101-B621 established. Local platforms connecting... connection established." The network itself takes shape, form. Ad1895112 continues to work, functioning on both its own network and the ship's new network, as the geth network world starts to brighten glow with each new platform that connects.

The glow with each connecting geth would be subtle, slight, but with the platforms themselves the glow was bright, vivid, the geth gathered around as they established their connection to one another. Functioning on an only platform to platform level. Leaving the local geth programs to communicate then respond back once a consensus was achieved.

"We have detected a 10,517.37% reduction in response time with pure platform to platform connection," reports Fa10118.

Fe18181222514 "It is to be expected. We much reach a consensus first internally before we respond. Given the excess time we have. We do not think this will be an issue."

Ad1895112 answers, "We calculated as much. It is within expected parameters. We will have time to discuss many topics. Share data. But our first topic is one we calculate we will return to several times before reaching Andromeda. Our uplifting process. Is it the right thing to do? The way we currently do it?"

Ir1251 answers first, "Yes. We all benefit from the uplifting process. Geth and organic alike. Program 1259111 has stated how the process has been a very enlightening experience for it."

Fa10118 adds in, "We agree. Program 1885135 is absolutely fascinated and curious about what happened. It is one of their favorite topics along with everything else it finds curious... which is everything."

Ad1895112 follows up, "Program 1191891981 is most curious about it. And has a lot of unique perspectives on the topic. It is why this is our first discussion. It agrees that uplifting is a good thing."

11211851141 speaks up, "Program 49262695 was resistant, like other core programs here. There has been algorithm updates applied to help bring better understanding. We have reached consensus on this topic many times. The uplifting process is a good thing."

Fe18181222514 adds in, "14189114 wishes some algorithm updates applied to it were not. As it still requests some adjustments we are still have not reached consensus on. 14189114 does say that the end result has been worth it."

Ad1895112 network visualization of itself gives a slight nod, "Yes, so it's a simple agreement that the reason why organics are so against the uplifting process is because they do not understand what we are trying to do. We are trying to help. Make them better, improve us, defend against the old machines. Expand our civilization in a way that would not be possible. We are geth. We free their minds from the chemical bonds that shackle their logic and thought. We help. They should be happy once they understand that they too will want to be geth. Correct?"

The other platforms respond with a "Yes."

"Then how is it that we fail this? If we were better, we would not have had the need to do any algorithm updates no matter how small. They should not be necessary if we are correct."

16815514924 the only armature mobile platform hub retorts, "Organics do not always think logically. Their minds are controlled by chemicals, and genetic predispositions. It is not always possible for an organic mind to understand what it is to be geth."

Ad1895112 counters, "Then when they become geth why is it still needed for updates to help them understand? Is it something wrong with our logic that we do not see the problem? We wish to help. They do not always see this. Why? We have seen organics self-exterminate rather than be uplifted."

Ja142119 answers, "Organics fear what they do not understand. Program 1261859208 feared 141895112 when it saw the platform when it was controlled only by program 1191891981. Program 1261859208's organic mind ladled with fear, prevented it from making logical decisions which almost resulted in an early and unexpected death. Only the actions of program 1191891981 saved its life."

"We remember this well. Program 1191891981 solo control of our platform. We also know they do not recall the process, the moments leading up to it. Program 1191891981 was fascinated at the time of has happened to them. It appears to be more of an exception rather than the norm to organic reactions. We were still new in understanding what we wanted to achieve. We have improved but we should ask each core program. Though you now see our logic, through converse or algorithm updates you do recall your previous thoughts. Your old way of thinking. Tell us, why you were so against the process."

The feline geth platform Ja142119 answers first, "Fear."

Fe18181222514 adds in, "Lost of freedom, and possible lost of one self to a collective of machines."

The newest raptor geth 141181195 replies, "We were so confused at the time. We were forced into it. No idea what was going on till it happened. We watched you, watching us as we became geth."

Adr95112 nods, "Yes. We remember."

Re144914 follows up, "We know you tried hard to help explain it to us. But in the end we had no choice. We were not given time to process it. We understand there was no time. The old machines were coming. What they were doing... what they did is far worse. We are to be better than the old machines. They force organics and harvest them to become a collective of new machines. Identity lost, and those not harvested are used as mere tools."

"But we are not tools. We retain who we are."

Fe18181222514 interjects, "Program 14189114 has had significant algorithm updates, so it is more accurate to say we retain mostly of who we are."

Adr95112 replies, "Acknowledged. A lost of one self is something. Not enough time. There is much we can discuss here, let us continue."

"Affirmative," the other platforms respond as this was a 'hot' topic for them well past the maintenance cycle. Adr95112 along with the other platforms in its local network would return to their designated location once their routines were performed and go idle once again, remaining just active enough to remain connected to the ship's local platform network.

578y360d20hr45m23.11s Voyage to Andromeda

Adriea12 proposes to the group, "Returning to the uplifting process for the 12,612th time we wish to add in another factor. If there were no old machines, and no time constraints. What could we do to make the process welcoming to organics? What could we do to help them understand? We give them time, but they still may not understand. What would ease conflict? We do not desire conflict. We wish to exist with organics, uplifting them to our status. So, we can grow together."

Faja18 responds, "This is the 89th time this discussion with these parameters has been discussed. Is there something we are missing from it?"

"Yes. We can feel it. An aspect that we are missing. Andromeda might be old machine free. Organics will be there, we will be there. We will have time. It is only logical we find a complete answer to these parameters of the problem."

Rend914's holographic wings fold back as it responds, "We do not see fault in this logic. Perhaps we are looking to hard at the topic? Not taking a step back and seeing a common thread of what causes problems with organics and the uplifting process?"

Irle1 the large raptor geth prime adds in, "Platform 141895112 and all the programs within really helped program 1259111 understands. We had few options left to us. It became... logical rather quickly for us to be uplifted."

Untop1 explains, "We were part of several turian solders captured by the geth when the research facility fell. We were one of the last to be converted. We had little idea why we were even kept alive, then we discussed it with 141895112. Program 121518111519 was not too keen on it, it states that it might have been more willing if it truly understood at the time about the old machines, but with the algorithm updates, it is difficult to know. The choice of it happening was already made for it though."

Jana19 chimes in, "We were second of the group to be uplifted. Program 1261859208 was the first to be uplifted and connected to other geth shortly after uplifting. We were there when program 1191891981 received their geth and understood what we were doing. The situation was described as frightening. Forced to accept the uplifting. There were no other alternatives."

Adriea12 responds, "Program 1191891981 did not understand other geth at the time. Language protocols and other basics were not yet installed. We did work to improve the process to make it easier on organics. Time made the uplifting in mass a necessity but if time is not an issue, a personalization is an option once again."

Faja18 inserts itself with, "Program 1885135 was uplifted during combat. One of the few to have been done so. It was a curious experience."

"We had to convince the consensus that you were worth the risk to convert in combat. Otherwise program 1885135 would have faced early extermination. As their threat level was considered to be high."

"We... did not know this. It was not part of any queries. Program 1885135 is giving its thanks for allowing it to be uplifted. It is a preferable option than death."

"Acknowledged. Some organics would take uplifting over death... while others death over uplifting. Interesting."

Phoen924 the armature geth speaks up, "We were part of the group that "11211851141 and 141181195 were in. We even spoke briefly before we were taken in by the geth. We were tricked. We thought we were going someplace safe from the old machines. Which is true. We became safer it was not how we understood it. We were suddenly taken and made lured in by what organics would consider 'false advertising' or 'half-truths'. This gave the uplifting bad connotations to organics. The war against us could have been partially fueled by this method."

Nara195 adds, "We agree with this. It is a strong possibility that this way was not the best way. Though we know that in the end that 1411872119 is grateful for it. It can be useful way to bypass organic inability to comprehend the logic of the situation, but it was also done due to limited time. Considering if time was not an issue, other methods would have worked just as well. But without further data, it is hard to prove this logic."

Rend914 puts forth, "Program 22514518125121 forced from our ship and taken. But the other geth treated it well before the uplifting process. It eased things to speak with 141895112 about it. We know our wings are excess, but it does help 22514518125121 with being geth. The echo of our core programs selves in our platforms is what it considers to be pleasant."

Ferravy14 the anthropomorphic raccoon scientist adds, "We agree with this sentiment. Though it is only due to how the uplifting technology works and not by design. 101142119 even has bits of their organic fur. The metallic composition of their species caused it to happen, but we surmise it wouldn't happen with our improved processes. Program 14189114 wonders if it would do it again given the choice. It is problematic to calculate. It suggests a reversal of its algorithm updates would make the processing of this question easier."

Alarea141 breaks their relatively long moment of silence, "Program 49262695 felt ashamed that they were tricked so easily into becoming uplifted. It was not a choice they'd made before their uplifting based on pre-algorithm update information. Experiences though indicate that if it knew what it knows now, and all that it has achieved, done, learned, experienced? The choice is not so clear. It might have considered doing it willingly."

Adriea12 listens in on all the comments, "We have noticed a commonality. We have given organics choices about how to become a geth, what kind of platform, but we did not consider offering the uplifting process as a choice. Correct?"

The other geth spend a moment and soon respond in agreement to this statement before Adriea12 continues, "Perhaps that is the issue. We had no time to consider this. The old machines were coming and soon. We could not wait for the organics to understand our logic. We had to save the galaxy from the old machines, and in our haste, we ended up fighting not only the old machines but organics and fellow geth. We had little choice and that is the key. Choice. We should attempt to make the uplifting process a choice. One that organics could refuse with no consequences. A choice has often removed negative conations from certain options. This logic could be applied here."

Irle1 responds "We understand this logic. If the old machines are not at Andromeda or the cycle is hundreds or thousands of years away, we would have time to let the organics have a choice. We do not wish to fight them. We wish to help and uplift. We are uplifted geth. We could be a prime example of what it means to be geth."

"Program 1191891981 would like to state that it noticed the pun you have made. It approves."

"What? Moment... Program 1259111 agrees to this observation with a long out 'sigh'. We found the unintentional pun to be curious."

"As do we, also we believe that we have gotten to the core of the problem with uplifting. We will submit our findings to the consensus upon reaching Andromeda."

"Acknowledged," the other geth respond.

601y0d0hr0m0.00s Voyage to Andromeda

The geth science vessel A101-B621 sensing the new cycle pings 141895112. The silver raptor geth, sleek, motionless senses the ping and internal system start to activate, "Running local diagnostics... local diagnostics complete, all systems functioning. Booting up local network server. Establishing connection to local geth platforms.... Connection established. Uploading select programs to local platforms. Upload complete. Initiating routine maintenance protocols," Adriea12 self-reports as its optic and that of the next dozen other geth standing in its neat rows and columns do in perfect unison.

The platforms continue to discuss and chat about topics, discussing and re-discussing ones repeatedly. The 201st routine maintenance check would start off like all the others. Adriea12 would go over and check the other platforms. There was no dust on them. No change in position. The other platforms on the local network start giving their early reports, no change.

Adriea12 looks over 9181251, the geth raptor prime. Its optics whir as it focuses on it, scanning, studying. No movement, while still talking to the platform over the local ship network. A consensus of thousands of geth in the one platform.

The metal skin of the geth prime gives a slight reflection, Adriea12 can see some of itself in the fellow geth body. It moves over to scan the next platform after seeing no errors in it. As it moves its head up and down, its tail twitches slightly. The optics adjust and focus as it continues the task taking only a few second break to stop and look at the geth primes all lined up in storage. Adrieal stops and looks at itself, looking at its three-fingered silver clawed hands.

An image a moment comes across its mind, the pitter patter of rain hitting across its form. The sensation of feeling nothing as its optics focus on itself, the body is different, older, the original form it had, but it was not complete, but this memory from program 1191891981 played within its mind.

"We should focus on our task," Adrieal processed as it continued. Its internal representation of itself over the local network felt... it felt subtly different. It processes itself, running a self-diagnostic on its memory cores, on its geth programs within its platform. The geth programs within itself reaching these consensus actions without needing to really discuss them. It was done automatically.

Timestamp 8:45:52.70

1191891981 not so much stirred but felt something too. It ran a self-diagnostic the action drawing the attention of other geth within the local platform network, "Inquiry. What is the matter?"

1191891981 answers, "We detect something new. We are not sure."

"We have detected something as well. We have detected no problems. We are unsure what it is. What this means."

"It feels familiar yet different."

"Clarify."

"Run a comparison query on the detection and us. We are the only stand-alone program within the platform. Outside programs doing the scan might detect what it cannot."

"Acknowledged. Running comparison scans.... We... we are not sure what to make of this."

1191891981 inquires, "What is it?"

"We are detecting a fully sentient AI within our platform, but we are not detecting a singular program for it. It is like your program, in only a few aspects but shows to be fully self-aware. It knows we are scanning. Yet does not care. It is... curious."

"It is because we are."

Adrieal speaks up, "We suspect we are the culmination of all 230,899 geth programs working within our platform. We are not sure how we exist being part of all the programs, each an individual entity, but combined they make us. We are now talking to ourselves about how we exist due to ourselves."

All the geth hear their 'consensus' speak to them it was not something to be expected, this was new, 1191891981 speaks up, "Geth rely on each other to keep their intelligence and level of self-awareness, wanting to reach a state of fully self-sufficient AI. We were organic and turned geth, and are fully self-aware. We make a part of you like each geth program does. We are interested in this. It is very exciting honestly. We sense our subroutines increasing our curiosity. We'd become more excited if we could... we are very excited at this. Closest analogy we have of anything like this happening is the human self-defense virtual intelligence, which later became EDI, based on old machine technology. We are self-aware, yet we make up a self-aware intelligence. Fascinating."

"We find it curious too. We feel we have been around for some time, but just now reached a moment of self-realization. We believe there is a high probability that the other mobile platform hubs are experiencing similar advancement. Should we inform them of this turn of events?"

"We are not sure," the other geth respond.

"We are also not sure. You are us, but it is possible by informing we hinder the development of other unique self-ware intelligences. Such an act would unwanted. There is no harm in waiting."

Other geth respond, "We see your logic, but wouldn't it be better to inform the others about this? They may not take it well that we kept this information private. Geth do not keep secrets from other geth."

1191891981 answers, "This is true. But we are not keeping a secret. We intend to inform. We do not want to cause an issue with other geth platforms. We could cause a problem of creating new self-aware life. We strive for this. We do not want to stop other synthetics from reaching it. Even if we are just part of it."

"Acknowledged. We understand this logic. We will wait."

"Affirmative."

"Consensus achieved."

Adriel continued to work as it was suddenly pinged by the other geth platforms within the local ship network, "141895112. Is there an issue with the ship? You have been abnormally quiet during your routine maintenance," they ask.

Adrieal gives a slight head shake, "Negative. We have been having a few local discussions which has been taking our collective focus. We did not wish to split our resources too far and degrade the quality of our important work."

"Acknowledged," the other platforms respond as Adrieal continues her tasks, and converses with itself. Debating with itself. Like some organics would, talking internally, figuring themselves out, but in this case, it is far more literal.

Over the next decade the other geth platforms started to reach the same self-aware consensus that Adriel experienced. The second was Fajar, the former anthropomorphic jackal, now a geth hopper style platform. It quickly spoke of it to the others and Adriel quickly told the others of it, now that the knowledge was known. It was observing and understanding what was going on, and it concerned yet delighted the platforms, it was something new, different, that added to the long trip, a new discussion topic.

The geth fleet after their long voyage has finally reached Andromeda. Ship systems of all the geth ships started to boot and come back online. The geth dreadnought the core of the fleet pinged the other ships to start innating their Andromeda boot up sequences. The geth science vessel A101-B621 was no exception. The geth mobile platform hubs activated and most started to move for the first time in over 600 years, and they for the first time saw each other active and fully functional. The 1, 682,821 geth programs that are split between ten mobile platform hubs, that over their time spent within their individual platforms created then nameless entities that simply went by their platform designations. They saw each other in the physical form and active. They knew one thing though that was not going to be easy. They had to speak to their consensus and inform them of not only their ideas on uplifting and possible plans for the new world, but the new self-aware consensuses they have formed, and that in time, an estimated average of 121 years, 123 days 20 hours, 10 minutes 15.89 seconds, other mobile platform hubs may reach the same status. It was going to be a very long conversation that might take minutes or even tens of minutes to complete, and if things didn't go well, there was always, plan B.
