The trip to the site wasn't easy. It may have been a half a day under normal circumstances but moving through geth controlled territory, avoiding the random patrol or geth recon drone added considerable time to adventure. It was nearly nightfall by the time the trio reached their location. A spot where Kirisha would get a clear view of the geth construction project but still be far enough away to avoid detection, what Kirisha couldn't avoid though was the banter between her two turian guards.

"Did we really have to go all this way to observe them in person? Wouldn't a surveillance drone work?" asked the first turian.

Kirisha gave a soft sigh, "And further risk the chance of the geth tracing it back to our compound? Not a chance Latius. This is the safest course of action we could take. Asides isn't this exciting? We get to see geth behavior that no one has ever seen before," Kirisha replies as she holds back a squeal of excitement.

"Yes... very exciting," remarks Latius.

"What did we do to get assigned to the overly obsessed one?" asks the second turian as he surveys the area around him, his weapon held tightly in his hands.

"Beats me Marruns, but I wish I got assigned to the quarians. They like to stay in the safety of the compound," Latius responds.

"Come on, this will be something you tell your children about when you get home," Kirisha replies as she glances over at the two turians.

"If we keep making crazy trips out here, I might not have children to tell anything to," remarks Latius.

"I just hope we are getting paid extra for these little field trips," comments Marruns.

"If you feel your pay is not adequate you can always take it up with the director and maybe if you stop your negative banter and let me focus, I'll give a good word on how effective you two have been at your security escort and worth the extra credits."

"Now that is what I like to hear. You know maybe you aren't so crazy after all," says Latius.

"I'm healthily obsessed, not crazy," Kirisha replies.

"Yeah sure."

"Extra credits or not, I still don't like being out here this far away from HQ. Something about this place gives me the creeps," states Marruns.

"Your fear is noted," says Kirisha.

"Fear? Who said I was afraid," he responds as Kirisha smirks to herself before peering through her binoculars.

"Now let's see what you guys are up to." Kirisha peers through the binoculars the image enhanced as she sees bipedal geth work on the nearly completed structure. The spired facility glows with an unnatural blue light, as wires and power cables lead out from the building. Nearby another domed structure looks dormant but with the geth colossus standing guard in the background, it had to be of some importance, but what could it be? As Kirisha pondered this she and her group failed to notice a geth recon drone flying high overhead.

"Organic life forms detected," was the message it sent to the other geth in the area.
