Power Fur Rangers,

Nick sat chained in the dungeon of The Evil Lair on the moon. The chains glowed from the magic The Evil Emperor used to bind him. No matter how much he struggled he could not get free until the spell on them was broken.
His mind felt hazy as he was slowly turning back into Gollip and his thoughts shifted between hating The Evil Emperor and loving him. As he transitioned his mind became blank and he sat there waiting to see what would happen.
In the main throne room Lady Mantis had her scyther blades, that looked like fans, extended and The Evil Emperor fired twin beams of energy at the blades making them glow as the magic took effect.
"There. The spell is complete. All you need to do is scratch their Zords with your fan blades and the spell will enter the Zords and take control of them away from The Power Fur Rangers.
"As you wish, Master." Lady Mantis replied. She was teleported to the planet's surface to begin her attack to lure out The Power Fur Rangers.
Inside the Secret Base of The Power Fur Rangers the group stood before Zolton to explain why Nick was captured by the Kin.
"We're sorry Zolton, we managed to get Nick to agree to come with us when those creatures attacked us." Lion explained.
"They're not the Snake Soldiers we've been fighting. They were little dragons or something." Zyler added.
"When they were singing to mock us they claimed they were The Kin? Whatever that is." Brian said as he adjusted his glasses.
"On the planet where the Evil Emperor comes from there is a species called Dragon Kin that are half breed dragons. If I had to guess, The Evil Emperor has called in help from his home planet." Zolton explained.
"Wait, Does that mean that The Evil Emperor has returned?" Terri asked as she made clicking noises.
"No, no, no, no I'm afraid so because just before the Kin attacked we received a strange signal from their moon lair. I believe a portal opened and The Evil Emperor has returned." Klank said.
"Oh not good, not good at all." Skykler replied then suddenly an alarm went off. On a monitor there was a picture of Lady Mantis as she opened her slyther claws as if they were fans and fired energy blasts at several species that ran in terror.
"LIKE a praying mantis? I thought they were good bugs?" Lisa asked incredulously.
"Not when the Evil Emperor creates one." Tom replied. He looked nervously at the others.
"The Power Fur Rangers, you go take care of this monster but Tom I want you to stay behind to conserve your power." Zolton ordered and Tom looked upset but he agreed.
"Shabot Ve Sum, Baby" They shouted as they crossed their paws in front of them making 'X' shapes then closed their eyes. They quickly opened their eyes as they extended their index and middle fingers as if they were unsheathing claws. They then clasped their paws together as if holding a ball of energy and motioned to pull their paws behind their backs.
"Power of The Black Power Fur Ranger." Zyler Shouted.
"Power of The Pink Power Fur Ranger." Lisa Shouted.
"Power of The Blue Power Fur Ranger." Brian shouted.
"Power of The Yellow Power Fur Ranger." Terri Shouted.
"Power of The Red Power Fur Ranger." Lion shouted. They then motioned as if they were throwing the energy like a fireball forward. The rings they wore transformed into a gray colored goo that quickly completely enveloped their bodies. The goo hardened and became their Power Fur Ranger outfits that looked as thin as spandex but stronger than the toughest steel. The helmets they wore had blackened slots where the eyes were so they could see out of it. Their bodies seemed androgynous and the armor made it appear as if they made more muscle mass than they actually had.
They were instantly transported to the downtown area of the city where Lady Mantis
folded her blades as she saw them arrive. The Power Fur Rangers took up fighting stances as Lady Mantis watched them and chuckled amused.
"So you are The Power Fur Rangers? I hope you are ready to lose because you have never faced anyone like me before." She said and she unfolded her blades and flushed them as if she were dancing.
"I'll give you one thing: you are an excellent dancer." The Yellow Power Fur Ranger told her.
"Thank you, but that will not save you from my blades." She said then she moved at a high rate of speed and attacked them. The Power Fur Rangers were thrown to the ground as their armor absorbed the attacks in a spray of sparks that flew everywhere.
"Is that all you can do?" She asked as she swayed back and forth as she watched them. The Red Power Fur Ranger used his Fur Sword as a cane to try and help him stand.
"Combine Power Fur Weapons!" The Red Power Fur Ranger ordered.
"Right!" The others replied as they struggled to stand and each held their personal Fur weapons.
"Fur Axe." The Black Power Fur Ranger said as he threw his Ax into the air and it transformed into gun stock with the ax head turning into a gun handle.
"Fur Bow." The Pink Power Fur Ranger said as she threw her Fur Bow up to where the Fur Axe remained suspended. The bow began to transform as it attached itself to the axe the long way with two small arrows becoming sights used to aim.
"Fur Staff," The Blue Power Fur Ranger shouted as he tossed his staff into the air and it transformed into a large arrow that set itself on top of the bow.
"Fur Daggers," The Yellow Power Fur Ranger shouted and she tossed her Fur Daggers up and they transformed and attached themselves to the tip of the arrow and began to spin around like saw blades on the left and the right of the arrow.
"Fur Sword," The Red Power Fur Ranger tossed up his sword and it attached itself to the top of the arrow and spun around as if it was a drill bit. The weapon landed in the paws of The Red Power Fur Ranger as the others stood behind him.
"Target Locked and.....Fire!" The Power Fur Rangers shouted as a laser beam shot out immobilizing the monster as the large arrow shot out and cut a path through it.
"Finally now we witness the end of The Power Fur Rangers! RCL Make my monster grow!!!!" The Evil Emperor growled. In the corner of his throne room sitting on a pedestal was what looked like the head of the former Crow leader wearing a mask to make it look like a Crow's face. The eyes suddenly glowed red as the magic took effect to bring it to life.
"As you wish My Lord time to re-energize, re-vive, and en-large your monster. Here we go!!!" RCL said and it fired two beans towards the planet that struck the fallen monster. It began to glow as it grew to the side of a skyscraper and roared as its wounds healed.
"Link completed! Now everything the monster feels I'll feel also!" RCL replied though no one was listening to it.
"Zords Arise!" The Red Power Fur Ranger ordered and in the distance a loud crash was heard as 5 different colored robots began to crawl out of the ground. These robots were as big as a skyscraper and they looked like humanoid knights in armor. They began to run at top speed towards The Power Fur Rangers and stopped once they reached them and The Power Fur Rangers entered them.
"We need the MegaZord!" The Red Power Fur Ranger said.
"Right!" The others agreed and the Zords jumped up into the sky and began to transform and combine into the MegaZord. The Red Knight Zord became the body and the Black Knight Zord became the Arms. The Pink and Yellow Zords each became a leg and lastly the Blue Knight Zord became armament for the MegaZord and began to generate an energy field to protect it.
The MegaZord summoned a double sided katana called The Tanto Katana. It raised the weapon as it prepared to attack the monster with it. They both moved around the crowded city center as buildings obstructed their paths.
"Since this is the end of you, Power Fur Rangers, I'll commemorate by giving you a farewell dance." Lady Mantis said as she began to dance around while The Power Fur Rangers watched her inside their MegaZord.
"What is she up to?" The Black Power Fur Rangers asked.
"If I remember what they said in class about praying mantis species. They dance as a way to build up their defense and intimidate their enemies. It also helps them blend into their surroundings." The Blue Power Fur Ranger explained.
"LIKE so she's trying to make herself invisible?" The Pink Power Fur Ranger asked.
"WE can't let that happen!" The Red Power Fur Ranger said and he adjusted the controls to make The MegaZord attack her before her dance was finished. She quickly ducked as The MegaZord swung the Tanto Katana and she rolled away.
"If you're in a hurry to be destroyed then let's end this!" Lady Mantis screamed at having her dance interrupted. She unfolded her blades and ran at her high rate of speed and slashed at the chest of The MegaZord.
The cut began to glow green but it started changing into different colors as the light spread across the MegaZord. The Power Fur Rangers found that the controls were no longer working and soon once the light encompassed the entire MegaZord The Power Fur Rangers were thrown out of it.
"AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" The Power Fur Rangers screamed as they fell to the ground.
"At last the end of The Power Fur Rangers!!!!!" The Evil emperor shouted with glee from his throne room.
The Blue Power Fur Ranger turned as he lay on the ground and saw a reporter with a camera recording the battle for the news.
"No, get out of here it's not safe!" He shouted at them but they ignored his warnings.
"As you can see the monster has taken control of The Power Fur Rangers MegaZord and has left them powerless to stop her. This leaves one big question. What will The Power Fur Rangers do?" She said into the camera and The Blue Power Fur Ranger rushed to push her out of the way from being stepped on by The MegaZord.
"Go on, get outta here now!" The Blue Power Fur Ranger shouted at the reporter as the other rangers looked up to watch the MegaZord.
"LIKE what are we supposed to do now?" The Pink Power Fur Ranger asked.
"We have to regroup back at the base." The Red Power Fur Ranger ordered. The Power Fur Rangers transported back to their secret base and changed back into their regular selves.
"What happened Zolton? That.... thing took control of our Zords?" Zyler asked incredulously.
""I thought they were immune to The Evil Emperor's magic?" Brian asked.
"Power Fur Rangers. When The Evil Emperor returned he brought some new power with him. A power we are not familiar with and he used it to take control of The MegaZord." Zolton explained.
"We still have Axelrod! Can't we use him to fight back until we gain control of The MegaZord?" Tom asked.
"No, no, no, no, if we use him then the spell will take control of him also. We need to find a way to break the spell before we use him." Klank replied.
"But Klank, how can we do that?" Terri asked.
"We need to find a way to break the spell then I believe we can upgrade the Zords so that they are immune agaij to The Evil Emperor's magic." Zolton said.
"Upgrade The Zords?" Brian replied cheerfully. He thought that the upgrade might make them more powerful.
"Yes! If The Evil Emperor has found a way to make himself more powerful, then we need to work on ways to make the Zords stronger, better. Once we do that we may also need to make your suits stronger also. This is a troubling time for us all Power Fur Rangers!" Zolton exclaimed.
"So how can we regain control of The MegaZord?" Brian asked.
"No, no, no, no, I'm currently scanning The MegaZord to see what I can learn about the spell. It will take some time but hopefully we should know something soon." Klank said.
"Terri, why don't you help Brian research ways to upgrade the Zords. You seem to have a talent for science as well as him." Zolton asked.
"Yes Zolton," She replied.
"Is there a way to fight something their size without our Zords?" Lion asked.
"That is a really good question." Zyler replied.
In the Evil Lair on the moon The Evil Emperor laughed as he watched The Power Fur Rangers get thrown from their MegaZord.
"With The Power Fur Rangers defeated now it's a matter of time until the rest of the planet is under my control. Soon my empire will be unstoppable!" He gloated.
"S-S-S I've heard that one before." The Evil Empress remarked as she rolled her eyes.
"Not convinced my dear?" He asked.
"S-S-S We've seen this before but they always find a way to outsmart you. As it stands we should send out our full force and take over the city now while we have a chance."
"As we speak I have The Winged Ape and that creature Shark-Finster gathering our forces and preparing for a full planetary attack. In roughly a day, we will have enough to bring all the Army and the Government to their knees.
With their MegaZord under my control there is nothing The Power Fur Rangers can do to stop us."
"S-S-S I'll believe it when the Government sits at your feet and surrenders." She said bitterly.
"Check on them and their progress if you doubt." He replied. She slithered off tired of his gloating when he knew he had not won...yet. She quietly snuck off to the cell that Nick sat trapped in.
"S-S-S Hello my love," She said quietly to him and he looked at her blankly.
"Do... I know you?" He asked as he struggled to speak. She looked at him with pity in her eyes. She recalled their secret love affair and how they had to keep it secret. Nick had saved her when he was battling a monster she created next to a cliff. When the monster was defeated the explosion broke apart the portion that she was slithering on and she nearly fell to her doom except Nick had saved her.
For months they hid their love affair and no one seemed to be wiser. One day The Evil Emperor appeared and captured Nick. To punish them she was forced to turn him into Gollip and he placed a counter spell over Gollip so that he could not be turned back.
"You...seem.... pitiful, pitiful, pitiful," He said as he briefly transformed back into Gollip, slightly, then back into Nick. She judged that the monster;'s spell was wearing off and soon he would become Golliup again.
"What is your last memory of me?" She asked.
"You... are the wife of our enemy! Yes, now I remember you! The Evil Empress!"
"S-S-S Is that all you remember?"
"Yes," He replied as his body slowly twisted again as the changes were becoming painful.
"Then you deserve your fate, Ranger!" She said as she slithered away wiping tears from her eyes. He ignored her as he stared at the wall. She jumped as she turned a corner and saw her husband standing there waiting.
"So he remembers nothing it seems." The Evil Emperor gloated.
"S-S-S a mistake.... a long time ago... Something that will never happen again. I've moved on and I thought you did too." She replied.
"Oh I have moved on and right now I miss my pet. Does it bother you having to see your former lover turned into Gollip?" He asked snidely.
"He's a pest as he always is. I'm just glad to get some peace and quiet for a change. How much longer until he returns to his old self?"
"Judging by the spell breakdown I'd give him a day then he'll be Gollip again." The Evil Emperor answered as he watched her closely to see her reaction. She seemed indifferent and actually rolled her eyes as she slithered away. He watched her closely as he wondered what she was thinking about.
"I'm tired of waiting," Lady Mantis groaned. "Time to begin my assault on this pathetic city." She said then she turned and ordered The MegaZord to begin its attack. The MegaZord jumped to life as it struck at the skyscrapers around it. Luckily the buildings were already vacant from the news cast but that did not stop the attack at all.
Several news channels began to record the destruction and post it live as the attack happened. The Power Fur Rangers watched the monitors showing the news feeds. The scene changed to members of U.A.P.F.R. As they protested and blamed The Power Fur Rangers for the destruction their MegaZord was causing.
"This is why The Power Fur Rangers are a danger to us all. They gave control iof their MegaZord to a monster in order to begin their final attack to destroy Gold City." The spokesfur for U.A.P.F.R. said to the news camera.
"No more Power Fur Rangers!!! No more Power Fur Rangers!!! No more Power Fur Rangers!!!" The group chanted over and over as they marched. Slowly their numbers were growing as other species on the street watching decided to join them.
"This is bad," Zyler remarked as he watched.
"LIKE there's nothing we can do!" Lisa replied.
"Yes there is! The Green DragonZord can at least slow them down." Tom replied.
"But you heard what Zoilton said. That monster can take control of the Green DragonZord and there will be no stopping The Evil Army." Terri explained calmly.
"But a lot of species can get hurt in the meantime!" Tom countered.
"But you're also not at full power bro," Lion retorted. "A meaningless attack will just weaken you, and all of us, further. You need to stay calm and wait for Brian to figure out something." Lion said.
"May I speak to The Power Fur Rangers?" The Red Power Masked Ranger asked as he suddenly appeared on one of the monitors. His suit had the design of a red ant looking insect to it. Unlike what The Power Fur Rangers his suit looked like leather instead of the spandex The Power Fur Rangers armor looked like.
"No, no, no, no, Anthony it is good to see you my friend." Klank said as he left Brian and addressed The Red Power Masked Ranger.
"Klank! I was so glad to hear from you. Hive has been working on a way to try and convert our technology into something a feline can adapt to." The Red Power Masked Ranger explained.
"Let me explain, Hive helps The Power Masked Rangers just as I instruct you my Power Fur Rangers." Zolton said.
"Yes she is a termite queen but her family was destroyed as all of ours were. We call her Hive because she has become a mother to us all." The Red Power Masked Ranger said. He was smiling but his mask hid his face so they could not see.
"She originally built me when she was trying to create The Power Masked Rangers powers." Klank added. "Sadly I was considered junk until Zolton agreed to take me."
"That's not true! Hive loved you but was afraid to put you in danger. So she sent you to Zolton as a helper because she knew he'd keep you safe." The Red Power Masked Ranger explained. Klank slowly walked away back to help Brian as he was examining the schematics of the Zords.
"Anyway," The Red Power Masked Ranger continued. "We think we found a way to adapt it and Peta The Black Power Masked Ranger is on his way to your planet to help you n set it up."
"Great Then now is the time," Tom exclaimed. "Powered By A Dragon!" Tom shouted as he crossed his paws in front of him making 'X' shapes then closed his eyes. He quickly opened his eyes as he extended his index and middle fingers as if he was unsheathing claws. "Power of The Green Power Fur Ranger." Tom Shouted.

The goo hardened and became his Power Fur Ranger outfit that looked as thin as spandex but stronger than the toughest steel. He had a silver vest that had gold dragons on it. The vest appeared as flimsy as a cloth material, the same as the outfit but in reality it was stronger than carbon steel.
"What are you doing?!" Lion asked.
"I can at last go and protect the city!" The Green Power Fur Ranger shouted and transported himself to the downtown area.
"LIKE he can't be serious! He's being too rash!" Lisa replied as she shook her head.
