Dragonic Comeuppance: Epilogue

For TeryxC by Exa-Wolf

###

Scrolling through the channels, seeing what might interest him, the dragon settled on an interview between Mitch Penworth of Fauna News and himself some days ago that he participated in. It was close to the end and while he's seen it a few times already he couldn't help but watch it again.

******************

"We've talked quite abit about your recent charity events and that rousing speech you performed at Northbridge University that is still being talked to this day. It was quite moving, I admit, but people have noticed something about you these past few weeks and they've been wondering if something has changed with you. Even I will admit that you seem different since our last interview some months ago. More cheerful and, how do I say, fulfilled? Care to explain to our viewers if that's alright?"

The rain dragon chuckled. "Why thank you and I'll be happy to, Mitch." He then turned towards the audience. "Everyone experiences change in their lives. Small or large, drastic or uneventful, we all experience it one way or another," the dragon said before smiling. A smile that felt truly genuine and heartfelt that seemed to make the audience smile upon seeing it. "These changes can be good or bad and the one that happened to me is, in my opinion, quite eventful; so eventful that it changed my whole point-of-view in life and in the end it was the best thing to happen to me."

"Interesting. Care to tell us what this event was? And does it pertain to the sightings of you being spotted around the city with a man as of late? Quite a few times, I might add."

The dragon looked visibly flustered, earning some "Aww's" from the audience as he addressed Mitch with a, "I-I will neither confirm nor deny such things."

Mitch chuckled before addressing the large screen next to him. The image changed from a rising sun to that of the rain dragon at a cafe, grinning at a coyote (whose eyes were covered up with a black rectangle) as they enjoyed lunch together.

"This clearly shows some connection between you two and I remember a certain interview we had some time ago about you looking for the right man that could stand next to you; who could sweep you off your feet as it were. Is he the one?"

The rain dragon yet again said, "I will neither confirm nor deny that. But what I will say is how happy I am with my life now. We only have one life and while a dragon's is longer than most I'm going to enjoy every moment of it."

**********************

My life that is, Teryx said to the one living said life.

"Oh you love it, sir," Teryx, formally Alex the mouse anthro, teased to the previous owner of this body he was now in control of. "With me in charge you can't deny how great and lively our lives are now."

The old Teryx simply grumbled but the new Teryx felt that the rain dragon was mildly happy with everything he was doing with his life now that it was Teryx's. Instead of being a controlling, manipulative, narcissistic, power-hungry man he was now a man that relied on others for the development of his businesses, one who helped others in life, being humble instead of pretending, and spending time enjoying himself and the rockin' new bod he had instead of increasing his influence in the city.

I can't believe this is my--

"Our."

. . . my life now. I just thank the heavens our private life isn't exposed to ruin such a thing.

"And you have me to thank for it," Teryx said with a grin, getting up off the couch and walking towards the kitchen to check on the dinner he was preparing. "Damian's original plan was to make you out to be a crazy person and make you watch your "kingdom" fall to pieces, sir. Thanks to me that was averted."

There was a sigh as Teryx went to the oven and peered inside at the casserole he was preparing, watching the cheese slowly beginning to melt. Yes, you've told me before. And I've already thanked you for that and then some but that would be preferable than being a voice in my--

"Our."

Teryx heard the dragon huff in frustration as he chuckled before heading to the refrigerator to grab the salad he made earlier as the side dish for his casserole.

. . . my head.

"But then you wouldn't get to enjoy bottoming like you--"

S-Silence! I d-do not enjoy b-bottoming, he stuttered out, Teryx feeling how flustered/happy the other dragon was at the notion of being bottomed by someone.

Despite what he says Teryx knew the old Teryx quite liked it, that feeling when a fat cock (or dildo) thrusts into them and hits their prostate; sometimes repeatedly. How he moans in pleasure and begged Teryx to go deeper while reveling in being submissive. And that despite what he says about being a simple passenger in their head Teryx knew the old one had grown to enjoy the lack of control and leaving everything up to the new rain dragon to decide what was best for them.

I-I do not! Do not insinuate what I do or do not enjoy, Teryx! You have a bad habit of doing that as of late!

"You know we're connected so I can feel what you're feeling, right, sir?"

Old Teryx simply grumbled as Teryx giggled, earning him more grumbles, before he set out to finish the dinner he was cooking for him and Damian; something that wasn't supposed to be happening.

The reason behind that was because ever since he became Teryx completely the plan was to then distance themselves now that their goals have been fulfilled. He got to be Teryx (to be one with the man he desired for years) and Damian was finally satisfied by debasing the old Teryx and taking away what the rain dragon held dear; his control.

That was the plan . . . and yet they had grown closer through it all. He knew there were some feelings back when they were in college but they never acted upon them due to their various reasons. And through everything they did from planning old Teryx's capture, to pretending to be him, and to the many nights spent together he felt those old feelings resurface. Though, now that he was Teryx, he knew that they couldn't be together after what the old one had done to his friend's family. It would be too confusing and would drive a wedge between them so he kept quiet.

But that changed when Damian himself, after giving Teryx a rough pounding while in a club's bathroom one night after becoming the dragon completely, admitted to liking him. That he had feelings for him as well and would figure out a way to make it work with his family after Teryx asked him about that.

"Hopefully it all goes well," Teryx said to himself now that the two were together, in secret for the time being, before hearing a few knocks on his front door. Lowering the temperature of the oven alittle he left the kitchen and went towards the door of his penthouse and upon reaching it he looked at the monitor next to it to see that it was Damian on the other side. Tail lightly smacking the floor, feeling old Teryx getting become happy upon seeing his master, he opened the door and welcomed his friend inside.

Shutting the door behind him the coyote immediately began sniffing the air before licking his lips. "Is that your mom's cheesy beef casserole I'm smelling?"

Teryx grinned. "Yep! I knew how much you loved it and old Teryx was interested in it so I thought I would cook it for us." Taking his coat off and laying in on the couch Damian turned to Teryx and asked how said dragon was doing. "He's doing good and he's really happy to see you now that you're here."

S-Silence, Teryx! Do not admit such things to Master Damian without my approval!

Snickering to himself at how cute old Teryx was acting, earning more disapproval, he asked Damian how his day went.

"The usual. The second Rockhaven is going well and I've finally got those two dopes to go back to work though they tend to text me non-stop now," Damian said, sighing and rubbing the back of his head. "I never thought I would grow so attached to them once I got my revenge but as their master and owner now I have to take responsibility. But how about you? You said you were going to visit your parents for the first time since that ring came in this morning. Did it work?"

Teryx nodded. The whole reason he was able to toss aside his old life to become Teryx without freaking out his family at his disappearance was because he learned that there were other products on the website that Damian got the Instasuit from. If one could turn another into a suit then they have to have something for my situation, he thought as he looked at the various magical and quite unbelievable products those at Mana Tools Inc. had on their website.

After looking at everything he settled on the Illusionist's Ring, a silver ring with weird letters on it that he couldn't make out, that allowed you to trick people into seeing you as someone else without fail despite not actually changing into them. His parents and siblings never thought anything was amiss as he visited them for the first time since becoming Teryx and was thankful to have it. Now he just had to made regular stops at his apartment (which he kept after moving into old Teryx's place) while disguised as his old self so as not to make his neighbors suspicious.

"Now I don't have to worry about my parents and the rest of my family thinking I'm missing and going crazy while searching for me," he said as Damian nodded before walking over to him and without warning began kissing him. He could hear the other dragon inside him moan as Teryx let the coyote take control before he broke it and smiled warmly at him. "What was that for if you, um, don't mind me asking?"

"Do I need a reason, my little dragon?" He said before kissing him again, wrapping his arms around the dragon's neck. They stared into each other's eyes and Teryx was glad that in the end he got everything he deserved; the man of his dreams and the man of his new reality. Nothing could be better as he felt something hard press down at the nape of his neck and knew right away what it was as he and old Teryx blushed profusely. "Get ready for the role-play tonight because I get to be Teryx. You don't have a problem with that, suit-to-be?"

Teryx simply blushed harder, tail thrashing some, and in a moment of unison the two Teryx's thought, I love my new life!
