SonnyFur Resort (Prologue and chapter 1)
SonnyFurr Resort
Prologue:
"Tired of being lonely?" a seductive leopard said as the TV blasted ads.
"Want to find some hot tail?"her partner, obviously a husky, asked as he entered the scene.
"Do YOU want to find your soul mate?"
"Want a howling good time for the rest of your life?"
"SonnyFurr resort is the place for you."
"For a limited time we're giving 16 lucky males and 16 sexy females of each sexual orientation the chance to find 'the one'."
"If you want a purrrrrfect time, visit SonnyFurr resort for free. But, remember, only the first callers will get to go."
"I'm sure you'll be begging for more." The husky said winking.
"Down boy."
A number flashed on the screen of the TV before Niko's eyes. Quickly, she grabbed a pen and a piece of paper and wrote down the number. Yes, she was lonely. Very lonely. She smiled.
"SonnyFurr resort," she said mimicking the leopard from the ad, "Here I come."
Chapter 1: Niko
A cold night breeze ran through the silky strands of Niko's soft fur as she sat on her roof looking up at the stars. The beautiful moon called to her in its own silent song as thousands of thoughts flooded into her mind. A sudden soft smile came to her lips as the thought of her mom suddenly hit her. She would be so proud to see her now, getting over the 'love of her life' and taking a large step into the dating society. It was only two nights until she would have a shot at finding her other half and her heart raced with an excitement she had never known. She smiled as the star she had claimed 'her star' twinkled with mischievous delight.
The sudden sound of footsteps caused her ear to twitch and her head to turn toward the sound in an alerted way. She smiled excitedly as her close friend Dukie appeared from the shadows. She got up, no, jumped up and with extreme grace, virtually tackled him, hugging him tightly. He smiled and laughed.
"Hi to you to." He said smiling wider as she looked up.
"HeHe. Where have you been?" she asked, her fluffy tail wagging in delight. He shrugged.
"Ah, you know, packing like you should be doing."
"You look good." She said obviously trying to change the subject. But the fact was, he DID look good. Dukie was a folf, unlike Niko who was full wolf, and had the most beautiful white fur she had ever seen. His eyes, one blue and the other green, showed the kind hearted nature he carried in his heart, and his fairly toned body stated that he could defend himself if the situation called for it. Niko saw his tail wagging playfully. He shook his head.
"Wow. You can really evade the topic when you want to, can't you?" Niko smiled brightly and nodded.
Dukie took a sudden and defensive step back with his ears up alert and the fur on his neck sticking up slightly.
"Do you hear that?" he asked. She listened then turned to face the direction of the noise. She bore her teeth a bit, growling.
"Yes, I do." Swiftly, they got themselves off the roof and got in a defensive pose towards the oncoming sound of twigs being snapped and leaves being crunched.
"EEEEEP! DON'T ATTACK!" Andi said as she popped out of the shadows of the forest, her misty grey eyes nearly glowing. Dukie and Niko relaxed as their friend approached.
"Don't ever do that again." Dukie said, glowering at her. She nodded.
"I'll try not to." She said slyly, smiling brightly at Dukie. Niko let out a small random whimper.
"Ouww." She said as she pulled a sticker from her paw. She looked up to see Dukie staring at the jiggle of her breasts, and jumped up covering them. "I thought you said you were gay!" he smiled wide.
"Even gay pups can't resist boobs." Niko, as a lesbian, was disgusted. Andi took a hesitant step away. They all laughed awkwardly before an awkward silence followed.
"Well," Niko said breaking the silence, "would you like to come in?"Andi and Dukie nodded in agreement and the three friends entered the house and began dancing to the sound of Bon Jovi's 'you give love a Bad Name'.
