"Feydra! Keep up!"

Feydra adjusted her surfboard's sling on her shoulder. She was a dolphin Xenomorph, seventeen years old and maturing quickly. She already had large breasts and the fin on the end of her tail had reached it's maximum size of almost three quarters of a meter wide. She wore a tight pink bikini with a orange sarong tied around her waist. In front of her, her friend Gailus, a male orca beckoned for her to speed up. Unfortunately, her ruined ankle kept her from doing that.

"Hang on!" She winced as she stepped on her left ankle. "My ankle's hurting." She had a noticeable british accent on her voice.

The two were members of the group known as the Phins. They were a fun loving, peaceful group of aquatic xenos that enjoyed water sports. Currently, they were migrating en masse to Cobalus Beach, where the largest waves would be at this time of year.

"Well, do ya best." Gailus smiled. He had a thick Jamacian accent on his voice. "Want me to take ya board off and carry?"

"No no, I'll be fine." Feydra winced again as she stepped on her ankle.

Her and Gailus were friends, nothing more. Although they did enjoy the occasional sexual adventure together, they decided to find their own mates. Gailus had his eyes on a sweet female orca in the Phins, but he was too shy to make a move.

"Ya sure ya okay?" He said, stopping and letting her catch up.

"I'm fine. That kraken really did a number on my ankle."

At the last beach they stopped at, they encountered a kraken, a huge sea beast. Against Gailus' advice, she went to fight it, and got her ankle bitten.

The two were scouting ahead for the main caravan of Phins that followed behind. They reached the crest of the hill and before them laid the sight of the beautiful Cobalus beach. Feydra closed her eyes and inhaled the scent of saltwater; the scent of home.

"Ohhh!" Gailus had his pocket telescope out. "Now that something ya don't see every day!"

"What?" Feydra took the telescope and looked through it.

A lone black and red Shadowdragon was surfing on a wave.

"Wow. He's actually... Kinda cute." She said, entranced by the dragon.

"Someone's got a crush!" Gailus teased.

"Stop it!" Feydra said playfully. "I have a crush on him, but I don't want the whole world to know."

Lacyus dug the side of his board into the wave a bit more, shooting up to the crest of the wave. This was his dream.

After he left Sunset, he began to explore the Shadow arts. As well, he moved into the west end of Cobalus beach. He studied at the Cobalus University of the Phyisical Sciences. He caught fish and what he didn't eat, he sold at the local fish market. And, surprisingly, he was happier without Sunset. No more caring about her feelings, her wellbeing. Just himself. Although he did miss her as a friend.

Suddenly, the nose of his board dug in too much and he tumbled into the water, flipping head over tail. Hnis wings caught the water and it catipulted him fifty meters into the air, howling in confusion. He landed uncermoniously in a belly flop. Moaning in pain, he rolled onto his back and let the wave wash him and his surfboard ashore. Closing his eyes, he enjoyed the feeling of the sun on his body.

A grumbling in his belly interupted his meditation. He got up and retrived his surfboard. Lacyus went over to a pile of rocks. There he dug until he encountered hot coals. Sifting through them, he found several pieces of salmon tightly wrapped in banana leaves. That was his dinner.

He retreated to his tiny hut. Inside, there was a dresser, a small table, a chair, desk, nightstand and washroom. There was also a hammock that he slept in. The whole thing was constructed out of scraps of wood and reeds Lacyus found across the beach. As for neighbors, he had none. It was a fifteen minute walk, or a two minute flight into Cobalus city. In fact, he enjoyed the solidarity. No one to pester him. Some friends would have been enjoyable, but he had none. He hadn't even heard from his older sister Mira. By now, she would normally be worried sick.

Unwrapping a piece of salmon, he licked his lips at the smell. Lacyus grabbed a fork and knife and ate silently at the table, making mental notes on how to improve his recipie.

'If this is what life is supposed to be, then I hope I never see Sunset or anyone else from my past again.'

Suddenly, there was a click as the doorknob turned. Lacyus dropped his utensils and ran for his nightstand. He opened it and quickly drew a XM8 compact carbine and leveled it at the door, flicking the laser sight on.

A large male orca stepped inside, unaware of the red targeting dot on his heart. He was wearing beige swimming trunks. "Hello? Anyone ho-Woah!" He jumped back at the sight of Lacyus' gun. "Chill buddy." He held up his hands. "Look. No weapon. We cool?"

"Move three steps to your left." Lacyus ordered.

The orca obeyed, nodding. "We cool. We cool. I do nothing to ya."

A female dolphin walked in. "Gailus? You ok-" She squeaked and ran out the door, Lacyus snapping three shots off at her.

"DON'T YA HURT HER!" The orca roared. He surged forward, clubbing Lacyus in the side of the head.

Lacyus aligned the gun with his forehead. He tightened his trigger finger when something kicked him in the head, causing him to black out.

"Maybe I overdid it?" Feydra stared at the limp Shadowdragon body.

Gailus prodded his body with his foot. "Nah. He be okay. If they reputation is what I think it is, he can take much more than that. Damn durable, these Shadowdragons. Very respectable Xeno."

"I never thought I would hear that."

Feydra jumped when the Shadowdragon spoke. "I'm sorry. You were gonna hurt Gailus though."

The dragon sat up and held out a hand in a calm down jesture. "No prob. I should have questioned you two before I opened fire." He rubbed the side of his head she struck. "Whoever kicked me has a really good foot."

Feydra frowned and knelt down beside him. "Are you okay? Does it hurt too much?" She examined the patch of scales.

"I'll be fine." he gently pushed her away. "It's just a headache. I've been through worse." He extended his hand. "Lacyus Akival."

Feydra accepted it and shook firmly. "I'm Feydra Aquos and this little chicken over here-" She pointed at Gailus. "Is Gailus Makiat."

Gailus extended his hand. "No hard feelin' buddy?"

Lacyus laughed. "None. You have a very strong accent. I hate to say it, but I can barely understand you." He sighed and gathered his thoughts. "So how come you two are here. A couple of mates looking for a quiet area to settle in? Where are you from?"

Feydra smiled. "We're part of the Phins. We're nomadic. And unfortunately, I'm an orphan. I don't know much about my past. And we're just friends."

Lacyus jestured them to sit down on the sandy floor. "The Phins, eh? Be good to have some neighbors."

"So where ya from Lacyus?" Gailus asked, sitting down. "No one really camps here by the ocean, unless they are one of us or they are having a personal conflict."

Lacyus sighed sadly. "My mate rejected me because I'm a Shadowdragon."

Feydra winced. "Not easy. Especially easy. Especially being a dragon. I read how important family and loved ones were extremely important to you."

Gailus smiled mischeviously. "Know any good pranks to pull using shadow magic?"

Lacyus stared stunned. "Beg your pardon? Pranks?"

"Ya! I heard ya kind can dissolve your bodies into pure shadows." He gave an evil grin. "Be nice to be able to do that, so I can sneak up on her." He prodded Feydra in the ribs and she yelped.

"You mean you guys understand what I can do? The magic I can use?"

Feydra nodded. "Some of it, I'm a little less excited about, but most of it sounds pretty neat. Is it true you can recharge mana by drawing on the souls of the dead?"

Lacyus' eyes lit up with delight as he nodded ecstaticly. "Yes! Finaly some people who actually respect me as a shadowdragon!" He kissed her on the forehead. Feydra blushed.

"So this is your house!" Nephilla said, eyes full of delight.

"It's not a house you idiot!" Sunset barked playfully. "It's a freaking mansion!"

Nephilla, Sunset and Mira (Rykuu was on assignment) stood in Mira's house grand room. It was huge, spanning at least thirty or fourty square meters and three floors high.

Mira smiled and patted both on the head. "Glad you like it. Bounty hunting is incredibly profitable. I sent a message to my caretaker to prepare rooms for you two. Just go up the stairs once and it's to your right."

Sunset and Nephilla shot up the stairs, laughing and fighting, trying beat the other up. There was a click bang as the door to their hallway opened and slammed shut. Squeals of delight eminated from the door. Then Sunset emerged from the hallway.

"Sorry Mira, but I think you made a mistake. My room has a bed big enough for two people."

Mira's eyes welled up with tears. "I know..."

"Get back here!" Feydra laughed playfully. "Give me back my sarong!"

Lacyus ran ahead of her, laughing as well. "You have to catch me first!"

Feydra sprinted forward and tackled him, the two tumbling forward, landing in a heap of laughing and giggling fins and scales. Feydra gave him a kiss.

The two had hooked up quite quickly after they met. And it surprised everyone that Feydra would choose a Shadowdragon for her mate.

Feydra nuzzled him, hugging him tightly. "I love you so much."

Suddenly Lacyus' spirt died. "Yeah... Me too...." He said sadly.

Feydra frowned. "Still have feelings for her?" Lacyus nodded sadly. She gave him a light kiss on the end of his snout. "If you every have the chance of getting back together with her, I will glady give up my position as your mate for her."

Lacyus gave a hopeful smile. "Thank you. I don't think that'll happen though."

Feydra smiled mischeviously. "What's the dragon culture say about long seperations between mates?"

Lacyus frowned. "Infidelity is tolerated so long as the children are raised by the couple. Why do you ask?"

"I have something planned to take your mind off of her." Feydra stood up and hauled Lacyus to his feet. She led him off towards her and Gailus' hut.

Getting to the hut, Lacyus could hear moans and gasps. Feydra opened the door and motioned for him to come in. Lacyus suddenly saw Gailus and the female orca mating on the floor. A puddle of what he assumed to be cum sat at their groin areas. He blushed, turning to the door. Feydra blocked his path.

"Ummm. Fey, I don't think we should do this right-"

She seized him, hugging and kissing him passionately. "Where's your sense of adventure?"

Feydra slipped off her bikini bottoms and undid her top, letting them fall. Lacyus simply stared. She had bigger breasts and what seemed to be a tighter sex than Sunset.

"Well don't just stand there!" Feydra said, smiling. "Show me yours!"

Lacyus quickly pulled his swim trunks off, letting his draconian cock pop free, already fully erect. Feydra stared at it enviously.

"Hey Gailus! He's bigger than you!" Feydra teased.

Gailus looked up from humping his mate. "So it seems!" He looked at Lacyus's face. "Well don't just stand there buddy! She wants to be mated!"

Feydra laid on her back, presenting her sex to Lacyus. Lacyus laid on top of her, teasing her sex with the tip of his member. She moaned and gasped, smiling.

"Com'on Lac! Quit it!" She laughed sensually.

"It might hurt a bit. You sure you want me to go all the way?"

"What's it worth if I don't get all of you?"

Lacyus slowly pushed in and Feydra groaned, twitching. She winced and he stopped.

"Maybe this is a bad-"

Feydra held up a finger to shush him. "Just keep going. It feels good so far."

"Just go buddy." Gailus suggested. He gasped, probably ejaculating. "She... Took all..... Of me.... In one goooooohhhhh!" The female moaned in unison.

Feydra suddenly clamped down around Lacyus' cock, moaning loudly. She regained control, panting. "Sorry. I climaxed too early."

Lacyus smiled. "I haven't even gotten started."

He hilted hilted himself in one smooth movement, Feydra gasping simultaniously. Lacyus began humping at a simple paced, Feydra writhing in pleasure.

"Ohhhh god! Scales slide so nicely in me!" Feydra gave Lacyus a passionate kiss. "I can't see why your mate left you! Go faster!"

Lacyus sped up and Feydra climaxed again, moaning loudly. He smiled. "If you climax this easily, you're gonna be exhausted when I'm done with you."

He could feel her cum flowing around his member, spurring him on. As he predicted, she was very tight, her muscles trying to milk his member for seed.

"If I pass out..." Feydra gasped. "Cum in me!"

She moaned again, climaxing, then fell limp. Lacyus nudged her face with his muzzle.

"Feydra? You okay?"

She opened her eyes to a sliver. "Shut up and fuck me."

Her hands began to explore his body, sending shivers down his spine. She massaged his shoulders, causing him to relax and come closer to cumming. Feydra moaned loudly in a final climax and passed out. However, her pussy was still milking his member. Lacyus felt it clamp down in a final effort to make him cum. He decided to just let it go.

"Unnnghhh. Feydra if you can, unnnnghhh. Hear me I'm gonna...."

Lacyus moaned and he came, quickly filling Feydra up with his seed. He fell asleep, still inside of Feydra.

"RYKUU!"

Nephilla dashed forward and hugged him tightly. It was one week since he left on a contract. He hugged back tightly.

"I missed you a bit." He said.

Nephilla kissed him on the tip of his snout. "Com'on. I thought you'd be stronger!" She teased. "How much did you make?"

"Twenty thousand. Plus a hefty bonus my employer threw in. I have my eye on a house for us, if you want. Or we could stay here for now. Mira won't mind, right?"

Mira looked up from her book, a romance novel. "No problems here."

Nephilla thought for a moment, then came to a conclusion. "Sorry, but I'm just too much a human. Living together at this age seems just a bit weird to me."

Rykuu smiled. "Fine with me. Besides, when we're older, then we can consider it. Sounds good?"

Nephilla nodded enthusiastically.

Rykuu released her and turned to Mira. "Ohh. I'm going to see your brother tomorrow."

Mira's eyes lit up in pure happiness. "Can I come!?!?"

Rykuu shook his head sadly. "Sorry. He said specificly for me to come alone."

Mira's spirit was dampened a bit, but she was still happy. "When can I see him!?!?"

"He said he'd contact each one of us individualy. No meeting in groups."

"So what? He can suck your souls dry alone with no witnesses?"

Rykuu turned and looked up. Sunset stood leaning on the balcony railing. She was wearing flannel PJs.

"Quit it Sunset. He's my best friend."

"Sssssuuuurrrreee!" She drawled. "I suppose you'll be thinking that when he drains your soul."

Mira scowled, reaching for her pistol. "Shut it Sunset. No one asked for your opinion. Just move on."

She turned away. "Fine. Go see the jackass."

Rykuu snapped. He lashed out with his razor cables, barely missing Sunset's head.

"He's not a jackass. You made him leave with that dipshit Darkling comment of yours."

"Everyone's entitled to their opinion." She turned and began walking to her room.

Nephilla lost it. She grabbed Mira's glass of water, tossed the water into the air, formed it into a spike and sent it flying at Sunset, embedding it in the wall. Sunset stared in horror.

"N-N-Nephillla.... You just...."

"SHUT UP!" Nephilla roared. "You are so fucking shallow it's not funny. Lacyus cared for you dearly. Despite you being a shapeshifter! Get that through your thick skull! YOU ARE A SHAPESHIFTER! You would normally be shunned from society. And Lacyus accepted you as his mate!" She was crying, tears running down her face. "The same goes for him! His kind is seen as evil! He kept his secret so he could be with you! You disgust me!"

Nephilla began sobbing on Rykuu's shoulder. Rykuu held her in close. Sunset just stared in astonishment.

"Nephilla.... I'm sorr-"

"Save your damn apologies for him!"

Sunset gave angry snort and returned to her room, fuming all the way.
