- * * Meru sighed a bit as she laid down on her bed and enjoyed the silence all around her. The rising sun shone into her bedroom and she listened carefully if her parents and her brother did come back, just in case they had forgotten something, then nodded as it stayed quiet in the house. Finally her relatives had gone onto their vacation. Not for long, only two weeks, but enough time for Meru to prepare some more experiments, like the one she did one week ago. The collie had been asked by her mom, if she wanted to join the rest of her family, but the final exams for the semester were coming closer and thinking of the exams Meru had stayed home to learn for her exams and, of course, for the experiments she had planned for that time. Meru was a 20 year old anthropomorphic collie with bright and shiny fur. 6 feet high with long, brown hair and deep green eyes and very well build, she had experienced only a few things in her life. After finishing her highschool she had moved on to college and studied computer sciences. For her 20 years she was really clever and harmless to most people, but there was a much deeper and somehow darker person hid well behind the face of the harmless collie, that was always open for a joke and would give herself if it meant to help a friend. The only thing was, that she had always weird ideas and tested them first on hew own, then on others. She gave herself a few more minutes of rest, then slowly sat up and looked at the small village outside of her window. It surely would be a good day today, especially with what she had planned. Inside the bathroom she looked at its insides and remembered her first time there, then turned around and locked the door tightly behind her in an automatic reflex. It had been reprogrammed by Meru herself, specially for today and again Meru had not made a testrun before, leaving everything to her own luck. Possibly, in case the poison was going to work. If not she would have even longer. With a smug grin, Meru grabbed a blue and a red vial from the box and checked the labels carefully, making sure she had picked the correct vials earlier or she was going to have a lot of trouble. After she was sure enough, she placed the red vial high upon a shelf so that she would have problems reaching it later, then placed the blue vial into her injector. A quick glance showed Meru, that the injector was loaded properly, before she tied it around her right arm, then checked the control box on the injector, so it could be switched on by the controlling device once the program told the device to do so. After she had mounted the injector onto her right arm, she got a small AC generator from the box and set it down on the floor too. The generator also was equipped with a wireless controlling device and could be switched on whenever it should be. She then grabbed two cables from the box and connected one end of each cable to the generator and put the other end down right in front of the toilet. After this, she made sure, that the generator was functioning the was she has manipulated to do so. At first the generator would create a low voltage sinus frequency, then start rising the voltage level with each passing minute until it would become deadly, that means just in case that the main controlling unit, would not shut it off early enough. Like in her first experiment, everything was based on the main controlling unit. If it had a malfunction, she was going to be in real trouble. After she checked the generator, she grabbed a large box from inside the box, that was filled with Sulphuric acid. After she opened the window and let the fresh air back in, Meru took a few deep breathes, coughing hardly until her lungs were clean again. Her paws shook wildly and her entire body started tingling, but after a while she started to relax again and smelled the fresh air of the day. She stood there for around fourty minutes, doing nothing except watch the viallge from the small bathroom window, then she turned around and first packed her things togetherm another ten minutes, then began cleaning and grooming her fur with as much time as she could take. The two hours had almost passed as Meru finally grabbed th red vial and gulped its contents down, feeling her body return to normal. She gasped a few times, then packed the empty vials back into the box and quickly headed off for herbedroom to rest and sleep. She still had more than enough time left for more of such experiments until her parents would return ...
