Day 16 - Memory

You've lost all memory of who you are. Thankfully, Nyeogmi is here to help you, little lamb.

You opened your eyes, suddenly very awake and slightly lightheaded. You were laying in bed.

You... had no memory of how you got here. You didn't even remember where "here" was.

No, it was... more than that. You didn't even remember who you were. You couldn't remember a single thing about yourself, not even your name. You sat up.

A pale, fuzzy bat was in the room with you. He smiled as you sat up, and casually trotted to your bedside.

"Good morning!" He greeted you, staring at you with wide, brilliantly green eyes. You thought it was a little unnerving, the way he was looking at you, but you found yourself... oddly comforted by his presence. "How do you feel?"

"Dizzy." You responded. "Uhm. Can you tell me where I am?"

The bat's smile widened, just for a moment.

"You're at home! So it's normal to feel safe and comfortable, especially around me." The bat said.

What a strange thing to say. Something about it struck you as... a red flag? Or something. But you didn't have any reason at all to distrust this bat. Besides, you were definitely at home - you remembered that now.

"Why don't I remember anything?" You asked the bat. His smile didn't falter.

"Are you sure you don't remember anything?" He asked. "Do you remember me?" He asked, leaning forward a little.

Gosh, his eyes were distracting. They seemed out of place on his pale body, so strikingly colorful and bright that they always drew your gaze to them, and were difficult to look away from.

You'd seen these eyes before - you had to have. Well, of course you had to have, you lived with this bat, but that wasn't what you meant. You'd seen them differently before.

The bat smirked and closed his eyes, and you rapidly blinked as a wave of lucidity washed over you. He'd asked you a question - if you remembered him. Right.

"Uhm. I don't think so?" You answered. "Uhm... I remember your eyes."

That got a giggle from the bat. You didn't really understand why.

"That's good at least. You can look at them some more if you'd like, while I try to jog your memory." He said, opening his eyes again.

They were just so... green. It felt like everything you tried to reach back and remember, every memory that seemed just out of your reach, seemed to lead you back to the overpowering green. Like you got lost along the way and wandered back here, to the eyes. Even your name seemed to be locked behind the green.

"You're my servant." The bat informed you confidently. "You obey me and have dedicated your life to serving my whims."

You could sort of remember that. It explained a few things - like why you lived with this bat, and why you trusted him so much.

"Why don't I remember anything?" You asked again.

"You remember more than you think." The bat said, gently wrapping a wing around you and pulling you closer. "Just concentrate. Think about how you feel about me, how you trust me. How safe you feel in my wing."

You trembled a little as his eyes grew brighter, more powerful. You remembered, now. You were his servant. That was absolutely true and correct.

"One of the ways you serve me is by feeding me." He explained. Feeding him? Like, cooking?

The bat smirked, and a set of white, sharp fangs became very visible. They struck fear into you, just a little, but the bat knew what to say. Of course he did.

"You love my fangs. They make you feel good, and you love being bitten by me. Remember how good it feels. You probably want me to bite you right now." He said.

He was right. You did want him to bite you now. Something about that seemed wrong - it wasn't something you felt natural doing, wanting this vampire to-

Vampire. Wait. He was a vampire. A creature of the night. And you - you were-

A bright green flash. The bat tutted softly as your eyes rolled up, another memory you'd almost reached being lost in the green.

"I'm going to bite you now." The bat said, patiently. "And when I do, you'll remember that you're my servant, that your name is Lamb, and that you love being my food more than anything. That you have always been my servant and my food."

You nodded, and gasped as his fangs sunk into your neck.

It was so much better than you'd imagined. So much more intense, so much more pleasurable. When the suction started, you thought you were going to pass out just from the overwhelming pleasure that raced through your whole body.

The bat pulled off of your neck and you slumped into his wings. He held you tenderly, comfortingly.

"Very good, Lamb." The bat said, which gave you a shot of pleasure similar to his bite. "Now, in just a moment, you're going to go back to sleep for me. When you do, you'll keep forgetting things that don't make sense - like that you'd ever want to hurt vampires, or hunt them, or trap them. Those things are confusing and don't make sense to you, so you'll just forget about them as you sleep. Do you understand?"

"Mhmmm." You hummed, through your haze of pleasure.

"Good. Now sleep."
