"All security personal to the bridge! The Captain is in danger!" yelled a passing marine as he ran past Arjun's dorm

Arjun Fiaz placed his hand around the door opening to peer down the corridor, several armed VALOR marines ran past him; all of them armed to the teeth in full battle gear. Sirens used to notify the ship was under attacked had been used to alert the security teams to the bridge. More and more blue and white VALOR marines ran past him at blurring speeds thanks to their power armour.

The brown skinned human looked both ways for anymore marines to zoom by before stepping into the hallway when he was immediately pushed into the wall by several EVO troopers; their bulky armour took up most of the hallway leaving no room for the tiny human. The last of the marines saw the poor person knocked aside like a rag doll as the rest of his team took off around the bend.

"What are you still doing out of gear soldier, move it!" ordered the EVO trooper

"Eh! Shut up! I'm the god dam kickassticar!

"So you're the guy everyone is talking about when we got you on board, and that thing..."

"Yea well you get use to her smell, now what's with the siren? God damn is that loud!" He complained

"The captain has been taken hostage by the thing we took up along side you!" The EVO trooper's helmet masked his emotion he must have been exploding with

"You got to be fucking kidding me." Arjun shook his head but not surprised she would do something like this. "Guess she must have gotten the same wakeup from the seer guy..." he whispered after.

"What was that?" the EVO trooper asked

"Nothing, you go ahead, I' gotta go get my armour."

The EVO trooper nodded and quickly ran forward to join his squad at the command bridge in a flash. Arjun turned down the way the marines have been coming from passing by several more squads along the way, including several raptor-like creatures he had never seen before as they too were armed in VALOR weaponry and armour. One of the aliens wore a fully body suit, wiring was exposed on the outside of its power armour and unlike its kin this one wore a full helmet much like its human squad mates. The alien walked past the smaller human with its large sniper rifle in both of its claws and disappeared into thin air as its power armour had made the mercenary invisible to the naked eye. Arjun carefully moved past both human and raptor marines until he reached a room adjacent to the armoury most of the ship's security was coming from.

In the small blue room stood a large cylinder container with many human scientists working on several computers as they ran diagnostics to make sure everything was going well. The head crew member greeted Arjun at the door and shook his hand with both of his own pale white ones; a smile was stretched across his face.

"Arjun Fiaz, it is an honour to meet you, a real life hero. I took the liberty of upgrading your suit's software to meet the MKII model."

"That's awesome of yea- wait. MKII model?" Arjun asked

"Ever since you went missing, President Scott gave the orders for a new Justicar, faster, stronger, a better...well, a better you. No offence."

"Whoa, whoa wait. Anther Justicar? That's bullshit! Who is he?!" Arjun demanded

"The Mark- two- Vanquisher Class Justicar Armoured Power Unit..." The lead scientist took the time to catch his breath and wipe his lab coat sleeve across his forehead before taking a small electronic data assistant from his pocket and began using the touch interface to get the information he needed. "Is piloted by one...Ethan Alexander."

"Just a name? That's it?"

The scientist pushed a button on the side of his data assistant allowing the hologram visual representation of the Vanquisher; the scaled replicate of the power armour slowly turned around as the hand held device projected the high quality image on top of itself. The Vanquisher wore the exact same armour he did but without the cross on his helmet. Arjun's silver and white colors were contrasted by his black and red armour with his whole body outlined by a skeleton of his human structure made up of different bones from various races. Under the trophies were hundreds of indents and carvings that looked like crude tally marks covered his body as well from head to toe giving his armour a very rough texture. The next items Arjun noticed on his armour were the seeming less endless pockets that held a single knife each and by the look of how worn the thick leather pockets were kept it must t have meant that the Vanquisher used almost ever knife equally.

"So I got replaced by...

"Originally the Justicar armour was too inspire hope as moral was an all time low during the war against the darkspawns, but this new Justicar is not meant to create hope, its meant to kill VALOR's enemies so there is nothing to fear."

Arjun scratched his dusty brown unclean hair as the small hologram of the Vanquisher disappeared. "Even though your MKI armour is out of date, I have taken the liberty to upgrade your software as I said earlier and even added the technologies that was taken out due to your training with the rebels but why should we take advice from a race they needs us more than we do them?"

The scientist nodded to his staff workers to open the cylinder container to reveal the MKI Justicar Power Armour in all its glory, fully repaired, charged and a recoat in fresh paint as icing on top. "A fully tractable radar system, suit motors for faster turns and reflexes, reinforced armour plates and my personal favourite; a self powering nuclear fusion generator to power your additional systems and for the ability to never lose power from constant attacks."

Arjun walked up the small steps so he looked up at the deactivated power armour he took a moment to take in the sight of his suit. He had been fighting for many months against countless horrors and knew what he was up against; Void God Pandemonium and his endless armies of void creatures and the organic worshippers who treated them as gods. To stop this dark god from eradicating all organic life in the physical realm was a mysterious cloaked figure only known as the "seer" who gave special powers to several organics from different species to act on his behalf in defeating this menace to all life. Arjun Fiaz chuckled as he remembered his mother wanted him to grow up to be a simple mechanic.

"Sir..." The head tech asked wondering why he hasn't started to put on the power armour.

"Right..." Arjun responded back.

Piece by piece, the human slowly placed every armour plate over his body; the jumpsuit held the armour segment via magnets for a very tight fit to make it feel like a second skin. The Justicar took one step down to skip all the tiny steps leading up the container with his helmet under his left arm he reached for his sword that was on a cold metal table that had just finished loading all the programming into his weapon. He picked up the large sword by the hilt and sheathed it onto his backside; the powerful magnets near his suit's generator held the blade tight to his back and with both hands he placed his helmet onto his head allowing the heads up display to highlight all the staff workers with a green border to indicate they were friendly and when he looked at one of them a small piece of information appeared beside their head stating their name, occupation and rank.

The silver armoured knight walked past the team of scientists into the corridor which were now empty as most of the security teams where all already at the point of action. He turned down hall way after hallway along with using service hatches to climb up several decks until he hit the level the command bridge was on. Arjun opened the service hatch to show several armed VALOR marines had taken up positions right out side the bridge doors some of them kneeling or standing. The Justicar carefully moved in-between the squads as they slowly made room for the exalted hero to pass by and as he came closer to the bridge he could see the situation.

"Let me take the shot sir!" The EVO trooper asked as his plasma rifle vibrated ready to be unleashed at its target.

Liken had her claw around the human's mouth and her other ready to rip out his throat at any moment's notice. Her head was right up against her captive and constantly screeched and roared to cause the VALOR marines to keep their distance otherwise they would receive their captain in pieces. One the marines behind the alien slowly crept over as he was crouched to try and take her out from behind but when he was about half way onto his kill Liken's tail thrashed about before impaling him through the chest and tossed him over her body into the wall, the marine left a trail of blood along the blue metal wall as he hit the ground.

The Justicar's helmet quickly went to work on highlighting the marines and the captain in green outlines while displaying Liken is a dark red one, the recent marine who risked his life for the captain had a purple flashing border with red text flashing above his head; "PRIVATE JENKINS NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION"

Liken immediately tightened her claw drawing blood from the captain's neck as punishment for the failed attempt to stop her, she spun slowly around the room hissing at the marines until she saw the Justicar who took several steps towards her even though his allies frantically told him to draw back.

"Scale face... excuse me, but... what the fuck are you doing?" The Justicar asked

The valgary turned her attention back to all the marines who surrounded her and gave each a marine who made a small step towards her a fearful hiss when Arjun turned to the marines. "Everyone lower your weapons." The Justicar ordered. The marines listened to their hero and proceeded to put their weapons away when his command was overridden.

"Belay that order men." Responded an EVO trooper and his marines quickly raised their weapons once more. "Take her down unit-257."

Liken looked around until a large raptor like creature suddenly appeared out of thin air, his camouflage armour deactivated showing he had the barrel of his high powered rifle right up against the back of the valgary's head. She made a low pitch growl in anger as she was no longer in control of the situation, the high ranked EVO trooper past the Justicar.

"Scales let him go; you do want your brain on the inside of your head? Right?" Arjun pleaded.

Liken felt the nozzle of the high powered weapon press harder against her as the alien got more forceful the longer she had her claw around the captain's throat. In a sigh Liken released her claw allowing the frail human to stumble into his powerful marine teams allowing the raptor to strike Liken across her back with his weapon sending her to the ground as he placed one foot on her spine and crouched down with his weapon against her neck. The EVO trooper clicked a button on the side of his helmet to send a signal to the alien the go ahead to execute her but as soon as the mercenary received the transmission the Justicar had the alien pinned against the wall before having a chance to pull the trigger.

"No one will be killing anyone right now...seriously." The Justicar stated

A red and white armoured marine quickly kneeled down beside the injured person who groaned in agony clutching his chest wound with both arms. The medic injected a needle into the marine's shoulder after taking off the shoulder guard, with the help of anther medic the injured soldier was taken to the medical ward as both combat medics carried him out with his arms swung around their necks.

"Let my marine go, Justicar." Ordered the EVO trooper

Arjun pulled his elbow from the alien's throat allowing the mercenary to slowly walk back to his squad using his left claw to rub the soreness around the exposed wiring on his armoured under plating. Liken rose up onto her hooves which caused the marines to instantly point their weapons straight at her,

"Look everyone we just need to put our guns away and talk about this...." Arjun asked to the armoured marines

"That is my call Justicar, and I am going to have this alien put into the brig!" yelled back the EVO trooper

"That's enough major." The captain ordered, rubbing his neck as his small wounds stung

The captain's security officer lowered his weapon with his plasma rifle becoming dimmer over time as his gun powered down with blue steam jetting from the air vents across the top of his weapon to cool it down for safety. The Justicar shook the old captain's hand as his suit corrected his strength so he would not tear his arm off; the veteran laughed at the situation and accepted Arjun's gesture.

"I would be lying if I said the valgary attacked me unprovoked." The captain stated dusting off his uniform. "But as I said I can not help you, VALOR cannot spare my forces for more than a limited time as we have to go back to the front."

"Captain the alien just attacked you! We should lock it up!" barked the Major

"She managed to take me hostage in the midst of my own command bridge; if she wanted to kill me she would have done so by now Major. I also don't think a cell will do much to keep the alien locked away who has this much skill. Besides with the Justicar finally here there is no danger." The captain took the time to deactivate the siren to help calm the situation down further."

"Your too trusting, Ranorin."

"And I will not have this ship be a breeding ground of distrust and racism major, this crew has the largest non human crew in all of VALOR's flag ships! I've even met with the President personally when he pulled the darkspawn rebels from active service"

"Whoa." Arjun said. "What do you pulled from service? You telling me all have them are no longer in VALOR?

"When we were sent to retrieve you from your distress signal President Scott gave the orders that all the demons who were in VALOR were pulled from duty as they knew about the infinite but didn't tell our government about them so he had them pulled so they couldn't do anymore harm."

The Justicar pointed at the Red Claw mercenary behind him with his index finger. "Then what are these?"

"A former member of the Draconian Kingdom, they hated the monarchy's polices of no advancement in technology along with very strict population and territory restrictions so when we made first contact they were more than happy to join us for everything they need to grow and sustain their people and in return they would provide logistics and tactical information on our enemy." answered Captain Ranorin "It's a simple arrangement."

"Draco- look never mind. I'm sure Scale face here has told you about where we need to go." Arjun said

"Just mind going over it again to see if she is just the one who is insane here?" Ranorin asked

"Ok, not sure how to put this so I'll just say it..." The Justicar took a breath. "A race of evil space ghost vampires from somewhere far is planning to kill us all and what we need you to do is commit your entire ship to help us stop them by going to this coordinates a wizard gave me."

The captain rubbed his chin thinking about what he had been told. "You are one strange person, Justicar, and you have my pity."

"Ok yes it does sound far fetched but seriously! We are going to die!"

"I don't know what have you been drinking before we picked you up but the cult forces have been stopped." Responded the elderly captain

"Yes but they have loads more! This cloaked guy gave me this coordinates as they are attacking his sanctuary and we need to get to him because he has a plan to stop the leader of these evil ghost vampires forever!"

The EVO trooper took a step towards the two with gun rifle attached to his noisy power pack. "If you expect the captain to believe you then let's see this "wizard" of yours."

The group stood around in silence waiting for something of importance to happen but nothing had come only the hacking cough of a crew member at his computer terminal broke the awkward silence.

"He kinda just appears when he wants too..." shyly said Arjun has he rubbed his armoured arm.

"Of course he does." Said the major in disbelief

"Look, captain, if you have any ounce of respect in this armour." The Justicar slapped his chest plate. "Then just humour me by going to these coordinates, and if nothing is there, Scale face promises not to be such a bastard."

"Hey!" she yelled in argument

"Let me handle talking Scale face since you so easily fail at it."

"For the last time, my name is Liken!"

"Tomato, tomato." The Justicar stated before he turned back to Ranorin. "So will you help us?"

"If this was any other person..." Ranorin sighed. "We will go to the location and if there is nothing there we will immediately leave."

"That's all we ask" Arjun agreed to

Queen Matriarch Natyria laid on her backside against a mountain of her finest tailored pillows and blankets, her personal doctor stood on top of her with his medical instruments to check if the huge dragoness was pregnant.

"Well? Am I or not" She demanded to know using her long neck to watch the half dragon half lizard man at work

"I'm sorry, so very sorry my Queen." Malero Alterus answered "Your fertility rate has been going down with age..."

The queen angled her head so she could send a small puff of fire from her nostrils to burn the backside of the half bred doctor to warn him of the thin ice he was walking across. "Excuse me?" She asked

"I mean...you do not look a day over one million!" Malero quickly responded

"Thank you."

"All the younger drakes are jealous of your scales and still are the most sought out-"compliment Malero before he was interrupted

"That's enough Malero." Snapped Natyria

"Sorry, sorry."

Natyria sighed to herself putting her head down against her bedding as the deformed doctor used his large wings to lift himself off of the queen's belly and land down beside her bothered face. Malero began to hand his medical tools over to one of his students; the dragoness accepted her teacher's belongings and walked off on all fours with the container's handle in between her teeth. Just as about when the shadow master was about to leave he heard the sniffles of the giant matriarch he then turned around and placed his surgically altered claw on her shoulder collar.

"Its ok that you are not pregnant, it's ok. I will -"comforted Malero when the Queen snapped at him.

"It's not that, you idiot!" She said as she rolled onto her side while being careful not to squash her doctor.

"Then what is it?" Malero inquired

"It's everything Malero." Natyria took a long depressed sigh. "After this I have my scribes send messages to families who have lost their loved ones against the VALOR kingdom..."

"Natyria, people die in war it is unavoidable" he reassured her

"I trust Vurdamis's judgement about this conflict but it feels like my rule has been growing weaker." She shook her head. "Bah, I'm starting to sound like Azerigan."

Malero was about to answer the Queen matriarch when his metallic monocle on face lit up. "Excuse me." Bowed Malero as Natyria nodded and flipped onto her chest.

The shadow master left her large chamber passing by several royal knights down the long carpeted hallway before finding a secluded room to talk to his master. The half bred draconian's monocle projected the image of Lord Vurdamis in a red haze, the hologram mimicked the alien's actions.

"Malero, what are you still doing there, I need more of your void monsters at my location this instant!"

"So sorry my lord, very sorry! But what happened to the ones I sent with you?"

"The seer has brought his own reinforcements; it's only a matter of time before they screw up my plan! Vurdamis shouted

"Right away, right away! I will send my creations to help you immediately I will, yes!"

"Then make haste Malero the Grandfather does not tolerate failures."

[The Seer's Sanctuary; Inner Nexus; Year 3,568 AD, November 24th, 4:50 AM]

The Justicar avoided anther quick attack from the blade dancer; the monster used all of its bladed limbs to destroy the human but the hero slammed his shoulder into the undead causing it to falter backwards then followed through with an attack of his own that cut the monster in twain. VALOR marines traded fire power against several void marines, the undead marines has the rifles grafted onto their left arms while their right one had been transformed into the same blade that blade dancers were known for.

The massive ancient stone courtyard was engulfed in battle as Vurdamis's forces did their best to stall or even push back the advancing VALOR forces. Liken leaped from her hiding place onto a void marine; the undead was knocked to the ground but before it could use its bladed arm to defend itself the valgary sunk her claw into the helmet's view port and ripped the monster's head from its shoulders.

"Well you were right Justicar; we found a whole nest of the cultists! My ship will remain in orbit while you continue your search." Captain Ranorin said over The Justicar's comm. System

"And you thought I was crazy."

"Ranorin out." Finished the captain

The Justicar turned his head with sword in hand after splitting anther blade dancer in half to come face to face with a draconian knight, it took a moment for the human to realize that the lizard alien was a void monster as the knight too had its limbs replaced with cold metal knives even the tail of the lizard man had the top cut off for anther blade. The Justicar swung his sword but his attack bounced off from the runic barrier that protected the undead as it showed the red ripple affect where he had struck it. When the blade dancer was about to counter the Justicar's attack Liken had leaped from her spot after brutally killing the rest of the void marines who forced the humans into cover, she landed behind the blade dancer and with her tail she penetrated the shield and into its chest before placing her left hand on the armoured chest plate and right hand on the legs then ripped the undead into halves.

When the dust settled the VALOR troops began to count their losses as Arjun and Liken both nodded to each other and headed to the last room. The Justicar had his sword drawn; gripping it tightly with both hands to strike down anything that jumped from the shadows while Liken crept low to the ground not making a single sound as she tried to make her self as inconspicuous as possible. They hit a dead end.

"What the fu-." Arjun sighed. "Don't tell me took anther god damn wrong turn! This place is a freaking maze!"

"This has to be where he wanted us...maybe there is a secret door?" Liken said hopefully

"Doubt it." Arjun said before shivering. "Did it just get cold in here?"

"You feel it too; it's almost, not right..." She said as her breath turned into a vapour cloud from leaving her mouth.

As the temperature declined rapidly the room began to form a thick layer of ice on top of itself, the stone walls began to crack while the floor became a solid sheet of ice. In a matter of moments the once stone carved room was now an eerie winter prison as the exit became block by a huge iceberg like object. Small shards of ice began breaking off of the ice covered walls and were drawn to the middle of the room, hovering in the air as more and more randomly joined at various places. The shards began to break off the wall faster and faster showing that they were not stopping at random places but forming a humanoid body and when the walls where back to normal state, there stood Lord Vurdamis.

"What are you?" Arjun asked

"Your end." Vurdamis responded. "For too long you miserable little insects ran rampart in this realm, you are nothing more than food for the Grandfather and neither you organics nor the seer can stop him!"

"Orgaincs? Wait that means you are a..."

"An infinite Lord, yes. Don't let my look fool you insect the infinite have been looking for other ways to gain physical forms in this realm of mortality! First with metallic armour and now my own discovery of frozen water."

"You're not going to stop us; the seer will kick your grandfather's ass back to what ever hole he crawled out of!" Arjun argued.

Vurdamis lifted his hand up into the sky to allow the water vapour in the air to become hail. The ice shards quickly came together to create a massive scythe as dark energy circled around the hilt of the weapon. "We shall see, organic."

The Justicar charged Lord Vurdamis with his blade in the air, the many skull faces of the infinite lord grinned in a sick pleasure. Before the knight could begin to swing his weapon Vurdamis tore through his power armour with a single sweep of his cold scythe, Arjun fell to the ground clutching his chest wound in agony. The frozen infinite lord laughed when Liken tried to get the jump onto the Grandfather's elite servant. Liken's claw hit the frozen armour and he shattered into a million shards before her, the valgary had a puzzled look on her face thinking she had won when the shards immediately pointed at her and flew right into the valgary.

Liken roared in pain has her body was filled with hundreds of clear blue shards that covered almost every inch of herself drawing blood. The shards ejected from her body and formed Lord Vurdamis right in front of her allowing the infinite lord to sink the blade of his scythe into Liken then he spun around and sent her flying right onto the Justicar.

"I expected more from the Seer's chosen servants, too think my forces were defeated by an adolescent human." said Vurdamis in disbelief as he kicked the Justicar over onto his back. "And the last valgary of her kind" he finished while putting his ice cold boot on Liken's tail to keep her from crawling away.

Arjun coughed blood into his helmet. "It can't end like this..." he whispered.

"Oh but it can organic." Vurdamis overheard. "After the seer and the blasted Queen Matriarch are dead at my feet the Grandfather will rid this realm of all organic life and then reshape it in his glorious image! If you pledge your allegiance to the Void God I'll let you live as one of my shadow master's creations."

"Go fuck yourself." Arjun answered. "Divert all auxiliary power to weapon!" he said shortly after

Vurdamis's skull faces grew a puzzled look on their faces when the Justicar gripped his illuminated blade and with all his might swung at Vurdamis... who caught the blade with his free hand and yanked the sword from the Justicar's grasp with ease.

"Pathetic." Vurdamis stated when he threw the blade causing it to explode in the background. The ice armoured infinite lord let out a guffaw at the useless attack and lifted the Justicar up by the neck so his feet would not touch the ground, his icy touch turned Arjun's skin a pure black from the frostbite, Vurdamis's eyeless sockets starred back at the dying human with a cold blue fog seeping from his fanged mouth. "I'm going to enjoy watching you die organic as the icy chill of death will consume you whole."

Liken mustered the strength that she could to get back up onto her hind legs bleeding from her countless wounds as she walked sluggishly over to the distracted infinite lord she had previously crawled away from. She took a deep breath and leaped onto Lord Vurdamis who was not fazed by the sudden attack. His skulls became a sick smile and the ice around his armour intensified ten fold becoming colder than ever before, all of Liken's body parts that touched his armour became black as coal and started to crack as she fell to the ground whacked with pain.

Lord Vurdamis cackled as he felt the human's life slipping and into his icy cold grip and then in a flash his kill was denied. The Justicar and Liken had vanished. The infinite lord looked around dazed and confused then slammed is plated fist into the wall in anger.

[The Seer's Sanctuary; Year 3,568 AD, November 24th, 5:02 AM]

The cloaked figure waved his hidden arm over the two heroes undoing the pain and wounds that the powerful Lord Vurdamis had inflicted upon them. He placed both of his sleeves on the heroes; one for each then with his will he caused them to breathe once more.

"Bloody hell man..." Arjun said as he got up holding his head while Liken placed both of her claws on the wall while standing upright to spit out blood from his mouth.

"Now you know what you are up against." The seer explained.

"You fucking let that happen to us?!" Arjun yelled back

"Indeed."

"You know a simple "he is powerful!" would be enough"

Liken shook her head and turned around and went on all fours to walk up to the upright people. "We did as you ask, now tell us how to kill the void god." Demanded Liken whose words were filled with revenge

"If we are to defeat Void God Pandemonium and his minions then we will need to summon this realm's own god to fend him off."

"Come again?" Arjun asked

"I am the Seer, avatar of Elder the guardian of life. I oversee the defence of this realm to make sure the balance of life and death remains regulated."

Liken growled under her breath. "Then where was this "Guardian" when the infinite started to destroy everything, my people were wiped out!" She yelled.

"Elder has been trying to get help from the rest of the Pantheon of gods but the other deities are scared and frightened thinking it would be better to hold out for themselves and give into Pandemonium's demands in fear thinking they would be his next target. Elder was the only member of the pantheon who spoke out against Pandemonium to try and rally others to go against him and this invasion is the Void God's plan to silence him once and for all."

"Well that's a kick in the ass, so what the hell do we do to stop this invasion?"

"The first time the infinite invaded the realm was when the draconians, the slave labour of the ghoul empire, brought them into this realm through the use of their magic as a means to set them free from their slavers. The arrogance of the ghoul leaders saw the infinite as no threat and decided to make them suits so they could act as cheap labour."

"So it backfired, pretty hard I would imagine."

"Indeed" answered the Seer "Once Lord Khaos was defeated and Pandemonium's forces were defeated I retreated to this sanctum to recover my powers I had my two generals Xross of the darkspawn rebels and Carpender of the Rak'tan find and train my chosen champions that contain power from the guardian himself. You champions would act as a defence against the infinite if they were to ever invade again, which is why I have called you two here."

"Why are there only two of us?" Liken asked

"Not including Xross, Carpender or the previous Justicar there are two more champions that are alive today. The first one is a human named Ethan Alexander and a powerful draconian dragon named Azerigan." The Seer answered "I have chosen you two as you both already know of whom you are, the other two will join when the time is right."

"Ok, so what is our first step in space ghost ass kicking?" Arjun said with enthusiasm

"Lord Vurdamis normally keeps to his domain deep within the infinite realm known as the Shadow Core and more specifically Dark spire; his fortress.
