The outline below is a guide. It will be altered to fit your character's specific anatomy--as long as character A's requirements are met--and behavior. The order of scenes can be rearranged and the circumstances that led your character to this fate can also be changed to fit your preferences.

Intro: Discovering Fate

• A wakes to discover themself strapped to a table/bed

• Dom is introduced

• No real monologue except to say that the procedures may be uncomfortable and/or painful

• Begging to stop can be added to various following scenes

Scene One: Stretching

• Dom uses various items to stretch out vagina and urethra

• Retractors, speculums, dilators, dildos, inflatable plugs

• Stretching takes what feels like days as A's body is pushed beyond its natural limits

• By the end of the stretching, Dom's hand can easily slide into A's vagina and two of their fingers into A's urethra

• Stretching proceeds to A's cervix/uterus/bladder

• More painful than previous stretching and requires considerably more force

• Bladder and uterus expanded with inflatable plugs

• By the end of this stretching, A's bladder and uterine muscles have weakened and are slack enough to be easily stretched

Scene Two: Making It Permanent

• Dom inserts an odd cylindrical device into A's urethra; the far end penetrates just deeply enough to open the internal bladder sphincter

• Cranking a handle attached to the end of the device, it begins to slowly stretch open, maintaining its cylindrical shape

• Small backward-facing barbed spines emerge from the object and embed in the urethra and bladder's opening

• Dom unlocks the handle from the device, which stays lodged in A, spreading them open to about the size of the average penis

• Dom licks the inside of A's urethra and bladder

• No matter how they push and try, A cannot dislodge the device

• To prevent urine leak, another inflatable plug is inserted in A's bladder, keeping it stretched far more than it ever would be naturally

• Dom moves to A's cervix

• Dom inserts dilator into cervix, which stays in by the dilator's end inflating in the uterus as a small, spiked plug

• Dom inserts a large vacuum tube into A's vagina

• The tube stretches A's vagina as wide as it will go

• Dom turns on a mechanical vacuum that slowly begins to suck A's insides

• Over a stretch of time A can't measure, the vacuum tube begins to gradually turn them inside-out

• A's vagina prolapses into the tube, their stretched cervix at its end

• Dom removes the vacuum tube

• The hose attachment to the dilator keeps A's vagina prolapsed

• Dom strokes and licks A's prolapse before moving on

• A can't tell if it feels good or not

• Dom unwinds a spool of wire

• The wire is covered with backward facing barbs

• Dom uses a variety of tools to wrap the wire around A's prolapse

• The wire is incredibly firm and A's prolapse is unable to shrink because of it

• Additional straight lengths of wire attach to the rings to keep the prolapse elongated

• To further prevent prolapse from shrinking or retreating back into the vagina, Dom pierces the base of the prolapse to the base of A's labia

• Dom finally removes the plug from A's cervix; when pushing forward the spikes collapse and it can be easily removed

• The plug is replaced with an object similar to the one in the urethra

• This object only consists of a barbed ring which is expanded until A's cervix is as dilated as it can be

• The crank handle is removed and the dilation ring is permanently affixed to the cervical os

Optional Scene Three: Modifying the Breasts

• Dom closely inspects A's nipples, then inserts a small gauge IV catheter

• IV pumps in an odd fluid that heats A's insides

• Fluid fills A's chest until their breasts increase in size OR until they appear to have small breasts

• Dom removes the catheter

• A's breasts seem to grow hotter and hotter inside

• A's nipples leak fluid slowly at first

• Dom applies pressure, massaging the fluid out

• One the fluid is expressed, the once small holes in A's nipples are much larger

• The deflated flesh is visibly baggy like stretched-out clothing

• Dom inserts a slim, lubed dilator into A's nipples

• The dilators are removed and replaced with gradually increasing sizes of dilators

• The dilator is eventually replaced with an inflatable plug

• The plug inflates A's chest until the skin is no longer baggy

• The plug inflates slowly, stretching A's breasts until [size determined by commissioner]

• Dom removes the hose attachment from the plugs, which remain lodged in A's breasts to maintain the stretching feeling

• After some time, hose is reattached and the plugs are deflated and removed

• Dom is not finished and inserts another plug that is coated in odd fluid like liquid latex

• The plug is inflated until A's breasts regain their previous size

• It feels like the plug is fusing to A's insides

• Dom deflates and removed the plug, but A's breasts remain the same size and their nipples stay gaped large enough to fit two fingers

Ending Scene

Completely determined by commissioner, but some possibilities include:

• A is set free back to wherever they came from, leaving them to struggle alone with their heavily modified body

• A has been prepared as a toy and is promptly shipped off to be with their new owner

• A is put on display as a sort of circus freak attraction

• A is used as an anything goes public sex toy
