Gentle Rage

Jin spent his life training to become stronger to save his friend. Today is that day.

Jinnosuke Midoriya was what you call a wandering spirit, a ronin if he was a samurai. However, this lone wolf drifter was not wandering aimlessly, he was a man on a mission, and he would see it done, even if it killed him.

It all started about a year ago, but it will finally end in the coming days, whether the other party likes it or not.

The two men guarding the main entrance to the Valiom Church, a bull and horse, looked bored out of their minds, meanwhile, the head priest was inside giving his sermon to his royal congregation, everything seemed peaceful and going as planned, as usual.

Until he arrived.

In the distance, they saw this menacing figure of a tall wolf with blackish-grey fur, and shaggy, silver hair that covered one eye, leaving the other to glow an ominous golden, like a feral beast on a hunt. His imposing, heavily muscular figure was clad in a sleeveless hoodie, leaving his powerful body exposed to the elements, even the sweatpants he wore barely held onto the thick trunks he had for thighs, walking barefooted with nothing but worn-out bandages that barely covered them, unphased by the hot pavement he walked on from the sweltering morning today.

"Hey, hold it right there!" The horse stood in front of the wolf as the young man walked closer.

"I'm here to see the head priest. It's a personal matter." The wolf said in a deep voice, but even and unphased, almost bored tone.

"Sorry, but he's conducting a sermon." The guard tried pushing the wolf away, but he didn't even shift.

"That wasn't a request." The wolf replied, his exposed eye glowing a faint shade of purple for a second.

...

*CRASH* The door was smashed open as the two guards were sent flying through it with great force, shocking everyone in the prayer hall, including the middle-aged human male that was standing on the podium dressed in his cassock. However, he quickly composed himself as he saw the wolf casually walking in. "You know, it is pretty rude to disturb a sermon in the house of god. Especially in such a... violent manner."

"I don't give a flying fuck about your useless gibberish or your god. My business is with you, Father Gilliam." He glanced beside the human, his eyes falling on a golden-furred fox with a small scar on the lower part of his left cheek, who did his best not to look at the wolf, even scooted a bit till he was more hidden behind the head priest.

"Then I'm afraid you'll have to book an appointment. I'll have my secretary meet you soon."

"No. Now."

"I'm a busy person, young man. If it's a confession or other service you seek-" Before the priest could say anymore, the wolf produced a pair of black dice with golden dots, the 1 dot sides have a single scratch running right down the middle of the dots, almost resembling a snake's eyes. Judging by his expression, and the fox's, that got their attention.

"A mutual 'acquaintance' told me where to find you. And he sends his regards." The wolf then tossed the dice on the ground, both landing on 1s.

"Hmm... Michael." The priest addressed the fox, who jumped slightly from the suddenness of it. "Take our... guest here to my office and wait for me there. Do keep him entertained until I come." He then turned back to the wolf. "After the sermon."

"A-Alright. Right this way, s-sir." The fox, Michael addressed the wolf, who glared at the priest for a while longer... before finally following behind the fox.

As they walked away, far from the rest of the congression, the silence between them was pretty heavy, the wolf looking down at the wolf, noticing his long, smooth, bleach-blonde hair that was styled back into a ponytail. Then the wolf finally spoke up. "It's good to see you again, Micchi. How's life been treating you?" When he didn't hear a reply from the fox, he asked again. "Micchi-"

"It's Michael, now, Jin. And please, whatever it is you want from the head priest, just ask and go. Get as far away from here as possible." Michael softly but firmly requested, not even looking at the wolf as he spoke.

"I'm here for you, Micchi."

The fox stopped walking... and let out a sigh. "Please, stop this nonsense right now. I'm... fine... Father Gilliam has been taking good care of me, has been for almost five years now." He tried to hide it as much as he could, but the way his voice trembled and how he rubbed at one arm was pretty noticeable telltale signs.

"You're such a bad liar. Always have been." Jin, the wolf stepped closer to the fox, leaning down to whisper in an almost menacing tone. "I can smell him on you, ya know." Michael let out a small gasp of shock, his eyes widening in fear. "And I'm guessing you're supposed to 'entertain' me the same way you do him?"

"Shut up!" Michael spun around, fear and anger in his eyes. "F-Father Gilliam is a busy man, he's always stressed, and... it's the only way I can help him."

"Like how you've been 'helping' those mafia grunts and their boss two years ago?" Michael once more gasped in shock, staring up at the towering wolf. "I know a lot, more than you think, Micchi." He raised one hand to caress the fox's face. "I was weak back then, insignificant. But now I can help you, provide for you, give you the life you deserve." He leaned down closer to Michael, their lips inches from touching. "Let me take you away from here... away from these people..."

But Michael pushed him gently. "I'm sorry. This has been my life for as long as I can remember. We're not children anymore, don't make promises you can't keep, Jin." He gently held his own arms, hugging himself. "I'm... not the pure little kit you met all those years ago... not anymore."

"I don't care. You're still my dear friend... and as I grew up, you became the man I want to spend my life with..." Jin gently rested his hand on Michael's shoulder, the fox slightly turning his head to look back at the wolf.

"Jin..." The fox blushed slightly, finally allowing a tiny smile to spread on his face.

"AHEM." The two of them turned to see Father Gilliam, flanked by the two guards from earlier. "Am I... interrupting something?" Michael looked down in embarrassment, but Jin just scoffed. "I thought I instructed you to lead him to my office, not strike up a casual conversation."

"My apologies, Father." Michael kept looking down at his feet as he spoke.

"No matter, you did keep him entertained, so it's all fine. Now then, if you please." Gilliam walked past them, this time leading the way to his office, the two guards giving the wolf the stink eye as they walked past. Once inside, it looked like any office, with a large desk and a desktop computer on it, large bookshelves on the side, some basic decorations, nothing that stands out really. Gilliam sat down on one of the large leather couches. "So... you wanted something from me?"

Jin sat on the other couch, arms hanging behind it, and manspreading with one leg crossed over the other, his whole posture just screamed disrespect at the head priest. He didn't say anything at first, but then glanced at Michael... then pointed at him. "You will release him into my care. You and those like you don't deserve someone like him." Michael gasped a bit, a blush briefly coloring his face before disappearing.

"I'm afraid I can't do that, young man. Michael here-" Gilliam started speaking but was cut off by Jin.

"Michio." Jin corrected firmly. "His name is Michio."

"Michael here..." Gilliam put a bit of emphasis on the name he calls the fox. "Is an important part of my flock and the best assistant I could ask for. I can't just let him go at the drop of a hat."

"Alright. Instead of the drop of a hat, how about the fall of your little empire? Hmm?" Before Gilliam could ask, Jin pulled out a folder that was in the back of his pants, dropping it on the desk. The human regarded him skeptically, but then picked up the folder and checked its contents... the more he flipped through, the wider his eyes got and the shallower his breathing became. Out of the corner of his eye, Michael saw what was causing the priest distress. Locations, names, scandalous pictures, even phone records, pictures of the priest's men meeting local gangsters and mafia thugs, all of the pictures should some sort of illegal exchange taking place, everything was on those papers. "I'm guessing being a man of the cloth doesn't pay the bills? And don't bother with calling out my bluff. What you have there are just copies, I hid the real things with someone I trust."

Jin had a small smirk on his face as he pulled his arms in, crossing them over his strong chest. "Your 'friend' in the neighboring city should've called himself 'Canary' instead of 'Snake-eyes'. He sure started singing once he was backed in a corner and boy what a ballad it was."

Gilliam groaned, a small drop of sweat sliding down his face. "How much do you want?"

*BAM* Jin was instantly on his feet, one foot slamming down on the table between the two couches as he leaned down at the human, his exposed eye glaring menacingly at the man, his smile completely gone, slightly baring his fangs. "You can keep your blood money. I made my demand, you have until the weekend to comply or the police aren't the only ones who see these papers." With that, he finally made his way to the door *BANG* kicking it off its hinges. "And I ain't paying for shit, feel free to get the police involved. From what I heard, they are very eager to talk to you."

That night, Jin lay in his bed in the hotel room he booked for his stay there, wearing nothing but his boxers as he looked up at the ceiling, hands behind his head, looking deep in thought. He briefly closed his eyes as his mind drifted way back down memory lane, to the time when he met Michio for the first time.

The fox was getting bullied by the bigger boys of the orphanage until Jin jumped in and knocked them down a few pegs, after that day, Michio followed him around like a lost pup, which was annoying at first, but the wolf eventually got used to it. Later when they got talking properly, it turns out they were in the same boat, so to speak, both of them never knew their parents, left at the doors of the orphanage when they were still in the wrapper and have been raised by the staff ever since.

After that revelation, they were almost inseparable, sure they got teased for that fact by other children, but one glare from Jin was enough to send them running, they even started sharing a bed after the staff changed the room accommodations, putting them in the same room. They also shared the same fascination in martial arts, and not just the overexaggerated stuff in movies, tv shows, and anime, but the real-life practice of such arts, Jin even tried mimicking some moves, which usually ended with him getting a few scratches and bruises for his trouble.

However, all of that ended when they came.

They were clearly a bad bunch, menacing men dressed in all black, their leader clearly a human, but with the sunglasses and mask, his features weren't visible, Jin was hidden behind one of the pillars in the front yard, away from sight, and he saw it, this huge bundle of cash shamelessly handed to the director of the orphanage and his wife, who reluctantly accepted it. That's when the bad men came in and took Michio away, Jin tried to put a stop to it all, but he wasn't strong enough, and they took his friend away.

After that, he became the angriest and most bitter boy anyone would have the displeasure of meeting, he refused to talk to the director, his wife, or anyone from the staff, they knew why and they had no excuse for what they let transpire, the only thing they would say is that they really needed the money to keep the orphanage running. Just as dark and suicidal thoughts began taking root in his mind, his adoptive parents came into the picture.

His father, the owner of a dojo in Midorima Valley, a large and imposing wolf himself, took a strange interest in the pup, but he at least went through the proper, and legal channels for the adoption. Seeing the man training reignited something in the pup and so he begged and pleaded for the man to train him, but his father Ginnosuke refused for a long time... that is until Jin was ten years old.

"You are not a sentient being, you are formless, a piece of clay to be molded how I see fit. If you truly want me to train you, then you will do everything I say without complaining, no matter how much it hurt, no matter how tired you are. Understood?"

"Hai!" Jin replied firmly. And that's when the first hellish year of training started, the man wasn't lying, it hurt, it was draining, and he was left crying most nights. But his mother, Sayaka was always there to wipe his tears away and support him.

Despite his demeanor, Ginnosuke was actually a very gentle and loving father, outside the dojo and training time at least, he did everything he could to provide for Jin and give him the best life he could ask for, great education, exceptional schools, supporting him in his martial arts tournaments, he gave him everything but never spoiled him. He truly became the father Jin didn't know but always wanted, even after he came out as gay to his parents, they still loved and supported him unconditionally, and everyone else did as well.

With the support of his family, the friends he made, and the family-like environment of the town he lived in, the people who loved and cared for him, he went hard into his training, as Ginnosuke promised him, he was slowly being molded into a fine young man with a strong heart and strong body, but he let Jin mold himself into such, he was just there to smooth out any unwanted bumps. After his graduation from high school... it was around that time he told his parents about Michio and how he wanted to go look for him.

At first, they were reluctant... but eventually gave him their blessing, on the condition that he stay out of trouble and keep in contact. It was around that time that he found out that his father is quite a well-connected man, everywhere he went, he found someone who knew his father and they helped him in any way they can to see him fulfill his mission.

Six months ago, he arrived at his semi-permanent base of operations in Aurum City, a semi-close neighbor to Valiom City where the church was located, with the help of another friend of his father's, he managed to find someone with all the answers, the snake was pretty cocky at first, surrounded by his thugs and bitches, but once they were taken care of, the guy lost that smugness of his, and a few bruises were more than generous a-payment for his information.

And finally, his long search has come to an end, and he's going to see it through, no matter what. "Wait for me, Michio."

*knock knock knock* "Mr. Midoriya? There's a letter for you." Jin heard one of the staff at his door. Making his way over and opening to reveal a tabby cat dressed in the staff uniform of the hotel, the feline blushed fiercely seeing the half-naked wolf in front of him, covering his face with one hand while the other handed the letter to the wolf. "Someone from the church said to hand this to you, directly."

"Thank you." Jin took the letter and closed the door... the cat's tail wagged in irritation as he walked away, but he didn't go far before Jin was out the door again, giving him a pretty generous tip.

Jin went back to his room and read the letter 'I have given your demands some thought and I accept. Meet me at the old ruins on the outskirts of town, we don't need any prying eyes nosing around. Regards Father Antoine Gilliam.'

"That's definitely a trap, boy." Came a deep monstrous voice from inside Jin, his shadow instantly growing large and covering the entire wall behind him as well as part of the ceiling, blocking out all the light and plunging the room into darkness. Menacing purple eyes of a beast glowed as they glared down at the wolf.

"No doi." Jin fanned himself with the letter a few times before crumbling it in his hand, then threw it into the bin as he stood up. "But this might be the only chance I have at getting Michio back." He began putting on some clothes, a black tank top with a sleeveless hoodie on top and dark-colored sweat pants, still going barefooted with the bandages around his feet, while his hands were covered in a pair of fingerless kickboxing gloves.

"I fail to see the significance of that kit. You can certainly do better than some weakling."

"In your head, perhaps." Jin put on his sleeveless hoodie, straightening it out. "But he's the only one for me, of that I'm sure."

"Hmph, be still my stone-cold heart." The beast mocked in its deep voice. "You mortals and your drama. I truly don't give a fuck about what you worms do, as long as I get to tear into someone."

"You'll get your chance, Shu. After I make sure Michio is safe and out of harm's way." He firmly reminded, pointing an accusatory finger at his shadow.

"Hmph. You were never able to stop me before boy, what makes you think this time will be any different?"

"Remember, old man. You need me, I'm the only one who can handle your chaoticness. Without me, you'll quickly evaporate into nothing."

"Watch your tongue, boy! Unless you want me to rip it right out of your mouth!"

"I'd like to see you try, you old, angry mutt. But after we save Michio and put that damned 'priest' in his place."

"Drop the 'we', you're the only one who's all gaga over some used toy." Hearing this *SMASH* Jin suddenly spun around and punched the shadow behind him HARD, but only managed to punch the wall leaving an impressive hole the perfect size of his fist. "Hehe, seems I struck a nerve~"

"Fuck you." Jin growled as he put his hoodie on and left the room.

A couple of hours worth of walking later, Jin found himself at the ruins in question, namely in the center where an altar-like place was placed, the podium or whatever was supposed to be in the middle was just like the rest of this place, crumbled to rubble and forgotten by time, yet the full moon shining down on the whole place made it look as beautiful and spiritual as it was supposed to be all that time ago. "I'm here, Father. Let's dispense with the charade and mystery games already. I know who you really are and what you really do, so how about we skip the 'pleasantries' already." No later than he said that, the priest's men began appearing from their hiding places, each carrying some form of weapon, a couple in the distance carrying pistols while the rest had bats, chains, knuckle dusters, and other types of melee weapons. "So, a coward till the end, I see? Fucking fine by me." Jin cracked his knuckles, then rolled his neck and shoulders in preparation. "Now... to take care of the peskier flies first." His eyes glowed a bright purple from behind his hair... *SWOSH* then disappeared out of sight.

Just as he suddenly disappear, he appeared behind the men carrying the pistols, their mistake was standing so close to each other, he only had to grab them both by the head and *CRACK* that takes care of that. He heard someone charging behind him, the glint of the moonlight reflecting briefly on the metal bat on the nearby wall was all the warning he needed, side-stepping just as the bat swung down, missing him slightly. He then delivered a strong kick to the man's abdomen, leaving him hanging a few feet in the air before a roundhouse kick sent him flying away.

Another guy charged at him with knuckle dusters, Jin was about to block, but a chain wrapped itself around his forearm and tugged hard, briefly causing him to lose balance, but he wasn't phased as he expertly blocked each incoming strike with just one hand, a quick jab to the man's face put a stop to the barrage, with Jin giving him three kicks to the side, on the leg, the hips, the arm, finally finishing him with a powerful axe kick that saw the man's face buried hard into the rubble below them, he was pretty sure something in the man's head cracked as well, but he didn't care for low-lives like him. As for the chain dude, he grabbed it in both hands and PULLED, sending the guy hurtling at him, only to be clotheslined by Jin's strong and hard forearm, leaving him spinning in the air for a solid second before rolling on the ground.

Seeing how their fellow thugs getting taken out so easily, the others cowered and hesitated, especially since they lost their ranged back up first, seeing this, Jin smirked menacingly. "Really? Is that all? Lose a few people and you lose your spines in the process?" Hearing no reply, Jin let out a deep disappointed sigh, shaking his head. "In that case..." He suddenly took a stance... then charged at the rest of the thugs at full speed, making quick and easy work of them with a vengeful flurry of kicks and punches.

As the last of them fell to the floor, Jin stood there fixing his gloves, not a single scratch on him or the slightest tear in his clothes. "Gods it is hard to find good help these days." Father Gilliam sighed in disappointment as he finally made his presence known, standing calmly on the far side of the small 'arena' with his hands behind his back. "I knew that sending out these cretins wouldn't even slow you down."

"As you can see, resistance is futile. Give Michio to me and I'll leave you all alone, you'll never see either of us ever again." Jin stood calmly, but only on the outside, but inside his blood was boiling with barely contained rage, his fists clenching hard to the point that his claws dug slightly into his palms.

"Oh, don't worry. You'll get him and much more." The moment Gilliam said that, Michael's short, golden form appeared from behind the priest, dressed in his cassock like everyone else, he turned to face the wolf... Jin let out a small gasp as he saw the small bruise on the fox's cheek, which made his blood boil even more.

Michael started walking slowly toward the wolf, but stopped with a bit of a distance still between them. "I warned once and I'll warn you again... Leave now, Jin... go and don't look back... Please, Jin."

Jin was silent for a few seconds... then took a deep breath... and let it out slowly. "I can't do that, Michio, not after I finally found you. This time, I'm not letting go."

Michael let out a defeated sigh as he grabbed onto his cassock... then flung it off of his body. Jin let out a small frightened gasp as the fox stood there in front of him wearing nothing but long pants, gloves similar to Jin's as well as a pair of foot guards, his upper body exposed for the wolf to see, a pendant around his neck in the shape of a red egg with golden decorations. The fox's golden and white-furred, muscular body was littered with various scars from blades, claws, burn marks, and even a few bullet wounds here and there. "I'm sorry, Jin. But I can't leave this life behind..." He had a defeated and empty look in his eyes as he spoke, a fake smile spread on his face as he spread his arms, revealing his body further to the wolf. "I'm in way too deep... swimming out of this darkness is impossible."

"Then let me be your lifeline! Let me be the light at the end of this tunnel!" Jin smacked his chest a bit too hard for emphasis, but he didn't care. "Let me save you, dammit! Micchi!"

Michael... let a tear streak down his face as he tried to hold back from crying. He wanted out... he wanted to leave, he wanted to be saved... and the boy- no the man that he believed would never see again was standing right in front of him... but he couldn't...

"Let your soul be saved, my child. This could be your chance- nay, this IS your chance." A deep and soothing voice whispered into Michael's ear.

"I can't Nero... not when my hands are covered in blood, not when I was swimming in the shadows of despair for too long." He held his palms open in front of him, both his hands shaking slightly. "I can't drag him down with me... not when he's gotten a much better life to live for."

Earlier in the afternoon, Father Gilliam and Michael stood in the empty prayer hall, facing the large, colorful stained glass window, featuring many holy figures and motifs in the designs. "And you promise that you have nothing to do with that brat finding out?" Gilliam asked in a threatening tone.

"I promise you, Father. I had nothing to do-" *SLAP* a firm backhand sent him tumbling to the ground, leaving a very red and visible bruise on his cheek. It took him a second to refocus his sight before standing up once more. "I had nothing... to do with him finding out." He repeated, a bit firmly this time.

"Good." Gilliam then walked past the fox, but stopped a short distance behind him. "After tonight, I want you to pack your belongings." Michael gasped in shock, turning quickly to face the priest. "You'll be shipped to our Devarna branch come morning. I already called for someone to pick you up."

"B-But I thought..."

"What? That you're something special?" Gilliam turned to regard him with a disgusted look. "Get off your high-fucking-horse. You're nothing without this organization, if it weren't for us, you'd be still under that fucking pervert's greasy palms, selling your worthless ass to the nearest drug-addled hobo." He firmly grabbed the fox by his cheeks tightly, lifting him up until Michael was on his toes. "I was the one who saved you from that life. I am the one who built you into the soldier you are now. I gave you a good life, fed you, bed you, fucking clothed you! Don't start acting like you're some special gift from the gods." He then shoved the fox away. "A used and broken toy like you is not worth shit. Now do something good in your miserable life and prepare for tonight." Then he finally left the fox alone to his thoughts.

Michael soon fell to his knees, sobbing his pain and sorrow out as tears fell like rain to the floor, no matter how much he wiped away, more just kept coming. "I can't do this... I can't take this anymore..."

"You don't have to, my child." Just then, his spirit partner, Nero, floated down gently behind, the white and golden falcon with lots of golden accessories adorning his beautifully sculpted body reached a hand down to the fox, helping him up to his feet, his other hand gently wiping the tears away, his red and golden mask covering most of his expression, but the gentle smile spreading on his beak was still visible, albeit barely. "You have a chance, child. The chance to free yourself from these rusted shackles."

"No... Nero, I can't." He turned his head away from the falcon, unable to look him in the eyes.

"He has the power and the allies to put a stop to all of this." Nero held his hands firmly. "Remember what Snake-Eyes said?"

Snake-Eyes... probably the most fickle member of this putrid organization, and yet he was the one they trusted with all their sensitive information, if he falls, the entire organization crumbles to nothingness. And yet... he was the only one that Michael trusted, the only one who showed him genuine kindness and love growing up, he was the one who gave the fox his new name and identity. Through him, he kept tabs on Jin's life, through him he knew that the wolf was raised by a fine family and loving and supportive community, the many friends he made, the relationships and bonds he built, and how he trained hard all those years until the day came when he went out to find him.

However... the snake was just as sick and tired of this life and this organization as the fox, he trusted Michael with one piece of information: 'The first chance I get to kick these people down to the ground, I'll take it. Doesn't matter if the whole operation crumbles on my head. And when the chance for you to jump ship- and it is coming sooner than you think, take it, do not hesitate.' He remembers those words very clearly, but...

"I can't! I can't ruin all that for him! I can't let him throw it, and his life away for me!"

Nero regarded him with sympathy, the young man went through all kinds of hell growing up, of course, it won't be easy for him to just up and leave, it was during the lowest parts of his life that Nero found him, the desire to be saved somehow overpowered the darkness enough for the falcon to make his appearance. He finally let out a sigh as he embraced his partner, rubbing his head soothingly. "I know you'll make the right decision, child. And I'll be there for you, the entire way."

"Thank you... Nero..."

Back in the present. Michael wiped away the tears from his eyes and face... "Nero..." When he didn't hear a reply from the falcon, he repeated firmly. "Nero!"

"I'm here, Michio. I just hope you realize what you're doing." The falcon's body glowed brightly behind the fox, before engulfing his body entirely. Once the light faded, the fox stood there with a new outfit, his pants replaced with slightly baggier pants with a waistcoat around his waist, his torso covered in a slim, golden chain crossing over his chest, left arm was covered in a white bandage from hands to the forearm while the right arm had a golden armor on it, Nero's mask grew slightly bigger in size and covered his right shoulder like a pauldron.

Michael then took a stance, with one foot on the front and the other braced on the back, ready to fight the wolf. "Micchi... I don't want to fight you, please!"

"You made your choice... and I made mine." With that, Michael charged at him, sending a flurry of kicks at him, so fast that Jin was barely dodging them, until one finally connected to his chin, opening his abdomen for a powerful elbow strike that knocked the air out of him and sent him skidding back a short distance. "Jin, please stop this. I don't want to hurt you!"

The wolf grunted as he stood up straight, wiping some blood from his lips. "Like you said: You made your choice, and I made mine." He then stood up in a calm posture. "I'm not going to fight you... but I WILL save you, Micchi."

Hearing that reply, Michael let out a war cry as he charged at the wolf, who made no move to block or dodge as the fox laid into him with attack after attack, strike after strike, hitting his legs, torso, and even a few head strikes. "Why... *KICK* can't you... *PUNCH* just... *WHAM* understand!?" The final strike was a very powerful straight kick to his abdomen, sending him flying into a sturdy column behind him. "Why can't you get it into your thick, fucking skull!? Just get up and leave! You have so much to live for, dammit!!" He was panting hard for breath, more from the screaming than the fight itself... but he didn't hear a reply from the wolf. "Jin...?" His eyes widened as he gasped in horror, he saw the small streak of blood on the column that Jin was leaning against, the wolf's head dripping with blood as well. "No... No no no no no!" He pressed his hand to his mouth, his entire body shaking in horror. "No... what have I done?"

"You're job, boy. And a fine work with it as well." Gilliam placed his hand firmly on Michael's shoulder. "Guess it's worth keeping you around after all." Michael was frozen in place, unable to breathe, talk, or even think. "Let's go, I'll have someone clean up this mess later." The fox, still in shock, followed the priest silently, this was the very first time he actually killed someone... and it was the man he loved...

"Pathetic." They jumped as they heard the deep, monstrous voice, Jin's body glowing as it was engulfed in red and purple, demonic fire. "Guess I'll be taking over then." Once the fires dispersed, Jin's body was covered in menacing, mystical markings, his hair sprung back into a huge, mighty mane that glowed a mix of red and purple, flowing like an angry flame, oni-like horns jutting from his forehead as both his upper and lower canines grew into curved tusks, leaving his mouth open in a constant growl with all his fangs bared, when he opened his eyes the right glowed a bright, crimson-red while the left was a dark shade of purple.

He was dressed in tattered, baggy gi-pants that were crotchless and thighless, with a red fundoshi to cover his hefty junk, while a thick shimenawa rope was tied around his waist like a belt and into a large bow behind him. Jin, or rather the spirit who took over his body cracked his neck and rolled his shoulders menacingly. "Now then... You're playing with me now, foxy..."

"This is bad..." Nero whispered to Michael, fear evident in his voice. "We can't win this fight, Michio, we have to run!"

However, Gilliam, in an attempt to save himself, shoved the fox forward as he ran in the other direction, but the transformed Jin just stomped the ground, causing something to crawl toward the priest at high speed before monstrous, spiked roots burst out, coiling around the human painfully, digging into his body. " Gaaaahhh!! What is this!? What are you!?"

"I am the nightmare of every mortal and every spirit, I am the one who shall burn it all to a wasteland of ember and ash!" With a mighty spin of his mane, he took a kabuki-like stance, an explosion of that evil aura bursting out of his body. "The king of all Oni: Shuten Doji!! A-sannnjou~!" He finished his dramatic introduction with a roll of his head and a burst of demonic flames from his mouth.

"Dammit... I knew it!" Nero exclaimed as Michael stood up.

"You know this guy?"

"An old adversary and a very powerful one at- LOOK OUT!!" Nero barely gave out his warning when Doji's fist came crashing into the ground, Michael barely dodging it.

But he didn't even get the time to regain his footing, when Doji was already in front of him again, sending a powerful punch straight into his guts, sending him slamming through many columns and into a large tree. He was barely able to lift himself off the ground when he spewed out whatever was in his stomach, the impact alone almost burst his guts right open. "I highly suggest against trying to run, boy." Doji, once more, was right in front of him, grabbing and lifting him up by his hair. "There is nowhere to run from me." He pulled his arm back, curling his hand into a fist, and gathering a dense amount of demonic energy into it.

Then sent it hurling at the fox, Michael closing his eyes tightly and raising his arms to block... *SMASH* then found himself on the ground, the pain from the powerful strike never came. "What?" When he looked up, he saw the shocked face of Shuten Doji with his fist embedded into the tree.

"What the!?" Doji yanked his hand out of the tree, but it refused to open up. "Damned pup-" *WHAM* He was silenced as the same fist slammed right into his snout, moving on its own, but Jin didn't stop there as the other fist joined in, striking at his/Doji's face again and again. "S-STOP! You're hurting *WHACK* yourself *WHAM* as well!"

"Give me my body back, then, you old fossil!" Jin screamed his demand from inside his body as he kept striking himself again and again, it will hurt when he switches back that's for sure, but he knew that Doji was hurting much more right now, but seeing how the old demon wasn't budging, he resorted to a greater measure, he locked his body completely in place while using one hand to gather as much demonic energy into the fist as possible... then aimed it at himself once more.

*FWOOOSH* The empowered fist came inches from making contact when Doji finally relinquished his hold on Jin's body, the wolf's form returning back to normal. "Took you... long enough... fucking bastard..." Jin finally toppled back onto the ground, completely drained of strength. "This really hurts now... ow..."

"JIN!!" Michael was right beside him, now back to normal as well, patting his face. "Jin! Answer me!"

"I'm here, I'm here." The wolf lazily waved a hand to assure the fox... but then got a hard *SLAP* to his already bruised face, making him sit up quickly. "YYEEEOOOWWWCH!!!! What the fuck was that fo-omph!?" His complaint was silenced by the fox pressing his lips against his, it didn't last long before Michael pulled away from the kiss only to hug him tightly by the neck.

"You stupid... idiot! You always do these things! Always so... extreme!" He was now openly sobbing into the wolf's chest.

"Hehe, that I do... and I would've gone to even greater lengths if it meant saving you." He gently hugged the fox back. They held the hug for a few seconds longer before pulled apart, Jin gently wiping some tears out of Michael's face... then they inched their faces closer for another kiss... *click-click* Jin's ears twitched as he heard a very familiar sound, barely pulled the fox out of the way before *BANG* "GHN!!" He felt the bullet scratching his bicep as he rolled away.

"JIN!!!"

"That... really hurt, you motherfucker..." Father Gilliam panted out, his cassock now in tatters and filled with holes as he finally got out of the hold of the thorned roots, his body covered ins scratches. "You really did it now. Then again, I wasn't gonna let you leave here alive, anyway." He cocked his revolver as the cylinder turned to prepare another bullet, aiming it right at Jin who shielded Michael with his body. His finger pressed down on the trigger...

*BANG*

Jin and Michael had their eyes closed... but nothing else came other than the loud bang. Opening their eyes, they saw the priest holding his injured hand, the gun on the floor and laying in pieces. "What just..." Michael asked under his breath.

While Jin smiled. "Took them fucking long enough."

*FLASH FLASH FLASH* Strong and blinding lights flashed all around them as a riot squad jumped out from behind the trees and bushes, quickly tackling the priest to the ground while other officers came out to arrest the other, fallen, members of his little gang. "Father Antoine Gilliam." The one who spoke was a short and stocky boar, his belly pushing his shirt a bit to the point of stretching the buttons a little, smugly twirling a pair of cuffs on his hand, he was flanked by a very tall and powerful-looking triceratops, his shirt barely holding onto his muscular body. "You are under arrest for illegal possession of weapons and drugs with intent to sell both, as well as other charges pending investigation." He proudly cuffed the human priest himself before letting his men herd him away. The boar then turned to Jin and Michael, producing another pair of cuffs. "Now for you, fox-boy. Come on, put 'em up."

"Hey!" Jin was instantly in front of Michael, shielding him from the police chief. "That was not the agreement and you know it, you fat fuck!"

"Look Jin, you're a good kid, that much's obvious, so don't let me cuff you up as well." They glared at each other intensely, challenging one another to make the first move.

"Kid's right, Roberts." The triceratops walked up to them, taking the cuffs out of the boar's hands. "That was the agreement. And he did play his part marvelously, might I add."

"But Commissioner, the fox is also a member of that organization! We can't just let him walk away!"

"Boy, what is your name?" The dinosaur asked as he stood in front of them, easily towering over Jin himself.

Michael was about to reply, but Jin beat him to it. "Michio. His name is Michio Donzaka." Michael was about to ask, but a soft elbow to the chest from Jin made him go quiet.

"I see. Well, the fox we're looking for is called..." The Commissioner pulled out a small notebook from his pocket, which looked pretty comical in his large hands. "Michael Abrams. He may look the same, but that's not our fox."

"Sir! It is him! He's right there!" The boar was practically jumping in his place like an angry child.

"Are you really going to falsely imprison and ruin someone just to add another notch to your belt, Roberts?" The new voice belonged to a very tall, and very muscular german shepherd with brown, smoothed-back hair, and a scarred left eye that was half-blind, pair of glasses sat neatly on his snout and dressed in a long coat, shirt, necktie, and pants, giving off a detective-like vibe. "Although, knowing you and your track record, I wouldn't put it past ya."

"What track record?" The commissioner asked with a raised brow, looking between the boar and canine.

"N-Nothing! Nothing, sir! Ehehe..." Robert quickly walked away to join the other officers.

"Thank you, sir." Jin gave a small bow to the large dinosaur, then the same to the german shepherd. "Detective."

"Don't thank us, yet. We still need your boyfriend here to come to the station." The commissioner quickly held up a finger to silence any argument the wolf had. "To ask him some questions and that's all, after that you're both free to go. But I better not see you around these parts again... least for a while."

"Uh, Jin... what's going on?" Michael was clearly confused by it all.

"I'll explain on the way, come on." Jin gently held the fox's hand in his, Michael was reluctant at first... but with a small smile, he crossed his fingers with Jin's, at least as much as possible considering the difference in size, and followed the wolf.

At the police station the next morning, Jin and Michael sat in one of the interrogation rooms dressed in fresh new clothes and the wolf was covered in patches and bandages, at first, the fox was deeply worried, but Jin's explanation of the whole string of events calmed him down a bit.

Jin's father was close friends with Detective Burns, the german shepherd, although now working as a PI, he still had some connections to the police force, including the Commissioner, although they were from the neighboring city, their forces still had jurisdiction in other surrounding cities, Valiom City included. With their help, Jin was able to first track down Snake-Eyes, the main informant and data broker of the organization, and had him spill everything, although it surprised him how willing and open the snake was about giving out such damning information, information that people don't mind killing to keep hidden, he didn't even ask for protection, but was placed in the Witness Protection Program either way.

With Snake-Eyes blabbing his heart out, it wasn't difficult or long until they found Antoine Gilliam, one of the many heads of the organization and one of the biggest sources of their income, and in turn, found Michio, or Michael as he was called nowadays. And the rest, as they say, is history.

The 'agreement' that Jin was talking about was him helping the police for as long as they want, busting the many thugs and minions of the organization wherever and whenever they can, he was a valuable asset to them with his mastery over martial arts. The only condition is that Michael would be spared from whatever punishment awaited the members of the organization.

"And... what about the whole name thing? You literally lied to the commissioner's face."

Jin gently scratched the back of his head. "Not... exactly..."

Just as the fox was about to ask, Detective Burns walked into the room, carrying a small envelope in one hand and a paper in the other, with a large folder under one pit, he first laid out the paper in front of the fox. "This is your witness statement. Just sign your name on the dotted line and you're free to go."

"But I didn't say anything yet. No one came to ask questions."

"Kid, the stuff that your snake friend gave us is more than enough to put everyone involved in that organization behind bars for years if not for life, maybe death row even. This is just a formality." Michael was skeptical at first, but a brief glance at Jin's smiling face reassured him. He picked up the pen and was about to sign... but Burns placed the folder and envelope on the paper. "With your real name, please."

Confused, Michael looked up at Jin once more, the wolf silently nodding towards the folder and envelope. The fox first opened the envelope and pulled out its contents... and gasped in shock. Inside was a civil ID card with his face from a picture he took a long time ago, although a bit doctored through a computer to look older obviously, with his date of birth, address in Midorima Valley, and whatever else was included in an ID card, the only thing that was different was the name written on it: Michio Donzaka. Then, with shaky hands, he opened the large folder and pulled out its contents... everything was there, birth certificate, high school records, everything had the same name on it: Michio Donzaka.

He turned to look at the still-smiling wolf. "Welcome back, Michio." Michael- no Michio Donzaka's eyes blurred with tears as he hugged the wolf tightly, loudly bawling his eyes and heart out as years of pain, despair, anger, and sorrow were finally released, Jin just held him close and gently petted his head, letting him release it all till he was satisfied.

Burns just smiled and fixed his glasses. "I'll leave you two for now. Just bring the statement to the commissioner once you've signed it." Then left them alone together.

Finally, after all these years, they were together again.

After everything that went down, Jin brought Michio back to his hotel room, since the fox literally had nowhere to go after the whole string of events. It was nighttime and both of them were pretty tired as they stepped under the shower, their bodies pressed against one another in a gentle embrace, their lips touching and tongues dancing against one another in a gentle kiss.

Jin was the first to pull away. "Are you sure about this, Micchi?" He asked as his hands gently moved over the fox's body, his eyes taking in the many scars that littered Michio's body, noticing how his lower body had way less scars than the upper body.

"I am, Jin. I still... feel them, their filthy hands all over and inside of me, every disgusting part of them rubbing off into my very skin." Michio rubbed his arms, shivering in disgust. "Please, Jin... Make it all go away."

"Of course, Micchi." Jin pulled him closer, burying his nose into the fox's shoulder, peppering his neck and shoulder with kisses, nibbles, and licks, Michio's body shivered in delight as he let out a small gasp, it's been so long since he was touched in such a loving and sensual way.

"Ah! Jin!" He gasped as he felt the wolf's hand rubbing at his crotch, gently stroking his hardening cock and balls, his other hand gently groping and rubbing at his rear. "Jin, please... take me..." His body was getting pretty hot as he gently pit into the wolf's neck, earning a small growl from the larger man.

Jin then surprised him by suddenly picking him up, bridal style, and carrying him to the bed, the shower was automated, so it eventually shut itself off. With Michio laid out, Jin got a better look at the fox's scarred body, a look of guilt in his eyes, but Michio's hands held his face up to look into his eyes. "Hey... none of this is your fault." Then pulled him in for another kiss. After breaking the kiss, Michio rolled over to present himself to the wolf, tail hiked up and rear slightly raised, wiggling invitingly. "Well, don't keep me waiting, big guy~"

Seeing the wolf offering himself like this was a bit too much for the wolf, after quickly sniffling back a brief nosebleed, he grabbed a hand lotion he used after training from his duffel bag, not the best lube around, but it was the only thing he got, he wanted to do more, but his body was too aroused for foreplay. He squirted a good amount on his fingers before rubbing it into Michio's presented hole, electing a small whine from the fox that made Jin's cock twitch, after fingering the fox's hole open a bit, he gripped the lotion's bottle tightly, squirting a bigger amount on his hard cock, lubing himself up before pressing the head against Michio's hole, adding a glop of spit for extra measure. "Alright... I-I'm going in. Tell me if it hurts, alright?"

Michio just nodded and tried relaxing as much as possible... then felt Jin's fat cock head pressing in. Years of doing sex work and offering 'favors' to many men made his body able to take almost any size, he even took a few men of large species, but for some reason, Jin was different, Jin's cock, his body, his essence, it felt like it was... fixing him, cleansing him from the inside in this ritual. He felt pretty tight, almost virgin tight, crying out as the wolf was finally inside. "Ah! Jin! Please, give it to me!" He begged for the wolf and Jin obliged, thrusting the rest of himself inside, electing another lustful scream from the fox, they stayed still for a couple of minutes, their hands rubbing and caressing each other's bodies until the fox finally give the 'go ahead' sign to the wolf.

Jin wanted to take it slow, go easy on the fox, but something inside of him just wanted to claim Michio as his, cleanse him from the inside out of whatever those filthy men put inside of him, make the fox his and his alone. Soon enough, the only sounds that could be heard were their mutual groans, moans, as well as the sound of their bodies slapping against one another.

Seeing the fox under him like this was just too much, he tired to fight against it, but adding the fact that he didn't even jerk off for a while just came crashing down on him, his impeding orgasm coming at him like an angry stampede. "S-Shit... M-Michio... Michio... MICCHI!!!" He cried out as he slammed himself into the fox, biting down on Michio's shoulder.

"Ahn~! JIN!!!" Michio cried out as well, his own orgasm forced out of him by the wolf, the mating bite just made him see stars and flashing as his eyes crossed together before rolling back, cumming hands-free as he sprayed the bed under him, while Jin filled him up with his own load. "Ah... Jin's pups... F-Flowing... inside of me... So... So warm..." One hand gently rubbed against his abdomen, feeling the wolf's essence swimming inside his belly, smiling in absolute joy.

Suddenly, the wolf toppled over him, trapping him between himself and the bed for a moment, but the wolf's struggling under his weight made him shift his weight and roll to the side. "S-Sorry, that was too quick, huh?"

"Mmm, no, that was perfect~" Michio spooned himself closer to Jin's body, not minding how sweaty and sticky they both were. "Guess we need another shower, huh?"

"Mmm, tomorrow..." Jin tiredly replied, letting out a long yawn as he hugged the fox closer to himself, both of them drifted off to sleep pretty quickly after that. Didn't even get to pull the covers over themselves.

Outside their room, the tabby bell boy had his ear pressed to the door, panting for breath as he was hunched over slightly, his pants halfway down his legs, his spent cock twitching in his cum-glazed hand, a couple of streaks already on the carpeted floor. "God, I love this job." He muttered to himself before quickly wiping the evidence away, using his shoes to rub the stains on the carpet off before walking away.

The next day, Jin and Michio found themselves riding the earliest plane they could find heading to Yamato, heading back home. They made sure that they were sitting beside each other, watching some boring lovey-dovey movie, with their hands clutched together, sharing the occasional, adorable peck on the lips.

They spent decades away from each other, too long in their opinion, so they'll be spending a long time making up for the lost time, that's for sure.
