Grodd himself surprised and rubbing its head at the moment acknowledges defeat.

"Let me warn you, that it is pointless if you try to escape as I can easily track you down with your scent"

Raze panic as he could barely breathe, it struggled but without any result at all. As a smart primate quickly its objective, by squeezing the lycan until it couldn't breathe anymore, thus resulting in Raze passing out.

Grodd slowly let go of him, making sure that indeed it had forced the werewolf to this state. He then immediately checked Raze's chest making sure that he was breathing. Having observed it contracting and expanding back confirmed this. After all, the gorilla wasn't aiming to kill the werewolf, but rather force him into a state of unconsciousness.

After this, the strong gorilla lifted the lycan up, and once having placed the wolf's paws behind his back. Grodd easily propels Raze forward, until the werewolf is leaning over its shoulder. After having secure its prisoner, the victorious gorilla jumps up grabbing from a near by building and begins climbing it up. It stops at the middle of the building looking down, while noticing a forgotten hunter apparently waking up.

As Kara looks out for Raze and Grodd, she then notices a figure way up on a building. The hunter then looks shocks at the ape, upon noticing what the animal seems to be carrying over its shoulder. She recognizes her mate whom is for some reason seems to be unconscious by the looks of it.
