Krahno had been working late one night and does not know that he forgot to lock the side door to his work area so any one could slip into the store and try to rob the place and he is the only one there tonight and is completely alone in the big mall.

A worker comes in for work to see the body of the night floor sweeper and screams as she dials 911 to report it to the police as they come in to check the scene of the dead body and see two holes in Krahno's throat then checks to see that the body is completely dry of blood and they note the look of fright on the forest dragon's muzzle were he was killed at.
Mike rests for most of the day at his home, feeling quite content having been fed.
Officer 1: Yes sir it is the work of a vampire as the forest dragon is completely drained of all of his blood so we are taking to body to the city morge to find out the cause of death sir....... yes sir i will." They get a body bag ready for Krahno and lift him up and then lays the dragon inside to close it as they lift the bag onto a stretcher to be taken to the ambulance and leave the scene as a news report about the accident has people scared and frightened about vampires.
Once the sun has set, Mike goes to the city morgue to find his latest victim.

"Since your body has ceased it's requirement to survive using a system it was designed for and now functions using a system that it was not, you must adapt."

Mike puts Krahno on his bed to rest for the time being.

"That's to be expected," Mike says as he wakes up. "Your body needs the blood of the living in order to survive. Generally, not much is needed and never enough to be fatal. I had to drain all your blood since I hadn't fed in the longest time."
"You know i could kill you for that vampire and now because of you i will no longer have a normal life again." Said the dragon as he weakly grabs Mike by the throat to try and squeeze it to kill the horse morph.
"Good luck with that," Mike notes. "We only breath to speak."
"Well i do know away to kill a vampire." Said Krahno as he glares at Mike for turning him into one.
"I would suggest against killing me unless you want a slow aginizing death as you slowly fade away."

"How is that?" Asked Krahno as he looks at Mike laying there beside the dragon he had killed a few nights ago.
"Given enough time, you can learn how to control every cell in your body, like I have."
"And what makes you think i wanted this life to not be able to see the sun again?" Asked the forest dragon as he lays down with his back to Mike.
"What makes you think you can't? Rumour has it that such a skill can be learnt, unfortunately, I have yet to learn it."
Krahno growls and closes his eyes to rest so he can finish recovering after putting a protection spell on his neck in the room with the vampire.

"No but it does have defences to keep others from taking it so don't try or it might kill you vampire." Said Krahno as he looks at Mike hard in the eyes.
"I have no intention of doing something that'd kill you," Mike notes. "I need you alive, or at least as alive as you are now."
"What could you possibly need me for vampire?" Asked the green dragon laying there on the bed in the room with the horse morph.
"I have a purpose, a rather important one and I need someone to help."
"With what?" Asked Krahno as he continues to look at Mike beside him.
"We're the guardians of the night, a government organisation to keep the vampires under control."
"So you are and undead fed that is a new one on me and i have been around since the darkages in the year 703." Said Mike's dragon.
"We're rather new, the government feed and take care of us so we can irradicate the vampires."
"That would be like killing your own kind." Said Krahno as he thinks for a moment about the choice that he could either help or be hunted down and killed by them.
"It's all a definition of morals. Would you like your loved one's killed to feed some vampire's habbit?"
"I don't have a family any more." Said the dragon as he remembers that night when his human mom was attacked and killed on the way home.
"Our job is to protect the lives of the innocent by killing those that don't wish to follow the law."
"And after?" Asked Krahno as he rests on the bed with the vampire in the bed room.
"We get to live the rest of our lives in peace."
"What will you feed on?" Asked the green in bed.
"The government feeds us. We don't need as much as you think to survive. Generally an average donation to the bloodbank is enough to last one of us a week doing normal duties."
Krahno thinks for a moment that he still resents the idea of begin taken against his will he does see the need to take out the rouge vampires in the city so he will agree for the time begin to help Mike only till the last rouge is taken care of then and only then will the dragon settle his dept with the horse morph for attacking him at the mall that night.
"I suggest you rest a bit more," Mike notes. "I will have to go down town to collect our food for the next few days from the Caste."
The dragon nods and lays his head back down to rest some more but his time will come so Mike better keep on his hooves as Krahno sleeps in the bed room.
Mike also falls asleep to savour a few more hours rest before he has to get up.
Out side night finally comes as Krahno wakes from his sleep in the bed room with the horse morph laying beside him in the room with each other.
Mike wakes up almost immediately and takes a deep breath.
"Can you smell that?" Mike asks as he exhales.
The green sniffs the air and nods that he smells it as well and asks what is it.
"That's the smell you need to pay the most attention to, it's the smell the air takes as the dangerous UV radiation stops exciting it."
Krahno nods that he had read about that vampires stay inside when the sun is up but there is away a vampire can go out into the sun with the right protection on his or her body.
"We only do that if it's absolutely neccesary, since it's dangerous if it all of a sudden fails."
"I know but with me it is different Mike my body has recovered enough to go out into day light and not be burned by the sun that you vampires may have a day walker to help fight them." Said Krahno as he looks back at the horse morph laying behind him on the room.
"Well that's interesting," Mike notes as he prepares a pack. "I'm going out to get us food from the Caste, you stay here."
The dragon stays on the bed as his long tail twitches a bit but the dragon does not move to get up while Mike leaves to get some food for them to drink.
A couple of hours later, Mike returns with a couple of bags of blood on ice that he puts into his special freezer, leaving two bags out. "That should last us a couple of weeks."
Krahno gets one and warms it up with a little heat spell then the dragon starts to feed from the bag of blood in the bed room with Mike there with him.
Mike sighs as he takes the bowl and slowly drinks it down.
Then lays back to rest some more and lays the empty blood bag on the table beside him as Krahno rests in the room.
Mike takes the empty bags and throws them down the incinerator chute before resting in his armchair.
After a while the dragon wakes feeling better then his had in weeks but is still angry at Mike for turning him into a vampire against his will so Krahno has a plan to get the horse morph with but that will have to wait for the time begin.
Mike is away hunting and returns just before dawn.
Krahno sits up then stands up to stretch out his long body in the bed room then looks to see Mike come in just as the sun comes up out side.
Mike shuts the door quickly and bolts it shut. "That was closer than I hoped."
"Well you should have kepted track of your time out side Mike." Said Krahno as he looks at the horse morph standing at the door after the vampire had shut it to keep the sun out.
"That's somewhat hard when you have bullets flying around your head," Mike replies as he shows Krahno his shirt filled with bullet holes.
"What happened?" Asked the dragon as he looks the bullet holes on the cloth of Mike's shirt.
"You think the vampires we kill want to go willingly?"
"I see well i am strong enough now to fight the rouges you hunt down to kill." Said Krahno as he stretches out his wings last in the room with the horse morph.
"Good. I'll start you on your basic training tonight." Mike notes as he takes his shirt off and pokes his finger through the holes.
"What weapons will i need Mike?" Asked the green dragon in the room with his attacker as Krahno sits down on the bed for the moment.
"You'll start with the sword."
Krahno nods and has the vampire to show him to the training room to start.
Mike shows Krahno to the training room before going to bed to rest.
The dragon sees all the training dummys as he walks over to one of the weapons rakes to pick a sword that feels right in his clawed hand while Mike rests in the bed room, then the dragon places a spell on some of the dummys and they turn into the likeness of the horse morph in the bed room as Krahno trains by himself.
Mike rests for most of the day.
Soon Krahno has the dummys reduced to swiss chesse as he puts the sword back and walks back to the bed room a little tired from the training.
"You shouldn't waste so much energy with your training," Mike says in his sleep. "It's dangerous to fight inneffectively."
The dragon snorts as he sits down and is asleep as well until the next night rolls around for them to start hunting for rouges.
Mike wakes first and gives a yawn as he gets up.
Krahno wakes up as well that he is ready to hunt down rouge vampires with the horse morph.
"Are you ready to begin your training?" Mike asks as he looks at the dragon.
"Yes i am ready and have been training since last night." Said Krahno.
"Well leave your sword here, you shouldn't need it tonight," Mike says as he gets a clean t-shirt.
"Its better safe then sorry Mike." Said the dragon as he takes it with him just in case the unthinkable happens to them as the two leave to go hunting for rouges in the city tonight.
"We have to blend in," Mike notes to Krahno. "Leave it here."
Krahno uses his magic to hide the blade so it will not seen by any one or Mike for that matter as the two head out to look for trouble or bite victims in allies or on streets.
Mike takes the two of them to the nightclub scene on the lower side of town and find a place to stand.
"This is a feeding haven for most vampires," Mike says as he takes a cigarette out of his pocket and lights it.
The green holds up his clawed hand and shakes his head no that he does not want one because Krahno will need his nose to track the enemy they seek to kill.
"You don't need your nose," Mike notes. "I use this to blend in so we I don't look so obvious merely standing here."
The dragon blows a little smoke from his nose to simulate cig smoke while making one appear unnoticed by the others in the bar.
"Funny," Mike notes as he hands Krahno a cigarette to complete the image.
He holds his hand up that the dragon has one already lit as Krahno pretents to take a puff from and lets the smoke come from his nose again.
"Can you see anyone that looks like a vampire?"
Krahno does so and points to them while sending picked ones to Mike so the stallion morph will know who to go after.
"Nope," Mike replies. "What made you think that?"
"You wanted me to pick them out so i did and there are about three here." Sent the dragon.
"You picked three random people," Mike notes. "Why did you think that they're vampires?"
"I can smell them Mike and to a dragon the undead are quite strong." Sent Krahno as he taps his nose.
Mike pokes the dragon. "That's because it's filling your nose."
The dragon glares down at the horse morph beside him at the bar together as they look for vampires.
"Use your head for a minute. Scent can be decieved. Looks can be hidden. But what don't vampires have?"
"I am using my head Mike and my nose now it is telling me they are leaving the bar." Sent the dragon as he looks to see the three walk out of the bar.
"They're not, I'm telling you."
Krahno has the horse morph to look as the ones in question walk out of the inn together.
"Do you think a vampire would be so foolish to smell undead when they're hunted? They learnt that trick long ago."
"They can't hide from me so trust me Mike i can tell." Sent Krahno as he walks out to follow them to see what the three are up to out side.
Mike sighs as he follows the dragon outside. "This is why I didn't want you to bring your sword you moron."
"Do you see it with me?" Said the green as they follow the three vampires up the street away from the inn and the others there.
"And watch who you are calling a moron firewood."
"Can you think for a minute? We're vampires and we're not being hunted by others why?"
"We do hunt rouges Mike." Said Krahno as a little flame comes from the dragon's mouth for a few seconds then dissappears.
"Yes, but just because they're vampires doesn't mean they're wrong. We might be something that's secret and used by the government to keep rogues under control, but that doesn't mean we make rash judgements and kill them because they're vampires. There's a law that applies and if you kill the innocent, the government puts a hit out on you."
"I will fry any one who gets in my way and i still owe you for that night you attacked me at my job so don't think for a moment that you are off the hook yet Mike because when you bit me that night you bit a fire breather." Said the dragon then Krahno hears a scream up ahead of them.
"You stay here," Mike says as he draws his pistols and runs towards the screams.
"Why can't i help there are three after all Mike." Said Krahno as he watches the stallion run off as Mike comes to the same three on the scene with a female human that they are feeding from on the side walk.
Mike fires off several rounds from his right pistol into two of the vampires before unloading a clip from his left pistol into the other vampire, which stun his body as the other two lay on the ground, dead, their bodies slowly dehydrating and turning to dust.
He lays there on the cement stunned while Mike checks the female who was attacked by them then sees the body of her dog they had killed by way of breaking the animal's neck then bit her neck and wrists.
Mike puts some cuffs on the vampire before giving the girl an injection and pulling out his mobile phone calling for pick-up.
Krahno appears like a ghost from the shadows to see what happened as he looks down at the female and gently checks her neck at the unbiten side then shakes his head to the stallion that the human has died there on the side walk while looking up Mike as the dragon closes her eyes and produces a cloth to cover her head and face.
A couple of minutes later, a car rocks up and Mike loads the bodies into the boot before dragging the last living attacker into the passenger seat. "Kranho, get it," Mike says as he holds the door open.
"I told you they were trouble now you cost this girl her life for not listening to me Mike, i will take to the sky i need to think to improve our reponce time to provent the next attack." Said Krahno as he spreads his wings and flies off to do some thinking by himself for a few minutes alone.
Mike gets into the car and drives off to Caste Headquarters to interogate the vampire.
The driver asks Mike were did he get that one at because there were not many dragons in the night force that protect the innocent from the rouges as they head to CHQ..
"He's new," Mike notes. "And rather brash."
"Did he warn you about them?" Asked the driver as they come to the building and drive under ground then parks in a spot while two guards come out to open the prisoner's door to grab him and take inside for interogation by Mike.
"Since when have vampires hunted in groups?" Mike asks as he injects a fluid into the captured vampire. "I've been in this game longer than anyone and I've never seen them hunt in groups."
"Well there is a first time for every thing sir." Said one guard as he looks the captive in the chair hand cuffed by the stallion morph.
Once they arrive at the CHQ. "Take the body down to the morgue for observation. I injected her just before she died."
They nod then open the trunk to get the female out and take her down to the morgue to see if she will turn or not there on a metal table while Mike handles the attacker who bit the female human.
Mike drags the vampire up to the interogation room and begins the gruesome procedure.
Soon the survivor comes to as he glares and bares his fangs at Mike who sees the girl's blood on them after their feeding tonight.
"So are you going to talk or am I going to have to do nasty nasty things to you?"
"Go get staked traider!" Yelled the killer as he turns to look at the wall not bothering to look at Mike in the room with him.
"Okay, nasty." Mike notes as he gets out his tools. "So why were three of you hunting the one prey?"
The other just keeps his mouth shut not bothering to say another word to the stallion morph while working the cuffs on his wrists to get free and attack Mike for killing his friends.
Mike gets a knife and slits the vampire's tendons in his wrists and ankles.
He screams in pain and tries to bite at the neck of the stallion morph who is causing the man pain to his arms and legs.
"I'll ask again. Why were three of you feeding from the same prey?"
"That is none of your business now leave me alone and free me so i can bite your neck to kill you as i feed!" Said the captive vampire who is now bleeding from his arms and legs.
"Not too bright are you," Mike notes as he takes a pair of pliers. "Tell me what I want to know and you can go free."
The captive still fights the torture to his body in the room as Mike soon sees that the killer will not crack under his torture in the chair.
Mike pulls the vampire's fangs out of his mouth with the pliers.
He screams again but still won't say any thing to the stallion as Mike continues to cause the man pain in the chair.
"All you need to do is tell me." Mike notes. "Because you are running out of time. If you don't tell me in two or three hours, the sun will come up and come straight through that window," Mike says as he points at the window behind him. "Then it's a slow death as the sun slowly burns you from your feet upwards."
"Alright i give now that you crippled me that i can no longer bite into a victim's warm neck but you are in a lot of trouble when my master finds out what you did to me he will kill you and any one you are friends with." Said the captive as he looks at Mike in the holding room.
"Good to hear that we're getting somewhere. So you're hunting for your Master I assume?"
He moves his head down then his head snaps back very quickly with solid black eyes as the man's face takes on and evil look as a very dark voice comes from the captive's mouth to tell Mike that he will not live to see tomorrow night.
Mike merely smirks.
"Like I haven't heard that before."
Then some thing happens to the man as he starts to scream like a banshe as his body starts to melt and fall apart in the room until there is nothing left but a bubbling pool of slime in the room.
Mike immediately goes to the library and starts to look up information on pack behavior.
"What happened in there sir?" Asked one of the guards as he looks in at the pool then goes with Mike to the library.
"Something that I haven't seen in all my time," Mike notes.
"What did he say?" Asked the guard while he shivers at what became of the prisoner in the holding room.
"Time will tell."
After a while Krahno comes in to see what happened with the captive then finds Mike in another room looking up some thing.
"Glad to see you haven't done anything stupid," Mike notes as he keeps his nose in his book.
The dragon snorts at that then asks what is wrong.
"We're dealing with something bigger than anything we've delt with before," Mike notes.
"Where is the prisoner you caught tonight Mike?" Asked the dragon as he looks around but does not see the guy any were in the room or hall way.
"He's a puddle on the floor and I'm trying to find out how."
"What?" Asked Krahno as he looks in the holding to see the puddle of slime then flames the goop from the chair and floor as the green dragon walks back into the library to see what Mike plans to do.
"His body became possesed by his master before he simply melted."
"Then what will we do Mike?" Asked the dragon while Krahno waits for the stallion morph to finish.
"Start looking," Mike says as he hands Krahno a book.
"What am i looking for?" Asked Krahno as he looks into the book for what ever they need to find.
"Anything involving possession and vampire cults."
Krahno turns page after page until some thing catches his eye that shows and up side down star but it is different instead of a goat there is an evil dragon's head confinded inside the star. "Oh my god Mike i don't believe this."
"Don't believe what?" Mike asks as he grabs another book.
"Have a look at this." Said the dragon as Krahno lays the book infront the stallion so he can look at the sign as well.
"And?" Mike asks.
"Don't you get it they made a pact with the most evil dragon monster around and now he is planning to kill the world like he tried to do a thousand years ago but as legend said he was beaten by my uncle a very long time ago." Said Krahno as he feels the rage build inside his body and heart while the green dragon's eyes glow with rage as well.
"Well calm down," Mike says calmly.
"We have to stop him Mike or we are all dead." Said the green as he looks around at the others as they back away from Krahno that he looks mad enough to eat a nuclear reactor.
"Well we can't tonight," Mike notes as he looks at his watch. "It's almost dawn."
Krahno nods that they have to sleep for the day then start to track the cuit down tomorrow night.
Mike drives them both home before he heads to bed.
The dragon lays down on his bed and closes his eyes to get some sleep as well beside the stallion morph.
Mike rests rather peacefully, keeping an ear open at all times.
The next day a bangging is heard at the front door that the voice from the captive said Mike will die before he sees night again, as some humans have found were the vampire horse lives and they entend to kill Mike.
But Mike is nowhere to be found in the house.
They bust in to only see the dragon asleep on the bed so the humans take Krahno to their master at the fortress after they have subdued him in the bed room.
But unknown to them, Mike is going with them.
The men load the dragon into the van and drive off torwards the fortress out side of the city while the others keep and eye on Krahno but unknown to the thugs Mike is phased inside their captive in back.
"You holding up there Krahno?"
"What happened were are we Mike i can't see or talk and they have my hands bound behind my back." Sent the dragon in back with the thugs.
"Well I'm currently hidding out in the cells of your body and from what I can tell, we're in a truck or van."
"Smart and how do you know my body will not reject you Mike?" Sent Krahno as he tries to struggle but feel some thing cold and sharp against his neck so the green dragon stops not wanting his throat cut.
"Lets just say, it likes me."
"Well stay hidden because from what i can tell there are eight of them in this truck we are in going some were." Sent the green tied up on the metal floor on their way to the evil dragon's lair.
"Well I'm sorta naked in here, so waiting sounds like an idea."
"And if you are not careful i might just lock you inside me Mike." Sent Krahno as he lays there on the floor of the van then feels it slow down and turn as the dragon feels the bumps and dips in the road then thinks they must have left the high way and are now on a dirt road some were.
"I severely doubt that," Mike replies. "If you decided to restrain me inside of you, you'd eventually die."
"I am not like you Mike and if you check my heart you will see why i am different." Sent the dragon as Krahno feels the truck slow down again then stop as the doors open and he is roughly dragged out of the back by the thugs in the van with the green then Krahno is thrown to the ground by one of them, then all eight of the thugs gang up and start to hit and punch Krahno in the face and belly making him grunt and moan at the attack.
Mike tries to make Kranho's hide tougher to protect the Dragon.
But that proves useless as the gang continues their attack on the helpless dragon until the blows stop and they leave Krahno's beaten body in the middle of nowhere to leave him for dead on the ground bleeding and hurt bad from the pounding.
"You still there Krahno?"
The only thing Mike gets is heavy pain from the dragon as he is still bound and tied up as Krahno lays there on the sand while the thugs drive away from the scene.
"Krahno, can you hear me?"

Lucky for Mike a car was heading for home after his shift at work and he happens to be a doctor from the hospital in town, while the driver looks ahead to see some one on the road waving to him to slow down.
Mike waves his arms out desperately to pull the driver over, hoping he doesn't notice that he's naked.
The driver slows down to ask what the problem is as he looks at the horse morph standing there in the road.
"I need some help with my friend," Mike notes. "He's been attacked."
"Show me were he is and i will see what i can do for him sir now get in." Said the doctor as he reaches for the passager side door lock and opens it for Mike to get in so they can get to Krahno before it is to late to help him.
Mike shows the Doctor where Krahno's unconcious body is.
They stop as the doctor opens his door to get out and runs over to the body then gently opens and eye lid as he shines a light in then said they have to get Krahno back to the hospital as soon as possible.
Mike helps the doctor get Krahno's body into the car.
Then the doctor does a fish tail with his car and heads back to town with all due speed and radios ahead to have or 1ready for attack victim as he continues heading back to town with the victim..
Mike looks for something he can cover himself up with in the driver's car.
"Whats wrong sir?" Asked the doctor as they pull into the parking lot of the hospital as doctors and nurses wait out side then one opens the second door while others help pull Krahno out of the back seat and rush him inside to or1.
"I don't have any clothes to wear," Mike notes.
Soon the doctors have Krahno in the orperation room and start to work on his muzzle and body to get the dragon well again so he can pay those punks back for what they did to him tonight out in the middle of nowhere to leave him for dead.
Mike walks around in a hospital gown, feeling rather naked.
After a few long hours one doctor comes out to walk over to Mike so they can talk alone with each about the dragon.
Mike goes with the doctor.
"We had to reinforce his nose with steel plates as well as jaw because they were hit pertty hard in the attack, the chest had several broken ribs on the whole right side but he will make a full recovery from the orperations sir." Said the doctor while the others roll the unconscious dragon into the recovery room.
"That's good." Mike notes. "We'll have him transfered to a more secure hospital in case they come back."
"That is a good idea because this hospital is not as secure and any one could sneak in sir." Said the doctor who had worked on Krahno's muzzle while the others worked on the chest.
"The transportation should arrive in about half an hour. Can you have him ready by then?"
The human nods and will get on it as he walks away heading back to the recovery room to ready the dragon for transport to the other hospital as the stallion morph makes the call to his station.
Half an hour later, an ambulance arrives for Krahno and Mike and Mike helps move Krahno into the ambulance before they drive back to Caste HQ.
"What happened to him you were suppoesed to protect him now look at him, what a mess." Said one of the night force officers as they look at the dragon's bandaged muzzle and chest on their way back to CHQ.
"Yeah, well I didn't expect the shit to hit the fan this quickly," Mike notes. "The rules seem to be changing."
"What happened and who did it how did they get him?" Asked the commander after the transport got to HQ and unloaded Krahno to take him inside to a safe room.
"They came during the day," Mike says as he changes clothes. "But it looks like there's a power player in the game now."
"Well that power player is going to have to wait until he has recovered from what happened." Said the commander as he looks in on Krahno as he lays on the bed in the safe room asleep.
"Meaning what sir?"
"I'm fine, I can find him by myself."
"No you wait with Krahno because i do not want you to run off half cocked and hot headed Mike." Ordered John as he points to the door to the dragon's room for the stallion to stay with him.
Mike grumbles as he goes to Krahno's room to wait.
"Stop grumbling its only to keep you from doing some thing dumb and get yourself staked Mike now stay put with him." Said the commander as he walks to his office and works on some paper work.
Mike rests idly in Kranho's room as he recovers, reading over books.
The clawed hand moves as the claw tips dig into the cloth of the bed as Mike reads some books in the room while the stallion stays with Krahno in the room.
"You awake there Krahno?" Mike inquires?
The dragon moans faintly that he can barely stay awake in the room and is so tired.
Mike goes over to the dragon and puts a paw on his muzzle.
Krahno winces in pain to his muzzle after Mike had touched him on a painful area of the dragon's head while tears run down Krahno's cheeks in the room.
"Talk to me Krahno."
"I hurt all over Mike so don't rub my muzzle to hard." Sent the recovering dragon laying on the bed in the room.
"How are you holding up?"
"I want revenege on my attackers so don't get in my way when i find them." Sent Krahno as he rips the bed open even as weak feeling as the dragon is he can still do a number on Mike's body.
"Well you're not going anywhere," Mike notes. "And nor am I until you recover."
The dragon weakly nods and winces again as he lays still on the bed then sends Mike a thought that Krahno is thirsty for some thing to drink as he lays there with the stallion morph in the room.
"They're feeding you blood through an IV," Mike notes. "So there's not much I can really give you to drink."
Krahno closes his eyes to go back to sleep on the bed while the stallion watches him recover in the room.
Mike sits back down in the chair and goes to sleep.
The next night the green wakes from his sleep to feel a lot better then he did since last night after the attack, as Krahno sits up to start removing his bandages to see the scars on his muzzle and ribs.
Mike is sitting in the seat and snoring.
"Damn the fools are firewood and prey for this they will pay dearly with they lives!" Said Krahno as fire comes from his mouth at how angry the dragon is at what the thugs did to him.
Mike wakes with a start and rubs his eyes. "Would you calm down?"
"I want their heads Mike all eight of them!" Said the dragon as Krahno gets out of bed to storm off for the hunt to start.
Mike races after him and grabs him. "Not yet. We need to wait a bit longer."
"Wait for what Mike?!" Said Krahno as he glares at the horse morph for stopping him in the hall.
"Your body needs a bit longer to rest," Mike notes. "It needs to recover the energy it lost."
"They will pay for this even if i have to hunt down and burn every one of them!" Said the green as he turns to walk back to the bed room and lays back down to rest some more.
Mike goes back and sits down in the chair.
Soon Krahno is asleep on the bed to finish his recovery so they can attack the fortress were the evil one is at.
Mike decides to help the dragon's recovery along, since he seems so dedicated and walks over to the sleeping Krahno.

After a few more days the green dragon has recovered and ready to go as he looks at Mike just daring the stallion to get in Krahno's way this time from the hunt.
Mike checks his pistols and his ammunition, before getting into the loaded van.
"This van should allow us to stay out longer," Mike notes as he shows the Van to Krahno. "It's got an insulated section that will keep me safe during the day."
"Lets go Mike so i can deal with those eight pieces of firewood who had attacked me that night." Said the dragon as the horse morph hears the barely controled rage in Krahno's voice.
"You really need to learn to release your tension in a healthy way," Mike notes as he drives the van out of CHQ.
The dragon growls as they follow the signs on the road after Krahno had put a small spell on the thugs van that will help lead the two to them.
After driving for half an hour, they find the deserted van.
"I'll start stripping it for evidence," Mike notes as he parks their van. "You watch my back."
Krahno nods as he looks around to make sure no one surprises them as Mike looks the van over then finds some thing in the glove compartment a folded map of the area that shows them were the evil one's HQ is located at.
"Not exactly the brightest bunch around," Mike notes as he looks at the map.
The green looks as well and points to the area marked in red that has to be were the thugs are staying at.
They both get back into the van and drive to the location on the map.
They soon come to the place and see it is a fortress with high walls with guards walking and armed as well.
"This is gonna get messy," Mike notes as he looks at the fortress.
"We will need to storm that place and get the leader and the eight who attacked me Mike because i am going to make them pay dearly for what they did to me." Said Krahno as he watches the fortress.
"I hate to say it, but no one's gonna be storming that fortress."
"I can do it Mike." Said the green beside the stallion morph.
"No, you can't."
"Because i can fly very fast in the air but if i am high enough they can not touch me with their guns." Said Krahno.
"We're doing this my way," Mike notes.
"Do you have a better idea?!" Asked the dragon as he glares at Mike standing there with Krahno.
Mike pulls out some explosive charges from the back of the van. "We need a diversion and we need to sneak in."
"I can do that and scare some of them in the process also might kill some of them to." Said Krahno as he takes out a sniper rifle out and sets it up as the dragon zeros in on some of wall guards after he added the silencer to make sure they do not hear the shots.
"Would you stop being an idiot," Mike notes as he puts his paw on the barrel of the rifle.
"If i don't take them out we will have to fight them later coming out Mike." Said the green dragon as he looks at the horse man there.
"Choose your battles a bit better than that." Mike notes. "A sniper attack would just cause them to lock their doors and blow the crap out of anything that looks like a sniper's nest. We blow a couple of holes in their far side and sneak in the front gate."
"And that will bring them right to us Mike do you want that to happen?" Said Krahno.
"Fine," Mike notes. "You do that, I'll do it my way and open the gates for you once you decide to stop being such an ass."
"You stay here," Mike notes. "When you hear the first charge go off, move towards the gate like your live depends on it and wait for me near the north corner. When I meet up with you, I'll blow the hinge charges on the gate and we'll have enough room to get in. From there, we go for the towers. We won't get far with those intact."
"What about the wall guards they will see me coming." Said the dragon as he looks at Mike as the vampire knows Krahno is right the wall guards will see him before he even gets to the gates.
"Trust me, the explosion that I'm going to make will send them all running."
"Be careful and if some stay to make sure no one comes i will pick them off with the sniper rifle." Said Krahno as he gets ready to make sure if some stay he will take them out in case Mike's blast does not draw them all to it.
Mike takes the explosives and gets out of the van and heads towards the back of the fortress.
Krahno waits his ground and readies his rife in case Mike's destraction does not work as planned the dragon will take the ones that remain out with the sniper.
For several minutes, nothing can be heard or seen before a large blast is heard coming from the Southwest wall and the Western tower implodes downwards.
Some of the gurads run to see what happened just as Krahno thought would happen so he picks the ones that remained on the wall and they never saw it coming then the dragon takes to the air and starts to pick them off in the yard as well to limit the ones they will have to kill getting out.
Mike moves around to the North tower to wait for Krahno, but when he sees him flying above, he blows the gate and runs in with both guns drawn.
Soon all enemy personal is taken down on the wall and ground by the two while they head for the heart of the fortress to find the master so the dragon can destroy the evil one like his uncle had done before him.
"I told you to follow orders," Mike grumbles as he checks his rifle.
"I make my own rules Mike or do you want to be a flaming pile of ash." Said Krahno as he takes a deep breath and blows fire at and enemy guard they had missed as he is burned to death that nearly singes the horse morph's neck and face fur.
"Well I won't rescue you this time," Mike notes. "I'll go get the head."
"That is my job you won't have a chance against him because he is and air to land based form the same as me while you are a ground form Mike, now go handle the others while i go deal with him." Said the dragon as Krahno runs off to take down the evil one.
Mike goes off to cull the lower ranks.
Krahno heads deep into the fortress killing any one and any thing in his way as the green contines on to the evil one's chambers until the massive doors open as the dragon looks up to see how big the evil one is but knows it would not be good to fight in the chamber because the room is not big enough for them.
Mike follows after Krahno to ensure he doesn't get himself killed.
The vampire soon sees the reason he would not have stood a a chance because the evil dragon is ten times Krahno's size and he is massive for a black monster with blood red eyes that show nothing but hate in them.
"We're in the shit!" Mike calls out as he sees the dragon.
"I can take him down and you were to go the other way to take care of the enemies that are left now go Mike." Said Krahno as he sends the horse morph on his way back the way they had come.
Mike goes back to clean up the last few guards.
The green dragon makes the first strike by burning the side of the black's muzzle making him roar out in pain as he looks at Krahno and does a double take that the green one looks like the dragon who defeated the evil one a thousand years ago as the black roars and chases Krahno back up to the surface for the sky battle.
Mike shakes his head as he watches from below.
The two go at it as they dodge each other's flame blasts in the night air as Krahno is smaller then the black and faster he soon scores a hit to the black's chest but the evil one scores a hit to the green dragon's thigh while Mike feels the burn to his thigh at the same time on the ground.
"Forget this," Mike said as he ran back to the van.
Then Krahno sees his chance and attacks the black dragon's throat then tares it out of the evil one's neck as he falls to the ground on one of the spikes to be impiled on it to lay dead on the ground, while the green dragon spits the piece of throat out as Krahno flies after the stallion morph so they can leave together.
"Well you got him," Mike notes as he gets into the van. "I was about to get the missle launcher."
"You can't kill him that way Mike and now i have a score to settle with you for that night at the mall." Said the dragon as Krahno looks at the horse as they leave the fortress far behind them.
"What do you want for it?" Mike inquires.
"You will see when we get home Mike now keep your eyes on the road so we do not have and accident." Said Krahno as they head for home.
After they return home, Mike goes and lays on the bed to rest.
Krahno soon lays with the vampire and grabs Mike's wrists to hold them down but this time the stallion will not be able to phase out because of the special magic the dragon is now using after studying Mike phase power, so Krahno now has a spell to counter it in the bed room with each other."
Mike tries to phase, but find he can't change.
"Okay, what are you doing?"
"Payback time." Said the dragon as he uses a nother spell to flood the stallion's body with blood then Krahno slams his fangs deeply into Mike's neck and starts to feed from the horse now under the green dragon in bed with each other as Krahno swallows the red life water from Mike's body to show him how it feels to have your life taken from by a stranger alone in a room.
Mike gasps as he feels the blood draining from his body.
Soon every drop has been drained from the equine on his back in the bed and the reason Krahno was able to block Mike phase is because of the time the stallion morph stayed inside the dragon's body from the attack that day and Krahno had been working on a counter spell to block so the horse would not be able to phase through other things or people to get away from his judgement by the one Mike attacked and murdered at the mall that night.
Mike gasps desperately for breath as he lays on the bed.
"Now you know what i went through that night you surprised me in my work area at the mall and now because of you i will miss that job i loved so much Mike." Said Krahno as he glares at the stallion on the bed feeling like he had been running for a long time at how weak Mike feels in his body.
"You think I had a choice?"
"How do you think i feel my whole life was taken from me and i wanted to pay you back for that so i have decided to strip the phase power from your body to be your punishment but until you deem worthy to have them back i will return the power to you but not before." Said the dragon as Krahno strips the phase power from Mike so he will learn his lessen.
"I was told to find you," Mike notes.
"By who so i can thank him or her as well." Said Krahno as he watches the stallion on the bed still being held down in the room.
"Your uncle."
"He has been dead for a long time now out with it Mike or you will regret ever coming to the mall that night!" Said the green as Krahno glares down at his captive.
"It's his deathbed prophecy. He told me.
I had to find you when the time was right."
"You not only found me you attacked me while i was working cleaning the floor and i still had the upper levels to clean." Said Krahno.
"I just had to find you when we knew about the dragon. That was my job."
"Well now you belong to me Mike and learn your lessen as well." Said the dragon as Krahno makes a fur tight collar appear around the stallion morph's neck so Mike will remember his place.
Mike rubs the collar.
"Should I ask what this is for?"
"You do not want to know." Said Krahno as he lays on his side to rest from the air battle and paying Mike back for the attack.
"But I'm wearing it."
The dragon is now back asleep as he lays on the bed with the collared horse morph beside him in the room with each other.
Mike falls asleep next to Krahno, wondering what's going to happen to him.
The next night Krahno wakes up to look at Mike as the dragon moves his fangs to the stallion man's neck and begins to feed from him for breakfist as Krahno drinks his fill from Mike's body in bed beside him.

"And how did he find out about me?" Asked the green beside the horse morph in the bed room together.
"He's your family," Mike notes. "Why wouldn't he know about you."
"From what i know i can not remember my family i was in the forest lost and alone until a man found me and took me to his home then he took care of me while i lived with him and never knew who i was or were i came from." Said Krahno as he lays there on the bed with Mike in the room.
"Well he knew about you, even before you were born."
"He told me I had to find you."
"Now the question remains how did you find me i moved almost all over the world with him on his job when i was smaller." Said the dragon as he rests there with Mike.
"We've been keeping our eyes on you."
"No wonder i felt like i was being watched my whole life that i did not know any thing about you vampires or your struggle either." Said Krahno.
"Yeah, well it's what we do."
Krahno growls and grabs the stallion morph to tickle his sides while the dragon holds Mike down on the bed so Krahno's tail can do the tickling in the room.

"You know how dragons are when some one come along and attacks them for no reason the dragon takes great offence to the attack and the track to one who did the deed and kills him in the most painful of ways until he or she dies a painful death." Said the dragon as he looks back at the stallion on the bed in the room.
"Yeah, well we had to."
'"So you got off damn lucky Mike." Said the green dragon as he walks back over to sit down in bed with the horse man.
"I've come to note that."
Krahno nods as he lays back on the bed with his clawed feet and tail hanging off the side of the bed.
Mike runs his paw along the dragon's leg.
"So what's with this collar exactly?"
"Its to keep trouble makers in line but i can alter its funtion from fire to just about any thing i choose or who ever wares them." Said the dragon as he lays there on the bed.
"And I'm a trouble maker?"
"Well you did attack me that night did you not?" Said Krahno as he looks over at Mike beside him.
"Under orders."
