I come back from my cave to bring you... a Woody Woodpecker story! When I realized that there was a new Woody series that I wasn't aware of since 2018, I started liking this cute, but annoying bird from my childhood again (Yes, I did watch the 1998 series and the older episodes as a kid and I enjoyed it so much). Probably one of my first obsessions.

There were a few episodes where Woody and Winnie get together or something, and most of the time, there was a third wheel interfering in their time together, which made me a bit angry, so it inspired me to make this story (After all, like Winnie used to say in the old series, "When in doubt, improvise!"). Unfortunately, given how awfully crafted the new show was (Definitely not made for older people like me, and why is Woody voiced through a laptop microphone in the first season?), it was hard to make out the personalities of the characters, so I tried my best to define them here. I hope you'll enjoy this story!

Now, I go back into my cave. See you in a bajillion years, when I feel like uploading again lol

Woody Woodpecker takes his girlfriend, Winnie, up for an excursion to the mountains to get away from the chaos from the forest below. Will they be finally alone? What will happen?

Ah, Summer. The perfect season for a great escape into someplace cooler, and what could be more cooler than a trip to the mountains? Seeing the sun shining happily towards the intimidatingly beautiful landscape reveals many amazing sights! Lush green pines intertwined with rocky hills and roaring rivers, chock full of wildlife going about their day in this wonderful environment. Deer crossing the open plains, ducks swimming in the various lakes and ponds, and even woodpeckers zooming in their car.

Yes, today was the day when Woody Woodpecker decided to take his girlfriend, Winnie for a two day trip to a lodge in the beautiful mountains, a short trip away from home. No need for another torturous hour with Splinter or Knothead. No need for disturbing the peace by Wally, Buzz, or even Chilly Willy for that matter. Just the two alone for a relaxing trip in a cabin, high above everyone else. "So Woody," chimed in Winnie, "Now that we're alone, what have you got planned for us this time?"

"Oh believe me," Woody responded, being slightly cocky in his tone, as per usual, "With no one else around, who needs plans?" Winnie noticed the tone and giggled a little bit at this, though she has her doubts. While acknowledging the apparent pompousness in his words and actions, as it was since they first dated many years ago, Winnie has come to accept this brash side of Woody over the years. After all, it (kind of) rounds out his rather sedentary lifestyle, as well as the quirky and witty personality that the male woodpecker was mainly known for. Perhaps Winnie really has doubts about Woody being the one?

But despite these downsides, Woody can be a sweet bird when handled right. When he isn't out there in the forest, causing all sorts of trouble and mischief for himself or other people, Winnie would be the one to comfort and talk him away from his crazy attitude. Splinter and Knothead seems to like him too, so he has a way with children, just in case if they bear kids themselves, if they do somehow get married despite Woody's reluctance. But that laugh! As annoying and ear-splitting as it was hear Woody laugh his distinct chuckle, usually in the face of success for the woodpecker, Winnie somehow finds it attractive to hear it at an opportune time. It IS a part of his character after all. Woody may have flaws, but then again, no one is perfect. For as long as Woody was there to look out for her, Winnie didn't really care.

The two woodpeckers enjoyed the wind blasting through the open windows of their car and their beaks as the warm summer breeze slowly turned into a cool, but bearable, alpine air, with some sights along the way. Finally, the birds encountered a brown sign, reading "RIVERSIDE CABIN NEXT RIGHT," in big white text. "This is it! You're gonna love it!" Woody chirped, as he made the turn into a dirt road leading up to their cabin. Winnie simply smiled back at him, expecting the usual fluff about how nice the cabin or how cool the view would be. After passing through a tunnel of pine trees, the log cabin appeared before them, overlooking a rushing river and a majestic forest down below. As pretty as the view was from this vantage point, "It's even better when we go inside!" Woody confidently exclaimed.

"All right," chirped Winnie, optimism shining in her eyes, "Wow me!"

After parking the car just next to the cabin, the woodpeckers grabbed all their baggage and supplies from the trunk and headed inside. Turning on the single light bulb revealed a relatively modest cabin for two, with your usual fixings focusing on outdoor life: A real fireplace that uses wood logs below a grand taxidermy of a deer watching the great room, wooden furniture, and of course, the obligatory small pine trees and pictures of forest critters dotted everywhere. There is a small kitchen section where one can make their food, one that Woody would definitely love.

"So, what do you think?" Woody asked his girlfriend about the small and tiny lodge. But, it was nothing too special and not exactly "wow" material for Winnie, much to her over-hyped disappointment. However, she accepted the look Woody provided and put her stuff down near the door. "It's...um...OK..." she muttered. "But you do realize there's no windows for us to see outside?"

Of course, the best part is saved for last. "About that..." Woody spoke, before he too put down his stuff, and lead Winnie towards the front of the cabin, where presented before her is a giant curtain covering the single window of the same size. "This here is the worth the price of admission!" uttered the woodpecker, unraveling the curtain. The entire cabin exploded and flooded in light before revealing an unobstructed view of the other side. Now, Winnie didn't care anymore about the mediocre cabin that she stayed in, but gasped in awe of the sight of the roaring river, majestic mountains, and the limitless forest down below from a different perspective. "Isn't the view nice?", Woody stepped in and commented on the view ahead, "It's definitely better than the view on TV!"

"It's beautiful..." Winnie finally answered. She went on to hug her boyfriend for the wonderful vista that Woody gave her, forgetting about the drab cabin that they'll be sleeping in.

"Hey, you can see my tree from up here!", Woody commented, pointing below, towards the ocean of trees. "Yours too, Winnie!" The female woodpecker chuckled at this comment. After all, the woodpeckers does live there, alongside everyone else they know personally. For Winnie however, not only this is the kind of "wow" material she's expecting from Woody, but the grand view and the feeling of being on "top of the world" was enough to leave her breathless.

It's been a bit since the two woodpeckers settled down in the cabin and both haven't really taken their eyes of the spectacular spectacle presented through the window. The sky turned into a deep orange, giving out a wonderful contrast to the green forest of pines and blue rapids down below and the white tops of the mountains up above, with the occasionally passage of a woodland critter nearby, such as a deer or eagle. Winnie loved every relaxing minute of it, and only brought her closer to Woody, leaning her head on his shoulder. A chill went down Woody's spine and responded by embracing his love, putting his arm around Winnie. A loving boyfriend, an awesome view, and no one to disturb it as Woody promised, there's nothing for Winnie to worry about expect to take a load off her chest from the daily chaos down in the forest below.

"This is so romantic...." sighed Winnie, "You don't mind if we take a picture of this sunset together?" Woody slightly cringed at this, since he remembered the last time they had to deal with that in Rio. Luckily, there are no complicated selfie sticks here. It's all natural. "Sure!" Woody responded. And as easy as opening up the front camera in his phone and posing for it right in front of the sun without that glare, Woody snapped the photo. They checked it together, just the two of them and the smiling sun, alongside the scenery. "You're kind of cute in this photo..." Woody commented to Winnie. The female giggled at this and brought Woody closer.

But then, there was a small growl that was overheard by Winnie. Could it be another member of the forest simply passing by? "I'm kind of hungry," Woody spoke up, pointing towards his stomach, which shouted out for food. "You got us something to eat, Winnie?"

"Of course!" she responded. Knowing Woody, this is something that she expects, she was ready enough that she packed a few ingredients in another bag. It should be enough to feed the woodpeckers for the next two days and some extra ingredients just in case Winnie's favorite woodpecker really asks for it (as it usually is for the gluttonous Woody). "I'll go and make dinner."

Winnie walked over to the bag full of ingredients and brought it over to the small kitchen section. The kitchen itself was your average one: A small sink in the lone corner with a section for preparing ingredients next to it, a small fridge that is one of the only electrically powered items other than the single light bulb, drawers chock full of included plates, utensils, and silverware, and finally, the aforementioned wood stove with its various pots and pans, its metallic and idyllic looking grate greeting Winnie to put fire in it. Usually, there would a pile of wood logs and a matchbook next to the stove for those who want to use it, but Winnie saw there was none to be found, save for the matchbook on top of the stove. "Hmph, they didn't bother putting some firewood for us?" questioned Winnie. She checked near the fireplace, there's sure to be some firewood. But when the female woodpecker peeked there, there is no firewood at all.

So Winnie decided to head to Woody, who was on his phone, playing the latest trendy game for that week. "Woody, be a dear and cut some firewood for us?" she said to him. Knowing him however, she kind of expected him to make some sort of excuse in the lines of "Can't I take a rest from all the driving?" or "I'm too tired!" and went back to his phone, which he did, replying using the aforementioned quotes above. "Please...?" asked Winnie again, this time, showing concern, complete with some puppy eyes, towards Woody in an effort to convince him. Of course, Woody would never say no to a cute face like that, especially Winnie's.

"Fine, I'll do it for you, and dinner..." he relented immediately, in name of Winnie, and his hunger pains. Winnie thanked him and pecked a kiss on his cheek, perking him up for the adventure ahead, before the male woodpecker finally made his way out of his rustic paradise and into the cool sunset breeze. With Winnie alone in the cabin, she can finally prepare her ingredients for their dinner in peace, at least until she needs to cook.

For Woody, the forest is right ahead past a short clearing. The woodpecker didn't really bring anything to cut down trees, other than the smartphone he always carries with him. After all, the only tool Woody needs to cut down trees is the one Mother Nature provided for him and all other woodpeckers, and that was his beak. Now, there were unlimited trees abound just a short walk away. Knowing himself, it could be as simple as pecking away the tree closest to the cabin and bringing it back in right. But frankly, he didn't want to disturb Winnie and annoy her with the sound of knocking on wood, not when she is still making dinner.

So instead, Woody went deeper into the forest, looking for the perfect distance away from Winnie. "Startin' to get dark..." he told himself, noticing how the sunset is slowly turning into night, "Better use my phone." Woody took out his phone and activated the light behind it, enabling him to see what is ahead as he stepped further into the woods. While Woody was used to the forest, considering that he and Winnie lives there, this one was much denser than theirs, adding to the darkness. With time however, Woody reached another small clearing, with just enough room where it is around ten steps forward, and about ten steps to the side. "Perfect."

Woody looked for the nearest tree, cracked his knuckles, and prepared himself and what is soon to be a productive hour of tree cutting. "Here we go!" he exclaimed. Woody made his first pecks through the tree, quickly jabbing his way through the body until just before he made it through the entire tree. "TIMBER!" he shouted, before the tree started buckling under its own weight, cracking through the air, swishing itself through the pine needles of its brothers, and finally ending with a satisfying "BOOM!", making impact into the clearing below. Next, Woody made further pecks into the tree to clear of its aforementioned leaves, as well as its branches and the bark that made up the tree's dress, leaving a giant, bare, and naked log in the clearing. And finally, more pecks to break the log up into smaller ones, "And voila! Firewood!"

Usually, Woody here would be done. After all, cutting down trees may be quick work to a woodpecker, but it does take a lot of energy to do so. However, with the woodpecker thinking about Winnie and her delicious food, and with the looming darkness starting to wrap around him, Woody didn't hesitate to resume pecking down several more trees.

BOOM!

BOOM!

BA-BOOM!

Each successive pound to the ground would equal about a few hours worth of fuel for their needs, one to cook with and one to keep warm, so Woody would need to cut down a few more trees to suit themselves for the next two days. However, the woodpecker cared about Winnie and eating so much that he continued to peck down trees, even after his quota had been reached.

But unknowingly to Woody, despite the distance he had try to make to give his girlfriend some space to concentrate on preparing that yummy food, he never knew that there were neighbors around that also have to concentrate. In this case, it was a napping brown bear in a nearby cave, whom woke up from his slumber as a result of the repeated impacts on the floor.

As Woody pecked his way through another tree, the bear tried to get his attention by touching his shoulder, "Not now, I'm busy." he said. Then he shoved him slightly, "I told you, maybe later." Woody put out his hand behind himself while still focusing on the tree he is pecking. It was only when the bear flicked Woody's head was he able to turn. "Hey!" he shouted, "What are...you..."

The bear let out a guttural roar as Woody's soul escaped and turned his physical self white. He stood still at the danger and tried to talk his way out of this. "N-Nice...bear...." He even had the audacity to stroke the bear on the nose, but all it did was annoy him even more, and screamed at Woody. That was enough send the woodpecker packing and run away to somewhere safe.

Meanwhile, Winnie was about to finish organizing and preparing her ingredients for a wonderful dinner with Woody. Consisting of a fresh porterhouse lightly seasoned, mashed russet potatoes, and Caesar salad made using fresh lettuce on the side, it was a modest dinner for two. All she needed to do was wait for Woody to come back with the fuel. As woodpeckers, it shouldn't take more than five minutes to have enough fuel for the night. Right?

"Ugh, what's taking Woody so long?" the female woodpecker muttered, getting worried about the length of time Woody needed to grab firewood and the freshness of the food. Maybe Woody is being his usual lazy self...

However, what pushed her was a cool snap that blew into the rather uninsulated cabin as night continued to give way, giving Winnie a tangy and cold swipe down her spine, "W-Where are you...?" she shivered, starting to get peeved. At this point, she had to put her ingredients into the fridge to keep it fresh and her attention became laser focused on Woody. "Oh, Woody..." she seethed through her beak, "We're going to have a serious talk after this!" Winnie's concern turned into ranting mutters as she walked out of the cabin to find Woody. Of course, she could have used her smartphone to contact Woody, but with barely any reception in the high mountains compared to the low forest down below, there was no other choice but to physically look for him.

However, after walking into the edge of the first clearing and yelled out for her boyfriend, the only response was silence. This incensed Winnie further, probably confirming Woody's laziness and perhaps could be sleeping there. "I swear..." she muttered again, before taking out her smartphone again and used the light to clear the way into the dense jungle of pine trees.

Once she reached the second clearing a few moments later, Winnie gasped at the true gravity of the situation Woody might be in. She shined her light on the giant pile of finished pile of firewood, as well as a partial, half pecked tree next to it, which presented a different story. It suggests that Woody might be in trouble. Immediately, anger turned into worry about the male woodpecker. Has he been hurt? Did he get lost going back? Or maybe-

"HELP!" a voice emanated suddenly, alongside a thud. "WINNIE! HELP!" This cry must definitely be Woody. Like a lightning bolt, Winnie sprang into action to save her boyfriend from whatever threat he's dealing with. "Hang on!" Winnie shouted back, "I'm coming!"

Woody was out of options. No amount of rocks, trees, firewood, or even defensive pecks could stop the bear from trying to get to him. He had cornered Woody behind a giant rock, growling with a furious rancor against the woodpecker that disturbed his sleep. "P-Please don't eat me...Mr Bear..." Woody begged him towards his shiny, yet hateful teeth, "Woodpeckers don't taste very good!"

The bear responded by closing his mouth. Looks like the bear isn't hungry after all! Woody had some sort of slight relief until the bear rose himself from the ground and presented his giant, intimidating claws before him. Woody gulped at this, closing his eyes very tightly and accepting his fate as a pile of red, blue, white, and...red feathers...

BONK! BONK!

Two large pieces of firewood directly hit on the head of the bear, stunning him!

"HEY YOU STUPID GRIZZLY!" a feminine voice shouted. "GET AWAY FROM MY BOYFRIEND!"

"Winnie!" Woody gasped in excitement and relief when he saw the female woodpecker standing proudly against the bear. While still stunned, Woody quickly ran from the bear towards the direction of Winnie and wrapped himself into the safety of her arms, while holding her tightly. All fear in his body dissolved into tears and let himself in front of Winnie at this, and in response, the female woodpecker patted his back.

"Are you alright, Woody?" she spoke softly at her lover, picking up at his beak, "You're not hurt?"

"Y-yeah..." Woody sniffled, "I'm ok. I'm glad I'm not bird jelly." Winnie was pretty happy, but disgusted, but also giggled at that response. "Now let's get the firewood and head back." she told him, carrying Woody around her arms.

However, this small moment of redemption didn't last too long. There was a loud roar behind the two. The bear has risen again, more determined than ever now that there's double the annoying birds right in front of him. Immediately, fear filled not just Woody again, but now Winnie. The bear didn't hesitate to start his chase again towards his targets.

"RUN!" Winnie shrieked, taking Woody with her. The two terrified woodpeckers made their way towards the second clearing, where the firewood was. "Grab some!" Woody commanded, taking an armful of wood as much as he could carry. Winnie did what Woody told her and took an armful as well. They made their way through the dense pines, hoping that the needles would at least slow down the bear. However, the bear would not give up and quickly rammed through them as if he ran though rough, but prickly air. Eventually, all three of them made their way into the first clearing and the woodpeckers quickly went inside the cabin and split, dropping the firewood near the fireplace. Woody kept the door shut to hold the bear at bay, while Winnie pushed as much furniture as she could towards the door. Woody moved away from the door in order to make way for the pile of furniture, thus, creating a barricade to prevent the bear from coming in. However, just in case, the woodpeckers used themselves to put more weight and to give more time for themselves.

BOOM!

BOOM!

BOOM!

The ominous and thunderous thuds by the bear trying to break through the door emanated throughout the cabin, shaking it, the pile of furniture, and the woodpeckers.

"What are we going to do?!" Winnie panicked,

"I don't know, I don't know, I don't know!" Woody shouted, trying to look around for a solution. "Maybe I should have planned all along!"

"Well plan something NOW!"

Woody kept shooting his eyes around for a solution... firewood... chair... matches... firewood... chair... Winnie... matches... bag... He gasped as the idea comes to his head. "Do we still have extra matches?" Woody asked Winnie.

"Y-Yeah?!" she shouted, still panicking from the constant banging of the door.

"Keep holding that door, I'll be right back!"

"W-wait, where are you going?! Don't leave me here!"

"Don't worry Winnie, I think this is going to work!"

"It better! Or I'm taking you with me!"

With the power of his beak, he pecked away two thin legs of the chair, created two holes on the top of each, and pecked small rods for each. Woody then cut one of the holding straps of his bag and tied each end on the top and bottom of the chair legs. Thus, Woody had created a rudimentary bow. For the arrows, he simply pecked at several pieces of firewood and made them into thinner and thinner logs until they are narrow enough to be light and usable as a weapon for the woodpecker's new bow. Each log made about thirty arrows and wrapped the ends of each arrow up with some cloth from the chair. Finally, the matches were used to light up the said cloth, in order for the weapon to be more intimidating.

"Now Winnie, move out of the way!" Woody commanded. However, Winnie did not follow this time, worried about her own safety and especially Woody's. "What?!" she shouted. "N-No! I don't want to get hurt! I w-won't let you get hurt!"

"Trust me!" Woody reassured, "Now...Open. That. Door."

Winnie still hesitated, but eventually relented. She moved to let all her weight away from the pile of furniture and with the final bang, the bear rushed his way in through the door and all the furniture, greeting with a horrendous bellow. But Woody immediately responded with his own roar, screaming at the top of his lungs, before lighting up his match and made several burning arrows. Woody lunged and ran forward towards the bear, shooting the flaming stars to him. One arrow scraped the top of the bear's head, and when felt the bald spot created by the arrow, it was enough to drain all the color from his body, just as he did with Woody, and yelped away.

The woodpecker was relentless in his pursuit of scaring the bear. Shooting arrows as he quickly made them, without trying to burn the cabin down, he didn't hesitate to chase down the bear with wave after wave of flaming arrows. They all missed, but it was OK. Woody didn't want to kill him. As the bear left the cabin and ran off into the inky darkness, Woody continued to catapult more arrows until he stopped short of the entrance. "Yeah! Good riddance!" Woody shouted, waving his fist in the air, before he slammed the door.

And now, Winnie, after witnessing Woody get rid of the bear in the most unorthodox way possible, was wooed how the woodpecker handled the situation despite that and negative feelings that she had experienced evaporated. After all, he had saved her from being mauled by a bear. "Oh Woody...!" Winnie spoke, with those cutesy blue eyes, running towards him.

The female woodpecker hugged hard, and Woody, realizing the gravity of the situation that he did to save Winnie, as well as the usual feeling of getting hugged by the girl of his dreams, called out his distinctive laugh, the one Winnie loved to hear at a time like this. It was a victory for Woody after all. "You're so brave..." Winnie said sweetly, "I gotta give back after what you did..."

Winnie ran a finger up Woody's beak, which made Woody shiver pleasurably a little, but quickly went back to his senses after his stomach growled, realizing that he still needed to eat after all this. So Woody replied, "I hope that means more food?"

But Winnie put her finger again in Woody's beak again, this time shushing him in the mouth. "We'll talk about that later, sweetie...but you're definitely in for a treat..." she talked, now being more slow and seductive in her words. Woody loved treats, especially a banana split with triple chocolate. But Winnie had a different treat in mind. She grabbed the makeshift bow and arrow and matches from Woody, lighted up one of the arrows, and shot it towards the fireplace, where some of the firewood that the woodpeckers dropped earlier rolled into instantly roared to life. It proved to be more romantic than the single light bulb would ever provide. "Guess who's ready for 'quiet time'?"

Then it clicked on Woody's mind what Winnie meant by that. After all, he almost got there before a certain penguin had to roll himself in and ruin everything. Woody didn't care about the food anymore, it can wait. For this, he had to make sure there was no one to ruin the moment this time, no bears, no Chilly Willy, no one. There's only one person in this cabin that is staying here other than Woody that he cared about the most, and that was the woodpecker who didn't hesitate to bring him in and make beak-to-beak contact, which is exactly what Winnie did.

But this embrace wasn't the usual peck on the cheeks or even a brief smooch if they really want to express their love for one another. No, this kiss was deeper and more passionate than what both had gave to each other and experienced. All tensions that the two ever had today melted away quickly in favor of a more mellow and relaxed feeling that both woodpeckers felt coursing through their bodies. It was a kind of a dance that their tongues loved, in tune to the slow crackling of the fireplace in the background. There was nothing that could stop this lovely moment. But then, just as quickly as it had started, Winnie pulled out, looked deep into the lustful eyes of her lover, Woody doing the same, and let the string of saliva break from each other's beaks. "I love you so much Woody..." spoke softly the female woodpecker, putting her hand on Woody's cheeks and trailing it down. "Right back at ya', Winnie..." the equally soft spoken Woody replied, feeling the pleasurable chill emanating from Winnie's silky fingers. But another chill, the kind of cool and uncomfortable chill, also emanated from the floors. Of course, Woody needed to accommodate for this.

"Come on," said Woody, "It's better to go to the couch. It's closer to the fire, where it's warmer..." The male woodpecker carried Winnie's relatively light self towards the said couch near the center of the fire log strewed great room. It was the only piece of furniture that Winnie didn't touch when she had to barricade the door earlier. He placed her down on the comfy cushions, warmed by the sweet and welcoming blaze just close by. The male woodpecker contemplated the gorgeous appearance that was presented before him. That beautiful swirly hairdo and puffy ponytail, those adorable blue eyes, flat chest, perfectly sized tail feathers, and that cute pink skirt that was the cherry on top of Winnie's overall form. She only made him all the more attracted to her. "Gosh, you're a pretty bird..." he whispered in Winnie's ear, commenting about her. "I could ruffle up your feathers all night if I wanted to..." The female woodpecker felt perked up at this comment, while Woody, with eyes full of desire, ran a finger up past her cheeks, sending a satisfying chill through her spine, and forcing a small carnal chirp from her beak. "Ah! Do it! Ruffle them!" Winnie commanded, as if the gentle touch triggered another, passionate side of the woodpecker, "I want more from you, Woody Woodpecker! Give me everything you got!"

Woody simply smirked at the request, chuckled his laugh quietly, before he uttered, "With pleasure."

At this point, all rational thought left these bird's brains, to be replaced with primitive and lascivious instincts. Woody didn't hesitate to dive into Winnie's beak for another embrace. This time, it was more intense than the last. Instead of a slow, but intricate dance that had much time to be romantically passionate despite its quick speed, it was a thrashing that quickly devolved into a mosh pit of lewd and crass tongue kissing, but they loved every long second of it.

As Woody and Winnie continued to let their tongues move freely in each other's beaks, the male woodpecker placed his hands across Winnie's soft and supple feathers, starting with her shoulder and slowly migrating south past towards the side of her chest and hips. Winnie experienced another chill throughout her body as a result, this one being so pleasurable and massive that she broke the kiss with Woody in order for her to relieve the pleasure through her beak as a moan. "You like that?" asked Woody. Winnie didn't even speak, the carnal and hedonistic feelings flooding her body was too much for her other than only a nod and a simple acknowledgment. "Well, I hope you like this one..." the male woodpecker continued.

Woody moved down slightly and started to gently peck on Winnie's neck, even slightly pulling some of the feathers that reside there. This only exacerbated those promiscuous feelings for much longer and the female woodpecker only responded by more tweets of lewd joy. It didn't help that at the same time, Woody had reached what felt like cloth. This was Winnie's little pink skirt, and Woody, desirous to go further, let his hands go inside the gap towards her most intimate parts. The female woodpecker yelped at this, but she didn't care, Winnie did let him after all.

Woody let his fingers travel through the inside of her skirt. It was warm, feathery, and...wet? Woody pulled away from Winnie's neck as he felt this new kind of feeling and looked down. Of course, with Winnie's blessing, Woody pulled her skirt away from her with his other hand and threw it to the floor next to the couch, revealing the little slit opening to her womb. A small draft was also created when Woody removed Winnie's skirt and the female woodpecker felt yet another shiver shooting up her spine, emitting more carnal chirps that Woody took his time to savor. But something that also came up that widened Woody's pupils, noting the change of form of Winnie without her skirt. He felt something hard in his intimate regions as well. His shaft started to peek out and greeting Woody with jolts of joy zipping across his body. Winnie smiled slightly at this, knowing that Woody basically walks bare all the time, but she let his unnecessary and frankly, dumb shock about her naked self get to the better of him.

But it didn't really matter for the both of them, as the most exciting part was when Woody saw that wet entrance down there. It was flooded with so much fluid that the excess leaked out onto the couch, causing a stain to appear into the cushions below. No wonder Winnie felt cold... Woody smirked again at this, and trailed his hand across Winnie's cheeks again. "Oh, you really want me, do ya'?" the male woodpecker questioned. But Winnie can barely respond, the male woodpecker's silky hands smoothly dragging across her soft and supple feathers made it hard to comprehend as more pleasure waved through her body yet again. Finally, Winnie was able let out a single acknowledgment from her beak, "Y-yeah...".

But Woody had to make sure she agreed. The lascivious feelings inside her may be clouding her judgment. He may be a wisecracking and cocky woodpecker, but he wasn't a menace. "Do ya'?" he said.

Winnie just had enough energy to simply nod, and paved the way for the high point in their trip to the mountains. Without saying a word, Woody dived deep into Winnie's glorious wet hole, his member probing into her most sensitive parts. Since no one is around, the two woodpeckers did not hesitate to squawk happily as pleasure flooded their bodies and their shouts of joy echoing throughout the lodge. As if his body took control, Woody began to find rhythm in his movements, which only intensified the feeling the male was experiencing. Winnie, already washed time and time again with wonderful feelings, savored every single thrust Woody pushed into her as her hole tightened around him.

"You like that, huh?" Woody squawked at Winnie,

"Y-yes!" Winnie shouted, "Yes Woody! I want more!"

"W-What did you say?" Woody tried asking amongst all the grunts and moaning.

"Yes! Please!"

Winnie was practically begging for Woody to fill her up and the male obliged by moving faster. Wave upon wave of pleasure roared through the woodpeckers with every movement and it was only about to get more intense as a result of Woody speeding up. Every pant, every moan, grunt, shout, or any other sound from their beaks reverberated throughout the tiny lodge.

"W-Woo-o-ody!" Winnie called out to his boyfriend at some random moment.

"Y-yea-ah...Ah! Aaahh...." Woody slurred his words, as his body was drunk with lascivious feelings. But this made Woody realize something...This was it, the culmination of their time together. Until now, never did Woody went this far with his girlfriend. When he usually meets up with Winnie, there were attempts to go further, but was always foiled by interference by someone. The aforementioned Chilly Willy is one, and that Andy Panda and his many different jobs...but then you also Wally and Buzz ruining the opportune time for the two, and yes, even Splinter and Knothead come into the scene. However, with no one around in their mountain paradise, nothing can stop this blissful moment from ending.

"I-I'm aaa-a-almost t-there, W-Winnie..." Woody chirped, feeling his member fill up, "I'm about to c-cum...."

"I-It's o-ok Woody..." Winnie responded, paving the way for her boyfriend's grand finale.

Finally, with one final thrust into Winnie, Woody exploded and let it all out, both through his beak as a joyous scream heard throughout the cabin, and through his member as white liquid seed splurged outward. Winnie felt the warm semen fill up her womb, her entrance trying to squeeze out as much of the sticky, milky liquid as it could from Woody. Whereas, every single spurt of his shaft released a tsunami of pleasure into Woody, moaning in sweet bliss. Now, as the last of his seed pumped out of the male woodpecker, Woody pulled out of Winnie before collapsing his entire body just next to the female. The width of the couch made it impossible for Winnie to move without the danger of her lurching from the couch and falling off, but what does it matter? They loved the soft, warm, and fuzzy feeling of each other's feathers giving warmth to the other woodpecker.

The two panted hard in satisfaction and exhaustion, for the waves of pleasure continue to flow through them until it began to settle and fizzle out into tiredness and, most importantly, confirmation of their love for each other. They've been through a lot with their ups and downs, but this is the first time they finally connected, both in terms of their relationship and physically. They must have taken their time quite well, for the fireplace was close to also fizzling out and slowly returning the light to the dim, light bulb above the entire cabin.

As they lied there, regaining their senses, Woody turned his head towards Winnie, her cute face lulled from the pleasure, and gently shook her awake. The female woodpecker revealed her shining blue eyes towards him, and Woody finally spoke his first words: "Wakey, wakey..."

"Oh...Woody..." Winnie whispered, smiling at the male, "Are you OK?"

"I'm doing really great..." Woody responded, caressing his hands on Winnie's beak. "Thanks to you..." Winnie became flattered and giggled softly, blushing red through her bright yellow beak. "Hehehe, you're welcome...You were pretty great too..." Woody did his little laugh again, but more subtle and controlled. "I'm gonna say yes..." Winnie smiled.

"You'll probably need this..." added Woody, who also had the opportunity to grab Winnie's skirt. "Oh wow, what a gentleman..." the female woodpecker commented, promptly grabbing the skirt, lifted herself, and placed it on. Then, Woody's memory was jogged at something earlier in their time together, "Hey, um, remember that time you wanted to marry me and I said no, and all that crazy stuff happened with Cupid and whatever?"

Winnie tried to recall that moment, and when she did, she slightly cringed at that moment. Winnie will never forget that how that panda chased her to the ends of the earth, while Woody was there behind them, shouting something...

"I wanted to take everything back what I said back then," Woody chirped in, "and, um, I want to get committed."

Winnie's red cheeks only became deeper at this, "You really do?"

"Yeah." The male woodpecker nodded his head, "You're the most beautiful and important woodpecker I've ever met. You keep me sane every time we're together. Now, I don't know if I can live without you!" Winnie was touched by this, even shedding a tear for a bit, "That's...that's so thoughtful..." she grinned, "I'm glad to hear that. We'll start planning for that soon..."

Then the two woodpeckers heard a loud growl break the romantic silence of the cabin, heightening their senses once again, was that the bear? But Winnie deduced it immediately towards Woody's ever screaming stomach, forgetting that he was still famished.

"Oh sorry, Woody," Winnie apologized, "I should probably make dinner..."

But for the first time, Woody refused to stand. "No, no..." he shook his head, "After all that? I think you and I should take a load off...rest a little."

Winnie agreed and the woodpeckers decided to stay put as it is right now. Dinner can still wait. Woody was lying on top of Winnie in a somewhat awkward, but slightly uncomfortable way due to how thin the width of the couch was. However, the couch was just long enough for them to fit the length of their bodies, so Woody scootched downwards to adjust himself so that his head was just above Winnie's flat chest and laid his head to rest there. She's like a warm pillow that cuddles back, he thought to himself. Who needs a blanket? Woody nuzzled the warm and feathery area, prompting Winnie to check down below. It felt awkward and weird for Woody to lie there, but Winnie didn't even bother to speak. Instead, she placed her hand over the male's head. He responded by hugging Winnie. Not only Woody's equally feathery body felt warm as well, but there was a sense of safety and comfort resting while being wrapped in his arms.

It was an interesting day for the two woodpeckers. A simple two day excursion turned into an extension of the usual chaos that they witness, or in the case of Woody, cause. But perhaps that chase with the bear was kind of the spark that was needed to push Woody further into Winnie's relationship into marriage. The female is pretty optimistic for the future with him. Where will they get married? What about their honeymoon? Where will the two live? What about kids? The questions and possibilities are endless! But in the short term, it's time to rest. Woody adjusted again, cuddling closer to her chest, tickling Winnie a bit. The male finally lulled to sleep while listening to the relaxing sound of Winnie's slow, but steady heartbeat. She responded by caressing his head, feeling the supple feathers of the male woodpecker through her hands. "Good night, Woody..." she whispered, before she too drifted away to the dream world.
