Unforgetable Halloween

Scooby is ready to celebrate Halloween, and he has a very special mummy costume ready. However, what was supposed to be a night of trick-or-treating takes an unexpected turn involving an ancient amulet, an actual mummy and a case of mistaken identity. Yeah, that surely will be a Halloween Scooby will never forget.

Here is this story for the Halloween, inspired by an artwork from right here on FurAffinity (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/44661522/).

I have been planning this for a while now, and I'm glad I managed to finish this story in time to post it for Halloween. I had actually planned to post two, but my overall laziness kept me from working on the other story. Guess I'll have to wait 'til next Halloween to post it. Hope this single story can keep you all satisfied until them.

Or until I post the batch of Christmas themed stories I plan to post until December 25th

Halloween.

One of the many holidays one could find. One kids certainly loved, as they got to dress up as their favorite characters and get free candy from the people.

However, this was not merely a holiday for the kids alone. It was a holiday for everyone. Everyone got their chance to take part on the celebration of all things scary and mysterious on that one night of the year where the ghouls and goblins ran free on the streets and toilet paper was thrown on the houses that didn't give any candy.

The entire town on Coolsville was, like the rest of the country, ready to celebrate this holiday.

Houses were decorate with fake skeletons and tombstones. Scarecrows were put on every corner. Every house had at least one Jack-o-Lantern in front of it, and they were already being lit up with candles on their inside to prepare for this wonderful night of fright and terror, but all in a mood of celebration and joy. With candy sprinkled all over the top.

It was certainly going to be a good Halloween. Including to a group of four young adults and their loyal dog.

The Mystery Inc. spent most of their time on the road, going from city to town in search for new adventures and experiences, and, of course, all manners of mysteries to solve. However, one could not live of mysteries alone. Even those brave young lads needed a break from their routines of adventure and travel.

And we mean a real break. Which was why they would occasionally return to Coolsville. Their innocent hometown, where they all grew up and first met together, and where they would always feel welcome. Their one safe haven where they felt like they could come and not be bothered by any mysteries, or by any dangerous things that could come their way and try and threaten them, like vengeful ghosts, or limping zombies, or even blood sucking vampires, _most of which_turned out to be nothing more than masked people.

This time, they managed to return to the city just in time for Halloween. They were all feeling excited for this year's Halloween, with the traditional Coolsville's Halloween Fair. With all of the games, attractions (this year they had Lady Gaga come, how was a mystery in and on itself), and all manners of traditional foods to be shared by nearly all of the teenagers and adults of the city.

This, of course, included the members of Mystery Inc. Well, most of them...

"Come on, guys!" Freddy called out to s friends inside of the house as he stood on the living room of their house, his traditional clothes traded in favor of a blue and white knightly armor. "The party starts in thirty minutes! We gotta go now if we want to arrive in time to see the mayor light up the giant Jack!"

"Coming!" A voice said, and soon Velma was coming out of her bedroom and coming to Freddy. For that night, Velma had chosen a scientist costume, wearing a white lab coat that went nearly perfectly with her traditional pair of glasses.

"Hey, Velma." Freddy said, "You look ready to go to a lab."

"Well, that's the idea." Velma said to Freddy, and soon, Velma turned to look back at the hallways she came from.

"You coming guys?"

"Sure we are!" Came a voice right in answer. Soon, three figures came from the inside of the house into the living room. The first one was Shaggy, who was wearing some ragged and mended clothes and a Jack-o-Lantern helmet on his head, and he even had some straw coming out of parts of his clothing, like his elbows, shoulders and from the collar of his shirt, what made him look like a scarecrow that ran off his field. The fact he was so thin helped sell the image.

Daphne, on her end, was wearing a much more regal clothing when compared to Shaggy's rags. Literally, she was dressed like a princess. She was wearing a beautiful dress on shades of purple that looked like it belonged to Disney princess. She was also wearing a beautiful fake tiara on her head, decorated with beautiful fake emeralds, and it nearly looked real, if you looked from a distance.

"So, how do we look?" Daphne said, posing, and Freddy soon answered:

"Like you came out of a cornfield and a fairy tale."

"Really good costumes, guys." Velma said.

"Yeah, Daphne really did a nice job on those." Shaggy said, showing off his clothes. "And the helmet doubles as a bucket to carry food!" He knocked on the helmet on his head, and they all laughed at this.

"Sorry for the drag, guys. We were helping Scooby finish up with his costume." Daphne said, and soon, another figure was coming over. The final one of the gang.

Scooby's costume was much simpler when compared by the ones of his human friends. Well, you didn't needed much to dress up as a mummy, anyways. Seriously, all you needed was enough bandages to cover your body. You could do it with toilet paper if you really needed. Still, for this Scooby had went with actual bandages. Those were actual linen! The white contrasted with the brown and black of his fur, and they were neatly wrap around his forehead, on his chest, fore and back legs, and down his stomach. Scooby had the entire "mummy" look ready for Halloween.

"Hey, Scooby. Looking good." Freddy said, and Scooby nodded at his friend.

"Rhank you." Scooby said, "I'm ready for rick-or-reating."

"Too bad you are not going to the party with us, Scooby." Daphne said, and the dog simply said it was "Rokay". Truth was that Scooby was not on the mood to be a crowded space after their last mystery. This last one involved someone trying to cause an entire zoo to close, and the last attack of the "Franken-zoo" ended up into people and animals all cooped inside of a single cage for nearly half-an hour, with the monster himself along with them. And Scooby was right there in the middle of everything.

For thirty minutes, the Great Dane was inside of a cage with over a hundred people and many animals. Being pushed, having someone stepping on his tail or paws, being so compressed it was hard to breathe and, worse of all, having the monster they had been trying to capture literally so close to him that Scooby could smell the fried chicken the guy had ate over an hour before as he breathed on his face.

After this, Scooby was feeling a little bit afraid of crowds, and he was sure he didn't wanted to be in a place with a large one, like on the gathering that would happen for the Halloween party.

Scooby was much more on the mood for going around asking candy with the kids. The rest of the crew were not on the age to go around getting candy anymore, but there was no rule that said a dog could not do it. Especially a dog as charming as Scooby himself.

Scooby still felt bad about not getting all of the snacks that would certainly be serve on the party. However, his best pal Shaggy already had that covered for his canine friend.

"Just remember to save half of the candy for me when I bring back you the snacks of the part, right, Scoobs?"

"Rokie-dokie, Rhaggy." Scooby said, saluting his friend, with this, the group parted ways.

The four young adults when on their way, waving goodbye to the dog and wishing him a "Happy Halloween", as well as a "good candy hunting". Scooby was never a hunting dog. Unless, of course, he was to hunt for a snack or, on this case, for the best candy that a dog could find on a small town on a Halloween evening.

Scooby took absolutely no time to find a group of children happily singing "trick-or-treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat", and even to sing and howl along with them as they went from door to door asking for treats. Luckily, the people of Coolsville really were among the nicest one could hope to find. And they were generous with the candy.

Scooby himself was a bit of a celebrity on the city, as part of a famous group of mystery solvers. Even if he wasn't, there was something about a dog neatly costumed as a mummy that was so endearing that people could not resist but to give him a generous tip on candy. After all, who doesn't loves pets wearing cute outfits?

Halloween surely was one of Scooby's favorite holydays. He loved all of them, but he had a predilection to those that directly related to food, like Thanksgiving with the turkey, and the delicious Christmas and New Years' suppers. And, of course, we cannot forget Halloween, with all of the candy he could eat.

Caramels, lollipops, gummy bears, neatly wrapped pumpkin tarts, and all of the other manners of delicious things that were given for free to children (and dogs) on the spirit of Halloween.

Oh, yeah, Scooby really loved Halloween. And he loved to celebrate Halloween on a place where people were not stingy with the candy.

"Rick-or-reat!" Scooby went, from door to door, deeper and deeper into the town, and everyone gave him something. They even complimented how scary the "dog of Tutankhamun" was, and playfully said they would give him the "offerings" to "make sure the curse of the pharaoh's dog would not befall their households". Yeah, the people of Coolsville surely were nice ones. He even got some Scooby Snacks! That was one of the reasons why Scooby was so happy that they managed to come back just in time for Halloween.

The more Scooby went from house to house, the heavier his basket felt, as it slowly got full with candy. Scooby was carrying it around on his jaw, allowing the people to deposit their "offerings" of candy there, and Scooby even played a little on the role of the mummy dog, with a little stiff movement and growling, what seemed to have the desired effect, as people gave him even more candy for the performance.

The more candy Scooby got, the more excited he became for when the time finally came to eat it all. This, of course, led Scooby to think how good it would be to have even more candy by the end of the night. So, the Great Dane continued on his quest for more candy, moving farther and farther from his own house. As he went, Scooby noticed that bigger houses gave bigger and better candy. Some of them even had king-size confectionaries! So, Scooby started to look for big houses. And going to all of the smaller houses on the way, of course.

Unknowingly to him, Scooby was starting to go into a shadier part of Coolsville. As even small towns often had those shady areas on them, even one as nice and welcoming as the hometown of the Mystery Inc.

Scooby was currently on his lookout for bigger houses to give him more candy, and he was deciding if he would go straight, left or right on this crossroad.

Right took him to some old houses that looked actually pretty abandoned. It didn't looked like anyone lived there and, if they did, then they most likely wouldn't have much candy. Heading straight would lead him into a path that had houses like the ones he had already been into already, a sure way to have candy. Now, to the right...

"Huge rouse!" Scooby said to himself as he looked over and saw that the right lead into a house that was so big that it may as well have been a mansion! There were few houses on the way there, with the huge one sitting right on the end of the road, kind of looking like the end of the journey.

To Scooby, it seemed like the gold pot on the end of a rainbow.

The people on that house could probably give entire pies!

Without wasting time, Scooby put himself into that path, aiming to get to that big house.

Little did the dog knew that those big buildings he was heading into were not proper houses, but warehouses. And that, in one of them, there was something happening, that an innocent mummy-costumed dog like himself should not be heading into...

Inside of one of the warehouses of Coolsville, two people were meeting. Both of them were adults. One of them was a fat guy with a stubby neck and round cheeks, while the other one was taller and more muscular with sharp features and a pronounced chin. Both were dressed the same way, with overalls over their bodies, making them both look kind of like detectives. However, neither of them were detectives. Actually, they steered clear from any detective, and any detective who actually came their way would... disappear, as well as any cops that came too close, but only if they didn't accepted their money to keep their mouths shut.

"So... this is it?" The fat man said, as he looked into the item the taller man was offering to him. It was a sarcophagus. An actual, Egyptian sarcophagus. Golden in a way that made it seem it was actually made of gold, and decorated with fine paintings of blue, green and red, so preserved that it seemed that they had finished making it earlier that same day, instead of thousands of years ago.

"It sure is." The taller man said, as he pulled out a cigar from his pocket, and lighted it while on his mouth. "Brought straight from Egypt. Had to bribe every customs inspector from there to here, but it was worth it. Was able to bring this thing." He tapped on the sarcophagus, "Exactly what you requested."

"So... it is really him inside." The fat man said, looking in wonder at the sarcophagus. "It really is Nuterhek inside this sarcophagus."

The man smoked on his cigar with indifference. After what he went through to recover this thing, the name did nothing to him. However, months ago, when he heard the name "Nuterhek" for the first time, he nearly chocked on his cigar. He could hardly believe that there was once someone with a name like that.

Man, that guy would have had such a hard time had he been born in America with such a name.

"So, is what you told me about this guy really all true?" The muscular man said to the fatter and shorter man. "Was he really, like, the second more important man in Egypt after Tutankhamun?"

"Indeed." The fat man said, turning to his friend. "Back on the time of Tutankhamun, Nuterhek was what one could call a 'vice-pharaoh'. He was the most influent noble, as he was the one who supported a lot of Tutankhamun's decisions and campaigns. His fortune was vast and essential for the young pharaoh to build his legacy, and his influence with the people was what helped Tutankhamun firm and secure his position as the supreme ruler of the High Nile. If it was not for Nuterhek, then Tutankhamun would not have ascended as efficiently as he did. It is all here." He turned to the sarcophagus, and ran his chubby hands over the carvings on the surface of the ancient casket. "The history of Nuterhek's life, all written all over his sarcophagus, on ancient Egyptian."

"Yeah, I noticed all of those drawings." The taller man said, referring to the hieroglyphs all over the sarcophagus. "And I noticed there is a lot of dogs on it. What, is it some kind of word that is important on his story?"

"Oh, this..." The fat man said, seeming glad that the taller man asked, as he rested a hand over one of the many dog images that had been put all over the sarcophagus. "Is a depiction of Apui."

"A-poo?" The tall man said, to what the fatter one immediately corrected.

"Apui. He was Nuterhek's dog. The thing he loved the most on his entire life."

"Oh." The tall man said, taking in the news. "You know, I thought the old Egyptians were all cat-people."

"Yes, cats were sacred animals in Egypt, but some of them opted for dogs as their companions." The fat man reasoned, "And among them, it was said that no one loved their dog companion more than Nuterhek did. He loved Apui with every fiber of his being. He covered him in luxuries, in gold, in the finest silks, gave him only the best meat for his meals. He made sure that the dog's every whim would be sated, giving him more pampering than even the emperor's cats received."

"What a spoiled dog..."

"Nuterhek truly loved Apui more than anything. More than all of his fortune and gold. More than his own children. Even more than his own wife." The fat man said, and this last part made the taller man look at him with a raised eyebrow. "He loved him so much that it is said that having lost his beloved Apui in a sandstorm was the cause of his death, as he died of a broken heart."

There was silence following those words.

"Okay... is that the reason why they found a collar on that guy's tomb?"

"Oh, yes..." The fat man said, his eyes shining as he looked over his shoulder, at an item that laid on a table just a few feet away. The magnificent collar made of gold and silver, with a magnificent ankh decorated with a single perfect ruby. "That's Apui's collar. I was all they found after the unfortunate sandstorm. It is said that Nuterhek spent days and nights clutching it into his hands as he wept for his dog, and he continued to hold it even after his death, so much that it had to be forcefully pried off his dead fingers."

"It is said that, even in death, Nuterhek's soul will never be able to rest until he is reunited with his beloved dog." The man said, turning his attention back at the sarcophagus. "That he will be forever tormented to remain on the world of living, until he can finally be together with his dear Apui once more."

"Wow, and I thought the story of the dog who died waiting for his owner at the train station was a story of love between man and dog." The taller guy said, sounding pretty ironic. "You don't actually believe that, do you? The thing of 'remaining on earth', do you?"

"Nah, it is just an old story. Like the curse of the pharaoh, just horror-movie stuff." The fat guy said, looking at the taller man. "But, Nuterhek really existed, and he was a big deal back on his time. Which is why my hirer will be very happy that we managed to get hold on Nuterhek's mummy, as well as some of the treasures on his tomb. As soon as we hand the mummy and everything to him, all of our hard work will pay off. This calls for a celebration. Let's go out and have some nice dinner! My treat!"

"Yeah, I can eat." The tall man said, "But, I kind of thought you would be eating that."

He gestured at the big cauldron by the side of the sarcophagus, which was literally full to the brim with candy.

"Oh, no. That is just for emergencies." The fat guy said, "I have hypoglycemia. I need to eat sugar from time to time otherwise I start feeling faint. So, I always have some sweets with me. We can have some when we come back, though. I don't mind sharing."

"Yeah, I'm not much of a sweet tooth." The man said, as he stood by the side of the fat man, taking a look at the pictures of a dog on the sarcophagus.

"Say, what kind of dog was this Apui? What breed?"

"Well, according to accounts, he was a mix of several different breeds, from both in and out of Egypt. Some say he was even part wolf and part jackal." The fat man said, "He was so unique that it was believed that there was no other dog like him on the entire world."

The tall man heard, and continued to look to the drawings and hieroglyphs depicting the said dog.

"You know, looking at those drawings, it seems that this dog looked a whole lot like a Great Dane." He said, jokingly, and it was truth. Looking at the drawings it really seemed that it was a Great Dane depicted into the hieroglyphs.

"It is really okay to just leave the sarcophagus and all the stuff in here?" The tall man asked, "Just leave them in here for someone to walk in and find them?"

"No one will walk in." The fat man said, "Why do you think we came to Coolsville in the first place? This is the kind of end-of-the-world place where no one expects anything to happen, and where everyone knows to keep to themselves. Besides, this area has been abandon for years. No one is going to come in here. It will be fine."

With that, the two left the warehouse. As they did, the tall man had to admit that his fat friend had a point. I mean, this was a peaceful, even boring, idyllic city of the countryside. The kind of place where things were so calm and peaceful that someone slapping another on the face would be the talk of the town for days. No one would ever suspect that there were two guys in there working on a deal for goods stolen straight from an excavation site back in Egypt, one of them being a goddamn sarcophagus with a goddamn mummy inside! No one would ever suspect that the old abandoned warehouses would be housing something like that.

So, sure no one would come around here to poke their noses were they were not supposed to. There was no chance.

They would be fine.

As the two men walked off the warehouse, locking the door behind them, there was a knocking on a door on the other end of the warehouse. A knock that became persistent when no one answered right away. Then, the unlocked door opened slightly, revealing the mummy-dog on the other end with the candy basket on his mouth.

"Uhhh, rello?" Scooby said, peeking inside the big house, taking in how dark it was. The only illumination on the place was from the light that came from outside through the windows of the place.

"Rick-or-reat?" Scooby walked inside, looking around the place, seeing if there was anyone around. "Rello? Ranyone home?"

No one answered. Scooby continued to walk inside. As he did, he could not help but take in how empty the place was. No furniture. No decorations. No television. Not even Halloween decoration. The only thing around were those big and empty shelves, all covered in dust and cobwebs.

Had he come into an abandoned house by mistake?

Abandoned houses usually had the fame of being haunted. If this was a haunted house, chances were, with Scooby's luck, the ghost, or zombie, or whatever it was, would come out of a dark corner and chase after him any moment now.

Scooby was actually starting to think it was better to turn around and leave now. Maybe try another house... one another block, far away from that one...

However, just as Scooby was about to leave, he caught eye of something.

Light.

There was a light on that house. Coming from an actual lamp. Meaning that there was someone actually living there! The house was not abandoned! What meant it could not be haunted!

Whew. What a relief. No ghosts, ghouls, gargoyles, or any other creepy thing with a "g" would be coming after him.

"Rello?" Scooby said, as he started to walk through the empty shelves, going in direction to the light that was coming from the lamp above. "I rame after randy! Rick-or-reat?" There was still no answer to his calls, but Scooby continued moving forward anyway. As he did, Scooby soon caught sight of something under the beam of light coming from a few working lamps above.

It was a table. It had some objects laid over it, most of it looking quite old. A golden bowl. A few pieces of old, dusty paper. Some tablets with drawings scribbled all over them.

And a golden collar with a big red gem on the front.

Scooby looked curiously at the collar. He even picked it up with one of his human-like-dexterity paws, looking it all over. Was it a prop? It kind of looked like a prop. I mean, there was no way the collar was made of actual gold, right? And the gemstone on the front was just too big to be real. It was probably colored glass.

Still, Scooby could not deny that it was a beautiful collar. Especially with those drawings all over it. One of them actually looked a lot like him.

He wondered... if it would look good on him?

It was not nice to try out something you just found out inside someone else's house but, come on, he was a dog.

So, Scooby placed the collar around his neck. He easily hooked the chain on the back, latching the golden collar in place. The ankh with the ruby on the front feeling a little heavier than his regular collar, however, it still fit nicely.

Almost as if it was made for him.

Scooby now kind of wished he had a mirror to look himself. Maybe there was one around there? Scooby turned to try and see if he could find one, and he stopped nearly immediately, his eyes going comically wide as he caught eye of something.

The sarcophagus was right there, and Scooby could easily recognize what it was supposed to be. From his personal experience, sarcophaguses meant mummies inside, and mummies tended to come back to life and chase after people. However, that was not the reason why Scooby had frozen up and had wide eyes. In fact, Scooby forgot that the thing was even there mere three seconds after laying eyes on it.

His attention was completely take away from the Egyptian burial coffin by the item that was right by the side of it.

A huge cauldron that looked like it belonged into the house of a witch.

Filled to the brim with all manners of candy and sweets.

"RANDY!" Scooby said, immediately rushing to the cauldron as fast as it was possible for a Great Dane. Soon, Scooby was looking through all of the candy on the cauldron, finding a true treasure of sugary confections in there, everything from hard candy and bonbons to wrapped blueberry tarts.

"Rackpot!" Scooby said, as he checked on the fortune of candy he had just discovered. At the moment, Scooby wished he had chosen the pirate outfit over the mummy one, it would have been way more fitting to this moment. Scooby didn't saw any sign on top of the candy or anywhere near the cauldron. Normally they had some sign drawn on paper "TAKE ONLY ONE/TWO", but there was absolutely no sign anywhere in sight.

What meant he didn't need to take only one! He could have everything if he wanted!

This was certainly his lucky day!

Scooby celebrated by howling his name loudly as he tossed the candy up, letting it rain over him like confetti, laughing loudly as he did. He was so busy basking on the happiness of finding so much candy that he completely failed to notice what was happening right by his side.

By his side, the sarcophagus started to move. First, a little twitch, as if something inside had just violently squirmed. Then a few more movements, as if whatever was inside was trying to come out. Scooby remained oblivious to it as he continued to bask on the candy he now got for himself, even shoving his head into the cauldron to sniff deeply into the candy he got, even as the door of the sarcophagus slowly opened, a thin, decayed, bandage-covered hand with long and bony fingers holding on the edge.

Scooby continued focusing on the candy, now wondering how he was going to take all of it back home. It certainly was too much to fit on his basket. Would the people on the house mind if he took the entire cauldron? Maybe he could find some big bag if he looked around for a while?

With this in mind, Scooby was about to start looking around but, as soon as he turned, he finally took knowledge of a weird sound he had been hearing for nearly thirty seconds now. It was heavy and quite scary.

Sounded like... heavy breathing. Like from a person who got something bad on their throat and needed a lot of effort to breathe.

Kind of like the sound the undead made before they started moaning and rushing after him.

As he took notice of the sound, he also noticed the smell.

He hadn't noticed it sooner because of the smell of the candy he found, but now he could feel it now that he paid attention. The smell of old cloth, of dust, and of what seemed to be something old and rotten.

That smell combined with the sound of breathing, and the sudden feeling that something was standing right behind him, was enough to make Scooby whimper a little bit, before he slowly turned around to look.

There was someone standing behind him.

A tall, thin man, covered from head to toe on bandages. In some spots, the bandages were not covering, allowing the dry, greenish skin to show off. The figure was hunched over as it towered over Scooby, its chest moving as it took in deep, ragged, nearly panting breaths as it looked at the dog. Its face was covered into a golden, painted mask, hiding it's features, but Scooby could still feel that figure's eyes looking very intently at him, as he remained frozen in there, looking back at that figure.

Maybe it was a costume?

The figure shuttered as it looked at the dog, and then its arm moved. Each movement of the arm caused a creaking sound to happen, as if those joints and bones hadn't properly moved in too long, and now creaked with every movement, as the figure took its hand in direction to its masked face, causing dust and even some dried bugs to fall out through the cracks on the bandages.

A very convincing costume...?

With cracking sounds, the fingers of the creature closed around the mask and, with a sudden pull, the mask was release of the head of the creature, liberating a cloud of dust, which reeked like old things on Scooby's doggy nose.

Slowly, the creature removed the mask from its head, revealing its face to the dog.

Scooby nearly lost control of his bladder as he looked at the face revealed to him.

It was covered in bandages, but there were openings that mostly allowed to see the face. It was old and decayed. Shriveled up like an old raisin, and with a sickly greenish-yellow color, like a very old corpse. The mouth was partially open, and it had only a few decayed teeth left. Meanwhile the eyes, pitch-black and with very small white pupils, looked at the dog.

The creature looked at him, letting out long, ragged breaths, as it looked at the dog, taking a good look at his features. At the collar it had, with the big ankh with the big ruby on it. Then back at the bandage-covered face of the dog.

Then it spoke, with a voice that sounded like the noise of a very, VERY old instrument.

"Apui..."

The sound of the creature's voice was enough to cause Scooby to finally snap.

After letting out a cry of pure canine fear, his legs, which nearly felt like lead just a few seconds before, finally started working. Scooby put himself to run, letting his bag and all the candy he had been carrying to fall around into the ground, completely forgotten.

Scooby loved candy (and nearly all foods, for that matter), but even candy could not cause him to keep his cool when facing that.

Unless it was a whole pile of Scooby Snacks... But, there wasn't so many of those in there, so Scooby would be seeing himself out.

"Apui..." Scooby could hear the voice of the creature, like a distant echo, but he didn't turned to look. He didn't had the courage to turn and look. He just wanted to get out of there as fast as he could.

Have you ever noticed that it was hard to orient yourself properly when you were scared out of your mind?

Scooby ended up getting lost. The fact that there were so many of those tall shelves on the place, making it look like some short of maze, certainly didn't helped. Meanwhile, the creature continued to come after him. Scooby knew because he could constantly hear its voice behind him, calling that same word over and over.

"Apui... Apui... Apui!"

"Rhere is the rexit!?!?" Scooby cried out as he continued running, stopping on an intersection between the hallways of selves, and looking at the sides. On this moment, he caught sight of something.

The same door he came in through! Still slightly open, as the dog had not closed it properly, with the light of the moon outside still coming through the opening of the door.

"Apui!" Said the voice again, and Scooby looked in that direction, but he regretted immediately.

The creature was looking in his direction, limping to him with stiff legs as it had both its hands outstretched into the dog's direction, as if trying to reach for him.

"Ruh-roh! Rimma ret out!" Scooby said, turning and running in direction to the door, while the creature continued to walk his way, calling out that same word, louder and louder.

Bu Scooby didn't looked, instead only continuing to run in direction to the door. He was so close now, just a little more and he would reach it and go outside, and then he would be able to run as fast as he could back to his home, enter, lock the door, barricade it and the windows, and then hid under his blanket in fear.

However, before he could reach the door, he suddenly stopped.

Something had grabbed his leg.

Oh, sweet Scooby Snacks! Was it the mummy?

No. Scooby saw as he looked back and saw it was... a bandage. Connected to the mummy's arm!

The mummy let out a cry on a language that Scooby could not understand, and swung its other arm. Bandages came out of its arm, shooting straight into Scooby's direction.

Scooby tried to escape, but the bandages wrapped around him. Around each one of his ankles, and around his torso. They tightened around him like constrictor snakes, and then started pulling him back.

"No! Stop!" Scooby cried out. "Ret me go! Relp! Relp! Rhaggy! Raphne! Ranyone! Re-MMMPH!"

Scooby's cries for help were suddenly silence, as bandages wrapped around his muzzle, pulling tight and closing his mouth shut. Scooby continued trying to free himself, but this only granted for more bandages to come his way. His forelegs were force together by the ankles, tied together with a lay of bandages, rendering Scooby unable to use them.

A hard pull sent the dog to the ground. More pulling was dragging Scooby through it.

Scooby struggled, trying to escape. But it was all in vain.

Before he knew it, he was right before the mummy, who looked back at him with those black eyes.

Scooby's body stiffened from pure fear as the creature placed a hand on him and, with a sharp gesture, it flipped him over, spinning him so the creature was able to be face to face with him. The creature practically stranded him over at the waist, and grabbed him by the shoulders, and started to speak.

Well, Scooby only assumed it was speaking, as he could not make up a single word that the creature was saying. All of it sounded like nothing but gibberish on that raspy and ancient voice.

But it was not gibberish. It was ancient Egyptian.

"Why were you running away?" The mummy asked the dog, as it was holding him by the shoulders. "Why were you trying to escape from me!? I have been searching for you for so long! I wanted to see you again! And now that I found you, you try to run from me!? Why!?"

Scooby could not make up a single word the creature was saying, but he knew very well that it sounded angry.

Angry at him.

Scooby snacks, it was going to something to him!

Scooby was so scared!

If he could run he would, but he was bound. And he was now too scared to even pee himself. All he could do was cry.

He whined as the mummy screamed at him. He closed his eyes tightly, wishing to be anywhere else, while sobs escaped his throat as he whined, tears coming out of his eyes and running down his cheeks, staining the bandages.

Why was this happening?

Why did he had to run into a situation like that?

What did he do to deserve this?

He only wanted candy!

Scooby continued to sob, while he helplessly waited and dreaded for whatever the mummy would do to him, knowing that he could do nothing to escape.

He flinched and whimpered loudly when the mummy touched his face.

"Apui?" the mummy said, and Scooby whimpered louder. Meanwhile, the mummy passed a bandage-wrapped finger under his eyes, whipping away his tears.

"Apui..." The mummy said once more, before pulling Scooby closer. The dog whimpered even louder, dreading what would happen next. Not _daring to think_what would happen next. However, what happened next was not as violent, or painful, as the Great Dane had been expecting.

The mummy was... hugging him?

It was hugging him.

Slowly, Scooby opened his eyes, and the mummy was still holding him close gently, and it was speaking again. However, it's raspy voice no longer sounded angry. Instead, it sounded tender and caring.

"I'm sorry." Nutherhek said as he held the dog closer. "I'm so sorry, Apui. I know you hate it when I scream. Please, don't cry anymore. I'm so sorry."

After a few moments, the mummy broke the hug, and looked at the dog. Scooby looked back at it, as the mummy looked at him and continued speaking.

"I just... I've been waiting for so long to be reunited with you." The mummy said, reaching out for the dog. Scooby visibly flinched, and this caused the mummy to flinch as well, a hurt look appearing on his dried-up features, before he proceeded to touch the face of the dog. Scooby didn't tried to move away or even to turn his face, out of fear of angering the mummy, and just allowed those dry, sand-papery fingers to run over is meaty, furry face.

"You are so preserved." Nuterhek said, admiring how fresh the dog felt under his decayed fingers. "Whoever prepared you for the afterlife knew what they were doing... It is as if they mummified you yesterday!"

The mummy looked at the dog, and then turned his attention to his own fingers. He took in how they looked. Dried up. Decayed flesh. Looking as dead as one could look, even though he still felt as alive as he always did. His fingers looked like this, and he didn't wanted to imagine what his face looked like for the poor dog.

No wonder Apui could not recognize him.

"Oh, Apui." He mummy said, looking at the dog, who looked back at him. He took Scooby's face on his hands, cupping his muzzle gently as he looked deep into his eyes. "It is me. Nuterhek. The man who raised you since you were a puppy. The man who loved you more than anything in the entire world. And that you have loved back. I know you did..."

He passed a hand gently over Scooby's face, and the Great Dane was getting calmer, as he was seeing that the mummy didn't seemed like it intended to hurt him, although he was still very nervous. Nuterhek considered that this calming down meant that his loyal dog was recognizing him again.

"And like I know you still do."

He continued caressing the dog's face. And then his neck.

"Oh, my dear Apui. How much I missed you." Nuterhek said, as his hand moved lower. He was now caressing Scooby's chest. The Great Dane could feel his touch through the bandages covering him. Those touches were getting... weird.

"Losing you was what destroyed me." Nuterhek said, as he leaned over, resting his forehead on the dog's. "The thought of you all alone on that desert, without anyone to care for you. To love you..."

It caused pain to Nuterhek only to imagine it, as his hands trembled slightly, however, he suppressed those emotions. He didn't wanted to allow them to take hold of him. Not now.

"But, someone found you, didn't they?" Nuterhek said, looking at the one whom he assumed was his dear Apui. "They cared for you, and they prepared you for the afterlife, like they did to me. And they did a much better job than those incompetent idiots who did me."

They mummy went back to touching Scooby, and the dog could do nothing more than to remain still as the mummy passed its hand on him. From his chest to his stomach and them to his legs.

"What an amazing job they did preserving you for the eternity." Nuterhek said, "They preserved you so well. I hope they have done as well with your internal organs. And they better have used quality canopi jars."

Scooby only heard as the mummy continued to rant, having absolutely no idea of what the bandage-covered undead was even saying. He decided to just smile and nod, as he usually did when he had no idea of what someone else was saying but didn't wanted to make it clear for whatever reason it was.

"They preserved you so well..." Nuterhek said, as his hands wandered all over the body of the dog.

"Every part of you." He said, as his hand moved lower, to a certain direction.

Scooby let out a muffled yelp as he felt this hand grab and touch his "private property" area.

"Even the most important." Nuterhek said, a she continued to touch and grope that area. "I missed all of you, Apui. Including THIS part of you."

If Scooby's muzzle was not tie by bandages, the dog would be asking what the heck the mummy was doing. However, if he spoke, Nuterhek would not have understood it, for he could not understand English, as Scooby could not understand ancient Egyptian.

"What a good job they made!" The mummy said, as he proceeded to touch and fondle Scooby's sheath. He ran his hand over the sheath, and then lower to cup and fondle the balls, feeling how they felt on his dried fingers. How plump they felt. How heavy.

"You seem like you haven't released in a while." The mummy said, looking at the dog. "They feel painful?"

He squeezed them very lightly as he asked this question. Scooby jerked, and his legs kicked as a few whimpers escaped is throat.

He had managed to forget about it until now, but having his balls squeezed like that remembered him of how pent up he had been lately.

What? He was!

He was a dog! He had needs! And it is not easy to fulfill those needs when you were all the time having to travel across the country with your human friends and then run from ghosts on all the times you were not travelling. It had been so long since the last time he actually had been with a female dog... His balls felt like they could explode in a few days. Good thing Scooby was discipline enough not to make his need evident. It would have made things so awkward to the rest of the gang...

Now, however, he was painfully reminded of how pent up he was as that mummy squeezed his overfilled balls. When this happened, he could not help but move his hips in that familiar, instinctive humping motion. He was an animal, after all. There were limits to his self-control.

"By Amon Ra, you ARE feeling the need, aren't you?" Nuterhek said, looking at the dog, who only whimpered as his balls were fondled, more gently now, making his hips jerk a bit more on humping motions.

"I see... have you been like that for how long?" Nuterhek asked, and Scooby could only whimper. "Too long, huh? But, don't worry."

The mummy moved, getting off Scooby's chest.

And crouching before his crotch.

"I'll help you with this." Nuterhek said, showing a smile to the dog, while Scooby looked back at him with wide eyes. "Like I always did."

Just as Scooby wondered what the mummy was doing, he saw it open its mouth just before his sheath, revealing the few rotten teeth it still had in its mouth.

In that moment, a spark of horror kindled in the bottom of Scooby's soul.

It was going to eat him!

It was going to eat him bite by bite! Oh, great Scooby Snacks! That was how Scooby Doo was going to meet his end? With a mummy having him as a SCOOBY Snack!? And it was going to start with his privates!? Why his privates!? Why it had to start eating him THERE!?

However, the mummy didn't bite. Instead, he stuck his tongue out, and gave a long, slow lick on Scooby's sheath.

The tongue felt dry and sand-papery against his privates. It was, after all, a millennia-old, dried up tongue. However, it was still a tongue. A tongue that was making contact with his privates. And that elicited a response from Scooby', as his hips once more jerked and his legs kicked.

Nuterhek took it as a sign that his beloved dog was enjoying what he was doing. Just as he enjoyed all of the other many, many times he did it in the past.

He already knew how to get his dear Apui to feel good.

He licked over the member, circling his tongue around the rim of his sheath, where his member would come out from. He inserted his tongue inside and flicked it all inside. Apui seemed not to have been properly cleanse there. Maybe in a while. But, the mummy didn't minded. In fact, that was actually how Nuterhek preferred. This way he could taste is dear dog fully. And, all the while he did it, he continued to gently fondle the balls of his beloved Apui, filled to the brim with his life seed.

Scooby whimpered as his body jerked from the sensations coming from his privates.

He was trying to process what was happening. He was trying to understand and accept what was currently happening to him. He had been on the clutches of monsters before, but never like that. He never had actually had this type of contact with a monster. Not on his wildest dreams!

However, that was what was happening. It was truly happening right then and there. On that old big house on a Halloween night.

The weirdest Halloween night on Scooby's life so far...

Meanwhile, Nuterhek, unaware of the constant reflections the dog he thought was Apui was having, continued his work diligently. He worked on that sheath just like he worked on the one of his beloved Apui, aiming to get some response. He was not disappointed, as soon the tip of a canine member started peeking out of the sheath.

The Egyptian took a moment to admire it, seeing how the flesh was still pinkish and looking... well, fleshy. A sign that the member was still as he remembered it.

He then proceeded to focus his attention on the tip, and he licked it gently, swirling his tongue all over it, and even closing his lips around the tip and sucking into it. This caused the dog to whimper more as the pleasure had the desired effect and caused the member to get bigger and bigger. In a matter of minutes, the member was as big as it could be.

The mummy stopped to look at the member that now stood before him.

It was pinkish, with a spear-tip at the very to, and a slender form which opened into a huge, fleshy, bulbous knot at the very base.

This... was not how Nuterhek remembered Apui's member... The shape was identical, but...

"Apui..." The mummy said. "You are bigger!"

The mummy sounded not upset or anything. He actually sounded in amazement as he looked at the engorged canine dong. As a matter of fact, he even sounded excited.

More excited than Scooby Doo.

The Great Dane seemed to finally stir himself out of his stupor. He tried moving his legs and back so he could crawl away. He actually managed to make a little distance from the mummy, before he was halt in place.

Scooby had totally forgot about the bandages. They were still tied to his limbs and body and, as soon as the dog tried to crawl away, they tensioned and then started pulling. Scooby was dragged back to the mummy, who was looking at him with those dead eyes as the dog was once more within his reach.

Scooby, now seeing that he could not escape, and still too scared to even think about fighting back, resorted to the last thing a dog can do when threatened: the pitiful begging.

Scooby's eyes were wide and looking up at the mummy, as the dog whimpered pretty loudly. The mummy looked at him, and its expressions, if they were still human enough, would look pretty soft as he did.

"Oh, Apui..." Nuterhek said to the dog, "So much time and you are still the same. Loving to play hard to get..." He touched Scooby's dong, and gave it a squeeze, making the dog let out a sound that was more like a squeak as his cock throbbed, a single bead of pre running down from the tip of the member that was already slick with the thousand-year-old saliva and throat slime of the mummy.

"Even though your desire is all the clear."

Nuterhek opened his lips, showing his mouth with a few teeth left in what he assumed was a seductive smile, but that Scooby actually found it terrifying. Not that the mummy could notice the true feelings of the dog, as he mistook it by the familiar playfulness of his beloved dog.

"So, enough of stalling." The mummy said, and he reached out to his own crotch. With a single grab and pull, he tore the bandages on his entire crotch. Dust flew around, as that area, covered for thousands of years, finally was allowed to taste the fresh air again. Scooby could only look in there, as the member of the creature, fully erect, boing'ed around as it was fully hard. It looked pretty regular for a man, save for the fact that it was obvious it belonged to a mummy.

Scooby felt a shiver run down his spine, as he had a feeling of what was going to happen next. He couldn't believe that he was going to be raped by a mummy. That huge member was soon going to be into is tailhole, and it caused the dog to whimper more.

"Oh, you are as eager for this as me, aren't you?" The mummy asked. "Well, then I shalt not keep you waiting any longer."

Then the mummy moved. However, unlike what Scooby had been expecting, the mummy did not grabbed his legs and spread them to force him to reveal his doggy pucker. Neither it flipped him and forced into the more traditional position to be taking it in the butt. Instead, the mummy was climbing onto him, straddling onto the dog as it got into position.

With a hand, it grabbed Scooby's dick, still slick, and moved it around, guiding it in direction to its butt, which also became exposed when the bandages were removed, revealing the old and wrinkled asscheeks, the ancient crack, and the millennial pucker in between them.

When the mummy started moving Scooby's cock around its butt, Scooby started to understand what were its true intentions.

The mummy looked back at him as it managed to position the cock just right, just so the rip was touching his asshole.

"I've waited three thousand years for this moment." The mummy said, as he panted with excitement. An excitement that had been building up for the last thirty centuries. "The moment when I would be able to feel your love on me once more. Hope you are ready, Apui. Because I am. And I need you NOW."

With this, the mummy started sitting back. Scooby trembled as he felt his cock being envelop. However, it was not enveloped by something soft and warm like it was originally supposed to, but by something bristle and cold. Seriously, it was a three thousand years flesh, it was brittle to against Scooby's touch, and it felt like it could just crumble away if the mummy pushed to hard. At best, it felt somewhat sponge-ish against his cock.

It was such a strange feeling for one to have.

Nuterhek hissed and huffed as he sat back.

"Ohhh, Amon Ra!" The mummy said as he sat back, letting a dog's member slid inside him for the first time in an eternity. "Ohhh, it's been so long... it feels as painful as I remember..." He look down on the dog, opening another smile.

"And as delicious."

With this, the mummy started moving. Very slowly, he moved his body. Up and down. His ancient muscles and bones creaking as he made that movement that he already made so many times in the ancient times, when he was all alone with his dear Apui, away from the peering and judgmental eyes of his peers, his servants and, in special, of his jealous wench of a wife.

It started out very gently, like usual, as Nuterhek had to let his flesh get used to the member, going a little bit down and then a little bit up. The key in those cases was patience. Going too fast would cause too much pain and ruin the mood. So, the Egyptian noble bid his time.

Slow and steady. Lower himself two inches, then pull up, before falling into the member again. Slow and steady. In and out, the very tip of the member went in and out of him. Again and again. There was the familiar pain. The familiar burning of having his flesh stretched like the gods didn't originally intended it to. His flesh may be older, but the feeling was more or less the same.

Just as it was the pleasure that formed along with the pain.

Pain and pleasure did walked hand in hand. This much seemed to be something the gods intended. After all, for such distinct feelings to be directly associated with each other, it could only be the designs of the gods. There was no way having a phallus forced into your rectum could feel so good, so delicious, if it was not something the gods had intended.

There was no way his dear Apui's penis would ever feel so good to him if this was not something the gods intended.

And Nuterhek could thank any and all gods as he felt that pleasure on his rectum growing, as the pain subsided.

Nuterhek sped up. Picking up his pace, he went lower and lower, having more of his dear Apui's endowment inside his rectum. All the while his moans of desire and delight grew louder and louder, as the feeling he was getting became more and more delicious.

His moans of delight resounded on his hoarse voice. Coupled with words of praise to the gods for having made such a delicious and perfect thing like his dear Apui. And, of course, words of love towards his dear Apui.

"I missed you so much! Ohh, great Amon! How much I missed you!" The mummy said, as he rode the member faster and faster, already taking half of it on his back opening, and angling himself so it was hitting right into that spot. That delicious spot that made it feel good and tingly inside of him and made his own hard member throb with need and leak more pre from its tip.

"How much I waited to feel you again, Apui! I waited so long! I'll never let it go again! I'm staying with you for all eternity this time! And I'll be sure to love you for all the time we've been apart!"

Scooby could still not understand a word. Even if he could, he was not really listening to what the mummy was saying.

This was too much.

It was just too much for him.

Never had he ever imagined he would be in this kind of position. He had been in many scary, strange, even ridiculous situations on his years of investigating mysteries alongside the rest of the gang. He had even been on the clutches of the monsters more than once, to later be rescue by his pals or manage to escape on his own. However, never before he had been on a situation where he would made to make love with a monster. This was something one can certainly never expect to happen.

The worst part?

Even though Scooby himself was terrified to death by it, his body was loving every second!

He could not deny the pleasure that was coming from his doggy dong. It was not the kind of pleasure he would want, or seek for, but it was pleasure all right, and it made his body react naturally upon being receive.

The throbbing of his dick as it pulsed and squirted pre in that passage. The movement of his hips as they moved to meet up with the movements of the one currently ridding him. The swelling of his knot as it came closer and closer to the entrance the rest of his dick was penetrating.

Those were all natural reactions to the act of having sex, and they would all remain, even if Scooby himself didn't wanted this pleasure in the first place. He could not help it. He could only allow these things to happen, as he whimpered and whined as the mummy continued to ride him faster and harder, until it was literally bouncing on the Great Dane's dick, with Scooby's knot now colliding with the opening that was swallowing the rest of his dick, and Scooby could do nothing more than to jerk his hips and thrust in sync with the mummy.

"Ohhh, Apui!" Nuterhek said as he bounced on the dog's member. "I can feel it! I can feel your bulb! Ohhhh, it's bigger too! I want it! I want it inside of me!" The mummy looked down at the dog, who looked up at him with an expression of scared despair, which the mummy mistook by the familiar expression of need of his loyal dog. "You want it inside too, don't you? I know you do. You need it inside as much as I do. Then let's do it! Do it for me, Apui! Tie with me as you did so many times in the past! Tie with me and make me yours! And I'll make you mine as well!"

Scooby had a feeling that the mummy was asking to be knotted. The whole situation, from the way the mummy spoke to the way it was bouncing on him savagely, served for the dog to come to this conclusion.

Scooby didn't wanted to. He didn't wanted to knot with a mummy, for he knew that there would be no turning back once he did, as it would be his own flesh keeping him trapped with this monster. However, he could not hold back the instinctual movements of his own hips, which moved in earnest, guided by the instinct to knot a bitch to make sure that the sperm would reach her womb before any other dog could.

The knot pressed to the asshole. Resistance was expected. However, with enough force, and the lubrication from the pre Scooby leaked during the intercourse, the resistance gave away.

A "pop", that was more felt on the bodies of the dog and mummy than actually heard by their ears, and it was done. The tie was made, much to Scooby's despair... and Nuterhek's delight.

The mummy let out the loudest, most lustful moan that human or dog's ears have ever heard. His whole ancient body trembling as he felt himself being tied with his beloved dog. With the one whom he was sure was his dear and beloved Apui. This was the name he moaned as he was knotted by the dog who had his identity mistaken.

"I knew it!" Nuterhek said after he finished moaning out the name of his beloved Apui. "I knew that you still loved and wanted me!"

He looked at Scooby. His hands went to the dog's face. He grabbed the bandages tying Scooby's muzzle closed and pulled at them, tearing them and freeing Scooby's mouth, allowing the dog to gasp with the shock of having those dry hands suddenly going at his face.

"Just like I still love and want you!"

Scooby could have tried to protest, to scream for help, to beg the mummy to have mercy on him and let him go. However, he didn't had any time to do this. Nuterhek grabbed him by the sides of the face, and pulled him on his direction.

Scooby's eyes were still wide as the mummy crashed its lips on his'. He couldn't react as he was pull into a kiss with the dried up lips. Neither did he reacted as he felt that tongue probing on his lips. He only reflexively opened his mouth to allow the tongue to invade his mouth, and kiss him sloppily.

Scooby's whines mixed with Nuterhek's moans as the mummy continue to sloppily make out with the dog, who was too overwhelmed with all kinds of emotions to be able to do anything other than to be completely passive with whatever the mummy want from him. What, of course, included continue the mating they were in the middle of.

Nuterhek bounced on Scooby's lap, as the dog was sitting on his butt as he was pull on that kiss. His legs wrapped around Scooby's waist and served to better steady him as he moved himself at great speed up and down as far as the dog's knot allowed. And Scooby, still passive, could not help but have his hips reflexively flex alongside the mummy's bouncing, causing his dick to move deeper and deeper into the bowels of the mummy, who continued to pull Scooby into a sloppy kiss, as his moans grew more and more desperate.

This was all too much.

It was too much for Scooby.

This entire absurd situation was too much for him. His mind was on the verge of shutting off and never turning back on again, but he was deny even this small comfort, as the pleasure on his doggy dick kept him grounded to reality. It kept him aware of the tongue invading his mouth, swapping old saliva with him. It kept him aware of the bonny fingers on his face, pulling him into said kiss. It kept him aware of the legs wrapped around his body, pulling him closer to the mummy. It kept him aware of the pleasure he received on his cock, as he was knotted with a mummy's butt. It kept him aware of the pressure deep within his loins, growing more and more, becoming harder and harder to resist or deny, until finally...

"A-AAAAAAAPUUUUUUUUIIIIIIII!" Nuterhek cried out as he broke the kiss upon reaching his climax. His own penis throbbed and his balls contracted, as he finally, after three millennia, released his semen out in the open. It was as aged as Nuterhek himself, but it was still semen, white and gooey, the seed of life meant to fertilize a womb and generate life, but which would not fulfill its role, as Nuterhek was the one being seeded on that occasion.

The clenching of his butt around the dick and knot were what it took to push the dog over the edge as well. Scooby's member throbbed and spasmed as he too shoot his seed. Wave after wave, his cock released the contents of his balls inside of the bowels of the mummy, filling him fuller and fuller, and the mummy's dried up inside took in and absorbed the fertile seed of the dog.

Scooby's mind had finally managed to go blank when his orgasm hit. However, this only lasted for the briefest of moments, as the cries of pleasure of the mummy were terrifying enough to pull him back to reality, and to the situation he was in.

Their orgasms lasted around the same time, before they both eventually subsided. By the end of it, both of them were trembling. Nuterhek still held the dog close to himself, as he panted noisily with his raspy breath of thousands of years.

He could feel it.

He could feel the seed inside of him. Filling him. It was the seed of his dear Apui. The life essence of his beloved dog was once more inside of him, deep into his being. He knew it would go to waste, as he, as a man, didn't had the needed parts to receive the semen and allow it to grow into a new life.

What was too bad. He had always wished that he could be capable of bearing Apui's offspring. He had always imagined himself giving birth to the puppies of his beloved dog...

However, his inability to give Apui offspring did not diminished the feeling of being fill by Apui's seed. By is dear Apui's love.

Nuterhek felt elated. Like he had not felt until the one night before the travel that ended up with him and Apui being separate by the cruel sands of the desert. A feeling of happiness and completeness that he had been deny for so long filling him, along with the seed of his dear dog.

Nuterhek looked at the face of his dog, who trembled and panted just like him. Normal, after such a passionate sharing of their love. Nuterhek didn't said anything now. He only smiled. He smiled as he thought he would never smile again on his entire existence. He smiled with a happiness of a reunion of three thousand years. He smiled, because he was finally reunite with his beloved Apui.

He kissed him again. A tender and loving kiss, gently pressing his lips on the dog's muzzle, and just holding in there, feeling the warmth of his body against his own...

The warmth was also inside of him. The warmth of the still pulsing member of his dear dog, and of the hot dog semen spilled inside his guts. However, there was another type of warmth inside of him. Warmth that was not of physical origin.

This was a warmth coming from the feeling of completeness. The warmth that a damned soul such as Nuterhek finally reaching out a long sought goal that was tormenting them for so long.

This was h warmth that came from a soul that finished the last unfinished business they had in the land of living.

Nuterhek was glowing. He was literally glowing. A glow that started on the place where Scooby's hips met his rectum. A glow that was spreading to the mummy's privates and into his stomach, spreading the more as it got stronger and stronger. To Nuterhek it felt like a feeling of pure bliss, which he accepted with open arms as he continued to kiss Apui, and it consumed him as the light grew so strong it encompassed his entire body.

The light was so bright it could be seen from outside, and it would be see by others if there was anyone around the old warehouse to actually see. If anyone looked through the windows, they would only see a glowing figure making out with a vague silhouette of a dog.

The light subsided, and Nuterhek was no longer there.

He was gone. Departed to Heaven, or the Land of the Dead, or whatever was that waited for him now that he finally released himself from his earthly bonds by being finally reunited with his dear dog and sharing his love with him one final time. All he left behind were the bandages that once wrapped his form, the dust of what was left of his mortal shell... and a stunned Great Dane.

Scooby, with no longer anyone holding him up, fell back, landing flat on his back.

The dust and bandages fell over his lap, and over his cum-coated member. However, Scooby seemed like he hadn't even noticed.

For a very long time, Scooby only remained there, laying on is back, looking at the ceiling with a hundred-yard stare as the light above him flickered in and out.

After nearly three minutes, Scooby finally produced a single sound.

A single whine escaped his throat, while he continued to stare at the ceiling blankly for a while longer, his leg and tail twitching very slightly, as his member continued to throb and leak some more cum...

"Best. Halloween. Ever!" Fred said as he opened the door and walked inside, with the rest on the gang in tow.

"You're only saying that because you won the prize of 'guy with the most Halloween spirit of the party'." Velma said as she looked at Fred, who was proudly carrying his trophy with himself.

"Well, maybe I am." Fred said, feeling proud of himself for having attained this prize, and thinking it was totally worth remaining so loyal to the character of his costume until the very end. Even when he attacked the red jelly with his cardboard sword.

"But hey, you won the costume contest." Fred pointed out, gesturing to the trophy Velma herself was carrying. "And Daphne won the 'most charming girl of the party' trophy. And Shaggy also won a prize of his own. Everyone was a winner!"

Daphne and Saggy came inside behind Freddy, and they both had their own trophies. With Saggy having the trophy he had for winning the pie eating contest. However, he was not as interested on the trophy as he was into the amount of food he was able to bring back home back from the party, including a few pumpkin pies he had manages to "rescue" from the contest. And he planned to eat them all. Along with his friend Scooby Doo, of course.

"Do you know if Scooby is back already?" Velma asked, as everyone made themselves at home after such a long and wild party. "It is quite late."

With this, Shaggy went into the house, calling out for his pal's name. He opened the door of the bedroom, and he was about to call Scoob's name once more, but he stopped mid-sentence, as he caught sight of his friend Scooby doo.

He was laying on his doggy bed. He curled over himself, with his back turned to the door, covered in the blankets, and his body moved softly, like it did when he was breathing during sleeping. Of course, there were not the snoring and whistling Scooby usually did when he slept, but it was still clear that Scooby was sleeping.

Shaggy concluded he must have tired himself with a long and tiring hunt for candy all over Coolsville. Perhaps he deserved some rest.

"Good night, Scoob." Shaggy said in a whisper. "Tell me the details of your Halloween when you wake up." With this, he closed the door, leaving the sleeping dog on the darkness of his bedroom.

However, little did Saggy knew that Scooby Doo was not asleep at all.

The dog, still with bandages on his body and with that gold collar around his neck, was wide awake. His eyes wide as he continued staring at the void, breathing slowly and steadily. He was there, but he was also not there at the same time. Scooby was too far gone to act like he normally would.

He didn't even brought the candy back!

He just left them back on that old abandoned house when he finally managed to move again and get back on his feet. Then he proceeded to walk like a zombie back to his house, and then walked to his bed and just laid in it, still with that same expression on his face and seemingly oblivious to the entire world around him.

He barely even reacted to the sound of his friends arriving and to Shaggy's voice calling for him. He did hear him though, just like he heard his words before closing the door. He also knew that he most likely didn't intended to tell any details of his Halloween night with Shaggy, or the gang, or anyone else. Not for a while, at least.

He was not sure how anyone would react if they heard it. He was still not sure how he was supposed to react or feel about all that happened that night.

The only thing Scooby Doo was sure was that this was, definitely, a Halloween night he would never forget. EVER.
